Elouise's Pov

Today was the day I was finally moving house all of my big furniture and boxes had been moved by a company leaving me with the smaller boxes "Hey" I heard Amelia call out as she opened the front door to my mum's house "In my room" I called out and I immediately heard her run up the stairs "hey you excited you're finally moving out?" She asked as she sat on my old bed "Yeah I mean I feel sad knowing I'm not gonna see Ethan every day or have to deal with him asking for homework help at midnight because he forgot to do it other than that I'm really excited" I admitted as I grabbed a box and handed it to her "I've probably got another 2 trips to take wanna come?" I asked her as we walked down to my car with the boxes "Yeah sure" she nodded as we finished putting the boxes in the boot of my car "you get the music" I told her as we began driving to my new home

2 hours later

"Jeez that was exhausting" Amelia sighed as we both collapsed on the 2 sofas in the living room "I still gotta unpack everything" I whined "don't worry I'll stay and help, we can annoy your neighbours by blasting music on your speakers" She suggested "Oh god they're gonna hate me" I laughed as we got started on unpacking my living room stuff "So when are you gonna call Dani" Amelia asked as she set some throw pillows on the sofas "I might just wait until she comes back when she is supposed to" I sighed as I grabbed some ornaments and placed them on the mantle piece "Elouise I've known you since we were 6 this is eating you up" Amelia stated as she walked over to me causing me to sigh "I'm scared of what's gonna happen when I ask her, Like right know everything is fine and we're able to be in the same room without starting an argument but If I bring this up its just gonna create more tension between me and her which is gonna affect Ethan and he doesn't need that stress again" I told her as I wiped away the tears that were starting to form "Els its gonna get worse the longer you wait" She advised as she pulled me into a side hug "I'm not ready to confront her" I reiterated "Elouise" Amelia started but I cut her off "Come on let's turn the music up and get back to unpacking" I told her as I ran over to the speaker and turned it up signalling the end of the conversation as we moved on to the kitchen

3 hours later

The two of us flopped down on the beanbags in the cinema room "man I can't believe I only have the 2 guest rooms and 3 bathrooms left to unpack I expected to procrastinate and take another month to unpack" I laughed "a month more like a year" Amelia joked as she started to laugh "Wanna go swimming or watch a movie?" I asked her as we both calmed down but before she could answer our comms went off "what is it, Solon?" I heard Zayto ask as we joined the call "There's a Sporix in the eastern part of the woods" Solon informed us "Right okay we're on our way" Zayto told her before he cut the comms off "Right then let's go" I told Amelia as we got up and morphed before teleporting to the woods "just in time" Izzy commented as we joined the 4 who were fighting a horde of Hengemen "Let's beat this Sporix" Amelia said as we ran at the Eagle looking beast and striking them with our sabres only for it to bounce off "Wait what the fuck" I asked as I tried to hit him again only to be met with the same results "Your attacks are useless" The sporix laughed "She's gonna be hard to beat" Amelia pointed out "No shit sherlock" I grunted as I dodged an attack "You guys a little help here" I yelled out to the 4 as Amelia tried to injure her "What's wrong can't deal with a single sporix between the two of you" Ollie scoffed "You deal with this bitch then Ollie" I practically growled at him "Alright then I will" He told me as he finished off his load of Hengemen and joined us but his attacks missed too "You were saying" I sarcastically countered as we both tried to hit her "It's no use rangers your attacks are useless" The Sporix laughed "Muscle key" Amelia activated the key before going to attack managing to slightly injure the sporix "Keep it up" Ollie told her "The boost key ain't gonna do much on its own" I muttered causing him to agree as we watched Amelia repeatedly attack her "You guys ok?" Izzy asked as the others joined us "yeah but this sporix is literally impossible to hurt unless we are using the muscle key" I explained as Amelia got chucked towards us as the boost key ran out "We're going to have to keep going until we can find another way to attack" Zayto stated as he and Ollie ran in to attack "Let's attack at the same time if the muscle key worked I believe we might be able to cause even the slightest bit of damage to her" I told Izzy and Javi who nodded before we split up a little bit "1, 2,3 " I counted and on 3 we charged at her and just like I theorized we injured her enough to give the others some time to get up "Owie that hurt, you rangers are no fun" The sporix complained as she stabilized herself before teleporting away "I can't believe she got away we were just starting to get some good hits on her" Izzy moaned "At least we know we can harm her otherwise she wouldn't have retreated" I pointed out "plus we know how much force it takes as well" Ollie added "Ollie and Elouise are right" Zayto agreed "So now all we do Is wait for her to return" Javi guessed "Exactly" I nodded "Oh shoot I have homework I'm supposed to be doing" Izzy suddenly remembered "What homework is it?" Amelia asked "Physics" Izzy groaned "Oh fun" I laughed "I better get going it's due tomorrow and I'm not even halfway finished" She admitted before quickly teleporting out "Speaking of leaving I've still got a few rooms to unpack" I added "And I've got some last-minute Buzz blast vlogs to do," Amelia told us "Me too" Javi laughed "Right then I'm going to help Solon with some new upgrades " Ollie stated "And I'm gonna watch over the hotline so Solon doesn't have to switch between the upgrades and waiting for calls" Zayto smiled, We all said goodbye before immediately beginning to teleport.

