Gonna switch things up and have the fight scenes in the third person and the talking and other stuff in the first person. Because I think it'll be easier to write the fights in the third person.
3rd person POV
"Do you think we got him?" an elf asked.
"No, he's still up it wouldn't be that easy," a human said
"He hasn't moved at all since the explosion," a catman said.
"He's still up we just need to wait him out"
"It's odd. I thought the dust would've cleared by now"
All of a sudden the elf got hit in the chest by a lightning bolt and flew back. The object of their conversation had appeared right next to the human.
Bell stabbed the man in the back and dragged his knife down it before kicking him forward. He then caught the catman's spear and yanked it out of his hands. He hit him with the bottom of it and tripped the catman.
Bell then drove the spear through the catmans leg. He screamed out in pain and tried to yank it out.
"Regis remember the plan. Get them out of here I'll draw them away!" Bell yelled. The purple dog and two women who were fine took off running down the street as more Apollo familia showed up.
Bell POV. A few minutes earlier.
When I saw the bright flash of light I quickly turned my body and shielded Haruhime. I felt fire burn the back of my shirt yet I stood firm. Once the explosion died down I called out to Lili.
"Lili are you alright"
"Yes. Regis protected me master Bell" Lili coughed. Seeing as the dust was settling down I used smoke magic to create a smoke screen.
"Regis. I need you to take Lili and Haruhime to Astraea. I'll provide a distraction"
"Master Bell. But there's a hundred of them" Haruhime said.
"Then it'll be a fair fight" I joked trying to ease her worries. When I saw she still wasn't convinced I said something that I knew would calm her.
"I made a promise that no matter what I would protect you. You trusted me to keep it. Now I'm asking you to trust me again. Can you do that Haruhime" I asked putting my hand on top of hers?
Her beautiful emerald green eyes stared into my red ones before she nodded her head. "Good" I then let go of her hand. "Lili no protests from you," I asked.
"Lili knows master Bell can take care of himself. Just come back alive and Lili will be fine"
"Got it"
I then stopped using smoke magic charging a bolt of lightning in my hand. I threw it and then shot forward out of the smoke.
3rd person POV
Bell proceeded to run across the rooftops dodging spells and archers from the Apollo familia. On one jump, however, a fireball hit his chest and he fell to the alley below. He quickly got up and rolled out of the way of an axe hitting the ground.
Snapping his finger a mixture of fire and lightning hit the man square in the chest. Bell screamed out in pain as an arrow lodged itself in his shoulder. Bell swung his arm and sent a gust of wind at the archers.
The gust sent the archers flying into the air as Bell took off running again. The streets were empty and Bell was getting closer and closer to Astraea's.
However, when he passed the hostess of fertility he stepped on a magic circle. He didn't see it as it just appeared almost as if it had been placed beforehand.
The resulting explosion sent him flying through the window his back slamming into the bar. His vision was blurry and his back hurt but he had no time to lose. He shakily got up and dodged a punch from an Amazon.
He grabbed her arm and slammed it on the bar. He then took his knife and stabbed the woman in the hand. She yelled in pain before Bell kicked her leg out from under her and slammed her head on the table.
He took his knife out of her hand before a vine wrapped around him and took him through the other window.
All the while a brown-haired cat thought the boy looked familiar.
"Ryu go after him" Mia ordered. Ryu didn't even say a response as she had already bolted out the door.
"Alright everyone out were closed," Mia said as she herself was about to go after Bell. Mia would be damned if she were gonna let her only family die.
Bell cut the vine that had wrapped around him and landed on the ground with a thud. His back slammed into the pavement. The earlier explosion had blown the rest of his shirt off and had torn his pants some.
Bell quickly activated static void freezing time to avoid a trio of spears impaling the ground where he was laying. After he had rolled out of the way he turned it off.
To the Apollo familia, it looked like he had teleported. Bell then used his ice magic to send multiple shards of ice into the three before taking off running again.
But as Bell was running he got the odd sense that he was being corralled somewhere. He got his answer when he stepped on another magic circle and was sent flying into the air. Another vine wrapped around him and dragged him into a building. His back hit the marble ground causing him to roll.
He shot up to his feet his knife bared and ready to fight. That's when he knew exactly where he was.
He could see the finely dressed people and gods in the ballroom. He saw guards with spears rushing his way and surrounding him. Their weapons aimed at his throat.
Had Ottar not been holding Freya up she would've collapsed to the ground in ecstasy.
Alise POV
When Bell arrived he didn't look like a person. The way he held himself and the look in his eyes made him look like a cornered animal. His eyes were shooting all over the place as Apollo's guards surrounded him.
More of his familia arrived and surrounded Miach and Nazha as well. I went to go and help but Astraea held me back.
"Wait for him to cause a distraction then strike. Apollo's not stupid enough to kill a god with all of us watching. It's a scare tactic. One that won't work" she said.
I looked back to Bell seeing him surrounded by four guards. He didn't seem to care as he was glaring at Apollo. Since he didn't have a shirt on I could see the wounds on his back.
