Elouise's Pov
At Buzzblast
I had just finished filming a bunch of my videos for the next couple of days and began packing up my stuff when the others came in "There she is" I heard Zayto announce causing the group to walk over to me "Hey guys what's up" I asked hoping Amelia wouldn't see my motocross gear bag "We're gonna go to the beach for a bit wanna come?" Javi asked me "Uh I can't I've got a couple of videos to do for Buzzblast " I quickly came up with an excuse most of them bought it apart from Amelia "Your lying" She stated "What no I'm not" I laughed "You do realize that whenever you lie you tap your middle finger and index fingers against your leg" Amelia pointed out as she gestured to me doing just that causing all 5 of them to laugh until Amelia's laughter stopped and I knew she had seen the bag "Seriously?" She asked me as she grabbed the bag "It's my friends I'm dropping it off for them" I lied again making sure to keep my fingers in my pockets so I don't tap "Elouise" She started only to get cut off by my phone going off I quickly checked it seeing that It was from the moto group chat asking where I was "That's my friend they're asking where I am I've got to go have fun at the beach" I told them as I grabbed the bag from Amelia and legged it out the door before running to an alley way and teleporting to the race track and heading over to my friends "Hey what took you so long" Daniel asked me "Amelia found my bag" I sighed "I still don't get why she doesn't like it when you race" Luke asked as the other 3 started coming over from the vans with our bikes "You know what Amelia's like if I get hurt she freaks out" I reminded Luke "Now I'm gonna go get changed I told them before heading over to the van and quickly changing before heading back over to them "So how are we doing the races" I asked them "3 at a time" Jai suggested "Sounds good" Beau agreed "So Luke, Els and Daniel" James guessed "Sure" Me and Luke said at the same time while Daniel nodded before the 3 of us grabbed our bikes and headed towards the starting line "Get ready to lose boys" I told them only to get a yeah right and you wish in return just before Beau started the race
3 and a half hours later
So the score of today's races are Elouise with 7 wins, Jai with 5 wins, Daniel with 3 wins, Beau with 4 wins, Luke with 7 wins and myself with 2 wins" James announced causing me and Luke to celebrate "Just wait till we race next Els I will win" Luke shouted "We'll see about that" I joked before I realized I had training in 40 minutes "Oh damn I gotta go I'll see you guys later" I told them before running to a safe area and Teleporting to my house to shower and change into my exercise gear before teleporting to the base with 5 minutes to spare "Hey El" Izzy greeted me as soon as I arrived "Hey" I started before realizing that Amelia isn't here "Where's Ami" I asked the group "She should be here in a minute" Ollie told me "Ahh ok" I nodded before sitting down at the table and going through my phone I could see the 4 of them trying to decide something "What are you guys doing" I laughed "Uh we we're wondering why Amelia seemed mad at you when she saw that bag earlier" Zayto came out with "She didn't tell you" I was mildly shocked "Uh no she kinda refused to tell us" Izzy admitted "She was overreacting that's all" I lied "Your fingers are tapping" Javi pointed out causing me to groan "Your seriously not gonna give up are you" I asked they all shook their heads "Fine it was a motocross bag it had my gear in it" I informed them "Motocross?" Zayto asked "It's an extreme sport where you race Motorbikes on a dirt track but It's kinda dangerous" I explained "So because it's dangerous Amelia doesn't like you doing it" Ollie guessed "Pretty much" I told them just as Amelia teleported in "Hey" Amelia greeted "Should we start training then" Ollie asked only for the Ranger Hotline to go off "There is an attack at the gym" Solon announced as she came over to the computers after entering from the side room "Let's go" Zayto commanded before we teleported to the gym "Spread out we need to find the sporix "Zayto told us as we split into groups of 3 with Zayto and Ollie going one way, Izzy and Javi going another way and me and Amelia heading to a different place "So which friend did you need to bring the gear too?" Amelia asked me "Oh It was Luke's" I lied " Really because I'm pretty sure the zipper was open and I saw your equipment" She argued "Look Amelia I don't get why your being so annoyed by me possibly racing again?" I asked her "It's just If you get injured right now you're not gonna be to help fight Sporix" She tried "Amelia It's none of your business" I practically yelled at her "Your my best friend of course it's my business" She yelled back I went to argue back but was interrupted by a blast "I think we found the Sporix beast" Amelia pointed out No shit sherlock" I sarcastically told her before pulling out my communicator as Amelia raced towards the Sporix to start to fight "Hey guys we found the Sporix beast" I told the rest of the group through the comms "Right" I heard Izzy over the comms "We'll be right there" Zayto informed me before I shut the comms off and joined Amelia in fighting the Sporix that looked like a weird mix of a horse and a zebra "The others on their way?" Amelia asked as I slashed the beast "Yep" I said