Amelia's POV
Zayto, Ollie and Myself walked into buzz blast "Are you sure I should interview for this reporter Job, I really only have experience of fighting monsters" Zayto started "Call that tackling hard tasks" I countered "And piloting a giant Zord" He added "You have flashy style" I tried "And taking care of sporix" He continued "you recycle" I finished "Ok" Zayto gave in as Elouise came over from the editing booths "the collab video is being edited and will be ready to upload tomorrow" She told me before turning to the guys "And Zayto as long as you stick to the advice Amelia gave you you'll get the job" She reassured him "Gotcha, Cool cool Coolio" He said while doing a weird hand gesture causing Elouise to cringe and quickly walk up the stairs and Ollie to smirk "I don't know where you learnt that but your Interviews this way" I told him following Elouise
Elouise's POV
I carried on up the stairs to see if anyone else was going for the Job and I noticed a guy leaving Jane's office and sitting down on the chair outside as the other 3 joined me. Jane noticed Zayto and called him into her office "Good luck" Ollie told him as he entered the Office before the 3 of us sat at a table "I'm gonna get a drink do you guys want anything?" Amelia asked "Yeah can you get me a blue power aid please" I asked her she nodded before turning to Ollie but I zoned out as I looked over to the guy sat outside Janes Office and I noticed him pull out a harmonica If he's going for the job Zayto's going to have to fight for it seeing as this Guy looked a lot cooler than him, I thought to myself. I was snapped out of my thoughts by Amelia returning with the drink "Here" She handed us our drinks we all drunk a bit before stopping at the sound of a harmonica the 3 of us turned to the guy Amelia and Ollie were obviously worried about Zayto's chances of getting the Job however I was more focused on the fact that he could make a Harmonica sound good "Cool harmonica, catchy tune" Amelia praised he just raised his eyebrows before going back to playing "Hey are you going for the reporter job" Ollie stopped him "Uh yeah Jane told me to wait, I'm trying to earn money to buy a keytar like a keyboard but you play it like a guitar" He explained " well they're not cheap so fingers crossed" he told us with a smile as the door to the office opened "Well thanks for coming in Zayto, Javi as a final test -" Jane started but I didn't hear the rest as I got a message from my mum asking if I was able to look after Ethan for a couple of hours tomorrow I sighed quietly before replying with a simple yes before I focused back on the conversation in front of me "Before you go I'm gonna send a reporter with you to watch over and jump in if necessary" Jane told them before turning to Amelia, Ollie and myself "Amelia you'll go with Zayto and Elouise you'll go with Javi" She Instructed us before turning around and entering her Office. Amelia and Ollie walked over to Zayto as the Other guy Javi came over to me "I'm Javi" He introduced "Elouise" I smiled "So let's get going" I told him before heading for the stairs I could hear his footsteps trying to catch up with me "What's your assignment" I asked "Uh the nephrite orb it's in the museum downtown" He told me I just nodded as we exited Buzz blast I lead him over to the parking lot and over to my car "Nice car" He complemented "Thanks" We both got in the car and headed towards the museum. "So any tips on reporting" Javi asked me "Well I'm more of a vlogger than a reporter but the best thing to do is stay calm act natural and make sure the interview isn't boring" I advised he nodded "right stay calm, act natural and not boring" He recited as we pulled up and I found a parking spot we got out and headed towards the entrance Javi opened the door and waited for me to go through first "Thanks" He blushed a little but nodded "No problem" We started towards the reception "first things first your gonna need to get the interview" I stated instead of replying he walked over to the receptionist I was too far away and couldn't hear the conversation but I saw the receptionist nod before Javi turned back and headed towards me "I've got an interview with one of the professors in 15 minutes" He told me "Good job" I praised causing him to smile
Javi's POV 15 minutes Later
Elouise and myself were sat talking about working at buzz blast when a man in suit came over to us "Are you Javi?" The man asked me "Yes sir" I told him shaking his hand "You wanted an interview about the nephrite orb yes" The man checked "Yeah I'm a reporter for Buzz blast and I have to report on it" I informed the professor he nodded his head before gesturing for me and Elouise to follow him he led us over to the orb and I noticed Elouise looking curiously at its "Wow" I heard her mutter as she looked over the green and black orb "you have questions so ask away" The professor reminded me
Elouise's POV
I heard Javi asking his questions but I couldn't pay attention as I was to focused on the power radiation from the orb it felt like the feeling I got when I morphed. I looked around trying to find a way to be able to contact Solon to see if the power readings were the same but I didn't get the chance as everyone in the museum was suddenly racing to get out "What the hell" I exclaimed only to notice Mucus and 2 other beasts walking toward the Orb "It's Mine all mine" the weird castle tower beast exclaimed before Mucus picked it up and the 3 started walking out "I heard Javi on the phone to the Ranger hotline telling them where the beast was.
