At the grandiose Ponyville soundstage, Donna, Bailey, and their esteemed companions graced the premises, summoned by the urgent call of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Little did they know, a momentous occasion awaited them. Sweetie Belle, amidst her nostalgic rummaging, stumbled upon the script of her former theatrical masterpiece, 'The Bell Of A Sweet'. Alas, the recollections of its inadequately crafted storyline lingered in her mind, for it was only the resplendent costumes, meticulously crafted by her illustrious sibling, Rarity, that had captivated the hearts of the audience.
Bailey, with a swift glance, beheld the dresses that adorned the room. Each of them, remnants of the Cutie Mark Crusaders' past performance, is now rendered obsolete by their growth. "How exquisitely beautiful these dresses are," Bailey marveled, her admiration evident.
"I Am Groot (Indeed, Bailey)," Groot concurred, his voice resonating with agreement.
Curiosity piqued, Donna inquired, "Pray tell, what tale does this play unravel?"
Sweetie Belle proceeded to elucidate the plot, a tale of two regal sisters commemorating their kingdom's illustrious 500th anniversary. Alas, a predicament befell them, for they had yet to discover a singer capable of rendering their kingdom's anthem. However, a resolute vocalist emerged, willing to grace their anniversary celebration, were it not for her stern and exacting vocal coach.
Upon hearing this, Donna's mind drew parallels to Sweetie Belle's own experiences, singing for the esteemed Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. "You know, Sweetie Belle," Donna mused, "Crafting a play is no facile task. Firstly, one must meticulously scrutinize the script for any semblance of paraphrasing or errors. Secondly, the presence of extras is imperative to lend authenticity to the performance; a mere trio of actors would render it implausible. Thirdly, actors must maintain unwavering eye contact, for it is through their gaze that the essence of the characters truly comes alive. And lastly, one must subject the play to the discerning judgment of a select few before deeming it ready for the stage."
All the educational facts wowed Sweetie Belle, "I didn't think I needed that information at the time." Sweetie Belle admitted, "Could you at least read the play for me, please?"
Not wanting to disappoint Sweetie Belle, Donna read, 'The Bell Of A Sweet'.

In the world of imagination, the magnificent Payton and Sydney were two regal sisters of noble lineage. They were inside a castle that looked like Princess Celeste's. Payton was draped in a magnificent purple gown, while Sydney was adorned in a breathtaking blue dress. The former held the title of Queen Chifuyu, reigning over all, while the latter was known as Lady Carola. As Donna lost herself in her reverie, she envisioned herself in a sumptuous pink dress, adorned with intricate roses, fit for a queen of singing. "Forsooth and anon, I cometh for and posthaste with glad tidings, miladies." she greeted the two royal sisters.
"Queen Chifuyu, with graceful poise, inquired, "Pray tell, who might you be?"
"I am Harmonie, hailing from the northern village, Queen Chifuyu," Harmonie greeted with reverence. "I have heard whispers that you are in need of a singer for the upcoming Sunday."
"Indeed," Lady Carola responded, her voice filled with admiration. "I had the pleasure of witnessing your performance last week in the kingdom's grand opera hall, and I must say, your voice possesses an ethereal quality akin to that of an angel."
Aware that the fair kingdom of Bloomapia was on the cusp of celebrating its momentous 500th anniversary, Harmonie spoke with hope in her voice.
"While I understand that this year holds great significance for your esteemed kingdom, could you, perhaps, grant me the opportunity to showcase my talents?" Queen Chifuyu, her expression tinged with sadness, explained, "We shall deliberate upon your request. You see, another singer has expressed her willingness to partake in the grand festivities of our kingdom's 500th anniversary. 'Marietta,' our esteemed royal opera singer, has graced the stage in all of our illustrious shows."
Uncertain of her fate, Harmonie made the decision to grant them until the approaching Sunday to reach their final verdict.
Harmonie was bidding adieu when she chanced upon a stunning yet haughty lady draped in a majestic red gown, none other than Maria Flores, the celebrated opera singer known as 'Marietta'. "What brings a commoner like you here?" she sneered impolitely. "I was just taking my leave," replied Harmonie, as she made her way out through the ornate towering doorway.
