Chapter 4: Uni

Note: Readers please listen to Stone Bridge put em High while reading this.

I notice this lift is very quick as before I know it we get out and walk over the ramp only to find we're in the lower gigantic garden full of different trees, bushes, plants, statues and fountains in which I can hear the soothing water flowing, though I notice the colours varying from blue to green to pink to red then back again, in a distinctive manner. There are also a good number of deck chairs and swing chairs and tables of the same colour scheme though also blacks and grey that are huge and high tech.

There's also the sounds of the wave machine which sounds exactly like the sea, along with the sound of the water falling from this floor over all the other floors to the bottom which must be such a sight for anyone watching, it's like being in a natural waterfall, and the flow never ends thanks to the ingenious Nano-bots.

The garden is in such a wonderful shape with the grass at a healthy height and looking fresh, along with the plants being full of life, and everywhere is nice and clean as if it's brand new. I can imagine Noire and Uni spending lots of time in the garden looking over Lastation, having suntans, relaxing and having lots and lots of fun doing different activities, including playing video games. I can also imagine other people as guests being here with them too, having lots of fun there.

And after going through some of the grand glamorous stunning picturesque garden, we head through a corner door to find ourselves in a very large, very grand room. The room is very bright as there are windows and an entire wall which consist of clean sliding doors to take us to the massive garden outside, and I also hear the song which I recognise to be Stone Bridge Put em High being played.

I guess this is Noire and Uni's bedroom, and oh boy what a magnificent bedroom it is fit for them, the rulers of this nation. I say this as the room in which the temperature can be controlled by remote, along with whether to have fans on or not, is breath taking. Not only is it unbelievably big, but the stuff that's in it is equally impressive. There's a TV with the screen being extremely flat, which covers a significant portion of the width of the wall, with the same height as the wall with a PS3. This PS3 I can safely assume is no ordinary PS3 and also there is a PS2, PS1 and a few PSPs. The TV comes with speakers and equipment to make this room an indoor cinema, which I find most impressive along with the quality of the pictures that it provides, and also has equipment that can provide special effects that are appropriate to the programme people are watching, and can the screen can alter it's size depending on the resolution of the programme if so desired. Along with this, it has the ability to curve itself and can be split into different screens and allow multiple things to be watched at the same time, which I find cool, novel and impressive and can imagine Noire and Uni have found great uses for those features. It can even emit smells that go with the footage shows which lasts as long as the footage helping one to immerse in what they are watching.

And not only that but when the extravagant television is not on, it displays the same footage on the walls which varies from the metropolis of Lastation, exciting events there that were filmed, to other features like forests, jungles and oceans. The latter features all have the wildlife from there in abundance and look very beautiful, along with this there are beaches with palm trees. There's even footage and photoshoots of Noire and someone who looks familiar, my gut telling me it's Uni and other people doing different things and having fun, including racing, eating and having speeches, and even cosplaying, in which they are exceptional experts at it.

Not only this, but the impressive bedroom emits different lovely smells to go with the theme of the place which is awesome. When for instance it displays the oceans, I get the feeling that the walls and the floors for that matter are actually massive fish tanks. And the massive fish tanks concerned have plenty of food for the fish, and the water is regularly looked after so that the water is fresh.

In fact what impresses me is that the water although not affecting the creatures whatsoever, changes colour and the colours consist of the Lastation colours of black, blue, silver, red, green and pink, and there's also gold as a colour. There's even a UV lighting option which is very cool, along with the appearance and the sounds of flowing water, along with surround speaker in which the music along with the lights and brightness can be controlled.

What tops it off in terms of amazing features, is that the room can be customised to give different themes in which for some of them, it provides wall paper or decoration on the walls including the edges and even paintings, as there's hidden lights of different designs including from the ceiling. One lovely theme, in which I like how they have that considering whom they are is a regal one. The regal theme consists of the walls being covered in royal blue wall paper in parts, which is surrounded by black marble. There's also beautiful gold patterns around certain areas where appropriate, consisting of leaves and angels, and look like Lastation characters.

There are also massive portraits of Noire and who my gut tells me is Uni in unbelievably fancy elegantly sophisticated gorgeous clothes dressed exactly like empresses. They look ever so heroic and patriotic and they remind me of somewhere, but where I'm unsure, probably something to do with where I am actually from, in which I have no idea. There's also chandeliers that are full of bright sparkly lights and are really big, and the cabinets look like they are made of gold and is well decorated with high class Lastation artwork.

I also see a few super comfy black gaming chairs with cup holders that can tilt and swivel and has room to put your feet up, and also has the ability to massage the entire back of the body, in so many different ways. It also comes with a tray attached to the side which can be pulled and hover over the legs. Attached to the tray is a mouse which is rechargeable by cable. With fingerprint activation the tray has a touch screen keyboard, and from the back of the chair, the back of the chair expands in an arc over the chair.

