Elouise's POV
"Hey Gang" Izzy excitedly greeted us as we walked over to her "Hi" Amelia replied "Meet our cousin Lily she's my trainer too" Izzy introduced "Hi lily" Zayto said with a wave "Nice to meet you" She told us "Lily you must be a great trainer, I'd do anything to run like Izzy" Ollie complemented they both looked at each other before turning back to Ollie "Would you wake up to train at 5am" Izzy asked "So maybe not anything" Ollie backtracked "Then you're not a champ like us show them your pick" Izzy told Lily who pulled out her phone and showed us a picture of her with a medal "Cool medal how'd you get it" Amelia asked "1500 feat a track event at the special Olympic world game" She explained "Special Olympics?" Zayto asked confused "They help set up sports training and events for all kinds of people not just those with intellectual disabilities" Izzy explained for Zayto "I have an intellectual disability but at the world games anyone can compete but no one can beat me" She told us "That's pretty cool" I complemented her "Lily's worked out a top-notch training plan with me and she makes the best protein smoothies" Izzy praised "Maybe you'll get your own medal at the cross-country race today" Lily suggested "A medal would be great my dad wants me to set a state record like he says you can only prove you're the best by winning" Izzy and Lily Imitated the warden causing the rest of us to laugh "Oh I gotta go and meet my friend see you at 2'Oclock for our last session Okay" Lily said looking down at her watch "See you then" Izzy promised "Bye" Lily said to the rest of us with the rest of us each responding with some type of goodbye "Izzy Solon wants to see us" I told her "Sure I'm done anyway let's go" Izzy said grabbing her bag before the 6 of us found a hidden spot and teleported to the base where Solon showed us to a 3D map Zayto Izzy and Amelia stood one side while I stood on the other side in-between Javi and Ollie "I may have discovered your missing Zords this is where the orb with your keys were found years ago in Greenlee woods" Solon explained "Hey my race will go through there" Izzy exclaimed "Oh I get it so if our keys were there then maybe our zords are in that area too" Javi worked out "But they'd probably be buried after all this time" Ollie said bursting Javi's bubble "Could we not make something that could dig it up?" I asked "I think with a few supplies I can build something to detect zord energy no matter how buried it is" Solon tried just as a call came through from the ranger hotline "Sporix beast at the park" Solon told us causing the 6 of us to teleport down to the park and spotting Mucus, The robot and a new sporix "Ugg someone smells like rotten fish" Amelia gagged "I bet his fighting stinks too" Izzy added "it's morphing time" Zayto called out as the 6 of us got ready to morph "Dino Fury key, Activate, link to morphing grid" we chorused as the 6 of us morphed T-rex fury red ranger" Zayto announced before slashing his sabre around "Ptera fury white ranger" I called out before copying Zayto's slashing movements "Tricera fury blue ranger" Ollie announced from behind me before Slashing his sabre in what I can assume was the same type of movements as myself and Zayto and then Amelia called out "Ankylo fury pink ranger" Before I heard the slashing sounds once again "Tiger fury green ranger" Izzy yelled as she too slashed her sabre around "Stego fury black ranger" Javi finished the roll call with his slashes "Dino Fury power" We all yelled causing the new sporix and the Robot to charge at us With Zayto, Ollie, Amelia and Izzy dealing with the new sporix Brine blast and some hengemen leaving me and Javi to deal with the robot Boomtower Javi ran forward and double kicked Boomtower knocking his balance slightly giving me time to jump up using Javis shoulders as a boost before slashing his chest and landing in the splits allowing Javi to flip over me and double slashing Boomtower angering the robot Boomtower then grabbed Javi by the arm and chucked him out of the way before heading off to where Izzy and Zayto were fighting Brineblast with me following after him. I met up with Izzy and Zayto as Boomtower had disappeared and the 3 of us chased Brineblast into a dead end next to a fountain "Looks like you're at the end of the line" Izzy told him "Please I have little fishes at home" The beast pleaded as he fell to his knees catching the 3 of us off guard "Wait he has kids" Zayto asked just as confused as Izzy and myself "Wait seriously" I added only for Boomtower to attack Zayto who dodged out of the way I overheard Brineblast talking about a distraction and not having kids but I wasn't really paying attention as Boomtower slashed the 3 of us with some kind of lightning attack throwing Zayto and Izzy into the fountain and me onto the ground I quickly got up and carried on with my attack as Javi jumped in to help blocking 1 of his swings "Not you again" The robot groaned "That's right I'm black in back baby" Javi told him "That's the best you could come up with" I Joked at the black ranger as we kicked Boomtower back "What" He asked causing me to laugh as I pulled out a boost key to make me invisible for 30 seconds "Invisibility Key" I called out activating the key and rushing behind Boomtower and slashing his back twice before my boost key ended Boomtower turned and slammed me