popping the P before ducking down to avoid an attack and slashing its right arm as Amelia slashed her sabre against their left leg causing the sporix to fall over allowing me to slash his torso causing the sporix to yelp in pain as they stumbled back "Is that all you got rangers" The sporix taunted in a high pitched voice "I am not in the mood for this" I grunted as I pulled out the speed boost key and activated it before speeding at the sporix only for it to block every single one of my attacks and landing 3 blows 1 to my left ankle and 2 to my chest that demorphed me "What the fuck" I mumbled as I got up and saw the Sporix chucking Amelia into a nearby building before turning and charging at me only to be stopped by 2 Sabres belonging to Javi and Izzy who shoved the Sporix back into Ollie and Zayto who tried to hit him but kept getting blocked "Thanks" I muttered to the pair as Javi helped me up and then let me lean on him as I was too weak to stand on my left leg "Where's Amelia" Ollie asked me as he and Zayto came over meaning the sporix must have teleported out I pointed over to where she had demorphed as I stumbled forward only for Javi to grab my waist to keep me stable as Ollie and Zayto ran over to help Amelia "Woah you okay?" Izzy asked as I started feeling myself getting a little bit dizzy, I nodded causing my head to hurt "Let's get to the base" I faintly heard Javi tell the group before I felt us being teleported
25 minutes later
I came too finding myself on one of the medical room beds "Hey how are you feeling?" Solon asked me as she checked to make sure I'm ok "I'm fine" I muttered "How's everyone else?" I asked "They're all ok Amelia only just woke up 5 minutes ago" She informed me "They're getting ready to train" Solon added as I tried to get up only for my legs to buckle and me to collapse just as Javi and Zayto walked in "Woah easy" Javi said as he and Zayto rushed over to me to help me stand up "I'm fine" I told them as Javi forced me to sit down on the bed "I'm not so sure about that?" Solon informed me "Huh?" I asked "You have a bruised ankle" Solon stated "A bruised ankle that can take 1-2 months to heal" I complained "Normally yes but luckily as a ranger you should be fully healed in about a week so you should be able to get back to being active but it also means you won't be able to fight for a week either" Solon told me "What nothing active for a week" I practically screamed at Solon "Hey think about this it could of been way worse" Javi said trying to cheer me up "I guess" I told him "Plus you've been saying that since you've been a ranger you haven't been able to record video's in advanced" Javi tried again "Yeah true" I admitted "You should probably go home to rest" Zayto suggested "yeah I should no point me being here" I guessed as I tried to get up only to fall in to Javi's side as he grabbed my arms to help me "I'll help teleport you" Javi told me before putting his arm around my waist as we got ready to teleport before teleporting to the bush near my house "This way" I told him as I pointed to my front door "Right" He said as we walked towards the door and I opened it "Where do you wanna go?" Javi asked me "My room I need to change my top" I told him as I closed the door behind me before we headed over to the stairs just as my mum started walking down the stairs causing me to groan "Oh your back" My mum stated "Yeah I injured myself" I told her pointing to my ankle "I told you not to continue riding" She told me with a smirk "I've already had that talk from Amelia and besides I wasn't hurt from racing I got caught up in a sporix attack" I argued back causing her to shake her head and walk off "Your too stubborn to admit that you picked a dangerous hobby" She muttered causing me to get angry and tighten my grip on Javi's arm "Ow" He groaned "Sorry I didn't mean to hurt you" I apologized as we continued walking up the stairs and past my brothers room causing him to run out to see me before stopping once he saw Javi "This Is my brother" I told Javi before turning to my brother and signing who Javi was to him "What happened to your ankle" My brother signed pointing to the bandage around my ankle "I'll tell you later but I need to get to my room so Javi can go" I signed he nodded before running ahead and opening my bedroom door letting the 2 of us walking "Nice room" Javi smiled "Thanks can you help me over to my bed" I asked him he nodded before bringing me over to my bed and sitting me down "Your Mum seems nice" Javi pointed out sarcastically "Yep so shouldn't you get back to the others" I reminded him secretly hoping he wouldn't go "Oh yeah right I'll see you later" he told me before opening my bed room door and a couple seconds later I heard the front door close
Izzy's Pov
At the base
