Elouise's Pov
At the base
"What's the hap Solon?" Amelia asked "I don't know what that means but my device is finally ready the zord finder" Solon announced "Great that means we'll be able to find Javi's lost zord in no time" Ollie pointed out "Speaking of Javi where is he" I asked the group "If Javi's missing 9 times out of 10 he's either got a new instrument to try or he ate something that didn't go down well" Izzy informed us "Please no details" Amelia groaned pulling a face "Anyway can we try this baby out" Ollie said turning the conversation back to the zord finder "Yep let's give her a whirl team" Solon said before pressing some buttons and the device started scanning "Okay its finding the T-rex, Dinomigo, Tricera , Ankylo and tiger zord but no stego zord" Solon noted "Zayto as team leader I think you should be the one to tell Javi he's not always good with bad news" Izzy suggested causing him to nod just as Solon's device beeped "Wait hang on the zords and your keys have matching energy signatures which the zord finder can detect but not if the zord is dormant basically we just need to find Javi's zord and wake it up" Solon stated as we grabbed our keys back "How are we supposed to find it we have no idea where its hidden?" I asked confused "I guess we just have to keep looking around where we found Izzy's zord" Zayto guessed causing the rest of us to agree we were about to start searching when I started feel a little warm and dizzy "Hey guys I need a minute I'm gonna head to the park for some air" I told them "Okay be quick" Zayto told me I nodded before teleporting to the park
Javi's Pov
At the park
I just bought my keytar and was really excited to start learning how to play it so I found a bench in the park and sat down before opening the box and pulling out the keytar "Nice" I exclaimed as I put the strap around my neck turned it on "Let's hear how you play" I said as I started to play a random tune not realizing that I was drawing a crowd until I looked up a couple minutes later and saw a group of people watching me making me to stop "Oh hey dude don't stop your good" One of the guys watching told me causing me to continue playing "Great job Javi" I heard Jane praise causing me to look up to see jane giving me the thumbs up and the crowd clapping "Javi that was terrific" Jane continued "Thanks I'm still kinda figuring it out" I told her "I kind of wish I could do that" Jane admitted putting her camera away "I'm sure you could anyone can make music" I told her before turning to J-Borg "Even Androids" I added "Oh that's true I have been programmed with a wide variety of vocal styles" J-Borg said before hitting a note "I didn't see that in your manual but let's give it a go" Jane instructed "Sure what could go wrong" I said before playing the keytar again with J-Borg singing and jane eventually rapping when we were interrupted by my dad "That's enough you're disturbing the birds in this park it's nesting season" My dad warned us causing Jane and J-Borg to look up at the trees "Sorry birdies" Jane said looking up at some birds in a nest "How did you afford that thing" My dad asked me as he noticed my keytar "You know they do kind of pay me for my job at buzz blast" I told him sarcastically "Seriously Javier I'm gonna do you a favour and get your money back" My dad said taking my keytar from around my neck and putting it back in the box "But you just can't" I tried to stop him "Show's over folks clear out" Dad instructed causing everyone to leave "Whoa you should be saving your money, what even is this thing?" He asked me "That's a keytar" I told him "So this month you started learning the harmonica, Violin and whistle and you didn't stick with any of them" My dad listed "But dad I really like trying out new instruments" I told him but he just shook his head and walked off as I pulled my whistle out of my jacked "And I still play the whistle sometimes" I muttered before I heard a twig snap causing me to look up "Jeez 4 instruments in a month you must be pretty shit" Elouise joked "Haha" I laughed dryly "In all serious you ok?" She asked me "What do you mean?" I asked back causing her to roll her eyes "You're avoiding my question" She stated "I'm fine" I lied "Yeah and I'm the Queen of England" she smirked before her face became serious "We'll if you don't want to talk about it should we head back to the base" Elouise asked me and after a couple of minutes of silence I nodded before we both looked around to make sure no one was watching before teleporting to the base
Zayto's Pov
At the Base
