I blushed as I was being dragged around by Ryoubi, who was smirking proudly while Anna had been staring daggers at Ryoubi. She had beaten me… By a small margin. And, I kinda fucked up sending Erica in against her Gastly. Ugh, why do I have horrible luck against Gastly? At least it ain't too bad… Ryoubi wasn't that unreasonable. I had called the gang and told them I would meet up with them later and well… Anna didn't like that. She quickly rushed over and began mean mugging Ryoubi the whole time.
"Anna, chill. It's just for today…" I promised my Yandere girlfriend. She blushed and looked at me.
"Okay, as long as she don't force you to do anything sexual, I'm okay,C Anna said. Ryoubi snorted at that.
"Nah. I'm not that type for girl… I just need him for a bit. I got this boy who is always trying to get in my panties, and I need a deterrent," Ryoubi told us and we looked at her.
"Ahh, you just needed this boy to back off," Anna said and I sighed at that. I can deal with that.
"Didn't think you would be okay with this, Anna," I told her with a blush and she kissed me on the cheek and held my other hand lovingly.
"Beloved, I know you have your heart on me and the other girls… Plus, they were okay with it. I'm… Just getting used to it," Anna said lovingly as she looked at me. I smiled at her and sighed. Yeah, she may have left a weird first impression on Me, but I do have fond memories of Anna. I'm glad He loves her so much.
"Here we go… And, he is around my sisters, of course," Ryoubi said as we made our way to a billiard table area. There was a teen boy with brown hair flirting with a blonde haired girl and black haired young woman. Both loked quite uncomfortable but hid it with some warm smiles. Wait, why does he look like…
"I'm serious. You 2 would make the best sister duo on dates! All your sister has to do is go out with me!" He said excitedly, "She's beautiful and thicc, too!" He even sounds like Issei Hyoudou, man. He glanced over and saw us… And, me with Ryoubi holding hands. If you could hear glass shattering, that is this man's heart. Oof, I feel bad immediately. And, yes… IT IS ISSEI HYOUDOU! Ah, CRAP. I genuinely like this freaking dumbass perv! Why am I fake cucking him?!
"I told you I was meeting my man here, Hyoudou," Ryoubi said and I weakly waved to him.
"Are you KIDDING me?! He looks more handsome than I do! That's cold, Ryoubi! I thought we had chemistry!" Issei pouted. This is so awkward… Erica appeared beside me and I pet her on the head. She purred happily and hovered around me. Just then, my PokéDex beeped and I pulled it back out.

"…" I was speechless as I looked at the PokéDex in shock. Innate Ability? What the hell is an Innate- WAIT. Innate is like another way of saying inner working, ain't it?
"Umm… I gotta check this for a second. Hold that thought," I told them and turned away slowly, "Sorry, Ryoubi…"
"Nah, it's okay. I got the same update a little while ago. It's something all PokéDex holders would get in their Dex," Ryoubi told me and I looked at her, "Check it out." I looked at my PokéDex and read the instructions to the new update. First came the Innate Ability Detector.
Welcome to the Innate Ability Detector! This handy app will check what innates your Pokémon will have, and how many they can have active at once. You can manually change what ability they can have active at once, which is up to 5. They will learn a new Ability when they evolve and will go into the Ability Pool to be adjusted at anytime. For example, your Clefairy knows Magic Guard but has 4 Abilities: Magician, Friend Guard, Cute Charm, and Starshine.
Magician: Steals Opponent Held Item and uses it immediately.
Friend Guard: Protects Ally Pokémon from Stat Lowering and Satus Moves.
Cute Charm: 30% chance of infatuation on enemy Pokémon with contact moves.
Starshine: 20% boost to all Fairy Type Moves and 50% boost when health is below 1/3rd of HP.

I shrugged my shoulders and pressed Y. Then, Erica and the Poke Balls around my belt began glowing yellow. Erica blinked in confusion before the light disappeared after a few seconds. Erica waved her hands in front of her and pink energy began surrounding her hands. She gasped and giggled happily. She looks happy, so I am glad she is happy.

More than likely since he is a PokéDex holder like me… And, the only ones that have a PokéDex are Lucas, Roy, Dawn, Blanc, Ryoubi, and me. Maybe other guardians have it and I don't know about it. That could be a possibility…" I clicked off of that app and checked the next one: Live Support Chansbot.
