In Monarch's lair...

Everyone in the lair felt the mission had stopped abruptly for a split second. All they could do was stare at this quirk that was now somehow a Kwami.

Midoriya's Kwami.

"Huh?" Midoriya let out, breaking the silence.

The Kwami floated in front of him, looking slightly embarrassed while everyone was staring at him. When it made eye contact with Uraraka, it's cheeks blushed uncontrollably and tried to hide behind its ears.

"Aww! You're so cute," Uraraka said as she gently rubbed his head with her fingertips.

The Kwami looked like it might pass out right there, it's eyes widening from being so flustered.

"I want to pet him, too!" Ashido cried out.

EraserHead activated his quirk, scaring the Kwami, and it hid behind Midoriya's shoulder.

"Don't forget we're on a mission," EraserHead reminded them all as he turned over to a paralyzed Monarch.

He couldn't move since Vesperia struck him with her Venom. ErasureHead stood up and made his way over to him. His glowing, red eyes never left the Butterfly Miraculous as he took a step closer to him.

Before he could take it off of him, he heard a familiar beeping sound and turned around to spot Vesperia detranformed into Zoe Lee. Class 1-A quickly got ready to protect her just in case she needed to transform again.

ErasureHead was ready to wrap Monarch up with his scarf and take him to the police, when he suddenly felt a hand reach out to stop him from doing so. He looked up to see Monarch unfrozen with a piercing glare in his eyes. He almost about to ready to bolt out of there with Midoriya's brand new Miraculous.

"No way you're getting your filthy hands on my Miraculous!" Monarch cried out as tried to pin EraserHead down to the ground.

EraserHead was stronger however, and he was able to get out of his grasp. He tried to wrap the villain up with his resistant scarf, but he was too fast. Monarch launched himself towards EraserHead's class, mostly Midoriya, but he was able to finally wrap his scarf around his torso. He was very stubborn, as he kept tugging at the strong scarf just trying to make his way out of it.

Monarch reached towards the group, eyeing the Kwami behind Midoriya. It looked absolutely terrified of the villain, and it shrunk behind its rightful holder.

"You're... not... getting... away... from... me... this time!" Monarch cried out as reached out to towards them, "I will... get... my wish!"

Midoriya couldn't keep his green, tired eyes off of Monarch. For some reason, he thought he saw terror in his eyes, and he knew and understood why. All he wanted was his wife back, but he could tell along the way it became about power. He actually started to feel bad for him, especially since Adrien was involved.

In the corner of his eye, Midoriya spotted something on the ground. It looked like a communication device, possibly from EraserHead. Bakugo noticed what he had found and made sure that they both knew what to do. Midoriya nodded to him inconspicuously, and they shared a look of knowing what had to be done.

"I'm sorry, Monarch," Midoriya said to the villain, surprising everyone around him, "But you can't have my Miraculous. It won't help you bring back your wife. That's all you want to do is bring her back, right?"

Class 1-A didn't understand what Midoriya was talking about, but it seemed to have stunned him a bit and kept him at bay.

"Of course! That's all I ever wanted was to bring Emilie back to me!" Monarch cried as he struggled with the scarf.

"Well then, what about Adrien?" Midoriya asked him back, "Adrien is Emilie's son. Shouldn't he know what you've been doing all this time? He deserves to know."

EraserHead could tell that whatever Midoriya is saying to him started to slow him down and resisted less. Then he noticed Bakugo inching his way closer to something on the floor. It was his communication device. He'd must've dropped it while they were fighting Monarch. Knowing he might notice Bakugo, he made sure not to move him around too much.

"Come on, Bakugo," EraserHead thought.

"Adrien... He has nothing to do with this. He would never understand any of this!"

Midoriya almost let out a laugh, knowing full well that he was so wrong about that considering he is one of Parisian's heroes he's after.

"You have no idea what you're dealing with, do you?" Uraraka asked him with her arms crossed.

Monarch growled at her, trying to again to get out of the scarf. Someone suddenly caught his attention the moment he grabbed the communication device. Bakugo had connected to the others.

"Oh no you don't," Monarch growled at him as he yanked at the scarf hard.

"Hey! Everyone, that Butterfly Bastard's lair is through the butterfly window! Hurry up and get your ass's over her--"

Bakugo set off an explosion right at Monarch, but he was too fast. The scarf loosened up, causing ErasureHead to let him loose. He had pinned Bakugo to the wall, almost knocking the wind out of him.

"Kacchan!" Midoriya cried, not expecting Monarch to get out of EraserHead's scarf.

