Title: Desire's in my hands
Hailey Banks: A girl with a difficult mission to save the world, she was given a Desire Driver by Scott to fend off a Jyamato attack at the County Fair (ID Core is Writer's choice)! Though given permission to use the Driver and any Buckles she and Scott obtains during the campaign for private items on her list, Hailey is forbidden to use them in public unless it's a Jyamato-caused emergency. Eventually, during the Desire Royale, Hailey discovered a way to use the Buckles without an ID Core to bypass Buffa's (BULLSHIT!) shield!
Scott Denoga: Childhood friend of Hailey Banks, he was chosen by an unknown Supporter of the Desire Grand Prix to be the new Kamen rider Seeker, along with a person of his choice! Unfortunately for the higher ups, he chose the one person who'll reverse climate change in the future. As he and Hailey climb the ranks and blitz through the latter's list, Kristine broke up with Scott over the phone, causing his resolve to waver heavily. Unfortunately, it only got worse as Keiwa tricked Kristine into revealing that she didn't want anyone dating Scott, causing him to begin pushing himself to the limit in an effort to feel anything other than despair! But while he was changed, he was able to mostly recover, thanks to Hailey Banks.
Ace Ukiyo: The son of the previous Navigator, his soul and spirit survived countless reincarnations as he used his wishes to uncover what happened to his mother bit-by-bit.
Keiwa Sakurai: Also known as Kamen Rider Tycoon, he is a good-natured person to a fault. As a result, he became friends with Scott right off the bat as he and Neon helped him and Hailey with the list.
Azuma Michinaga: The rival of Kamen Rider Geats, he had wanted to gain the power to defeat all Riders. However, as he is essentially forced to spend time with the new Riders, he begins to take an interest in Scott Denoga. So much so that he tried to keep him from turning into another him after he had his heart broken further by discovering Kristine's desire to have Scott cling on to her. Eventually, he was given a private mission to act as a double agent and spy on Baroba and Archimedel as they planned to steal the Gamemaster's Vision Driver, unfortunately reigniting his desire.
Neon Kurama: The creator of Neon TV, she became great friends with the two new contestants as she and Keiwa helped them complete the list and encourage Hailey to follow her feelings for Scott.
Win Hareruya: An amateur rockstar from the future, he was picked to participate for fun, rather than to sabotage Ace.
Kristine Sanchez: Claimed to be the most popular girl in school, she dreamed about being a celebrity. After, or before, the destruction of Area 37, she was chosen to be a contestant on a show called "Hat House" which led her to break up with Scott, leaving him depressed while she enjoyed herself! Unfortunately for her, she was tricked by Keiwa into revealing a nasty secret, causing her to start struggling in the competition up to the semifinals. Returning to Oceanside for the semifinals, she tried to make amends with Scott, only to discover it was too late for sorry, causing her to choke and lose in the finals. Shortly afterward, she began to blame Keiwa and Hailey for her predicament as she joined Baroba to exact her revenge, eventually as Premium Baroba!
Daichi Izusu: Originally the sixth participant of the Desire Grand Prix, he eventually went insane as he found a way to transform into the Trilobite Jyamato to collect knowledge from deceased Riders! Eventually, he joined up with Baroba and Archimedel to obtain greater information While creating a Jyamato with cybernetic enhancements.
Baroba: The sadistic supporter of Kamen Rider Buffa, she became a teacher-of-sorts to Kristine after her ex-boyfriend told her he would never forgive her.
Glare: An unhinged Gamemaster of the Desire Grand Prix that replaced Girori after his removal! His method for running games is more for the Riders entertainment than the audience as he allows them to stay up to the end, and occasionally picks new participants before the finale of each game! However, after the reveal of the Desire Royal, he joined his contestants in stopping the Grand End.
"Welcome… to the Desire Grand Prix!" Kamen Rider Glare said as he stood in front of a huge curtain before all five of his Hypnorays detached and floated above him! "My name is Glare! I'm your Gamemaster, and I'm here to show you the most jaw-dropping, heart-stopping, mind-bending paraphernalia you've ever laid your eyes upon!" He declared as the drone created hard-light illustrations of what he described before the curtains opened and the Hypnorays reattached themselves, revealing the Desire Temple as the Navigator, who was wearing a black and white jester's outfit. "Isn't that right, Harley?" "That's right, Glare! I can't wait to see what you've cooked up for today." Harley stated as they walked towards the middle of the floating platform! "Well, let's not waste any time. Let's get right into the show with our two new contestants: Hailey Banks and Scott Denoga from Oceanside, California!" Glare declared as Hailey Banks and Scott Denoga, the former currently in a standard DGP jacket and the latter in a duster coat version of the jacket, suddenly appeared in the middle of the area, both looking shocked! "What the-" "QUE THE OPENING!" Glare screamed, interrupting Hailey!