All right, James. This is the Live Support Chansbot App, which acts as a portable Pokémon Center! For each 30 steps you take, your Pokémon heal about 25% HP and all PP of their Moves. This also allows you to track if your Pokémon contracts PokéRus, which gives your Pokémon a 3 times boost to all stats overall. For example, your Monferno has contracted a rare breed of PokéRus that only affects him. It Boosted his overall stats by 5 times already. The effects would be permanent, but the virus has disappeared 2 days ago. You can toggle this option on and off at this screen whenever you want. This helps whenever you are deep in a route or cave and you can't escape from the route or cave.
Ahh, so it works like how a PokéVial worked in Inclement Emerald or Radical Red, except it is instant and passive. This sounds very useful on long trips with no break in between. Keeping that switched on. These updates are awesome! Does this mean the others have this, too?! The last update… A TM/Tutor Movepool Teacher. Gotta be like an automatic Move Teacher. Let's check that out…
This is the TM/Tutor Movepool Teacher. Here, you can teach your Pokémon any TM or Tutor move at any time when you get access to that move or TM. And, I mean ANY Pokémon. If you want a Quagsire to learn Ice Punch, just find the Ice Punch Move Tutor and you can automatically teach the move to your Quagsire. That simple! Plus, this Teacher can teach special moves to any of your Pokémon: Event Moves such as Seed Flare or Secret Sword. All you need to do is find a Pokémon that can naturally learn these moves. Have fun! Here are moves that your Pokémon can learn: Low Kick, Seed Bomb, Crystal Bolt, Galvan Fang, Pyro High Kick, Ice Beam, Star Punch, and Telepath Cross.
Crystal Bolt: A 60 Power Move with 100% Accuracy and a 25% Chance of Paralysis. Electric Type Move
Galvan Fang: A 75 Power Move with a 50% Chance to Paralyze or Flinch. Electric Type Move
Pyro High Kick: An 80 Power Move with 100% Accuracy that does more damage if the opponent is burned. Fire Type Move
Star Punch: A 50 Power Move that has 100% Accuracy and has a 50% Chance to add Plus 2 to their Attack and Defense. Fairy Type Move
Telepath Cross: A 55 Power Move with 100% Accuracy and has a 40% Chance to Confuse the enemy Pokémon and add Plus 1 Special Attack to the user. Psychic Type Move.
WHAT IN THE HELL?! These moves, I have never heard of! Bro, this is incredible! I wonder if Bradley knew about these moves… Or any of this at all. He probably did and thought I knew… I'll work on this later, most definitely! This will take a while to set up, too! I sighed and put away my PokéDex in my pocket, turning to Anna… Who was watching the conversation between Issei and Ryoubi. They were in a rather heated discussion about something when they finally took notice of my being finished with my PokéDex.
"Oh, you're finished. Good, I have a favor to ask," Ryoubi said as she came over to me, "Can you help me with this idiot? He is still acting like a simp, I swear…" I snorted at that since I knew the Issei I knew from the DxD universe was a simp for Rias until he scored with her. Speaking of which, that means Rias exist here? I need to figure out who else in this world.
"How long have you known this guy?" I asked her and she blushed with an annoyed look on her face.
"Since we were kids, really. We grew up in Unova, in Opelucid City," Ryoubi said as she looked at me. Explains the Dracovish, actually… Wait, Iseei grew up in a Dragon city? That is truly fate telling me Issei is connected to dragons in some sort of way.
"But, I'm not interested in him at all. Just as a friend… That's it," Ryoubi said as she rolled her eyes, "No hard feelings, I just am not into Issei." Issei fell back in shock and I flinched at that. Man, sorry bro. That's gotta sting.
"Why not? He seems like a decent guy, just gotta dial back the perverted nature," I said as I looked at Issei.
"Oh, trust me… Grow up with this guy and you will change your mind. Besides, he has a girl pining for him," Ryoubi said as she folded her arms, "I'm not getting anywhere near that mess…" Wait, he does?
"I… I do?" Issei asked in confusion and Anna smirked at that while I slapped my forehead. Erica hung on my shoulder as I looked at this crazy situation.
"Wait, you never noticed? How? She's always following behind you," Ryoubi said and Issei flinched at that.
"But…" Issei said and Ryoubi grabs his shoulders.
"Issei Hyoudou, listen closely. I'm not interested in dating you, that's facts. There are other girls out there that would be glad to date you. You just have to go find them, okay? It's not the end of the world," Ryoubi told him and he looked down for a few seconds before looking back up at Ryoubi, "That doesn't mean I would stop being your best friend. I just… Have my eyes one someone else."
"You didn't have to lie and say he was your boyfriend…" Issei said and I slapped my forehead.
