4. Chapter 4:Lady

Meanwhile, at a train station, there was an area where a cocker spaniel slept inside a box train car. She had fallen asleep waiting for her next destination and the train to stop. So while as she was asleep, the doors of the boxcar had opened wide! She woke up to see who it was. It turned out to be two older men who saw her immediately.

"Look- what are YOU doing here?",asked the older man.

He reached forward to grab her.The cocker spaniel quickly got up and ran out and run into the train station. The cocker spaniel ran as quickly as she could. She realized that the men were not following her. She sighed in relief. She slowed down and continued walking. Then, she heard noises. She picked through the tall grass outside the train station and saw puppies eating bread.

"Can I join you? ", she asked.

One puppy looked up at her.

"What's your name?" ,one of them asked.

"My name is Lady", she said with a smile across her face.