Attached to the end of the overhead feature, are 3 large overhead computer screens side by side, which can recharge the mouse. The tray also allows the mouse to work on it, and can keep food and drink at the right temperature, and the touch screen keyboard is also spill proof. Along with this, there's a large black desk which functions exactly the same as a tray with its temperature control, being spill proof and having a touch screen keyboard. My gut tells me that this is for the massive screen on the wall next to the desk, which comes with surround speakers, and I also learn that the large black desk can be an actual computer screen which can be touched, and is often used for planning and surveillance.

On top of the impressive desks are where Noire's and Uni's laptops are, which along with having a silver back with the Lastation logo, and a black keyboard and black front, are gaming laptops and are of a large size. They come with rechargeable mice, and have excellent screen resolution, memory, graphics, processor, speed, battery life with super-fast recharge time, numerous cores, and other stats of the best quality, and they are also touch screen.

Furthermore, there's an extremely large black glass sliding wardrobe and cupboards with silver handles. The wardrobe is big enough for it to be a huge room, and it's very high tech with a touch screen computer, that has a database of all the clothes stored there, and they're on a system so that robotic machinery brings the clothes and puts them on easily. It even does things like makeup and hair with much precision.

Also it can be customised to do this for any person, considering different people are of different dimensions in height, weight and the other sizes of the different parts of their bodies. There's even the ability to see what clothes goes with what other clothes on the screen, saving the need to try on different clothes to see for themselves, and can provide advice on what to wear depending on the constraints.

The wardrobe also has what looks like countless rows full of different clothes in all shapes and sizes and materials. There is also massive amounts of make-up of different colours and types both in area of the body, and of the makeup itself like matte or gloss or sparkly for example. Along with this, there are lots of different accessories for each body part, and of different colours, sizes and materials and features, along with accessories that are carried of different sizes, colours, features and patterns.

Furthermore there are lots of different footwear in different ways be it colour, material, size and even patterns. There is also a cat walk and rows of chairs for people to watch, along with different sets that can be customised to go with the theme, along with the floor and walls doing the same thing, and there being lots and lots and lots of props for the different themes. Awesome, really awesome, I can just imagine Noire having this sort of thing.

I notice in the room, in which every wall including floors and ceilings show either abundant aquatic life as if they're actually there and are well looked after, or big impressive gushing waterfalls, or just water flowing in different colours from top to bottom, and the floor in the room providing a nice amount of heat with its underfloor heating, there's a huge ensuite bathroom.

The ensuite bathroom contains a massive black marble Jacuzzi. I say massive as it's big enough for 12 people, and this is full of lights in the Jacuzzi and outside, and right now is a nice shade of royal blue. The thing is though I can imagine it can also do red, pink, green, black and silver along with gold, the Lastation colours. I have a feeling that it's no ordinary Jacuzzi and that it blows hot air as well making it like a hot springs. Making it even more like a hot springs, it also has hoses from the ceiling which pour water from up there at the activation of a remote. This works in the same way as the waterfall on the building.

Next to it on the side which is easily accessible from in it, are a couple of special microwaves which could be the atomic manipulators that Noire spoke of with one for food and drink, and the other for different shower gels, and bubble baths. They have computer screens and are touch screen no doubt for the different ways to have different food and drink.

The mega bathroom includes a shower that one walks in, and is large, there's room for a dozen people, and there's plenty of different jets in it as well, so it covers the body with streams of water in which the amount and speed and location can be customised. Also, the temperature can be controlled as well. In fact with the seats there I wonder if it can provide steam, and can be a soothing sauna as well. Along with the controls being digital, and with a water proof touch screen controlling temperature, water flow, colours, steam and sound, the mirrors along with the entire room has a defogging technology.

The defogging technology works so well, that immediately after usage there's no fog, nor is there any water either, and it looks like it's just been cleaned in fact it looks brand new. There's even different lights there, and can be customised so that the room is in ultra violet light, and the water can be in different amazing colours which is fantastic, and there's large water proof speakers of excellent quality.

Finally, the walk in shower is surrounded by glass in which the privacy mode can be activated in which the colour is usually black though it can change to blue, pink, red, green, silver or gold. What amazes me is that not only is it possible to have a shower of immense enjoyment with the colours, speakers and jets, the shower comes with driers which can dry with refreshing warm heat in a matter of a couple of minutes. This dryer can also do the hair, and also washes and dries flannels after use. It can even spray nice perfume, any perfume the user wants if they wish, and also spray any hair spray the user desires to make their hair a sight to behold.

There's also what looks like a microwave in there, with the same touch screen, though I wonder if it's also an atomic manipulator in which this particular one can produce soap, tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo of different colours and quantities, and even flannels of different materials and kinds that are water proof including silk cushiony flannels.