"No way am I letting you contact your friends," Monarch said as he pulled out their communicator and stomped on it.

Bakugo couldn't even understand how someone who was quirkless could be so strong. He knew Ladybug and Cat Noir were quirkless, too, but someone with a Miraculous as weak as this shouldn't be this strong. He let off a bright explosion towards his face, but then he realized the one thing he needed wasn't around him in the lair.

He needed heat.

He'd barely sweat since he'd infiltrated the lair. Now that he's realized it, it did seem pretty cold in Monarch's lair. Then it clicked in his head, and he faced the villain with a nasty growl.

"It seems you've noticed how cold it is in here. Maybe next time you do an interview, you should be careful. You never know who might be watching," Monarch said with a smirk on his face similar to his own.

"You Butterfly Bastard..."

In Gabriel's bedroom...

Ladybug, Rena Rouge and Todoroki had just opened up a safe behind a picture frame. They had found a bunch of pictures and documents of Gabriel Agreste and his family. Some things they barely skimmed over, but grabbed them anyway just in case. The pictures seemed a bit suspicious. Some made it seem like Gabriel had some sort of double life.

"What is this?" Rena Rouge asked her, "Something about these pictures don't look right."

"Yeah... Even these documents have different names, and I've never seen Adrien's father wearing anything but a white suit and red pants. You can trust me on that one," Ladybug pointed out.

Todoroki spotted a picture under some of them. It was a picture of what looked like Gabriel, Natalie and someone he knew right away was Adrien's mother. It looked like he was holding something important, something they had just dug up and found somewhere entirely different.

It was hard to make out, but it looked like something in the shape of a Peacock. It reminded him of a Miraculous.

"Ladybug, you might want to take a look at this," Todoroki said as he passed the picture over to her, "Do you know what this might be?"

Ladybug's bell blue eyes widened as she took a closer at it just to be sure, but she definitely knew what it was.

"Th-That's the Peacock Miraculous!" Ladybug whisper yelled just in case Monarch was around.

"How did they find those Miraculous so easily?" Rena Rouge asked her, "I mean, he found the Peacock and the Butterfly Miraculous? That just doesn't seem right."

"They definitely found this around the Guardians Temple. That's where Master Fu lost the Miraculous."

"Master Fu?" Todoroki asked her, tilting his head rather curiously.

"He's the one that gave me and Cat Noir the Miraculous in the first place. I'll just have to explain once we get out of here and save Deku," Ladybug told them.

She didn't want to jump to any conclusions and instead grabbed whatever she could and jammed them into a bag next to the desk.

"We should head out and look for the--"

Suddenly their communication devices buzzed, causing everyone in the room to flinch.

"Hey! Everyone, that Butterfly Bastard's lair is through the butterfly window! Hurry up and get your ass's over her--"

They all knew right away that the one who buzzed in was Bakugo. His yelling almost burst their eardrums.

They all turned to Ladybug and followed her lead as they ran out of Gabriel's room and headed down the stairs. The doors to his office swung open to find Cat Noir, Jirou, Iida, Sato, Kirishima and Aoyama running out all together.

No ErasureHead in sight.

"Where's EraserHead?" Ladybug asked right away, worried for their teacher.

"He went over to help out Uraraka, Bakugo and Ashido," Iida explained to them.

"Did you find anything, Ladybug?" Cat Noir asked her pretty quietly.

Ladybug noticed that her partner looked rather sad. She'd hoped that hadn't found anything that might've upset him, but at this point, she just hoped he'd be okay after all of this. She gripped the bag tight, hoping that she'd be able to find the time to look through the documents and pictures with him.

"Ye-Yeah... I found something," Ladybug responded, "We'll go through it later, kitty."

Cat Noir smiled, but it still looked rather sad. Ladybug felt something for him, and she wanted to give him a big hug after this was all over.

"Did you just hear that though? Bakugo's with Monarch! We have to help him!" Kirishima cried.

"Hopefully EraserHead got to them in time to save Midoriya," Sato pointed out.

"Let's go!" Ladybug said to everyone as they ran out of the mansion and towards the butterfly window.

Ladybug set down the bag she had been holding right by the gate so no one could find it, and they all headed inside using their quirks and Miraculous.

Another amazing chapter!

It seems Midoriya has a Kwami! The story will get into it more later, but right now there's still a fight going with Monarch! Bakugo was able to get in touch with the others. Ladybug found some stuff about Gabriel, hmm... Maybe it'll come up later...
