Bell POV

In my sleep, I must've started dreaming. However, this wasn't a pleasant dream. I dreamed of a man or something that looked like a man but wasn't. His skin was black and purple and he had horns sticking out of his head. I could feel the malice and the sadistic nature coming off of him. His back was turned to me but just as I had finished taking in his features he turned to me. His face contorted into a sadistic smile before he spoke.

"I'll be seeing you soon spawn of boy wonder"

My eyes then shot open and I was drenched in sweat. My heart was racing a mile a minute. My hand reached under my pillow reaching for my knife as my eyes shot around to every dark corner of the room. My breathing was heavy and fast as I kept looking around.

"Bell" I jumped and brandished my knife before I realized it was Regis who spoke. I dropped my knife by my side and tried to slow my breathing. "Bell are you ok," Regis asked walking up to me.

"I don't know. I saw something in my dream. Or at least I think it was a dream" I panted. "Can you tell me what you saw?" Regis asked.

"I saw a man. Or I think it was a man. His body was black and purple and he had horns on his head. His teeth were sharp and jagged and he was tall. Really tall. But he was skinny or skinnier than one might think. Then he turned around a looked at me. Like right in my eyes. Then he smiled and I could feel the malice and hatred and that smile. That was one of the most sadistic smiles I have ever seen. But all of that I could handle it's what he said that scared me"

"What did he say," Regis asked a nervous edge in his voice. "I'll see you soon spawn of boy wonder" I shakily replied. "It was just a bad dream Bell" Regis consoled the nervous edge in his voice gone.

"And if it wasn't" I nervously asked. "Then we'll face it together" he replied. I then slowed my breathing down to a steady rate. My body was still drenched in sweat and my heart was still beating pretty fast but not as fast as before.

Knock knock knock

I heard someone knock on my door. Regis went back to his dog bed and pretended he was asleep. I walked up to the door and slowly opened it. To my surprise, Aisha was there. "Aisha, why are you here don't you know what time it is?" I asked. "Yes I do but I heard you from my room so I came to check on you. Is everything alright?" She asked.

I nodded my head. "Yeah just had a bad dream that's all," I said opening the door wide enough for her to come in. "Do you want to come in" I hesitantly asked her. Her answer was her walking into the room while I shut the door. I heard her sit down on my bed and I did the same.

"Your knife is still out," she said as I sat down. "Oh. Yeah looks like it is" I replied putting it back under my pillow. "You always sleep with a knife under your pillow?" she asked.

"Yeah, it was a habit my aunt drilled into my head to always have a weapon close by" I replied. "So do you want to tell me what the nightmare was about," she asked her hand intertwining in mine. I didn't speak for a moment thinking about what to do.

"I-I can't I want to but I-

"You can't I understand," Aisha said sounding a little disappointed but not angry. "Does this involve the secret you're keeping from us" she softly asked. I nodded my head not trusting my voice. "I'm guessing it's a pretty big secret," she asked squeezing my hand softly.

"Yeah, it's a pretty big one. Like change your whole view of me and the world big" I replied. "Is it a bad secret?" she asked. "Depends on how you look at it. To me, it's not bad but to you, it could be" I muttered.

"Well if you think it's good then it can't be terrible," Aisha said easing my worries a bit. "Maybe. Maybe not" I said shrugging my shoulders. We sat there in silence for a few moments Aisha's hand still intertwined with mine. "Do you want me to stay" she hesitantly asked.

"Um. If you're alright with it" I hesitantly replied. She said nothing but laid us both down her back pressing into me as she snuggled in close. "Are you comfortable?" I asked. Her hair was right in my face and it smelled nice. "Very. Am I too close?" She responded. "No. Do I wrap my arms around you?" I nervously asked. "Yes that way we can be closer" she softly responded. "Where do I put my arms?"

She didn't respond instead she gently grabbed my arms and wrapped them around her waist and snuggled in even closer. "You put them there so I can feel nice and safe" she softly joked. "And if you feel scared you can hold me nice and tight" she softly spoke. She then put her hands on top of mine. "Now go back to sleep. I'm right here if you need me" she whispered. I then closed my eyes and felt the darkness overtake me.

Miach POV

"Where are Bell and Aisha they're late for breakfast," Nazha asked as she finished making breakfast. "I don't know Aisha wasn't in her room when I checked," Lena said shrugging her shoulders. "Lili hasn't seen either of them since she woke up," Lili said rubbing her eyes and yawning. "I'll go check Bell's room," I said walking over to his door.

Knock knock knock

No answer. I knocked again and waited. Still no answer. "Bell it's me I'm coming in," I said gently opening the door. I stopped when the door was halfway open and felt a smile spread on my face.

"Aw, how cute," Nazha said seeing the two. The two were both laying on Bell's bed. Bell has his arms around her waist and his chin resting on her shoulder. Aisha was pressing her back into him and had a content smile on her face. Her hands were on top of his and her hair was all over the place. Regis walked out while I gently shut the door.

"Let's let them sleep," I said as Nazha and I tiptoed away Regis close behind us. When we arrived back at the kitchen Lili and Lena looked at us confused.

"So did you find them," Lili asked. Nazha and I gave each other a look before facing her again. "Oh, we found them alright" I smugly said as Nazha and I took our seats.

"Were they in Bell's room?" Lena asked. "Yup and they were cuddling" Nazha giddily responded. "Aw, I bet it looked so cute," Lena and Lili said at the same time. "It really did" Nazha replied. I nodded my head in agreement.