"Well, I had to. Otherwise, you wouldn't have snapped back to reality. Ise… You're a great guy and an amazing wingman. You always have my back, and I will always have yours. Never forget that…" Ryoubi told him. Was I even needed here, though?
"Alright… I'll… Try again, with someone else," Issei said with a small smile.
"Good. Hate it when you get all emo on me," Ryoubi told him while patting him on the shoulders. She turned to me and cleared my throat.
"Well, that worked out. Thanks for the help…" Ryoubi said to me.
"But. I didn't need to do anything," I said as I looked at her, "You handled that quite well by yourself." Ryoubi rolled her eyes at me.
"Don't worry about that. I do have you as a prize today… But, no sexual favors. Not that I wanted to, anyway… I'm one for relationship first. So, I wanted to see what you were like," Ryoubi said as she looked at me. I swear, that is not what I felt on the battlefield. But, whatever… I should be getting back to the others. Probably asking where Anna and I are…
"Well, as fun as this was… We better head back to our friends. They are waiting for us," Anna said to Ryoubi, giving her a Try Me glare. Ryoubi held her hands up in defense and chuckled.
"Chill, girl. I'm not one to go that far," Ryoubi said, "Let's just say the bet is completed. We'll meet up down the road, since I am getting the Sinnoh Badges with my sisters going with me. Maybe we can actually hang out with no favors next time."
"…Actually, I'd like that. I'll see ya around, Ryoubi. Good luck," I told her and she waved to me while turning away and her rather plump ass seemed to jiggle with each step she took. Didn't help that her sisters gave me approval with their stares. I quickly look away and stare at Anna while walking away. Anna noticed I was blushing and placed my head in her boobs, petting my head. She stuck her tongue out at them and I heard giggles and a huff.
"Can you 2 NOT tease each boy I come across?!" Ryoubi told her sisters.
"Boo… You are no fun, Ryoubi…" One of them said. Anna drags me away and their conversation drifted away. When it was just me and Anna, she turned me towards her and looked at my eyes.
"You looked at her butt, didn't you?" Anna asked and I gulped, slowly nodding my head, "I don't blame you. She had a huge butt… I think it might rival Amanda's dumptruck ass." I snorted at that and Anna chops me on the head.
"You shouldn't stare at other women's butts, though Beloved. People would label you as a pervert." I cleared my throat and sighed.
"Sorry. It was a moment of weakness…" I told her and she punched my shoulder lightly.
"You better be lucky I love you, doofus…" Anna told me and I nodded my head as Erica teleports onto my head and laid down on my small afro. I reached up to my head and scratched her head. I then thought about the PokéDex and the huge update it got. Then, I just realized something… I was thinking how powerful Wukong was and I got my answer. He had POKÉRUS! Of COURSE! That's a perfect explanation! Normal Monferno wouldn't be able to do HALF the stuff he can do! Luckily, PokéRus isn't like a real sickness, so no one could detect it. Weird that none of the Nurse Joys didn't detect it up to now. Anna noticed that I had a different look on my face.
"Something wrong?"
"Ummm… Not really. Just realizing something. My PokéDex got an upgrade just now… A whole bunch of stuff appeared and it revealed something to me. Wukong had PokéRus," I said to her and she widened her eyes.
"PokéRus? That is indeed rare. That explains why he is so strong," Anna said as we started walking towards a flight of stairs that led up to the second floor, where the Karaoke Booths were and where our friends were.

Anna and I made our way up to a room where a blue haired woman about maybe 20 years old wearing a pencil skirt suit standing guard outside a room with a Doublade and a Herdier standing at her sides. The Herdier bounds towards us and sat down, wagging his tail at us while panting.
"Savant, heel," the woman said and the Herdier rushed back over to her and sat on his hind legs, looking up at her, "I know you like greeting strangers… But, you should be a little more careful." Yep, that's Eula. And, she looks GORGEOUS. I love this world…
"Sorry, got a little tied up, Miss Eula," Anna told her and Eula shook her head.
"Everyone is inside. I was instructed to watch out for you 2 and lead you inside," Eula said as she bowed to us respectfully. I glanced at Anna and she giggled at me. Eula stood to the side and lets us inside the room, where some pop music was playing at a medium volume and we could hear singing coming from inside. Anna and I went inside and Eula came in with her Pokémon followed behind her. In the room were our friends and Momo's security guards, sitting on some couches set up around the room. I glanced over and saw Ranma drinking some soda from a glass and looking a little shaken up. I went over and sat next to her, hugging her and holding her close. She leaned her head on my shoulder. She had changed back into the outfit she had on yesterday and had her Croagunk sitting on her lap, who was drinking a glass of water. He croaked at me and I smiled at him while Erica hovered onto my lap and looked up at me.