There's also several toilets in the bathroom but each one is surrounded by coloured glass of any Lastation colour desired, which can be adjusted so that there is privacy, and each one is a black marble toilet in which they all include bidets. They are of an excellent quality, and can also shoot up Nano-bots so that they can help clean one's backside, and afterwards the Nano-bots would return inside the toilet ready for use again. Not only that but the walls have speakers which can be customised to play different music, and it comes with a deodoriser to get rid of any bad odours, and spreads pleasant smells instead which can be customised.

Furthermore, they can shoot up warming air to dry one's backside afterwards, and they spray a sanitary liquid so that the bottom is not just clean, but hygienically clean again. Each toilet also along with having LED lights that show the Lastation colours, have toilet seat warmers, along with motion sensor to raise and lower the toilet lids gently. What's more is that they are self-cleaning and this applies to every surface, and always makes it looks like it's just been cleaned every time it's used.

To go with these toilets, for every single one of them, there is a sink made of black marble with hand wash that washes and sanitises the hands completely, a jet powered hand dryer to dry the hands in seconds, and a tap with sensors and features an LED light that changes colour depending on the temperature. There is also what looks like a microwave with a touch screen computer, though that is more likely to be an atomic manipulator which in this case appears to be capable of producing soap and shower gel of different colours, and properties. All of them are in marble and look very high tech and grand.

There are also several water proof televisions which take up significant portions of the walls, be it the wall in the shower, or the wall nearest the Jacuzzi, or walls near where the toilets face, even on a mirror, and they all have a water proof PS3 as well along with water proof controllers. I don't know what to make of that, playing on the PS3 while you're having a bath or in the shower but… erm I'll leave it to you guys to decide on that one.

Along with a cabinet for medicine, and fridges there's the same high tech machine which must be an atom manipulator and yet this one unlike the others in the room, are for making food and drink, which no doubt is quite novel to have food and drink in the bathroom, but it must be relaxing to eat finger food and drink celebratory drinks while in the Jacuzzi, and no doubt it's been used to that effect numerous times before. All of this high tech stuff, including on the walls, floor, water, temperature, light, display, sound and brightness, can even be controlled remotely through apps on a mobile phone as well, which is unbelievably secure and completely hack proof, not to mention convenient.

There is even an option to customise the theme of the bathroom like in the bedroom and wardrobe, which is such a clever feature and saves DIY or accepting the theme, and is great when one feels in a certain mood. This affects the colour and style of the taps, showers, toilets, lights, walls, ceilings and features on them. Like with the other places there is a regal version, in which gold marble columns with elegant gold patterns appear to support the roof, the walls and ceilings appear to be of a gold marble, and the toilets and sink remain the same colour, along with the worktops.

Saying this though, the taps and showerheads are golden and are highly decorated with diamonds and look like sceptres for the taps, and a tiara for the shower head. And on the walls, are grand paintings of Noire and what must be Uni in the same empress attire in the bath, which is full of diamonds, and also angels surrounding them who resemble PlayStation characters. The paintings make them look so life like and are of a flawless quality. It's amazing to have that ability to change the design, theme and features of a room by a touch of a button, and to have such quality themes, made of such craftsmanship and top quality materials is fantastic.

The penultimate final item in the main room that I notice is ever so impressive, and this is the main item of the main room, the bed itself. It's no ordinary bed by any means, this is an unbelievable gigantic Octuple bed. The Octuple bed is a water bed and is ultra-comfortable, and has glowing lights underneath resembling the Lastation colours. I'm guessing here as there's plenty of room for 8 people, and directly above that is a massive high quality super flat screen smart television which spans the dimensions of the bed, and when isn't on shows nice backgrounds including Lastation scenery, different grand themes, all very colourful and beautiful be it of nature or of architecture, along with cosplays of Noire and Uni which I look forward to seeing more of, and I'm informed that when it's on the program will scale to the television, or it can shrink in size to match the resolution of the program. It's on the ceiling with surround sound and ability to watch not just 4D, but to see films with VR goggles that immerses people in the films themselves, and looks like they're there.

Noire has worked on trying to make the technology cheaper and available for everyone here, and she has given plenty of opportunities for guests to experience this impressive piece of technology. What amazes me is that the ceiling too has similar footages as what the walls and floors show, and when the television is switched off, with a switch by remote control, it retreats back above the ceiling only for there to be a panel which looks like the ceiling projecting the same footage to replace where it was, and it blends in so well that there's no gap at all, no evidence of the television being there. I'm ever so impressed with that, and it's all thanks to Nano-bots which form part of the ceiling and footage.