It was full of cuts and bruises. In his shoulder was a broken arrow that he didn't seem to care about. I couldn't see the front of him but I assumed that it looked like his back. His white hair was also darker covered in dust and dirt no doubt from being blown up.
"Oh, my guest of honor has finally arrived. I was a bit disappointed you didn't accept my invitation the first time" Apollo said. Bell said nothing his glare on the god never wavering.
"Hmm, nothing to say how boring. No matter I'll teach you some manners once you're a part of my familia"
Then I heard the crackling. It was faint but audible. Apollo didn't seem to hear it as he kept rambling.
"Yes once you're a part of the great Apollo familia you'll be taught manners. You and that prum supporter of yours. Yes, she would be an absolute feast to dine on" the god said licking his lips.
The crackling got louder.
"What still nothing to say, brave hero. Cat got your tongue. No matter I'll loosen it once you're mine"
"When are you people gonna learn" Bell started gathering the attention of everyone else. "You're fucking with the wrong person"
What happened next I don't know. One moment Bell was surrounded by four people with spears. The next moment they were all on the ground covered in wounds.
Lighting was dancing around Bell's body as his anger could be felt throughout the building. Seeing as Bell had distracted the assailants around Miach and Nazha I was able to quickly take them down and get the two back to Astraea for safety.
I was able to get a glance at Bell. His eyes were no longer red. Instead, it was as if I was looking at lighting itself. I could also feel the rage coming off of him in waves. His aura I could see it. I don't know if it was because I was a high level or because everyone else could.
But when I saw it I saw a black dragon. Its obsidian scales were as black as night. Its glowing yellow eyes were glaring directly at Apollo.
By looking at the god I could tell he was scared. But before any more fighting could take place Ryu and Mia arrived as well as Shakti and multiple high-level Ganesha familia members.
"By order of Ganesha cease this fighting now!" she ordered. The Apollo familia backed off heeding her warning. Bell however didn't his lightning was still active.
"I said cease this now!" Bell again didn't listen. This time fire was surrounding his body as well but it didn't burn him. Its bright orange flames gave off a radiance of power but also warmth. It looked beautiful.
Miach seeing Bell wasn't calming down started approaching him.
"Lord Miach you can't," Shakti said as she tried to grab him. "It's alright Shakti. It's my child I can get through to him" Miach gently said.
He kept approaching him slowly and calmly. Bell's fire was dangerously close to him but Miach didn't seem to care.
"Bell" Miach called out. Bell flinched as Miach put his hand on Bell's shoulder. Yet the fire didn't burn him. It seemed to be dying down.
"Bell. It's time to go home. Everyone's waiting for you" Miach gently said.
"We don't have a home anymore" Bell then pointed at Apollo. "This bastard destroyed it"
"We can rebuild. It's just a building after all"
"But-
"Bell. It's ok we'll be fine. But I need you to calm down. Can you do that for me" he gently asked. Bell's fire then extinguished and his lightning was dying down.
"Everyone's ok Bell. You kept them safe. You kept us safe. It's time to stop" Miach calmly said. Bell's lighting then vanished his ruby-red eyes returning.
"I failed Miach" he muttered. "Are Haruhime and Lili safe?" Miach asked. Bell nodded his head. "Then you didn't fail. You kept your promise to both of them and kept them safe. For that, I'm proud of you"
Bell's lightning then stopped completely as he had finally calmed down. "What do we do now Miach," he asked. "For now we rest. Tomorrow we check the damages and deal with a wargame" Miach said and I could hear the anger in his voice.
The banquet then erupted into cheers.
Bell POV
The rest of the night passed by uneventfully. Mia, Ryu, and, Alsie had escorted us back to the Stardust garden. When I asked Mia why she was here she whispered in my ear that she wasn't gonna let her only family die. Especially to someone like Apollo.
I didn't know how to feel about her saying that. But I guess I felt nice knowing I could rely on her if things went bad. Miach and Nazha cleaned my wounds with Nazha not bothering to scold me. This wasn't my fault our familia was targeted and all the guild will do is fine them.
Show what power they really have. I didn't get any sleep that night I was too angry. I wanted to go back there and remove Apollo's head from his shoulders. But Regis stopped me and told me I needed to calm down.
I had shown a great deal of power for a level two and people were suspicious. I had drawn multiple eyes on me that night.
In the morning we went back to the ruins of the pharmacy escorted by Laurier and Alise. It looked like I thought it would. Nothing was left standing. My home was gone.
"Oh, Miach" Nazha cried as she hugged Miach crying into his shoulder. Haruhime cried as well seeking Aisha for comfort. Lili looked like she wanted to cry but I could see the rage in her eyes.
Lena looked sad. Like she had lost a piece of herself as she looked at the rubble.
"Let's salvage what we can then head back. I don't want to be here a minute longer than we have to" Miach's voice firmly said. He was angry. I was angry.
We looked through the rubble. Most of our stuff was destroyed. All of my stuff was destroyed except for my weapons and the vault key. After everyone had grabbed what they could we walked back to the stardust garden. An atmosphere of defeat hung in the air.
After we returned we set what little possessions we had left in our guest rooms and went to eat lunch with the Astraea familia.