"You okay now?" I asked her worriedly. She nods her head and blushed.
"Sorry. I was… Caught off guard," Ranma told me and looked away.
"I don't blame you. This is my first time in River City, too," I told her and she looked at me, blushing again.
"So, how did your battle go? Did you win?" Ranma asked as I could hear the song end. I shook my head and chuckled.
"Nah. She was a tough customer, no doubt. I need to get my Pokémon trained up if I am gonna be doing the most crazy shit," I told her, "But, hell… A loss isn't that bad. I'll learn from it." Ranma smiled small and leaned her head on my shoulder. Anna, Amanda, and Blanc sat next to me and smiled at Ranma as she looked to be getting better.
"So, umm… We do need to discuss the gang thing," Amanda told me as she looked at me. I glanced over at her and Momo sat next to Ranma.
"They told me about what you told them after you met with the detective. You have a lot to do, huh?" Momo told me with an earnest smile, "Well, thankfully… You have connections. If you need my help, you can just ask, you know." I looked down and sighed. Yeah, I already decided this needed to happen. If we are to be prepared for PHK and anything in the future, this needs to be done. I already got some ideas on who can join besides my friends.
"Thanks, Momo. I do need your help for something. You got any records on people you worked with that have any special abilities?" I asked her and she thought about it.
"Father would have all the records locked away… But, I do remember a girl that had abilities that were supernatural. And her hair was Crimson Red, if I remember," Momo said and tapped her chin, "But, I don't remember her name." Sounds like Rias exists here, too…
"Well, anything helps. Kitty told me about a Guardian named Hajime Nagumo. However, I don't know where to find him," I said. Just then, Kitty came over to us while holding BiBi in her arms.
"I can call him. He is a good friend of Bradley's," Kitty told me and I nodded my head, "He lives in Eterna with his girlfriend, Yue. Both of them don't normally talk to anyone but me and Bradley. His family kinda kicked him to the curb after he got Yue pregnant." Oh… Wow. So, teen parents… Gotcha.
"That would be awesome, Kitty. Tell him there's a matter we would like to talk about," I said and she nods her head.
"Fair warning, he is a bit cold to strangers," Kitty told me and I nodded my head.
"I'll be wary," I told Kitty with a smile, "Thanks, Kit." She smiled and went to go sit next to Bradley. I hummed and glanced over to see Revy slightly stumble into the room, slightly drunk. She cracked her neck and plops down on a couch next to ours.
"Hey, Revy…" I said and she nods to me in acknowledgement, "You think I can talk with your sister about something?" She raised an eyebrow at that.
"Dunno… Sis normally turns down offers if they don't suit her in any way," Revy told me, "But, shit… What do you have to lose? I'll call her. Hang on, okay?" She reached into her purse to grab a PokéGear colored black out of the purse. She flipped it open and dialed it. The dial tone buzzed from the PokéGear for a few seconds before a mature woman's voice answered.
" Balalaika speaking. What is the situation?"
"Yo, it's me. I'm with James… He wants to talk with you," Revy said as she straightened up and cleared her throat.
" Revy… I see. Is he with you right now?" Balalaika said. She hands me the PokéGear and I took it.
"Yes, ma'am. How are you?" I said respectfully.
" Nice to see a voice behind the face, boy. Revy never cares much about people unless it's about me or the company, so you gotta be something special," Balalaika said and I scratched the back of my head while Revy blushed… Which was odd to me.
"Umm… Well, I have a favor to ask. I'm sure you heard of the PHK, right?" I said seriously while rubbing the back of my neck. There was a silence on the other side for a few seconds before she answered.
" So, its true that they are after you," Balalaika said seriously, " You asking for extra protection?"
"Well, actually… A partnership is what I'm asking for," I said and the room went quiet. I could feel the stares of everyone in the room on me. I gulped and Balalaika… Laughed. Revy looked nervously at me. That… Ain't a good sign.
" You are either stupid and are trapped with no way out… Or, you have brass balls of steel to ask one of the dangerous women in the world for a partnership. Okay, you made me laugh… I'll entertain you. What can you bring to the table that I don't have already?" Balalaika asked and I looked down. Fuck, I didn't think that far ahead. I can't just bullshit my way since she will smell it from where she is.
"I can't lie to you, ma'am. I… Don't have much. I'm traveling with my friends on a journey… And, well…" I said honestly and told her my history. When I was done, there was a tense silence.