Along with the amazing and relaxing footage of different places all in massive quantities, they're also capable of showing off the different Lastation colours which also helps to relax people, and the colours and ways they're shown can match the music being played in the bedroom. Next to the bed are a couple of black marble cabinets with a special top, which provides a massive amount of light and can charge electronics on it, and can also maintain the temperature of food and drink that's placed on there. There's even storage facilities in the walls next to the TV, and they blend in so well that they appear invisible, which means the projection is unspoilt.

Finally in the brilliant bedroom, and this I find ever so unbelievable, is a car. This is no ordinary car though, as not only is it nice and clean and new, but it's a hyper car. Though again this is not any ordinary hyper car, it is from what I remember from playing Need For Speed, a Hennessey Venom GT. It's a special unique design, as this one has 5 doors, and the appearance with regards the paintwork and features is very similar to Noire's Bugatti Veyron. It's heavily customised just like her car, and plenty of other cars I've seen while I have been given a grand tour of her metropolis.

Furthermore, it has the PlayStation logo on the hood at the front, there's a nice roof with spoilers and side attachments, as well as black sirens at the top, black windows and black neon lights, and the sides of the car have along with Noire and what must be Uni looking cool and badass, a picture of myself. This I am amazed and does reinforce the idea of me being related to them. I wonder if this paintjob was put on quickly thanks to highly skilled designers and artists, which is very impressive as it looks like great care and pride and effort has been put in to this vehicle.

Words cannot describe how amazed I am with this, as this car is even better than Noire's Bugatti, in terms of speed and acceleration and it's interesting considering how the Lastation goddess presents herself to me with coming in a car as superb as the Bugatti, that she'd have an even better one here. Maybe it's to show me that there's an elevator (after I see the panel with a list of floors there), big enough for a car that takes her and her car directly into her living quarters which is so grand here, and is such a conveniently cool high tech feature.

Furthermore, she wants to show me as much as possible with it becoming increasingly impressive as I see more and more of her stuff. As for the car itself, perhaps it's a car she has been working on, and is eager to show to the public fairly soon, and also to me, considering how important I am to her. It may even be a gift for someone she truly loves. It is such an impressive car, and it's awesome to see it in the lift in the living room, and there are a couple of doors that lead to what seems to be the entertainment room; I'll have to find out what's in there. No doubt full of high tech grand goodies that will impress me no end.

I notice a female young adult is lying on that huge bed on her back. My gut tells me with much conviction that this must be Uni. She is in what must be her HDD form as she has a similar colour scheme and dress to Noire. Although she has the same one as I remember her having, she appears to be older than in the series, but only by a few years which makes her a couple of years off twenty, and she still appears to be younger than the CPU. I also notice her womanhood being bigger, and I must say she actually looks rather attractive just like her older sister. She's also significantly taller than in the series, though not as tall as either of us.

She has green eyes with power symbols similar to her older sister, and her hair is a nice shade of white and her hairstyle looks stunning like a princess just as Noire's looks like an empress. She has a messy fringe that even goes over part of her eyes, and she also has two long strands of her hair on each side that are coiled and drape over her shoulders and reach her busts. Like Noire her hair also sticks out on each side of her head in a flick.

The piece de resistance to her hairstyle is how on both sides of her head, is her hair being curled around in large ringlets which reaches her elbows, much longer than in the series. Like her older sister, her hair is very shiny and thick, very beautiful. The rest of her hair is a lot longer as it reaches her bum and each strand is very wavy and curved, and has a couple of large strands that are coiled like on the sides, only for it to reach the middle of her back. She has the same makeup as Noire concerning her eyeshadow, eyelashes and lipstick.

Her clothing is similar in colour, style and material to Noire's only instead she has what appears to be black bikini bottoms without any strings, with green dots on the side as well as a black circle with a silver ring inside on each side. For her upper body, she wears a black bikini top that shows her cleavage. It consists of a couple of green spots and white spots and it only covers the back and part of her front. She also wears what appears to be some sort of black choker which branches out into 3 small parts, two of them draping over her shoulders a bit and one of them covering her upper chest. Both this and the top are fastened by a large metal ring at her upper chest, which looks like a far outer circle.

Also similar to her sister, she also wears rather tall black boots that go up to her upper thighs, and even goes up a bit further on the outer sides of her long legs. The boots look rather awesome and high tech as they consist of a grey stripe at the top of them, as well as silver spots at the knee along with silver rings that look like far outer circles on top of her feet, as well as a bright green spot on her toes. Her boots appear to be on silver stilettos that include quite a tall heel as well.

Once again similar to our CPU, she wears very long shoulder length black gloves, with a good portion of it being silver in her upper inner arms. Though instead of having claws or gauntlets like Noire does, she wears chunky black bracelets with a large bar of silver sticking out. Also on top of her hands is a white ring, far outer circle on top with a white rectangle inside. Yep I must say she does look very attractive just like her sister. I really like her appearance it's futuristic, cool and stylish and it shows the colours of Lastation and it's nice that she has a similar appearance to Noire, to signify their relations and how alike they are.