Zayto's POV the same time Javi and Elouise arrived at the museum
We were looking around for Izzy when I noticed the people around us were jumping over some kind of barriers "Humans do some strange things" I stated which caused the other 2 to laugh we were about to continue looking when a spear was thrown in front of us "Hey that's her Izzy Garcia" Amelia said looking towards the athlete that had thrown it and the folder in my hands before taking the folder off me I took a breather and headed towards her with a nod "That was a good throw" I praised her "What" She asked me taking some kind of device off her ears "I said that was a good throw" I repeated before grabbing a red spear "I know because I used to throw those all the time when I was a knight" I said twirling the spear around my "Careful" Izzy warned stepping back before realising what I just said "You're a knight, well I'll give you a call if I see any dragons" She told me "There have dragons here?" I excitedly asked as Ollie stepped up "Uh he's just kidding" He told Izzy "Uh right yes just a joke, I'm actually a reporter I'm Zayto I'm doing a story for buzz blast and I want to tell the city all about your amazing skills" I explained holding my hand out for a handshake "I see, sorry I don't do interviews I've gotta improve my throw before the next meet" She apologized before aiming her spear "I'll make a deal with you I show you a trick to improve your throw and you give me a story" I tried "You show me a trick you learned in knight training you're on pal" She accepted "Cool Cool Cool-" I started only for Ollie to cut me off "Maybe not" he told me I cleared my throat "I mean you get more distance if you release the spear with a slight upward angle like this" I informed her while showing her the stance "The spear" I heard her say before getting into the same stance that I was just in "All right Mr. knight " She said walking a little distance away as the rest of us stepped back she started running and released the spear at the same point I told her and the 4 of us watched as the spear landed ahead of her previous throws "All right Mr. Knight, Okay you got yourself an interview" She said shaking my hand "So you are the top high school athlete in the state what's you secret" I questioned her "No secret just practice makes perfect that's what dad says he sometimes trains me when he's not busy being the park warden" She stated "really a strict guy big hat stares at people like this" Amelia started before making a weird face "He's your dad" She asked worriedly "Technically Step-dad you know him" She asked Amelia "Uh no no nope never met him" Amelia stuttered with Ollie nodding in agreement "So do you have a favourite event" I asked her trying to stay on topic "That's actually really hard but I'm gonna say Javelin" She answered holding up the spear "But I like doing any kind of sport" She continued "What would you say is your normal routine when it comes to training" I carried on "Well I always start with stretching very important" She said pointing at me "and I think a quick warm up and lots of vegetable to keep me healthy and strong I can't" She added I noticed Ollie and Amelia talking on the comms meaning something was up "I'm sorry we have to go" I politely cut her off handing her the Javelin back "Maybe we can talk another time" I suggested "Uh sure no problem" She replied as I walked over to the other 2 "There's an attack at the museum" Ollie informed us "That's where that Javi guy went" I reminded them "And Elouise but she can't morph without revealing her Identity to Javi" Amelia added we quickly rushed off to find a spot to teleport. We landed and noticed the Warden get hit by one of the beasts "Your gonna regret that" I yelled at the beasts "Ah what's happening now" The beast with the Orb frustratingly asked "He's got the nephrite Orb from Javi's assignment" Amelia pointed out "That could mean he or Elouise are Injured" Amelia continued worried for her best friend "If Void knight wants that Orb then we have got to stop him" Ollie added "Those are 3 of the rangers" Mucus muttered to the beast "Those pipsqueaks impossible" The tower beast laughed "Don't believe it see for yourself" I said before leading the morph "It's morphing time, Dino fury keys activate, Link to morphing grid" We yelled "Dino fury power" We announced "I'll show you power" the beast with the Orb yelled before charging at us
Elouise's POV