"How strange the signal is totally gone I just don't get it" Solon stated as she checked the device again just as Elouise and Javi teleported into the base "Javi we've got good news kinda" Ollie told him "Technically we had good news " Amelia corrected "My zord finder is complete and it just detected your stego spike zord" Solon told him "Yeah so when's the parade" Javi asked "well not just yet the device did detect your zord for a moment but" Ollie started "When Solon tried to locate its exact position the signal dropped it just disappeared " Amelia finished "And we don't even know what activated your zord" Solon revealed "I fit happens again we'll find it" I assured him "Let me know when you do I'll see you later" Javi said before walking towards the exit "Javi are you okay?" Amelia stopped him "Izzy told us all about your occasional uh tummy troubles I've been there man better than in am I right" Ollie tried causing Javi to pull a face "Dude no my stomach is fine I'm fine" he stated "You don't seem fine" I pointed out "I said I'm fine" He snapped before teleporting out "If that's fine I'd hate to see him in a bad mood" Ollie said sarcastically "Izzy you should go talk to him he might actually tell you" Elouise said joining the conversation and making us jump having forgotten that she teleported in with Javi "Yeah you've got a point" Izzy agreed Amelia wished her good luck before she teleported out "So does someone wanna tell me when you got a lock on Javi's zord" Elouise asked us "it was actually just a little over a minute after you left" Solon informed her "really" Elouise mumbled
Javi's Pov
I was sat on a bench outside the shopping centre when I heard footsteps approaching "Sitting sadly on a park bench very original bro" Izzy joked using a fake presenter tone as she sat next to me "Everyone's worried about you, what's wrong?" she asked "I sighed "Dude it's me what's up it's not the dishes is it because last night was definitely your turn to dry them so I" Izzy started "I just" I cut her off only to be cut off from the sound of Boomtower and Mucus teleporting in causing the people around us to panic and start running away "Aw man this guy again" Izzy complained "Warm them up for me" I heard Boomtower command the hengemen "A warm-up you're smarter then you look big guy never fight without warming up first I'd hate for you to pull a muscle" Izzy told him sarcastically as we both got into our morphing stance "ready" Izzy called "It's morphing time" I announced as we both started morphing "Dino fury key activate link to morphing grid" We both chorused before finishing the morph "Tiger fury green ranger" Izzy yelled as she slashed her sabre around "Stego fury black ranger" I called out slashing my sabre before the hengemen charged at the 2 of us causing us to split and start fighting back "Boomtowers throwing a punch party in the city" I overheard Izzy telling the others "Boost key ready" the 2 of us called activating the 2 boost keys in our hands "Sprint" Izzy called before running forward and hitting boomtower repeatedly before slowing down allowing me the opportunity to join in "Incoming hyper boost" Zayto's voice came from above as he jumped from the building slicing down on boomtower who tried to go after Zayto only for Amelia, Elouise and Ollie to hold him down with their own boost keys "you think you brats can stop me" Boomtower laughed "Obviously" Zayto stated "Today boomtower's got some doompower" The robot called out before summoning some red cannonball type things and preparing to launch them at us "I'm gonna say that's not good" Elouise guessed "Have a taste of my boom blast" He yelled launching the cannonballs towards us knocking everyone but me and Izzy off their feet and demorphing them as I used my shield key to cover the 2 of us "Wait for it" I told Izzy as the blast got stronger "Now" I commanded as Izzy ran towards a bench and used it to gain high ground before jumping at boomtower and trying to strike him only for boomtower to turn his sword on her and knocking her back and demorphing her "Izzy" I yelled as I ran over demorphing "Izzy oh man he really messed you up" I noted as the others came over to us "Get her out of here we got this" Zayto instructed me as Elouise helped me get Izzy up off the floor the last thing I heard of the fight was Ollie asking boomtower how he got stronger as we walked towards a ledge "Oh I feel like I've been massaged by a truck" Izzy groaned as I heard a car stop and a door open revealing my dad "Javier what's going on what happened" My dad asked as he checked up on Izzy "A monster attacked us we were trapped but the black ranger saved us just in time I tried to protect her" I tried to explain "Then why is Isabella hurt but you're fine" He asked as he took Izzy from my arms and began walking back to his truck "You didn't try hard enough" He scolded me "But dad, dad you don't understand" I tried but he just ignored me as I heard 4 sets of footsteps heading towards me "That sucks" I heard Amelia exclaim "Your dad doesn't even know what happened" Elouise pointed out as she placed her hand on my shoulder "Don't worry about it" I told her swiping her hand off my shoulder "But we're kind of worried about you" Zayto told me "Javi-" Elouise started "Just drop it okay" I snapped at her "Look I gotta go my dad's leaving I'll see you later" I told them before walking over to my dad's truck and getting in the back
