Chapter 12: Jack Under The Sea:

Jack's POV:

We were meeting with a man who was a descendent of a sailor known as Captain K'Nuckles.

"Like my ancestor, I was searching for the mythical Candy Island, but instead, I found an underwater city and I met the Triseraquins. A race of amphibious creatures. What really interested me was their time machine. You'll find them in the Sea of Teeth, a large green ocean that appears to be in a constant state of darkness as numerous storm clouds are always hovering over it. It is infested with numerous sea monsters of all kinds, ranging from sea serpents to even the mythical Kraken."

. . .

We traveled the Sea of Teeth, but we ended up caught by a large metalic creature.

. . .

"Jack, wake up," says Jill.

We met the Triceraquins.

"Greetings," one of them said.

"Umm... hello, I am called Jack, and they are called Jill and Peter."

"You three must be hungry," says another Triceraquin.

. . .

They took us to their dining hall where we saw...

"Sushi," I said.

. . .

We were then eating the sushi. It has been so long. It was so good.

"So, I'm sure there's a reason you three were traveling the Sea of Teeth," says a Triceraquin.

"Could it be our time machine," says another.

"You know of it," asks Jill.

"We invented it," says the first Triceraquin.

"But how did you know we came for it," asks Jill.

"The Sea of Teeth is a dangerous place," says the second Triceraquin, "I doubt you came to go fishing."

"May we see it," asks Peter.

"Easy," says the first Triceraquin, "give us a chance to prepare it first."

"Apologies," says Peter.

"You should rest," says the second Triceraquin.

. . .

"I am not so sure about them," says Jill.

"They seem nice to me," says Peter.

"But they knew that we even knew that they had a time machine," says Jill, "I know nothing of time travel, but I am not sure you can connect a time machine with an aquatic civilization."

"You might be right," I said, "but how often could we get another chance like this?"

Jill's POV:

I was walking through the halls.

"Are you alright," asks one of the Triceraquins.

"I... I was wondering, what is your story?"

The Triceraquin then looked out the window. "Once, we lived on top of the seas, but then Aku sank our city. Forcing us to live in the bottom of the ocean. We managed to adapt with our gills. I'm Connery by the way."

I still don't trust them, but I do feel sorry for them.

Jack's POV:

The Triceraquins known as Ringo and Guinness showed us the time machine. It was a bubble-like structure that was outside.

"When I get back," says Peter, "the first thing I'm going to do is tell everyone about aliens."

"They'll think you are mad," says Jill.

"Perhaps," says Peter.

We then step into the bubble, but when we got in, something grabbed our hands and feet. "What is this," I asked.

"I'm sorry about this," says Connery.

Then the sailor showed up. "You," I asked.

"You thought we were your way home?" The sailor was a triceraquin in disguise. "You're our way home!"

Then Aku appears. "Well done," says Aku. He then pokes a hole in the bubble and water started coming in.

"Now, about our deal," asks Guinness.

"Ahh yes," says Aku, "but you see... I CHANGED MY MIND!" Aku then laughs.

Feeling betrayed at Aku's deception, the Triceraquins turn on him, sending in troops to attack. Aku shape-shifts into many spiked tubeworms, then a manta ray, and finally an octopus.

"We have to get out of here, Sir," says Ringo.

"Alright," says Guinness, "let's go!"

"Wait," says Connery, "what about them?"

The Triceraquins then drag us. "Turn back so I may face Aku," I said.

They were scared, but they agreed, and they freed us, and I attacked Aku and started slicing him. He then retreated.

"Jill has already drowned," says Peter.

Connery then grabs Jill and proceeds with what the people of this time calls CPR. He stopped and Jill was alright. "I hope that I did not kiss another frog," says Jill.

. . .

We then showed our new friends the surface.

"So beautiful," says Guinness.

. . .

We then arrived in the forest. We did not get a time machine, but the Triceraquins gave us something else to make up for it, the sushi.