Interestingly enough, Uni is actually performing the song being played which is very nice, as when she sings she sounds exactly like the singer who originally sung the song. She also performs the movements exactly like in the music video, particularly with the hand and arm movements along with the tossing and turning on the bed, and even her facial expressions matching those of the original singer.

I found it a bit odd that Uni would do such a thing. But then again since I've noticed the way Noire is, I'm guessing Uni would be doing this because of either me or another reason. This other reason being that this Uni is not the same as the series one, and I have to have different expectations with regards usual and unusual behaviour, with this place's counterparts.

Whatever the reason though, I think that if it is because of me, I can establish that one of my abilities is to have other people look and behave in a certain way to my liking, like in a video game where you can customise certain aspects, to make things more interesting.

"Uni decided to perform a music video, in an attempt to increase morale in these dark times. She also has plans in performing songs like this live in concert, and do other ones well." Noire explains with much pride in her voice and body language, immensely proud of her sister.

After hearing her speak I find it weird that she hasn't opened her mouth to speak, but her voice does sound like I'm hearing it from a clear microphone. I manage to reply to her, via the same technique.

"Yeah she sounds amazing, she's a natural. I think you can be very proud of her." I reply with the same method, having the same pride in my tone and body language.

"Yes as a matter of fact I am. I also did the same thing some time ago, it got over 100 million views and likes, and no dislikes whatsoever." She replies smiling with much enthusiasm at her impressive accomplishment.

I like how they both try and do everything for their landmass, how everything they do has a purpose. It's great that they enjoy doing this kind of stuff. They're such ideal CPUs for the people to have, ones that look out for them, work flat out, and even when they have fun they do it with fellow citizens, and are also smart and work very efficiently so that much can be done, and many positive results occur.

"Very impressive Noire. I think you deserve each and every one of those views and likes." I say to her sounding ever so pleased for her, considering the significance of such an accomplishment like that.

"We've also performed plenty of other songs as well, and we've even done it with other people. But that's not the only things we do. We often go out in public, making speeches that are morale boosting, positive and even entertaining. We have offered people the chance to meet us face to face countless times, and let them tell us their concerns so that we can do our best to help them out. We even have contests where the winners get to spend large amounts of time with us and do various stuff it's ever so fun, and the people enjoy doing it very much. I'm pleased to say large numbers of people had that opportunity, and it's increasing and increasing." Noire speaks with much pride with what she and Uni do for the people.

It's really nice that they're like the people's goddess. As everything they do is for them.

"We have elections frequently so the people can decide who they want the CPUs of Lastation to be, only for us to win every single time, in fact every victory is a white wash. Furthermore, no one bothers to stand against us, because we're loved by all and they want us to rule for eternity.

We manage to deal with any problem that comes our way with regards Lastation itself with complete approval by the people, and any negative effects are thought about and aren't a problem thanks to our ideas. They even want us to expand and perhaps rule all of Gameindustri, and they all know me by the title of Goddess Empress CPU of Lastation Lady Noire Black Heart." She says further chuckling with joy by mind talk, as she has a huge grin on her face.

I notice that the song has now finished, and Uni gets up out of bed to greet us with a huge smile on her face, and her arms out as if to give us a hug, only for us all to hug each other, enjoying it very much.

"Hi guys. I'm so pleased to meet you Black. Welcome to Lastation and welcome to our bedroom. I'm Uni, Lastation's CPU candidate. I hope you both enjoyed my singing, would you like a drink either of you?" Uni asks in a friendly manner while smiling, pleased to see us both.

"Your performance is flawless as usual Uni, I am fully confident our people will love it, and be inspired by it. Thank you for offering to get the drinks, I'll have a Pepsi please, what about you Black?" Noire replies speaking with joy as well, smiling with pride at Uni's performance. She now sounds and speaks normal.

"I agree with Noire, your singing is great, I look forward to hearing you both perform again. What drinks do you have out of curiosity?" I ask politely and with much curiosity in my voice as I turn to face both as if I don't mind who answers.

This time it's without that unusual microphone sound. I dunno what it is, could it be the idea of two players communicating to each other through microphone as opposed to speaking face to face? I wonder if it's the equivalent of sending messages to each other online. The two sisters with their body language communicate as to who will explain it to me, only for them both to agree that the older sister will do it.

It is then that while Noire maintains her smile and welcoming and friendly body language, I sense something in her, as if to say that she's also pleased for another reason. My gut tells me that she's thrilled to fulfil her promise to me that she would explain in more detail about those atom manipulators in which I've seen so many already, after the opportunity presents itself.

"You see that machine over there?" Noire points to it while explaining to me with much enthusiasm in her voice.