into a nearby rock as Javi attacked slashing at him multiple times only for him to grab his sabre "Not fast enough" Boomtower noted before shoving Javi back and going to swing at him only for Javi to block him using a shield boost key causing Boomtower to get thrown back from the force "Not even a scratch" Javi stated as Boomtower got up slowly "Brineblast" the robot called out to the sporix who was still fighting Izzy and Zayto "Your coming with" He told the sporix before the 2 retreated. Javi ran over to help me up as Izzy, Zayto, Amelia and Ollie regrouped "You, ok?" Javi worriedly asked me as he grabbed hold of my hands and pulled me up "My head hurt but other than that I'm fine" I'm reassured him with a small smile as he let go of my hands "Let's get back to the others" I told him he nodded before heading towards the group "The hengemen are toast" I heard Ollie announce "Nice team I wish we could say the same about the others they got away" Javi groaned "Shoot times ticking I better go meet Lily for training" Izzy told us "We need to get supplies for Solon's detector" Zayto reminded the rest of us "watch out Greenlee woods we're gonna find those Zords" Javi stated "Call me if you need me" Izzy yelled before running off "Bye Izzy" Amelia and I waved before the 5 of us turned to face each other before teleporting to the base
Izzy's Pov
35 minutes later at the track
Just as I finished my 3rd lap of the track, I noticed Lily arriving at the gate so I decided to jog over to her "Hey Izzy" She greeted me "There you are you were supposed to help me train 30 minutes ago, Lily you've never been late before?" I asked her "Yeah I know sorry" She apologized "The race is tomorrow and I skipped lunch because I was expecting one of your smoothies but now I'm running on empty how could you bail on me" I told her annoyed "I had to do some shopping with my friend Mona she's" She tried "Shopping seriously you went shopping instead of helping me train" I angrily cut her off "Well" She tried again "Wow I don't believe it, I'm relying on you Lily I really want to make dad proud. There's nothing more important than winning that race" I carried on ignoring her "I'm sorry I let you down but I think there are more important thing in life then winning like helping people" Lily said as she went to hand me the smoothie in her hand "No thanks I'll train on my own today" and with that I jogged off to continue my training
Elouise's Pov
The 5 off us were bringing the supplies Solon asked for down to the base "Uh quick question how did Solon get the supplies needed" Amelia piped up as she was carrying a box towards one of the tables "That's a good point" Javi added as he and Ollie put a bigger box down next to the table "Apparently the city is willing to give us the supplies to help us as long as we continue to fight the sporix" I told them causing the 3 to look at me "How do you know that" Ollie asked me "I asked Zayto when I went to get this box" I casually told them before placing the boxes in my hand down and heading up to get some more. I passed Zayto on my way "How many boxes are left?" I asked stopping him "Just two medium ones" He replied I nodded "I'll get the 2nd one" I heard Javi from behind me. I got to the boxes with Javi arriving a couple of seconds later "So your dads putting a lot of pressure on Izzy huh?" I asked him "Yeah he believes there is nothing more important than winning" He sighed "I understand that, my mums like that too?" I told him "Really?" He seemed surprised I laughed "I was the highest in my class and got 99% on a test and according to my mum it wasn't good enough" I told him still laughing at the look on his face "Your joking" He tried "Nope" I answered popping the p "What about your dad?" He asked as we walked causing me to stop "Uh my dad passed away a few years ago" I told him before walking ahead "Oh" I heard from behind me before I heard his footprints behind me as I reached the entrance "This is the last of it" I announced as me and Javi placed the boxes down "Well Solon this is everything you asked for" Zayto told his friend "Yes I should be able to start building the device now so it shouldn't be longer than a couple of days before we can find Izzy and Javi's Zords" Solon told us "Speaking of Izzy the race should be starting soon" Javi said looking up from his phone "Lets teleport down to the starting line then" Amelia said "Good luck Solon" Ollie told the Dino "Have fun" I added before the 5 of us teleported into a hidden space near the starting line "Where would Izzy be?" Zayto asked Javi "Over here with my dad" Javi said walking towards a group of people "Welcome to the junior state championships the race will start in just a few minutes" I heard the announcer as we walked towards Izzy and the warden "Hey guys thanks for coming" Izzy thanked "Of course" I smiled "We really hope you win" Zayto told her "Hope she'll win, She'll win" The warden boasted causing Javi to roll his eyes "Yes Dad" Izzy reassured him before he walked off "How's Solon's device coming along" Izzy asked "She started it just as we left" I informed her "It'll be done in a few days so just concentrate on the race you got this" Amelia said with a smile as Zayto, Ollie, Amelia and myself walked away leaving Javi and Izzy alone
Izzy's Pov