"Oh my god, you're fucking shipping them" Regis chimed in sitting on the ground next to Lili. "Oh, we absolutely are. Now we just need to figure out how to add Haruhime into the mix" Lena said with the girls agreeing. "Well gramps would be proud of the kid" Regis muttered. I chuckled in agreement while Nazha giggled. The other two looked at us confused.

"Bell's grandpa taught him how to woo. The thing is Bell never had any woman to woo before so he becomes a bumbling mess when a woman shows the tiniest amount of affection" Regis explained.

"So to make Bell nervous we just have to show affection" Lena worriedly asked. "Yes, but you have to be obvious about it or else it'll go right over his head" Regis replied. I then started laughing remembering Alise during monsterphelia.

"Is that why he was so confused when Alise was flirting with him during monsterphelia?" I asked. Regis then laughed as well remembering the day.

"Yeah, she did it in a subtitle way and confused the hell out of him" Regis chuckled. We then heard Lena gasp. "Another woman. Now we need to figure out her as well" Lena said putting her hand to her chin.

"Are you shipping Bell with every woman that's been friendly to him?" Regis asked. "Not everyone woman" Lena replied. "But most" Regis questioned. "Yup" was Nazha's reply.

"Christ the kid's gonna have his hands full with you three" Regis muttered. "Count me in this'll be funny" Regis declared. Regis then looked at me. His eyes said all I needed to know. We needed to talk.

"Lord Miach when is lady Haruhime coming back," Lili asked. "She should be coming back later today around lunchtime" I responded. "Alright because I want to do one final check before we head to the middle floors tomorrow" Lili replied. "Ah that's right you're going there tomorrow. I'll make sure to brew some extra potions for you before you head down" Nazha said as she gathered the dishes.

The other girls helped as I gestured to Regis to head to my room with my head. Nazha seeing the serious look on my face nodded telling me she'd take care of things here. I opened the door to my room letting Regis in. Once he was in I entered and shut the door locking it behind me.

Before I could even sit down Regis spoke. "Bell had a nightmare," Regis said. "And I take it it's not a normal nightmare," I asked sitting at my desk. "Nope he had a vision of an old enemy that Arthur fought a long time ago" Regis replied.

"I'm guessing you know who it is," I asked with a serious tone in my voice. "Yeah, I do. It's an old enemy who is strong. But the thing is he's supposed to be dead" Regis explained. "And do you think he came back to life," I asked. "No, I don't see how he could have. But considering what the asuras can do I wouldn't put it past them to somehow revive him" Regis explained but it felt like he was hiding something. But I trusted Regis to keep Bell safe since he's done it since Bell was born. "Will he be a problem in the future?" I asked wanting to know if Bell was in danger.

"Right now it's 50/50. But if he's alive I'll personally take care of it" Regis promised. Hearing the conviction and determination in his voice eased my worries. Then a question came to mind. "Does Bell know?" I asked. "Depends on how far he's gotten into Arthur's journal. But he hasn't exactly had a lot of time to read it as of late so I don't think he does" Regis replied.

Bell POV

I could feel the sun's warmth on my face. I groggily opened my eyes and saw Aisha leaning into me. She must've turned around in her sleep because her head was resting on my shoulder. Her breath tickled my neck but I didn't move. I laid there with her for a few minutes before she woke up. She blinked a few times before she looked at me and smiled.

"Sleep well?" She asked. "Yeah, no more nightmares" I responded. We laid there in silence for a while just staring into each other's eyes. The sunlight shone down on her and it made her eyes seem brighter. The sunlight also reflected off her skin in a way that made her look even more beautiful. "Bell you're staring" she teased. I looked away in embarrassment feeling my face heat up.

"Sorry it's just…the sun made you look really pretty" I mumbled. Aisha let out a small gasp before speaking. "I need to be careful around you charmer" she joked but her face was also red. We laid there in awkward silence for a few more minutes before separating. I felt colder when I let her go.

"Well rise and shine Prince Charming" I groaned at hearing her call me the nickname Regis gave me. "We're late for breakfast," she said. I looked over at my clock and my eyes widened. It was nearly noon. I looked over to Regis's dog bed and saw it was empty.

"Aisha" I nervously said. "Yeah?" She replied confused. "They saw us," I said. I heard her let out a sigh before she spoke. "We're never hearing the end of this" I groaned. "Welp Nazha has something to get me back for all the times I teased her and Miach" I joked. I then got out of bed and walked with Aisha to the door. I put my hand on the knob and before I opened it I looked at her.

"Thank you Aisha I slept a lot better with you here," I said genuinely. I truly was thankful for what she did. "Hey if you have another one my room's right next door," she said. I laughed at the situation as I remember making a joke that Miach had her room far from mine.

"You switched your room didn't you," I asked. "That's a secret" she playfully said. I then opened the door to everyone waiting outside.

"Uh, how much of that did you hear?" I nervously asked. I saw the smile on Nazha's face widen. "All of it and I'm getting you back for all the times you teased Miach and me," she said. I groaned in embarrassment while everyone laughed. I truly did find my new family.

I wouldn't say this is a filler chapter but some of it is. Now I bet some of you have already guessed who scared Bell but for those who didn't you'll be in for a surprise soon.

This was also more of a laid-back chapter as it's just been fight after fight with no real development between characters so I added a more in-depth breakfast than usual. I hoped you enjoyed the progression of Aisha and Bell and I'll see you next time.
