Chapter 13: Mandark:

Jack's POV:

We were at the Resistance Base when the alarm was going off. We had to race, and Dexter turned it off.

"Now we just need to find the source," says Johnny.

"I think I know," says Dexter.

It was Dexter's sister, DeeDee. "Can I join the Resistance now," asks DeeDee.

We then pushed her out.

"How can you be related to her," asks Jill.

"We have the same parents," says Dexter.

"At least it's not Aku," says Peter.

Aku's POV:

I was sitting on my throne when Mandy called. "Someone wants to speak with you," says Mandy.

I then rose. "Who dares... oh, it's you, Susan."

"Please, Lord Aku, call me... Mandark!" Then there's lightning and barking dogs.

"He never gets the name right," says the Mad Scientist.

"You must earn your name," I said. "And do something about the weird indoor lightning and barking dogs that came out of nowhere... it is strange."

"But I have a plan to defeat the Samurai," says Mandark.

"Very well," I said, "I will start calling you Mandark if you defeat the Samurai."

"Yes, my Lord."

Jack's POV:

Dexter was working on a time machine. "So far... I got nothing," says Dexter.

"Thank you for trying," says Jill.

"We just got word," says Johnny, "there's a time machine in my hometown, Aaron City!"

"Then that is where we must go," I said.

. . .

Jill, Peter and I went to Aaron City to find this time machine.

"Too bad Johnny couldn't come with us," says Jill, "this is his home."

"I cannot wait until we return to our home," says Peter.

"That must be Pops' Moon," says Jack, "Johnny told me about it."

What we didn't realize was that someone was watching us.

"According to this... thing that Dexter gave us," says Jill, "the time machine should be... in this dojo that they call a gym."

We then entered the gym and ended up trapped.

. . .

We were trapped in a net and hanging from a ceiling.

"And someone is probably going to gloat to us," says Peter.

"Why should I gloat," asks a child with a big head and glasses, "when I can sing!"

"Not more singing," says Peter.

Mandark: Mandark is my name
And science is my game
And I came up with this little trap

I have a big brain
And I plan to give you so much pain
Because you are all saps

I'm a bad guy
And now you know why

You are here
So now is the time
You pay for your heroic crimes
And you will experience fear

I am never kind
And I'll rip out your spines
For I'm a mastermind

I'll deliver you to Aku
And he will destroy you
Then he'll use my name

Everyone will respect me
Then they will all see
That I am not lame

Samurai
It's time to die
But I'll take your sword

You were so nice
But now you must pay the price
And you can't give an encore

I am never kind
And I'll rip out your spines
For I'm a mastermind!
I win!

I then break free and try to take my sword back, but Mandark's robots defended him. It was hard to fight them without my sword.

"What do we do," asks Jill.

"Hope he'll return the sword," suggests Peter.

Mandark then gives out an annoying laugh. "There isn't even a time machine! That was all a trick to get you here!"

I was about to punch him, but then a robot grabbed me and threw me away.

"You are nothing but a coward who hides behind robots," I said.

"We can't all be trained samurais," says Mandark.

"We have to get out of here," says Jill.

We then exited.

. . .

We called the Resistance.

"Mandark is Dexter's rival," says Johnny, "he's bad news."

"He has my sword," I said.

"That stinks," says Johnny.

Mandark's robots then destroy my communication thing.

"It's over," says Mandark.

Then DeeDee came out of nowhere. "HI GUYS!"

Mandark sees her and something strange happens. DeeDee then walks away.

"Who's that," asks Mandark.

"That is Dexter's older sister, DeeDee," says Jill.

"DeeDee," says Mandark, "oh, what a heavenly name the Eternals have blessed her with! I will return your sword to you if you set me up on a date with that golden haired angel who praises our undeserving world with her infinite beauty!"

"We don't owe him any favor," says Jill.

"He works for Aku," says Peter.

Then Dexter appears out of nowhere. "Besides, DeeDee will probably destroy Aku's..."

We then all realized this is the answer.

"We will be honored to help you, Mandark," I said.

"Really," asks Mandark.

. . .

We then lured DeeDee to Aku's lair using a trail of candy. "There is more candy inside," says Mandark.

Mandark's POV:

The first girl I have ever loved is now here with me. "So, DeeDee, I learned that you... like... to dance."

"DANCE? I LOVE TO!"

DeeDee then starts wrecking everything.

"Susan! What is the meaning of this," asks Aku.

"I'm... on... a date?"

Turns out my Golden Goddess... is chaos incarnate. Isn't that just like a woman? But, yet, somehow, I'm still attractive to her.

Jack's POV:

We were back at the Resistance base laughing.