Elouise's Pov
At the base
The 4 of us teleported into the base "Have you found anything Solon" Ollie asked "Well I haven't figured out why the stego zord activated earlier and there has been no signal since but I'll keep trying" Solon assured us "If we found the zord It might cheer Javi up he's salty about something but he won't talk about it" Amelia pointed out "Salty like those crisps" Zayto said proud of himself for remembering something we had taught him causing me and Amelia to laugh "No like grumpy or upset" Ollie corrected "These 2 need a teen dictionary" Amelia joked "I'm pretty sure I know what Javi's upset about" I told the group causing them to look at me "Javi's dad took away his new keytar" I remembered "Now that you mention it I remember coming across this viral video look" Solon said pulling up a video of earlier in the park "Woah he can really play" Ollie praised "Unfortunately that's not all like Elouise said Javi's dad took his keytar" Solon added forwarding the video to where the warden had appeared "Oof that's a bad time" Amelia cringed as Javi teleported in "Hey so Izzy's gonna be fine she just needs a little bit of time" Javi informed us "That's great Javi" Amelia said relieved that Izzy was ok as he walked towards one of the tables we all looked at each other trying to decide how to approach him before Amelia and Zayto walked towards him as me, Ollie and Solon turned back to the video "Listen we know why you've been so out of it lately there's a video online of your dad taking your keytar" I heard Zayto explain as I remembered something from earlier "Thats not how I wanted to go viral" Javi sighed "It's pretty rough is there anything we can do to help" I heard Amelia offer "No thanks" I could barely hear Javi whisper "Wait a minute" I suddenly exclaimed causing Ollie to jump a little "What?" Ollie asked me as the other 3 joined us "Solon you said that the stego zord showed up a little over a minute after I left right" I double checked causing the Dino to nod "Well when I left I went to the park and about a minute after that Javi started playing his keytar" I stated "What are you getting at Els" Amelia asked me "Oh I see according to this video the timing of the zord appearing and disappearing coincides with Javi playing his music" Solon said realizing where I was going with this Ollie also realizing what I meant turned to the other 3 "Elouise is wondering if your music could have energized your stego zord" Ollie explained to Javi "Intriguing" Solon mumbled "What you think me playing music could help find my zord" Javi asked "Let's find out" Solon stated turning back to the zord finder "Javi you need to play music" I instructed him also turning back to the zord finder "But why would playing music energize the zord" Javi asked again "Javi that doesn't matter just start playing" I reminded him as the rest of us continued looking at the zord finder I heard him pull out the whistle he had in his pocket and he started to play it "Yes" Me and Solon cheered as we both saw his Zord's location pop onto the screen "Keep it up maestro" Ollie told him "The Zord's responding" I added "The music must amplify Javi's ranger energy that's activating his zord Solon realized "We've nearly got the location" Ollie announced "Got it the stego spike zord is somewhere in this part of Greenlee woods" I said pointing to the part of the woods that was on the other side of where we found Izzy's "Now let's go find it" Zayto commanded only for the ranger hotline to go off "It's the hotline there is an attack in the city" Solon told us "That's gotta be boomtower" Amelia realized "Javi you go to Greenlee woods and find your zord we'll take care of boomtower" Zayto told Javi before we teleported out
In the city