I notice that the machine is actually built into the wall, and like the others it looks like a large microwave with a large touch screen at the side with numerous menus and options. It, like the others looks quite futuristic and it does intrigue me to know what special things it can do, besides telling the machine how long to cook something, and what to cook considering that it produces food and drink.

"Yeah?" I ask her, curious to know how it works.

"This machine is capable of producing everything that's edible or drinkable within reason by means of atom manipulation through a process that we've managed to perfect from lots of experiments so that it's always reliable and precise. We also use it to get rid of rubbish via the same method, this machine can go without power for days if not weeks. We have these machines in every building in Lastation, meaning that everyone can have the same decent food and drink that we have. It can even cook in specific ways to suit anyone's tastes, and produce drinks in any way the user desires.

We even have them for toothpaste, soap, shower gel, bubble bath and shampoo, which can be in any colour, any smell, and even the touch of it can be customised. Furthermore, it can do all sorts of things like make hair stronger, bigger, thicker and shinier and can maintain this for an incredibly long time. It's unaffected by wind, rain, cold, heat and stains as it repairs it so quickly. It is the same for the skin with regards resistance, and can even change the skin colour to make it look like the person has been on holiday and got a tan.

As for teeth they can protect it against food, drink and maintains whiteness and shininess all the time. And regarding bubble bath it can be any colour, and make the water feel distinct. Furthermore they can have all sorts of properties that is healthy for the skin, and provide lovely smells of different kinds." Noire explains to me with such pride in her voice, and her body language suggests much enthusiasm as well with regards her explanation.

For me to be able to live in such a utopian place is wonderful, and I certainly like how Lastation's technology benefits it's people. But it's also wonderful to learn how it works, as I am very curious person who's keen to know how stuff works, so that I can appreciate the ingenuity of the creation as well. It makes me appreciate this place even more to know that such astonishing stuff is possible.

It intrigues me that from what I'm now starting to remember, that this sort of stuff does sound reasonably feasible from where I was from. I could actually imagine this sort of stuff existing in the future from where I was from, wherever that was. Yes I remember how everything is made up of atoms, so it does make sense how they can be altered to create new things and have different properties too. I am keen to learn more from my glamorous hostesses.

"OK. I know it's possible to turn lead into gold by this method, and I'm assuming you have found a way of altering the combination of atoms so that various foods and drinks can be made. The thing is wouldn't that need a lot of energy considering this involves the changing of structures at an atomic level?" I ask her with much curiosity and fascination about all this.

Noire then decides to let Uni take over the explanation. I don't mind since she did explain to me how it works, and it's only fair for them both to explain since I asked them both.

"Yes but we found a way of manipulating atoms without the need for a lot of energy. We have found a way of getting the energy for free by capturing the energy, analysing it and then cloning it. Even altering it so that we wouldn't need as much energy." She explains to me with the same sense of pride as her older sister, along with enthusiasm and her body language reflects this as well.

There goes the rule that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, only transferred from one form to another. Then again this is a gaming universe and Lastation is very advanced. Still, I like the physics of this universe, it's so much better. It's very useful being able to create products from mere atoms at such unbelievably cheap costs. I love how even though Noire and Uni are the richest in Lastation, they find ways of distributing their wealth so their people can enjoy the same luxuries as they do, and do it in a capitalist way. The capitalist way allowing the investment, aspiration and the overall wealth creation to happen, which are immense goods.

It does intrigue me what impact this has on Lastation, because while I can think of the positive aspects, I can also think of potential drawbacks. Though I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't any here, because of how excellent their leadership is in thinking of everything, as they only do everything. Nevertheless, I'm still curious to find out:

"Very impressive ladies, but what about the cost of such a project? Considering the amount of research required to do it? Not to mention the impact on the farmers and restaurants who create and serve respectively? Also how do you power the thing, and how much power does it require?" I ask them with much curiosity.

"Cost is no problem because thanks to what I learned from you before I got here, I'm able to make loads and loads of money without anyone losing out be it investment, businesses and promotion of free market capitalism. Plus which the people actually give me plenty of donations, as a thank you for being such a great leader. The machine just like everything is powered by electricity. The electricity comes from the sun from which we get plenty of it, using very efficient future proof solar panels that last a long time. The machine can even store power so it can go on for a long time, even if there was no source. Though I can say with pride that we've never ever had a power cut what so ever.

As for the farmers, I made sure everyone was comfortable with these machines being distributed, it turns out everyone was and they do different jobs now, which has been created thanks to new inventions. I got most of the farmers to introduce ecosystems, which in turn helps to protect the environment, as well as looking after them. But I've left a few farmers growing crops just so they can still farm for enjoyment, and in case food supplies run low, even though it never has in the history of Lastation's existence.