Me and Javi rushed out one of the exits and hid behind some crates as I noticed the other rangers fighting I felt helpless knowing I couldn't help without revealing myself as a ranger "Oh no" I heard Javi mutter as he spotted the Warden on the ground injured "You think I'm tough now with this orb I'll be invincible" The Robot announced "Invincible" I muttered "That's not good" Javi added from beside me I noticed the other rangers using boost keys to keep the beasts to attack knocking the orb from the robots hand the dragon beast knocked Ollie and Amelia down as the robot headed for the Orb "Gravity ball" Zayto yelled holding the beast and the robot back. Javi ran out from beside the boxes and over to the Orb before picking it up and jumping in the wardens car and driving off "Wait we stole that first" Mucus complained "Mucus your our only hope stop that car" The robot commanded "It's morphing slime" Mucus mocked I quickly morphed and headed over to Amelia and Ollie helping them up "Nice try" Zayto taunted "Worth a shot" The robot moaned as they both teleported out "Bold move but risky" Zayto commented "Are you Okay Els" I heard Amelia ask from behind her helmet "Yeah I'm fine but we need to find Javi before they do" I told them "Look the warden" Ollie pointed out before the 4 of us ran over "Are you okay Mr. Garcia" Ollie asked as he and Zayto helped him up "This is a mess but I think I need to get to the medical centre" He stated "Don't worry we can take you there hold onto me" Zayto instructed the Warden thanked him before the 5 of us teleported to the medical centre
20 minutes later
"Any update warden" Zayto asked as the warden exited the medical centre "The police are trying to track down my vehicle but no luck so far" He informed us "Dad" I heard from behind us as a teenaged girl came running up to hug the Warden causing him to grunt "Are you ok" The girl said quickly looking at me and the other rangers "That depends how was practice" The warden asked the girl with a smile the girl sighed before saying "Yeah your fine" before turning to us again "Wow the power rangers I'm a fan I heard about you on the news so monsters stole a nephrite orb" the teen fangirled "They tried to" Zayto confirmed "Until my son ran away with it" The Warden added wait his son I thought looking towards Amelia "No way that was Javi" the daughter said impressed "Wait so he's your son" Ollie double checked "we really need to find that Orb" Zayto Stated "Javier could be anywhere he's always disappearing as soon as I hear something I will let you know" The Warden promised Zayto thanked him "Now I have to get back to work excuse me" He told his daughter before leaving "We can't just wait around" I told the other rangers "I might know where he is" the girl stepped in "Really" Amelia asked surprised "My brother's into playing music but dad doesn't approve so Javi goes to his secret spot to practise without dad bothering him" She continued "Where" Ollie asked the girl "I can show you" She replied without hesitation "Okay let's go" Zayto told us as the teen headed of in a sprint.
After arriving at the woods
We ran through the woods looking for Javi "There" Amelia pointed out as she spotted Javi being attacked by the robot and the dragon sporix we noticed Javi handing the Orb over but before the robot could use it Javi's sister hit it out of his hand with a javelin "Javi" She yelled "Izzy" copied before hugging her as us rangers charged at our enemy's "Ready for round 2" Zayto asked "Bring it" The dragon sporix challenged Me and Zayto charged at the robot leaving Ollie and Amelia to fight the dragon sporix I jumped over Zayto and quickly ran to the other side of the robot charging from behind as Zayto did the same from the front only for the robot to knock Zayto away and turn around to grab my sabre and chucking me down to where Amelia had been knocked down "Well that hurt" I groaned before trying to get up only to be shoved back down by Ollie who had been thrown towards my back "Oww get of me" I groaned "Sorry" Ollie apologized as he rolled off my back but was stopped from trying to get back up by a blast from the dragon just as Zayto was slashed by the robots sword causing him to join the rest of us on the floor "Tonight's menu roast rangers yum yum yum" The dragon announced before the sound of a harmonica could be heard "Ahh my ears" The beast moaned "What is that infernal ruckus" The robot groaned as the sporix pleaded for it to stop "Did someone lose a paperweight" Izzy asked holding the Orb "Uh yeah that thing will make me invincible" The robot informed her "Wow it really does feel powerful" Izzy remarked holding the Orb "Give it to me" The robot commanded Javi took the Orb from his sister "Okay but I can be a bit clumsy and uh uh-oh this things slippery" Javi stated before throwing the Orb down and destroying it leaving only 2 Dino keys left "Is that" I asked Zayto as the 4 of us got up while the pair grabbed the keys "What are these" Javi asked Zayto "I thought they were lost they're Dino keys " He explained as the keys started glowing causing the 2 to start morphing "Woah what's happening" Izzy asked "What" Javi exclaimed "they morphed" Me ,Amelia and Ollie all chorused "are you, Am I, are we the" The siblings started "The green and black rangers yep" Zayto confirmed "Sweet" I heard Amelia from the other side of Zayto "This is a dream come true" Izzy fangirled "I know right" Javi added "Hold that thought" Izzy told him before ripping off her skirt "Skirts aren't really my thing" She exclaimed "Hey that Orb was meant to be my thing you're gonna pay" The robot interrupted "Excuse me we were in the middle of a conversation how rude" I told him causing Amelia to laugh "Hengemen" He yelled "I've got a bone to pick with the sporix" I told the others as the hengemen charged I dodged the hengemen and headed for the sporix before