Updates are still a good idea!
Okay, we're really not sure how long we'll be at our current place, so we may end up setting up the Net there anyway.
The major problems now are that my roommate just came down with a rather bad bout of chronic bronchitis (that's expensive to keep under control) and that my aunt died recently. As such, any money I would have had to put towards the Net now has to go to my roomate's recovery and on going out to my uncle's, which is a plane trip for two both ways. Then, we have to make up the difference before I'll have money to be able to set aside or use to get the Net hooked up. I'm still trying for this year, but around the illness, the trip, and just...dealing with my aunt's death, I can't guarantee I'll have much by fall, when the hydro bill goes up again.
To be clear, NO, my stories AREN'T abandoned, ever. This is just my year of personal Hell, and I really hope it will be done and over with soon. I'm really sorry to have to leave them on hiatus even longer, but life is a bitch just now. And hopefully, hopefully, the next time I'm giving an update, it will be a chapter update, not a note to let you all know some other bad news. T.T