"Uh I don't think Javi's coming back" Ollie joked it had been 5 minutes since he took Elouise to her house to let her rest "Well we could get started considering without Elouise we are an odd number so we can split into pairs since I doubt Javi's coming back" Zayto told us "Anyone else think Javi has a thing for Elouise?" Amelia asked causing me to look at her confused "Wait what" I asked her "Are you serious he's always the first to offer to help her or to run over to her when she's knocked down or to help her up" Ollie listed "And I dunno about you but whenever she compliments him he always blushes" Amelia added "Now that I think about it does make sense I mean she's definitely his type" I told them, "And considering I've known Els her entire life I can confirm he is her type" Amelia stated "Really" Ollie answered "To a T" Amelia confirmed "For some reason I didn't think Elouise's type would be someone like Javi" Ollie admitted "What do you mean?" Zayto asked completely confused about our conversation "Well Elouise seems like she would go for someone whose more of an annoying loud mouth or show off than someone whose quiet and shy like Javi" Ollie elaborated causing Amelia to scoff as Javi finally teleported in and walking over to the group "I thought you and Elouise were arguing?" Zayto asked her "She's like my sister so of course we argue but she's still my best friend" Amelia told him "Can I ask why you aren't a big fan of her racing?" I piped up re-joining the conversation "Well a couple years ago she was practicing for a race so she spent every spare second she had at the track in fact it got to the point where she was running on 2 hours of sleep a day and one day when she was practicing she was so tired that she couldn't focus properly on the track and went to take a turn to late and took a bad tumble and hit the ground hard knocking her out and putting her in the hospital for 4 months" Amelia revealed "And let me guess you don't want her to do the same thing and end up putting herself back in the hospital" Ollie guessed causing Amelia to nod Zayto went to say something only to get cut off by the ranger hotline "Sporix beast attack at the high school" Solon reveal after running in from one of the side rooms the 5 of us looked at each other "Solon be ready with the zords" Zayto told her before we teleported out and to the high school "Hey creep ready to meet your end" Amelia threatened "Ha I'd like to see you try" The sporix taunted before the 5 of us charged at her with us all trying to slash her before she could slash us we managed to get a couple of good hits "We're not getting anywhere" Amelia pointed out "Man I wish Elouise was here" I groaned as I was shoved into Zayto and Ollie "She's too fast we need to slow her down" Ollie realized "Got it" Javi called out before activating the gravity boost key and wrapping it around her legs keeping her in place as the rest of us start slashing her chest however she kicked Javi back causing him to drop the gravity ball before she shoved the 3 sabres that were coming at her away which caused us to end up hitting the ground before she started growing "How on earth are we supposed to do this without Elouise" I asked "We have to try" Zayto told us as he asked Solon to send the t-rex , Ankylo and Tricera zords before we combined them and teleported in "Dino fury megazord blade formation" we all chorused as we readied ourselves for an attack which came mere seconds later in the form of a blast from its horse eyes which we managed to dodge out of the way before charging at the beast and slashing down on its chest before kicking her side causing her to crouch forward in pain letting us kick her back which caused her to headbutt the ground "Don't let her get up" Ollie told us before the megazord slashed down on her back forcing her to stay down before slashing her legs "Let's finish this" Zayto called out "Mega fury sabre" Zayto summoned "Dino fury megazord mega slash" Zayto called out as the 5 of us swung our sabres to initiate the attack allowing us to destroy the sporix beast and we quickly teleported out to look for the sporix "I got it" Javi called out drawing attention to him and Ollie who had found the sporix "Let's take it to the base" I suggested as we demorphed causing the boys to nod "you go ahead I'm gonna go check on Elouise" Amelia told us before teleporting off
Amelia's Pov
I arrived outside of Elouise's house and knocked on her door which was opened by her mum "Oh Amelia what do you need" She asked me "I came to check on Elouise" I told her hoping to avoid a conversation as she could be quite cold and judgey "She's upstairs with Ethan in her room" She told me "Thanks Dani" I said before hurrying to her room and knocking I heard a come in from the other side before I entered seeing Elouise and Ethan playing a game on his iPad "Hey I came to see how you're doing" I told her "I'm fine just pissed off that I can't do anything active for a week" She groaned as Ethan signed that he was going to go do some homework before leaving "Look about me being angry at you for racing I just didn't want you doing the same thing as last time and injuring yourself" I told her causing her to pull a face "I thought you didn't want me doing it because I wouldn't be able to help fight" She said making fun of my excuse from earlier "Shut up" I groaned causing her to laugh "Look Ams I definitely learnt my lesson after last time I'm not gonna do something stupid again" She promised "So still best friends" I asked her "Unfortunately for you your stuck with me" She joked as we hugged "So since we're all good wanna talk about your little thing for Javi" I asked which caused her to start blushing badly "What are you talking about" She asked embarrassed "Oh please even Ollie saw it" I told her causing her face to somehow get redder making me burst into laughter "Shut up" she groaned burying her face into one of her pillows