In a white background, a dozen ID Cores sat in rows of three before, moments later. eight different hands grabbed eight of them.

As Kamen Rider's Tycoon and Hailey, in Rider Form, were watching over Oceanside from the lighthouse, PunkJack and Naago were performing at a concert as the crowd went wild.

Within a ruined city, Michinaga was staring at Togetchi's cracked ID Core before Kamen Rider Seeker walked past him, holding the Gigant Sword, causing him to pocket the Core before transforming into Kamen Rider Buffa.

In the Desire Temple, Glare and Harley were viewing hundreds of screens at once, showing them many things happening around the world. Seeing enough, Glare then walked away and used his Hypnorays to create a screen, showing thousands of ID Cores that were either active, available, or unavailable.
(Wait there for me! Jurapira Jurapira! Wait there for me! What the hell are you doing?! Wait there for me! Jurapira Jurapira! Wait for me there! Open it!)
In a greenhouse full of Jyamato, Archimedel was tending to a baby Jyamato before transforming into the Dunkleosteus Jyamato, Daichi examined the damaged (unavailable) ID Cores before turning into the Trilobite Jyamato, and Kamen Rider Baroba and Kristine stared down the ruined city before the latter turned into Premium Baroba, concealing the latter's conflicted expression.

In a black background, Kamen Rider's Ziin, Kekera, and Kyun stood side-by-side in silhouette of their respective colors as a red dragon flew over them before it separated and turned into armor.

In vine-infested Oceanside, Hailey and Scott were on one, exhausted as they saw Premium Beroba and Kamen Rider Regard a mile away, leading an army that comprised of GM Riders and Jyamato Riders. As they got back up, hundreds of Riders walked up behind them, alongside four of the Supporters, Glare, and the rest of the 'cast'!
(Fighting for the sake of those we protect! Fighting more and more! Fighting flamboyantly while putting our life on the line! Even if we lack strength, wisdom, or luck! With such courage…)
As the two armies clashed, chaos ensued as Jyamashin Buffa used his Tactical Break on three Jyamato Riders, Geats IX fired both magnums at Kamen Rider Regard with Glare using his Hypnorays to shoot down half a dozen flying Boost Buckles, Bujin Sword Tycoon cleaving through ten GM Riders at once while Naago, using Beat with Fantasy, boosted his powers!

In the middle of the battle, Seeker, currently in Fever Builder form, and Premium Baroba leaped into the air as they performed a Rider kick at each other, only for Hailey, in her Jet Cannon Rider form, to boost him with a blast from her shoulder cannons!

After a bright flash, Hailey was in her room, holding her ID Core and list in her hands as she looked uncertain before she looked at her window, seeing her friends looking at her with smiles. This gets Hailey to smile before she puts both book and Core down on the bed and headed for the window. Afterwards, she and the others ran to the pair, passing by the people they've met during the year. Finally, as they reached the end of the pair, they jumped off the edge before freeze-framing midair, transforming into their respective Rider Forms!