" Ahh, now I have the whole picture. You're stuck… And, you can't do one thing without consequences. I'll agree to this partnership… On one condition," Balalaika said and I held my breath, " I want to see the face behind the voice. Meet me at River City Central Park at 5. We will talk business there… Don't be late. You bring my sister with you, understand?"
"Yes, ma'am!" I said as I nodded my head quickly. I was not gonna fuck around with Balalaika… In Black Lagoon, this woman has been through some shit. I am not gonna be on her bad side.
" And, lose the honorifics, kid. It makes you look like a coward… You have martial arts training, so you should have some courage in you," Balalaika said and I let out a long sigh, " Revy, you still there?"
"Yeah…" Revy said.
" You take care of the kid. I sense he will change the world… For the better," Balalaika said and both of us looked at each other. Balalaika hung up and I sunk in my seat, almost like I wanted to melt into the couch.
"BRUH," I said in exhaustion, "I hope I don't get shot…"
"I do hope you know what you are doing," Revy said as Alexis and Lola pops out of their Poke Balls and shook themselves off.
"I hope so… Sorry, girls," I told my Pokémon. They gave me serious looks and I chuckled nervously.
"Whoever we are meeting, you better not come out harmed," Lola told me and I rubbed my face.
"I got Hajime to talk. He will meet us in Eterna," Kitty told me and I smiled at her.
"That's great. Thanks, Kitty. Hey, umm… Anyone know how to get to Central Park?" I asked and Misako and Kyoko looked at each other.
"Well, I assume we are the best candidates to show you there," Misako said.
"Yeah, we will get you there quick!" Kyoko said excitedly.
"I'll go with you guys," Ranma said, "I wanna ride along with Misako and Kyoko. And, I wanna protect James…"
"Ranma…" I said softly and she hugs my arm, "Alright."
"Don't worry. We'll meet back up at the Pokémon Center," Amanda told me and I nodded my head.
"Actually, I can host you guys at my family summer home," Momo offered as she bows to us, "It's the least I can do since James is a dear friend. And, a friend of James is a friend of mine. Here, you'll need this traversing through River City safely." She hands me a voucher that had her face plastered on it in a cartoonist manner.
"It's a Yayorozu Pass. Show this to any of the taxi services that operate in River City, and you will go anywhere for free. My treat."
"…I don't know how to repay you, Momo…" I told her earnestly and she hugs me.
"You've given me your friendship… And, you kept Vergil around, albeit some setbacks. If anything, I haven't repaid you enough," Momo smiled as she held my hands.
" I am glad I know you, Momo," I said with a smile as I looked at her. She blushed and giggled, feeling appreciated.
"We better motor, kid. Don't wanna keep Sis waiting," Revy told me as she patted my shoulder. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. Yeah, I'm aware… Momo steps back as we let go. Ranma, Misako, Kyoko, and I looked at Revy and followed behind her out the door… But, not before I blew a kiss to my girlfriends that are staying behind.
"Good luck!" Aqua said with a smirk, fist bumping me.
"Don't get shot again, okay?" Bradley told me and I gave him a wry smirk.
"Shut up," I told him and Kitty smacked him on the arm lightly. With that, we left out of the Karaoke Booths and the Casino altogether. I sure hope this all goes well… But, why do I have this sneaking suspicion that everything will be crazy in an instant?

Okay, few things to note! Innate Abilities were always planned in the story… Because they were an interesting concept I had to tackle. A Pokémon with a main Ability and several secondary abilities active at once would be broken… But, I circumvented that by having Guardians, Crimson Devils, and PokéDex Holders be the ones who will have their Pokémon aquire Innate Abilities.
Now, I will go into the next chapter with hopefully the cure for Kitty started. I might do a small time skip for that… Dunno. I'll consult my friends with that one.
Well, next on the list… Harem. I decided on Momo being in the harem and adding 2 Honkai girls, which are Silver Wolf from Star Rail and Kiana from Honkai Impact 3rd. Reason being both are my favorite characters from those games. I debated on Theresa for a while until I nixed it in favor of her being a bit older in this story and being Kiana's foster mama. That will come into play sometime later, but Silver Wolf will be in River City. You'll see where I am going with this…
Finally, Balalaika. I plan to have her play aa more prominent role in the storyline. She is mentioned a lot, so why wouldn't I put her in? She wouldn't be traveling with my group since I already have Revy. But, she will be contacting James every now and then. It's fun to portray Balalaika, since she is very reserved and calculating. But, more on that later. Now, the bio today would be… Kyoko! I'm gonna get to Momo after Kyoko, since I don't know what to put on her team. Misako, I got a perfect idea. With all that, SONIK OUT!