Some of the restaurants have been converted into different things like accommodation, research and storage or even museums in different aspects of food and drink, and cooking. Though we still have a significant number of restaurants that have adapted to use the machines and offer way bigger choice than before. They also provide the convenience of not having to go back home for food and drink. In fact they do amazing business in experimenting with creating different kinds of food and drink, not to mention the restaurants agreed to help develop the machine. We program newly discovered food and drink into the machine all the time, including methods, so it can be created loads of times, all to the same high quality.

The thing is when we are working we always keep many factors in mind:

Future proofing, economy, the people, the environment, safety and military. Because of this we've introduced lots of inventions and schemes that improved Lastation for the better, but without any negative side effects or what ones there are whatsoever.

For instance, while we have a massive amount of automation, the people do jobs like research, service, maintenance of technology, and we always have zero unemployment. Furthermore, we even have people highly trained in getting people employment, and they can do it ever so quickly. In fact they sometimes employ them themselves and this is usually students, this is because companies never go bust due to the quality of everyone involved in the company. What's great about this, is that these student do different jobs that are very useful for the economy, as does everyone that works in Lastation.

In fact the primary (extraction) and secondary (manufacture) sectors are fully automated with the exception of owners of those businesses, and maintenance which are incredibly safe and have never ever had a single accident whatsoever. Not only that but the balance is perfect such that health and safety standards are high, but the rules and regulations are easy to follow, and the bureaucracy is limited and they don't hinder production in any way.

The tertiary (service) and quaternary (research) sectors meanwhile have people and automation, and the jobs there pay very well and have excellent working conditions, hours and plenty of time for recreation so they can enjoy Lastation and the fruits of their vital labour. That's why the people love us because we only do everything and we only think of everything." I can sense Noire being proud as she speaks just as she should be. Because what she says is amazing, incredible, and her body language reinforces there.

But it is then that I notice that she suddenly looks a bit upset. She doesn't cry but I sense her body and facial expressions changing.

"A pity it's not enough to hold Leanbox back, I don't understand why we are not winning I mean it's not like we suck or anything. And it is such a shame because I put so much hard work into making Lastation great, and I know I've made a difference but it's so sad how Leanbox tries to negate my efforts in this war." Noire says sounding rather depressed.

I know she really means we don't suck, of course we don't, in fact the complete opposite. I notice Noire manages to hold her emotions back, perhaps she's tempted to cry with tears of frustration which I can't blame her.

"Don't worry Noire, I know you have done your best. You can be proud of what you have done, to have a prosperous nation, have a 100% approval rating. I'm sure the world will remember the great deeds you have done as CPU." I reassure her placing a caring hand on her shoulder.

Noire smiles after that comment before giving me a long loving hug in appreciation.

"Thank you so much and you're absolutely right. I won't let Leanbox destroy the prosperous pleasant Lastation or my amazing legacy. I really do appreciate your love for our technology it makes me ever so happy. Anyway I'm sorry, what drink would you like again?" Noire smiles once more, I do sense a bit of awkwardness in her body language for forgetting about my drink, but I understand completely as that is due to the concerns.

"Yeah I'm really sorry about forgetting your drinks. Please let me get them now." Uni added sounding awkward too for the same reason, while maintaining her friendliness.

"Don't worry about it ladies, you both were giving me an excellent explanation of your impressive machine. It was fun, amazing, and now I am able to appreciate your highly advanced technology even more. Anyways could I have a nice cool Pepsi please?" I ask them politely.

"Sure no problem." Uni replies in a friendly manner, relieved to know I've forgiven her as she gets 3 large glasses, before putting them in the machine and types in Pepsi, before typing in any features and the temperature of the drink.

The machine makes a small white flash, and then the glasses are filled completely with Pepsi. With the drinks in hand she passes one to me and the other to Noire. Just as I ordered the glass feels cool, but a comfortable cool not an uncomfortable one.

Noire then makes an announcement upon receiving the drink:

"I propose a toast, to us and to Lastation, may goddess save her." She announces with much patriotism in her voice.

"To Lastation and goddess save the CPU." We all say in unison with the same passion and patriotism.

I drink the Pepsi and amazingly it takes exactly like a Pepsi, I'd go far as to say the best one I've ever had considering the temperature of the drink. It's a very, very useful machine, it means the city can survive under siege in terms of food supply. Awesome, it also means there's no starvation whatsoever, even in times of war and the people will have delicious food that's healthy and optimises their body rather than hindering it.

Miss Lastation then takes a seat in one of the comfortable high tech gaming chairs, while me and Uni do the same, with Noire at the controls of the PS3. Though I remember seeing PS3s before, something tells me that there's something special about this one. My gut feeling says that this machine contains a lot of special data, and has faster speed, much more memory, and much better graphics than ordinary PS3s, and have loads of other features too. I wouldn't be surprised if it's really a hyper computer containing all the vital records of Lastation, or at least a significant portion of it.