45 minutes later

I took a look around the newly decorated 2nd guest room before sighing in relief that everything was finally unpacked and sending a quick message to Amelia to tell her I was done and sending her a pic of the finished 2nd guest room that she had called dibs on for whenever she stayed over before deciding to go work out in the gym for a little bit, So I headed into my own bedroom quickly changing into a pair of baggy tracksuit bottoms, a plain black top, some trainers and sticking my hair up in a messy bun and heading into the gym putting on my work out playlist and starting to stretch as I began thinking about the situation with my mum or Dani? I still don't know what to call her anymore since we never had a close relationship and she was never really a mum to me instead of leaving all that to my dad because I was apparently too annoying, I was also really worried about Ethan since this news would affect him probably more than me as he is a lot closer to her, I was snapped out of my thoughts by my phone ringing causing me to stop my stretches and jog over to it being greeted by Amelia's contact "Hey what's up?" I asked her as I walked into the kitchen to get some water "We're not finished with our conversation from earlier" She boldly stated, "Huh what conversation?" I played dumb hoping she'd drop it "You know exactly what I'm talking about the conversation you cut off with your music while we were unpacking" She firmly pushed "Amelia" I sighed "look I understand why you're avoiding it, but you need to do something or it's gonna eat away at you" Amelia reasoned "You don't think I know that?" I snapped "Elouise if you're not gonna ask her to come back then do it over the phone" She pleaded "Alright fine I'll call her now but if she doesn't pick up I'm waiting for her to come back," I told her "Fine as long as you try right now" She happily stated "I'm gonna call her now, I'll call you back after," I said "You better" Amelia sternly told me before hanging up and I immediately called her like I promised "Please don't pick up, please don't pick up" I muttered only to be met by the sound of the phone being picked up "What do you want Elouise" She sighed "We need to talk," I said to her "You better not be wasting my time" She warned me "I just wanna ask about some letters I found in the attic written by your sister K I believe" I innocently suggested, "How do you know about those letters?" She asked suddenly sounding rather nervous "I came across them when I was clearing up my stuff from the attic as I told you I would be doing, now explain everything" I firmly stated "I'm not telling you anything" She shut me down "Are you fucking serious" I practically screamed "I will not tell you anything and don't speak to your mother like that" She scolded me "Are you, my mother, though?" I asked, "Of course, I'm your mother I raised you" She snapped "No you didn't now tell me the truth" I firmly told her bringing the conversation back to what I wanted to speak about causing her to sigh "I'll tell you on one condition" She stated "You're joking" I scoffed "No, you have to come to the Christmas fundraising event and then I'll tell you" She offered "That's two months away" I countered "Too bad you don't attend the fundraiser, I won't tell you" She offered before ending the call before I even had a chance to argue "Are you fucking kidding me" I screamed before chucking my phone at the wall making me to immediately regret it. I sighed as I grabbed the phone and called Amelia "Hey how'd it go?" She asked "How'd it go, how'd it go the woman is making me go to the Christmas fundraiser before she'll tell me" I fumed "You're joking right?" She laughed "I'm dead serious" I informed her "It's not that bad, is it?" Amelia tried to calm me down "Not that bad you do realize which family is always invited to the fundraiser" I reminded her "Oh damn the Bexley's" she suddenly remembered "Exactly" I sighed "But what are the chances of your ex going?" Amelia asked, "If I'm gonna be there then high, pretty sure that's the only reason she wants me to go" I groaned "That sucks Els" She sympathized with me "I don't even understand why she can't just tell me," I told her but before she could reply we were both cut off by our comms "What's up Solon?" I asked as I ended mine and Amelia's call "The sporix is attacking the shopping center" She informed us "I'm on my way" I spoke into the comms "So am I" Amelia added "It's a good job I've managed to finish most of my homework" Izzy spoke up "Already close by" Javi informed her as I cut off the comms to immediately teleport to the sporixs' location.