we teleported down already morphed to only to be greeted with absolute silence "Uh what" I asked confused "All right team be careful he could be anywhere" Zayto reminded us as we all walked around covering each other's backs when suddenly the ground started to shake "Woah what's happening? "Ollie asked before turning around and seeing a giant boomtower "Oh that" He stated "Uh am I imagining it or is he looking right at us" Amelia double checked as she was hiding behind me "Sure am" Boomtower answered before shooting laser beams at us "Yup I think he can see us" Ollie said as we got back up "No duh" I shot back "How do we beat him" Amelia wondered "You can't void knight let me keep the sporix so that I can crush you all" Boomtower laughed "Uh oh Solon send in the zords" Zayto asked and in a couple minutes all 4 zords began charging towards boomtower we teleported into the zords the other 3 kept boomtower busy while I transformed my zord into the dinomigo megazord before allowing the others to transform theirs into the Dino fury megazord "Let's take him out" Zayto called out as both megazords charged "That just tickles my turn" Boomtower taunted before turning his blasters on me and firing causing us to split up and hide behind a pair of buildings "Heads up" Zayto warned as we tried to get back up only for Boomtower to use his sword and take the others out from under their feet before knocking me back "Ready for round 2 rangers" Boomtower quipped as he readied the red cannonballs again "Brace for impact" Ollie warned only for the cannonballs to get destroyed by spikes? "What just happened?" Amelia asked I turned around to see a small little black stego zord "I think that's Javi's Zord?" I guessed as I saw Javi come running up "Look at him go" I heard Javi over the comms "Hey stego it's been a long time" Zayto greeted "So Javi how do you like your zord?" Zayto asked "Man I give it a 10 out of 10 for spikiness, what do you say we join forces" Javi asked Zayto "sounds just like the extra power we need let's do it" Zayto agreed I ran forward and kept attacking Boomtower letting the others transform just as my zord smashed into the ground causing me to groan "Great timing" Zayto said "Couldn't leave my team hanging" Javi stated "Enough with the chit chat I'm getting battered here" I yelled at them through the comms as I was chucked down again and boomtower fired the red cannonballs at my zord causing me to yell in pain "That hurt like a bitch" I groaned "Dino fury megazord spike formation" the 4 chorused "Let's see what this pointy boy can do" Javi suggested "You really want a round 3 huh" Boomtower asked "Fine let's go" The robot chuckled as the 3 of us got ready to fight the other 4 knocked boomtowers sword out of his hands before picking him up and slamming him onto the floor "No it's my job to destroy you and business is blooming" Boomtower taunted "Quick before he can fire" Zayto commanded as the 4 used the stego spikes to attack "Mega fury sabre" Zayto summoned "Dino fury megazord stego mega punch final attack" I heard the group as they delivered the final blow "You think that's enough to stop me it is" Boomtower groaned before he was destroyed "Dino fury victory" The 5 of us chorused before teleporting down to see Mucus and Boomtower "There" Zayto spotted "You bet me this time but I'll be back" Boomtower taunted before they both teleported away "Yeah you better run" Amelia stated "Ah I've got to check on Izzy" Javi remembered "It's fine we'll meet at buzzblast" Amelia assured him before he teleported out "You guys head to Buzzblast I've got to get something" I told them before teleporting to the shops to pick up something from the music store before teleporting to buzzblast and meeting with the others "Hey did you get it" Amelia asked me causing me to nod before I placed the instrument on the table behind the 3 "Hey" Ollie greeted Izzy and Javi "there she is how are you feeling Izzy" I asked her "Much better but tragically I still got to go to school tomorrow" Izzy complained "there's a lot to catch up on so I hear, apparently your zords quite cool" she said "Yeah so cool that the 4 needed to have a little chit chat about it while I was getting my ass kicked" I groaned causing Izzy to laugh "But first" Amelia started "We've got something Javi" Ollie announced as I picked up the new keytar and handed it to him "Oh no way guys" Javi gasped as he took it from my hand "We all chipped in" Ollie explained "Thank you" Javi said as he looked the instrument over "You're a talented guy Javi" I told him "I agree but your dad I guess he doesn't" Amelia stated causing me and Ollie to glare at her for bringing it up "Look I'm sorry for not telling you guys what was going on earlier it's not the kind of stuff I like to talk about but you guys are my friends and I'm gonna try to be more open with you" Javi admitted "Glad to hear it" Zayto said joining the conversation "And Elouise I'm also sorry for snapping at you earlier" Javi told me "Water under the bridge forget about it" I assured him with a smile "So will you play us a tune" Ollie asked him "Yeah I want to see you activate another zord" Izzy joked making us laugh as Javi took the ribbon off his keytar and put the strap around his neck before starting to play once again drawing a crowd who started to dance "Look at Zayto" I heard Izzy whisper to me causing me to look over at the red ranger only to burst out laughing "Hey" We heard Jane yell causing us all to stop "I love to dance" Jane exclaimed as she and J-Borg joined in