knocking him with my sabre into a nearby tree causing him to grunt I quickly looked over to see the siblings dealing with the robot and the others dealing with the hengemen I turned back just in time to dodge a fireball from the beast before slashing his arm and gripping his tail and throwing him face first into the ground before grabbing a nearby hengemen and chucking him onto "you just got a little taste of your own medicine" I told him before slashing at the hengemen on top effectively destroying it and damaging the sporix who chucked me back by getting up Ollie and Amelia caught me as the 5 of them came running over "You know what happens if a sporix beast fights long enough spoiler alert we grow" He stated before growing "Well it's not like he was gonna shrink" Javi stated "Oh is it Zord time" Izzy asked excitedly "You're a quick learner" Zayto confirmed causing Izzy to become even more excited at the prospect of a zord fight "Solon deploy Dinomigo Zord, T-rex champion ,Tricera blade and ankylo hammer zords" Zayto asked and within a couple of minutes we heard the roar of the Dinomigo zord "Zords combine" The 3 rangers with zords yelled as I teleported into mine and causing a distraction so the 3 zords could combine "Come on creep get the birdie" I taunted as he tried to hit me I noticed the megazord and jumped down from the hill my zord was stood on to transform into the Dinomigo megazord the beast chucked a bunch of rocks at us "Our turn" Zayto stated so I used my zords Plasma blast to stop the beast from getting any closer as the other megazord charged to him slashing at him I continued with the plasma blast trying to cause damage as the others powered up an attack which was to slash his tail off just as a plasma blast hit him knocking him down "Time to cut to the finish" Zayto told us before summoning the mega fury sabre "Dino fury megazord mega slash" The five chorused destroying the sporix I teleported down ready to search for the sporix with the other 5 joining me a couple seconds later "The sporix" Zayto spotted as I jumped up to get it "One more for us One fewer for Void knight" I told them before we teleported out and back to the base "Woah" Javi exclaimed in awe "Big superhero mood" Izzy added "Welcome to our humble base" Zayto started as the 2 demorphed "And welcome to the team " I finished as the 4 of us demorphed "I'm Zayto this is Ollie ,Amelia and Elouise" Zayto formally introduced us "You 4 are the rangers" Javi asked "I had no idea" Izzy said gesturing to Zayto "We had no idea that the Tiger and Stego Dino keys survived" Zayto told them "I wonder what else is out there waiting to be discovered" Ollie asked "Maybe a couple of zords for us" Izzy asked "Possibly you humans sure do love zords" Zayto stated "Let's see giant machines that kick ass what's not to love" I countered causing the others to laugh "And here's another surprise Hey Solon" Zayto called out causing Javi and Izzy to look at each other confused as they followed us towards an open door "Welcome friends you look hungry can I get you a snack" She politely greeted "You're a" Izzy started "Half cyborg half Dinosaur strange I know took some adjusting for me too but that's nothing Zaytos a Knight from planet rafcon" Solon stated as Zayto revealed his antennas "So you are a Knight this is the coolest day of my life Javi I'm glad you smashed that Orb " Izzy told her brother "Oh no the orb it's history so is the deadline for our buzzblast stories there's no way jane will give either of us the job now" Javi realised "I need to find a new way to pay for that keytar" He thought "There's plenty of jobs around you want 10 quid to clean my room" Izzy asked causing us to laugh "Well we should head to buzz blast at least" Amelia told us "You guys go ahead I was gonna ask Solon to check my back after someone landed on it" I said pointedly looking at Ollie "It was an accident I said I was sorry " Ollie defended "Accident or not your heavy" I moaned while grabbing my shoulder "Okay we'll go ahead Solon can you check her back" Zayto asked "Of course come on" Solon stated leading me to the medical room and grabbing her medical scanner and scanning my back there was 3 beeps to let us know that the scan was done "Well?" I asked the Dino "You will be fine Els just try not to be to active for today and tomorrow and you should be perfectly fine" Solon reassured me I thanked her "You should probably go join the others" Solon suggested "Oh right thanks" I said before teleporting out and to the alleyway next to Buzz Blast before heading in I saw Jane walking away with Javi as I headed over to the others "Let me guess Javi got the job" I guessed "Yeah Jane heard about Javi stealing the Orb" Ollie confirmed "What was his first story" I asked Amelia with a sly smile "to find the best hamburger in town" She told me which caused me to laugh "Is that better than finding the best Taco" I asked her reminding her of her first story "Wait you had to find the best taco" Ollie laughed causing Amelia to sigh "And that is why I prefer being a vlogger, Streamer and youtuber for buzz blast" I said laughing once again "Oh shut up" Amelia groaned