Amelia's Pov

I arrived at the shopping center morphed to see a bunch of hengemen being fought by Zayto, Ollie, and Izzy while the sporix stood in the center laughing as Javi and Elouise, who obviously arrived first and therefore was able to get close enough, continuously attacked at the same time managing to deal the smallest amount of damage so I jumped in to help the two after activating the muscle key hoping that with the added strength the 3 of us will be able to beat her, we spent the next 2 minutes continuously attacking before finally causing enough damage that knocked her off balance "That's it time to finish you rangers" She announced as she grew to the size of a megazord "Oh this isn't gonna be an easy fight" Elouise groaned as Zayto called for the Zords "Dinomigo megazord formation" Elouise Immediately commanded as her zord arrived before ours and beginning to fight the sporix confirming that the megazords attacks are just as useless as our own attacks were, "Dino Fury Megazord Warrior Formation" Zayto called out as the other 5 zords arrived and "We're gonna have to time our attacks perfectly" Ollie announced as the sporix grabbed the Dinomigo megazord mid attack and chucked it at us narrowly missing us "Well that fucking hurt" Elouise mumbled over the comms as our megazord helped her get back up "Elouise move your megazord behind the Sporix while we distract her" Ollie instructed her as we got up close and began attacking the sporix as Elouise got in position "On 3" Zayto called out before counting down and as soon as he reached 3 both megazords used their final the moves and destroyed the sporix "I've got the sporix" Izzy announced as teleported down to collect it "Anyone else hungry?" Javi asked as the rest of us teleported down to join Izzy "I'm starving" Zayto admitted "Me too" Ollie agreed "I could go for some food Amelia, Elouise you guys coming?" Izzy asked "I'm good but I might join you later" Elouise absent-mindedly told us "I still have some things to do at Buzzblast so I'll join you later" I stated "Alright but you better or else" Izzy jokingly threatened me "Let's get this sporix back first" Zayto reminded her "I'll take the sporix back to base for you," Elouise told Izzy as she took the sporix teleporting out before anyone could even protest "Is she ok?" Javi asked me "Yeah she's been off ever since she started moving house" Ollie added "Uh I think so, I hope so" I admitted, "So do you know what's on her mind?" Zayto asked, "Look Elouise found out something that could completely turn her life upside down, and she just needs some time. I'm sure she'll be fine once she and her mum have been able to talk" I admitted "Ok tell her we're here if she needs anything," Izzy told me "I will, now I'm gonna go make sure she doesn't punch a wall" I said half-jokingly and half-seriously before teleporting to her house knowing she'll already be there, I opened the door and walked in before immediately heading to the gym already hearing Elouise angrily swearing at everything and anything as she punched the punching bag "Hey, wanna continue our conversation from before the fight" I asked only to be met with silence "Elou-" I started only for her to cut me off "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO FUCKING SAY AMELIA, SHE'S MAKING ME GO TO THIS STUPID FUNDRAISER SO SHE'LL TELL ME SOMETHING SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO TELL ME 5 FUCKING YEARS AGO" She screamed at me "So you're going to the fundraiser?" I asked as I sat down "I have no choice I have to go, or she won't tell me" She sighed "Do you think she's going to try something with Charlie?" I wondered "Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the only reason she wants me to go is so she can try and get us back together " Elouise groaned "You should probably call her and confirm you are going," I told her earning a nod in return as she began calling Dani "Fine I'll go to the fundraiser but you have to tell me the truth after and Amelia has to come with me" Elouise boldly stated, "Hang on what?" I mouthed but she just ignored it "Alright then, see you when you get back, Bye" She quickly cut the call off "Excuse me, I am not spending an entire evening with those stuck-up assholes your mum always invites to these things," I shut her down "Too bad, I need a buffer between me and Charlie," She told me "Fine" I reluctantly agreed as I let out a groan