The others left me and Javi alone "Oh look there's Lily" Javi pointed out before going to wave at her over only for her to stay there "What's up with her?" He asked me "Nothing really" I replied trying not to sound guilty as a woman in a wheelchair came over "I'll be right back" The woman pushing the wheelchair told her before walking off "Excuse me Izzy?" The woman asked me to which I nodded "I wanted to come watch your race I'm Mona" The woman explained "Oh thanks that's really nice of you" I thanked her "We were shopping earlier and Lily told me what an ace athlete you are she's so proud of you" Lily's friend explained "You two were shopping?" I questioned her "Yeah Lily's really been helping me out since I broke my leg seems like everything you need from the shops are on the top shelves" She smiled "Oh I didn't realize that's what you guys were doing" I admitted feeling guilty once again "All runners to the starting line" The announcer spoke "Well good luck" Lily's friend said before she was wheeled back toward Lily I kept looking between Lily and the race track and Javi must have noticed "Hey you ok?" He asked "Oh wait I know that look your gassy right" Javi whispered causing me to pull a face "no" I said sounding a little too disturbed "It's ok It's normal It's normal" Javi tried still thinking that was my problem I decided to tell Javi knowing he'll help me "No I was kind of rude towards Lily when she was late earlier, I had no idea she was helping Mona and she was helping me too I have to talk to her" I told him only to be stopped by my dad "Ok time to break a record let's go oh you ok?" My dad asked I nodded "You gassy?" He asked causing Javi to try to cover his laugh with his hand "No just hold it please" I said giving my dad my jacket before heading to the starting line meeting up with Fern who's the only girl in Pine Ridge who can beat me in fact, we're currently tied with 6 wins each. The gun shoot went off causing the runners to run with me and fern taking the lead. About 10 minutes in I gained quite a bit of a head on Fern when my communicator went off and I heard Solons voice "The sporix beast from earlier has grown giant in the city" Solon explained "Not now" I groaned "Finish the race we will handle the Sporix" Zayto assured me "Yeah we got this sis" Javi added I thanked them before cutting the call and checking behind me seeing Fern catching up on me causing me to speed up only for Fern to do the same "I'm going to win this race" Fern taunted me as she took the lead "This win is mine" I retorted before speeding up with Fern moving to the side to try and over take me only for her to have her foot lodged in a tree root and tripping down a couple of rocks, I slowed down I can win this race but if I stop I'm going to lose my lead I groaned before turning around and going to help Fern "You ok?" I asked "My ankle" She moaned holding her ankle in pain "Ok hold on" I told her before carefully making my way down to her
Elouise's Pov
We summoned the zords and Ollie, Amelia and Zayto used their Zords as a distraction allowing me to transform my Zord into my megazord before teleporting in and attacking the sporix allowing the others to transform their zords just as my megazord got thrown back thankfully my megazord landed on the road and not on top of any buildings "Zayto I don't know how much more my zords gonna be able to take" I yelled at him through the comms as I got back up "We just have to keep trying until we can work out a plan" Zayto responded as their megazord was blasted back knocking both megzords down
Izzy's Pov
I helped Fern up onto the track just as the last of the racers ran by "Thank you Izzy but because of me you're not gonna be able to win the race" She apologized "Don't worry it's just a race helping you was more important" I told her as the medics that were on watch showed up "Are you two, ok?" The 1st medic asked "It's her ankle" I informed them nodding my head towards the ankle that was hurt "Come on" The medic called out to the other medic as they took Fern from my hold and helped her into the seat on the buggy and driving off. I continued on with the race until I overheard a laugh "I know that laugh from somewhere" I thought aloud before heading off to the direction of where it came from and into a bunch of trees "Start the drill Mucus" I overheard Boomtower instructing as I observed them from the bushes as they set of a drill with a bomb "How long will it take for the bomb to reach the Zords" Mucus asked I decided to interrupt them in hopes of finding a way to get rid of them so I could stop the bomb "So you found our Zords huh" I told them announcing my presence Boomtower grunted "Yeah we did and they're about to be rubble" He proudly announced "Not with me around I countered pulling out my Dino key which was glowing "My zord is around here" I concluded "Time to save it" I muttered before morphing and kicking boomtower in the face before dropping down to try and swipe his feet out from under him before rolling out of the way of his sword and using a rock to gain the upper ground and slice down his chest before pushing them away and starting to charge only for them to teleport away "Guys you there?" I asked through my morpher "Izzy please give us good news?" Ollie asked me "I found our Zords" I started only to be cut off by 5 different celebrations " But Boomtower and Mucus have planted a bomb that's drilling into the ground to destroy