Chapter 19: The Secret Saturdays:
Jack's POV:
We were walking in the woods.
"We might run into another monster," says Jill.
"I don't know," says Peter, "seems like a nice night."
Then something came out of nowhere. It was an eight-foot-tall "gorilla-cat" with tawny fur that gets lighter around his neck, face, hands, and feet. He has red eyes and a mouth full of sharp teeth. I got out my sword and was prepared to fight, but then a strange grappler claw thing grabbed me and threw me.
"What was that," asks Jill.
"That would be us," says a boy. He is leanly built and average height and weight for his age. He has either a sweet smile or a cocky grin throughout the series. Zak has black hair and dark brown skin.
The man who I assume to be his Father looks to be of African-American heritage, with dark skin, black hair (with a streak of white going down the middle), and one dark brown eye, while the other is of a pale blue color due to him being blind in that eye.
The woman who might be the Mother is a young woman of average height and a slender, pear-shape build, with long, pale blonde (almost white) hair fair skin. They are all wearing orange and black.
There is also a creature that appears to be smaller than the average adult Komodo dragon, being about six feet long in total, though he still weighs (reportedly) two-hundred and fifty pounds, which is about the standard. He has fangs and claws, along with dark green scales and red, beady eyes.
There is also a teal and green Ornithocherius with black wings and purple eyes. She is about six feet tall when she stands up straight, making her wingspan around twice that. She has dull teeth suited for a diet fish and sharp claws and talons for hunting. She has a feathery head of "hair" than runs down the back of her neck.
"You are servants of Aku," I said.
"We're trying to protect creatures from Aku," says the boy.
"You wish to protect monsters," asks Jill.
"They are not monsters," says the boy.
"Could have fooled me," says Peter.
We were about to fight, but then drones came. "Get the Samurai," says a drone.
We then fought the drones, but then the drones take the creatures and leave.
"Fiskerton, Komodo, Zon," says the boy.
"The drones took the monsters," asks Jill.
"They are not monsters! My name is Doc Saturday. This is my wife, Drew, and our son, Zak. We cryptozoologists who have dedicated our lives to studying and protecting cryptids from Aku."
"Then those creatures really aren't monsters," I said.
"Aku plans to turn them into monsters," says Zak, "and we have to save my brothers and sister!"
"You consider those things your siblings," asks Jill.
"We can help you," I said.
"Alright then," says Drew.
. . .
We were then sneaking into Aku's lair.
"It is our old friends," says Peter, "Mandark and the Mad Scientist."
"ANGRY!"
"But how did he hear that," asks Jill.
"I can sense them," says Zak.
"He has a special connection with cryptids," says Drew.
. . .
We were then following Zak as he was leading us to the cryptids.
Mandark's POV:
The Angry Scientist and I were taking a look at the cryptids.
Mandark: Sleep tight, little monsters
Sleep tight, little monsters
Angry Scientist: Sleep until you are ready
Mandark: When you wake you will be our experiments
Angry Scientist: Put us in Aku's favor
Mandark: Our plans have fallen apart
Angry Scientist: Because of that samurai's brave heart
Mandark: But now we have a second chance
Angry Scientist: Vith you cryptids, the Samurai will be killed by us
Mandark: At long last the team
Angry Scientist: Zhat vas meant to be
Angry Scientist/Mandark: Because...
Angry Scientist: Ve've been evil
Mandark: We've been bean

Mandark: Oh so sad
Angry Scientist: Crush others to require
Mandark: Anything that we desire
Angry Scientist: Ve're dishonest
Ve're big liars
Mandark: And we were almost fired
Angry Scientist: Our second chance has come
Mandark: For all the wrong we have done
Angry Scientist: To pay off and zhen some
Mandark: And Aku will reward us for real
Angry Scientist: But watch out because...
Angry Scientist/Mandark: We're villains
We're villains
We're villains
Angry Scientist: You've been evil
Mandark: You've been bad
Angry Scientist/Mandark: We've been mean

Mandark: If we don't get our way, we shall scream
We're scientists with class and brains
Angry Scientist: But vhen ve get unhappy, ve give you such pain
Mandark: We are loyal servants who must acquire
Angry Scientist: Anything Aku may desire
Mandark: They say we're Clutzes
Angry Scientist: That we are buffoons
Mandark: But we'll ruin you
Angry Scientist: And send you to zhe moon
Mandark: I come on civil, kind and daring
Angry Scientist: But ve vant everything you have vithout caring
Mandark: We're just creatures in disguise
Angry Scientist: Ve must vin our great big prize
Mandark: And once we beat you

We're sleazy
We're twisted
Timeless
Wicked
Heinous
Bad guys to extreme
Mandark: So sleep tight
Angry Scientist: How did you not see this coming?
Sleep tight
Mandark: It's not like we're fluffy bunnies.
We then laugh.
Jack's POV:
We managed to make it to the cryptids.
"Are those two dangerous," asks Doc.
"Well, yes and no," says Jill.
"There they are," says Zak, "Fiskerton, Komodo, Zon!"
The Cryptids are in their cage and run to him.
"Careful," says Jill.
"I think you are judging them," I said.
"Look at them," says Jill.
"Someone is coming," says Peter.
"It's the Samurai," says Mandark.
"Mandark and the Mad Scientist," I said.
"ANGRY! I am an Angry Scientist! A mad scientist vould have the laughter of maniacalnessnessness, vhich I do not have! Vhy? Because I am an Angry Scientist!"
"Moving on," says Mandark, "drones, attack!"
We then fought the drones. "Your weapon is impressive," I said.
"I call it the Claw," says Zak.
"Releasing the Cryptids," says the Mad Scientist. "Angry!"
Mind controlled cryptids came out of their cages and we ended up fighting them. I use my sword to free Zak's cryptids.
"Wait, maybe we should make sure it's safe," says Jill.
Zak's cryptids were then fighting on our side. Defending us. Zak then used his claw to free the mind controlled cryptids. All the cryptids then look at Mandark and the scientist. "We...should leave," says Mandark.
The cryptids then attack them.
. . .
Jill was getting along with Fiskerton, Komodo, and Zon. It seems she has changed her mind about them.
"Thanks for saving them," says Zak.
"It is our pleasure," I said. We then left for our journey.
