Scandal 19
Another day done and dusted, and they were no closer to finding any answers than they had been before Admiral John McGee's unannounced visit to the Navy yard. That evening, Gibbs had been reluctant to let Tim go with Nate and the Secret Service. Especially after John Mcgee's loosely veiled threats. But he didn't need to worry for too long. Nathan Taylor had a state dinner at the White House, not as a Congressman or Senator, but in the role of the First Son.
So, Gibbs took Tim back to his place and invited Tony and Ziva to join them for dinner and a movie, under the guise of extra sets of eyes. Gibbs' house had been mostly repaired. There were still the bullet holes on the outside, but the windows had been replaced and the inside plastering had all been patched and repainted. The external wooden boards were covered in weatherproof tarping while they waited for the weatherboards to arrive which were currently on back order.
With the invitation issued and accepted, and with that in mind, Tony wanted to order pizza and Gibbs wanted steak, Ziva wanted to eat healthy, and Tim insisted on it. He hated the fact that he hadn't been able to go for a jog or go to the gym, to clear his head since this whole ordeal began. Tim had worked hard to get the weight off and keep it off. Not that Nate minded the weight, but he did. Tim had always struggled with his weight, and it was a touchy subject for him.
It had been decided that Tony could have his pizza if he wanted to, but Gibbs was going to make cowboy style steaks, while Tim made a delicious green salad, which everyone will eat, even if Gibbs grumbled a little about it and Ziva, would fashion up one of her healthy desserts. Gibbs had noticed that Tim had been getting restless with the lack of freedom and constantly being shadowed, so he had made the announcement that tomorrow morning they would also be having a gym session, before work.
Abby had been put out by her lack of invite to dinner at Gibbs' house, but when he had explained that Tony and Ziva were there as an additional pair of eyes and for security reasons only, she had let it slide. But not without the promise that she could join them all for lunch tomorrow, her schedule permitting.
That's how they found all of them, piled into Gibbs's lounge room. Salad in a large bowl, Tim had found in the back of the top cupboard. He had made a salad of rocket, lettuce, spinach, onion, carrot, beets and had dressed it in a vinegarette that he'd made from some olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice. Ziva had made bought some Greek yogurt and portioned it out with honey, walnuts and a berry compote and dark chocolate for a delicious dessert. Gibbs of course, had prepared the steaks to perfection and it was no surprise when Tony passed on the pizza, in favour of a cowboy steak.
After dinner and dessert, Gibbs settled in with his copy of the emails. He was now just past the halfway point and although the internal affairs department were investigating and CCU were doing their thing too, Gibbs felt like he needed to read the remaining emails. It felt like when you started a book and instantly was hooked, you just needed to know how it ends. Gibbs worried that it made him sick, in a twisted sort of way, but Tim had just chuckled and said he was braver than he gave him credit for.
Tony, Ziva and Tim were watching a movie, something Tony had insisted that Tim needed to watch, and Gibbs was settled into his favourite armchair.
SUBJECT: NSFW, my love.
"You're into what you're into, I'm into what I'm into. We don't have to be into the same shit, and if you're safe, sane, and happy, then go on and get you some." ― Matt Fraction
Dear Tim,
Above I quote Matt Fraction. I have quoted him before, but never before have I done it to remind you how amazing and fantastic you are. I love the fact that you feel your done with your father and his emotionally manipulative ways. You and I both know that; although we don't have the same hobbies or interests, we're still the same on ethics and morals. And yes, I can hear your whispery, willowing voice reminding me, I am a politician. I know I am, sweetheart. But in a way, you have the tougher job. A job that if I had, I am not so sure I'd be able to keep my cool and remain calm and collected. At least in my job, when another Senator or Congressman pisses me off, I can tune them out, or opt to return to my office and take my frustrations out in there.
But you; you are amazing. Don't think I haven't noticed, because I have. You can go from hearing a murderer confess his deepest darkest plans, to comforting a child whose parent has been killed in the blink of an eye. No one delivers news like you; good or bad. However, for all of that and more, I get to be the one who sees you unravel. The one who gets to help you work out your frustration.
"Sex sells, but gay sex sells better." ― Ahmed Mostafa
When I started composing this email, I didn't think it'd become this explicit. But I can't help it. It's been days since I have seen you last, weeks since we were ion the same room together and almost four months since we spent the night together. Speaking of sex, in particular gay sex, we should have some, and soon. I know this is a rather blunt proposition but hear me out. I think you're the most gorgeous man I've ever met in my life. I don't mean to put on any pressure or anything, but I'd love to take you to bed again soon. It's been too long since we made love last. Work on both of our ends has been truly ghastly and I can't wait to take you apart with my teeth, if need be.
The last time we were intimate, there was hardly enough time to show you how much I love you. Any chance I can tempt you into a long weekend at the beach house? I want you so bad I can't help it.
10 Things I want to tell you that's explicit and rather crude, but the honest truth.
1. You can use my body any way you want tonight.
2. I'm going to ride you until you're begging me to stop.
3. I'm going to make you feel so good.
4. You have no idea how hot you are.
5. You shouldn't be wearing that tie. You need to take it off. You know what it does to me.
6. I'm going to run my tongue over every inch of your body.
7. I love it when you tease me with your tongue.
8. There's not a part of you I don't want to taste.
9.I've been thinking about being with you all day, and now I can't wait to feel you inside me.
10. Do you want me to get down on my knees?
"I believe that sex is one of the most beautiful, natural, wholesome things that money can buy." ― Steve Martin
Someone needs to tell the stunning, silver fox, that money might be able to buy sex, but it can't buy love. And I do you love you. (And I know how much you hate a sentence starting with the word 'And' ...) And, (See what I did there) with that in mind, my final piece of resistance is Shakespeare... because my boyfriend is a sucker for Shakespeare.

Gibbs put down the bulldog clipped bundle of pages and swallowed. No one noticed him, the other three agents were firmly entrenched in the movie playing out on screen. "I'm done." He announced, tossing the pages at Tim.
"What?" Tim asked softly. He was confused, he knew Gibbs was only halfway through the emails.
"Yeah, Not reading anymore." Gibbs said, defiantly. "Nope, I am done. It's too much. If you and I are to continue a friendship and any kind of working relationship, let me give up now. So, go through the rest and tell me if there is anything of relevance, I need to know."
Tim skimmed the remaining emails and nodded at Gibbs. "You're good." Tim confirmed softly. "I'd rather no one read what is left of the packet."
"Hoh ohh," Tony interjected, eavesdropping on the conversation between Gibbs and Tim. "Is it not safe for work? Or were you a naughty boy, Timmy?"
"For the love of everything holy, drop it, DiNozzo." Gibbs demanded. He felt awful. He had invaded Tim's privacy. He had felt like a voyeur and Tim, and he needed to be able to work together when this case was over. So, he had to stop, for his own mental health. "There is nothing wrong with your emails, Tim. But I feel the rest of them should stay between the two of you."
Tim's phone beeped and when he looked at it, he frowned. Noticing the change in the room, Tony moved from his spot on the sofa, to beside Tim on the floor. "Is everything ok, Probie?"
"Text message from Nate. The Secret Service have made an arrest." Tim announced. "It's definitely not who I was expecting."
