Chapter 39: Demongo:

Aku's POV:

For too long, the Samurai has defeated my forces and none of these idiots can think of anyway to destroy him. Time to pull out the big guns. "From deep withing the bowls of the pit of hate, I summon Demongo!"

Then Demongo appeared. "What is thy bidding, my master?"

"You are one of my most powerful minions," I said, "you possess the ability to steal the essence of the mightiest of warriors, or the deadliest of beasts. You have never failed me."

"Did it have to be this guy," asks Mean.

"He creeps me out," says Nasty.

"Silence," I said.

"The more essence I take, the more powerful I become, my master," says Demongo, "and I have stolen the essence of the greatest of warriors."

"Find Samurai Jack," I said, "destroy him and enslave his essence!"

"Samurai Jack," says Demongo, "a prize indeed. The greatest of all warriors."

"Yes," I said, "what better way to get rid of him then to have his essence imprisoned for all time?"

"It is as good as done, my master!" Demongo then leaves and I laugh.

Jack's POV:

My friends and I were walking through a desert.

"All of this walking," says Jill, "why can't we just live in the Resistance Base?"

"I do not feel comfortable staying there for too long," I said.

"I feel like we've been everywhere," says Peter.

"Poor little ones," says a voice I did not recognise, "I am Demongo! I am the stealer of essence and I seek you!"

"You were sent by Aku," I guessed.

"Yes and I have a playmate for you." Demongo then summons a large monster.

"He summoned it out of no where," says Jill.

I then battled the monster. He was big, but I have my sword. We fought and the monster nearly had me beat, but I managed to stab it with my sword and it disappeared.

"Impressive," says Demongo, "but you don't know what you're dealing with."

Demongo then summons four warriors. "I know these warriors," I said, "I met them when Peter met Rex."

"It is their essence," says Demongo, "and now they shall dispose of you!"

I then fought the warriors. They are a samurai, a knight, a four-armed warrior, and a tiger-man. They were challenging warriors before. First, I defeated my fellow samurai, then I defeated the knight, then the four-armed warrior, then the tiger-man. Demongo then laughs and releases four skulls, but...

"No, it can't be," I said.

"Didn't Jack just defeat these warriors," asks Jill.

"It is their essence," says Demongo, "I can bring them back anytime I wish."

"Are you too afraid to fight your own battles," asks Peter.

"Why fight when I can have others fight for me," asks Demongo.

I then fought the four warriors again. And once again, I managed to defeat them. Demongo then summons an army of skulls and we were surrounded by an army of warriors.

Female Singers: Who's got all the warriors?
Demongo: I wonder who
Female Singers: Why does he have so many?
Demongo: I'll never tell
Female Singers: He's going to cause so many terror
Demongo: Because it's evil
It's Evil
It's Evil
And did I mention evil?
You see that? It's evil.

Female Singers: He's here to destroy the Samurai
Demongo: Yeah Baby
Female Singers: Even though he's not brave enough to fight
Demongo: Hey!
Female Singers: But you still have to wonder why?
Demongo: Because it's evil
It's Evil
It's Evil
And did I mention evil?

Get out of my way
'Cause anyone can see
I'm here to cause so many crimes
Female Singers: He's the kind of guy with no morals
Demongo: The more essence I take
I'll be immortal
Demongo: And they will all obey my will (Female Singers: And they will all obey his will)
Demongo: My army of evil
Female Singers: His army of evil
Demongo: My army of evil
You just can't beat them.
My army of evil
Female Singers: His army of evil
Demongo: My entire army of evil
Tiger-Man: Ah-dah, doo'n dah'n dah wow!

There must be a way to defeat Demongo! A way to stop Demongo from using essence! Essence trap the warriors! Trapped essence! Free the essence, Demongo has no power! How do I free the essence?

"Jack, we need a plan," says Jill.

"I have one," I said. Demongo must be defeated from within! I grabbed onto a defeated essence and I'm able to enter Demongo.

. . .

I am now within Demongo. I saw all the trapped warriors. "I free your essence!" Using my sword, I was able to free all of them.

. . .

Now we are all outside Demongo and all the freed warriors go after him.

"What did you do," asks Peter.

"I put him on a diet," I said.

Aku's POV:

"You failed me, Demongo," I said.

"No, master, give me another chance!"

"Hmm... no." I then crushed him. Once again, the saga continues.