"Are you doing alright Bell? We can talk about it if you want. I am a registered counselor" Laurier asked. I could tell she was worried for me so I told her the truth.
"I'm fine. It's the others you should worry about. It's not the first time I lost my home so I've grown used to it. The others might need some counseling" I didn't want to brush her off but I really didn't need any help.
"Oh ok. Well, I'm here if you need me" she said her ears drooping a little. I thanked her for the offer but I told her I was honestly doing fine.
Once lunch was over Miach left for an emergency denatus to discuss the details of the wargame. It took only an hour to decide what the wargame was. We had to prepare for a siege.

Miach POV
I sat across from the red-haired prick who had a smug look on his face. All the other gods had just filtered in and Hermes called the meeting to a start.
"Alright everyone I ask that you please remain calm as we discuss the details of the wargame. We will have both parties discuss the details before we take suggestions for what to do" Hermes said.
"Well, Miach if you just surrender now I'll give you as much money as you want and even let you stay in Orario. Because we all know my children are gonna win. What's it 7. 8. Vs 100. You don't stand a chance" he smugly said as he flicked his hair back.
"That didn't seem to be the case yesterday when you coward away from Bell" I curtly replied. I watched a scowl come onto his face before he calmed himself.
"Why is it you want Bell and Lili in the first place Apollo," I asked.
"Simple. I want the little rookie so I can have the record holder in my familia. He's wasted on someone like you. I want the prum for deep nights full of passion" he explained. I felt my fist tighten at what he said he'd do to Lili.
"Very well then I propose a siege battle. We'd obviously be attacking but that's fine with me"
"Very well. You have five days to prepare"
"Gonna need more time"
"Why so you can get some higher leveled members in your familia. I think not"
"No dipshit. Your little fuckwad brigade blew up my home as well as all my children's equipment. What you don't wanna be seen as the coward who picked on an already beaten enemy" I taunted. I knew we weren't beaten. Far from it. If anything Bell and Regis could wipe out his whole familia if needed.
"Come on Apollo don't make this boring for me. Give them two weeks to be fully prepared" Freya's honeyed voice said.
"Fine you have two weeks to prepare and no more I say," Apollo said waving his finger. With that, the meeting ended and the gods celebrated.
Bell POV
Night had fallen and we were eating dinner. Small bits of chatter was happening here and there but I decided not to participate. I needed to push into silver core before the war game.
"Everyone may I have your attention please" Astraea called out. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at her.
"Yesterday a great injustice has been dealt to the Miach familia. As a goddess of justice and as a friend I cannot in good faith let you all participate in the wargame without preparing you. So I've talked it over with my familia and we have decided to train you. You will each be divided based on your skills and we will work hard to get you ready in such a short amount of time" she stated.
I felt a smile creep onto my face as I knew my familia would be in good hands. After I finished eating I excused myself and made my way to my room. I knew what I needed to do.
Grabbing my weapons I packed them into a bag as well as some food and water. I put a note with my measurements on the table for Welf before I slung the bag over my shoulder. I grabbed my vault key and put it into my pocket and went to see Miach.
However, I was surprised when I opened my door and he was standing right outside.
"Going somewhere," he asked.
"I'm going to train. Alone"
"I know. I just came to wish you well" he said pulling me into a hug. I returned it and welcomed the warmth before he let go.
I reached into my pocket and handed him the vault key. "Use as much money as needed to get everyone ready. If they ask where I am just tell them I'm training my man's core and I'll be back in time"
"I will. Good luck my child" Miach said.
I then walked down the hallway heading to the exit. All was quiet as everyone was asleep. I was leaving Regis here since Haruhime didn't feel safe he stayed with her. Lili to.
When I reached the exit and opened the door I felt the night air hit my skin. Before I could take another step however a voice called out to me.
"Going somewhere kid," Lyra said. I turned and faced her and saw her leaning against the doorframe.
"What are you doing out here," I asked.
"Knew you'd be coming this way" before I could ask she answered. "I recognized the look on your face. I've seen it before" she clarified.
"Are you here to stop me?" I asked.
"Nope I'm here to give you this," she said tossing me an elixir. I took a look at it and my eyes widened.
"This is a high-end elixir where'd you get it," I asked putting it in my pocket.
"Don't worry about it. Just focus on getting to silver core. That elixir should help of course"
"And I assume you want compensation"
"Just win and your debt will be settled," she said. Before she walked back inside she stopped at the doorway and called out again.
"Hey kid" I turned around once again to face her.
"Take care of Laurier for us," she said before walking back inside. What did she mean by take care of Laurier? Does Laurier like me? No, she doesn't. Does she?
Shaking those thoughts out of my head I left the stardust garden and headed for the walls of Orario.
We've reached the end of another chapter again. Bell's identity was almost revealed but luckily Miach stepped in a saved the day. A certain cat saw our hero but didn't fully recognize him. Mia is a family woman and won't let anything bad happen to Bell if she has any day in it. A wargame is coming and Freya helped swing it in Bell's favor lucky him.
Now you have a choice to make. Do you want a training chapter yes or no? If yes then the wargame will be the chapter after. If not the story will have a two-week timeskip and the wargame will begin.