them "Hey that's bad news what part of give us good news don't you get" Ollie retorted "Brineblasts attacks are really down on us" Zayto informed me "I can't even get back up for 2 seconds without getting knocked back down" Elouise added "And now he's reloading" Amelia observed before all 5 were knocked off of their stands "We need to get the Zords away from that bomb but I can't get through a whole mountain on my own unless" I thought aloud before bringing my morpher back up towards me "Guys lure Brineblast here and get him to blast the mountain" I told them my idea "Great idea Izzy" Zayto praised "That just might work come on guys" I overheard Elouise command the others and a couple minutes later I heard the thumping of the megazords and sporix beasts footsteps as the 2 megazords stopped in front of the mountain causing Brineblast to reload his blasters before shooting at them only for the 2 megazords to roll out of the way letting the blast hit the mountain "Let's hope this works" I muttered as the mountain exploded and a green tiger pounced out of the rubble "Yes" I celebrated as the tiger bounced at Brineblast "Go tiger claw zord" I cheered as it continued pouncing and slashing Brineblast "Welcome back old friend" I heard Zayto from the comms "Zords combine" I yelled starting the transformation as Elouise used her zords to defend the rest once the transformation was finished I teleported in "We did it team and just in time" I said over the comms so Elouise could hear "Tiger fury claw formation" The 5 of us in the megazord called out "Let's try the jet boost" I stated before using the boost to charge at Brineblast just as he ran out of ammo "Mega fury sabre" Zayto called the weapon "Dino fury megazord" he started charging up the final attack "Tiger mega slash" I finished as the 5 of us slashed our sabres using the blast and destroying Brineblast. The 6 of us teleported down to look for the sporix "Huh where'd the sporix go" I asked "It can't have gone far" Javi stated "Look" I heard Elouise and Amelia shout as the ran towards Boomtower who had the sporix "You may have gotten your Zord but this is ours" Boomtower laughed before teleporting out "he got away again" I groaned "Don't worry Izzy at least we saved your Zord" Ollie said "Yeah now we just need to find mine" Javi added "With a bit of time Solon's device will be complete and we'll our shot" Zayto pointed out "Right" Javi nodded "Time time oh man the race, I've never not finished a race" I moaned crouching down to the ground "Well don't start now Izzy" Elouise said as she crouched down putting her hand on my shoulder "You know what yeah" I said as we both stood up I demorphed "Your right thanks Elouise" I told her before running off
25 Minutes later
I finally crossed the finish line with a smile "Well done Izzy" I hear Elouise and Amelia praise "Better late than never" I joke while high fiving El and Amelia "Good Job Izzy" Ollie said giving me a fist bump "Great job" Zayto said giving me another high five "Well done sis" Javi said giving me a hug "Excuse me guys" I said quickly making my way towards Lily "Hey Lily got a sec" I asked my cousin "Yeah" She replied "I treated you so badly I need to apologize you were just trying to help your friend the same way you were trying to help me can you forgive me?" I asked her "Of course I can, you know what you did earlier you could have kept running and won the race but you stopped to help Fern that was awesome" Lily smiled "Like you said winning isn't everything although it would have been nice to have that medal" I admitted Lily looked down before pulling out her medal "take this one instead" Lily told me putting her medal around my neck "For sportsmanship" She explained I looked down at the medal before looking at her "Wow Thanks Coach" I said hugging her we pulled apart as I saw my dad walking over "I was surprised you stopped until I heard why, I'm proud of you champ" My dad said proudly I sighed "You are" I double checked "Of course" He assured me "But remember you can only prove you're the best" He started "By winning" The 3 of us chorused as the others walked over "She's already the best at something uncle Carlos she's the best cousin" Lily smiled "Hey what am I invisible" Javi asked Jokingly which caused Lily to hug him "Wait who said that" I joked causing the whole group to laugh "Right I got some extra reports to do at the station" Dad said we all chorused goodbyes as he left "Hey lets go get some ice cream or something" Amelia suggested "Yeah" Ollie agreed "I'm down" I smiled "What's ice-cream" Zayto asked me "You'll see" I told him "I can go for some ice-cream" Javi nodded "Me too" Lily nodded "I'm gonna have to take a rain check" Elouise guiltily told us "Your mum needs you?" Amelia asked Elouise looked down at her phone before looking back at her best friend "Uh yeah" Elouise agreed "I'll see you guys later" she told us before running off "Uh ok I guess" Ollie added "Thats weird" Amelia said "Why's that?" Javi asked "El's mum doesn't work today?" Amelia told us "Why is that weird" Zayto asked her "El's mum only calls her so that she can look after Ethan" Amelia admitted "Who's Ethan?" I asked "Her brother" Ollie told us causing me and Javi to nod "Anyway Ice-cream" Amelia said as we all headed towards the ice-cream shop although I could tell Amelia was confused about something.