"This PS3 does everything, and I use it for both fun and for my work, as it has a database of everyone in Lastation. I use it to run scenarios if I suggest certain changes to Lastation, such as introducing new concepts or technology. It also provides demographics of various aspects such as money, popularity, life expectancy, likes, wants and needs, stuff like that.

I also use it to gather intelligence to help plan troop deployment etc. I also use it to surf the net, play games and watch movies in my spare time, along with listen to music and watch fun content created by different people, who sometimes I reward by seeing them and spend time with them." Noire explains in her usual posh prideful tone, eager to show me what this awesome PS3 can do.

Noire then goes to my profile as part of her demonstration.

"Here, this is how I found out where you are and about you." She says in the same tone, smiling as she shows me.

There is a picture of me along with some statistics:

Black

186cm

91kg

C

Loyal to Lastation, origin unknown, excellent soldier, very smart, excellent strategist.

Hmmm, I like how my stats says positive stuff about me, while I have a vague idea of the significance of the letter C I'm still curious as to what it actually means.

"What does it mean by the letter C?" I ask the Lastation goddesses with much curiosity.

"It's your build class, C it means you're average build with some muscles." Noire explains to me.

I'm happy with that build, though I'm not one to brag about builds, because we're all different and I believe it's important to be proud of who you are. Funnily enough, I now remember Noire being a C, this can't be a coincidence. Noire then shows me her profile:

Noire

183cm

56kg

F

CPU of Lastation, origin unknown, excellent soldier, very smart, excellent strategist.

I'm guessing F relates to the size of her womanhood, in which the further away the letter is from A, the bigger the breast size, and it reminds me of the series where the size is mentioned, though it's interesting how it's different here. It just shows how she's bigger, taller and has a much bigger womanhood here compared to in the series. I like her build as well as mine, it's way, way better than how she was in Neptunia. Noire then shows me Uni's. I'm unsure why she's shown me hers and Uni's, but maybe it could be to show the PS3 has everyone on file including their leaders.

Uni

180cm

45kg

D

CPU Candidate of Lastation, origin unknown, excellent sniper, very smart, excellent with intelligence and with communications.

Yeah Uni is really, really tall a lot taller than in the series. I'm definitely happy with the builds we all have, and I can imagine it being the same with Noire and Uni, this knowledge makes me smile and nod in appreciation.

"OK I'll now show you a map of Gameindustri." Noire then says casually and with a smile.

This is something; I'd like to see a map of the entire world that is called Gameindustri to see what the world I am in is like. It would be interesting to see how much land Lastation controls considering how prosperous it is, as well what other territories and nations there are.

I notice Lastation and Leanbox but I also see Lowee, which are probably the Wii and a place called Neutralland, never heard that before.

"What's Neutralland?" I ask her with much curiosity in my voice.

"Neutralland used to be called Planeptune, when it was formed during the first generation; the land was led by a moron named Neptune…" Noire explains to me. I can sense disgust from her body language and voice due to how much she despises her, and I don't blame her for that.

Hmmm Planeptune… I remember that name it's the landmass that I think represented Sega, though I find myself questioning that fact I must admit. Though that's probably because of how I felt the makers of the series were sore losers if I'm honest.

I also find it strange that Noire appears to dislike Neptune here despite the Noire, Uni and Lastation, and the universe itself being different. Then again I never liked Neptune because of how stupid and annoying she was.

Yeah it's all coming back to me now. I remember in the series how Neptune always treated Noire like absolute revolting crap; she was always defeating her, always picking on her and humiliating her a lot of times. She claimed to be my CPU's best friend but I just didn't believe a single word she said. What made it worse was how the series portrayed Neptune to be pleasant, funny as well how they portrayed her HDD form to be sophisticated and mature.

They even portrayed Planeptune as a very nice place, a utopia even. That's a big contrast to how they portrayed my CPU or my landmass, not least of which how they portrayed Neptune as the best CPU of all time, whereas Noire was the complete opposite to all that.

I hated everything that Neptune stood for: her laziness, her selfishness, her gigantic ego, the way she treats other people, the fact that she was handed everything on a silver platter, and had everything her way in contrast to my CPU. And the fact that she is little more than a sore losing cry baby that is butt hurt and oh so bitter, not least of which how the universe protected her and tried to make her look good, but I see through it though.

The thing is my gut tells me that perhaps I have encountered Neptune at the same place as Noire, and I have a feeling that what atrocities she has done in the series is nothing, compared to what she had done or dare I say has done in this Gameindustri, and no doubt where we originated from as well.

If I'm honest, I'd look forward to meeting Neptune, but only so I can defeat her badly and avenge my CPU and the consoles that Noire represents.

"…She often fought against Lowee, another nation formed during the first generation led by Blanc White Heart. Both nations fought for at least four generations.

By the time we came along in the 5th generation, I noticed the two nations fighting constantly and quite ferociously. I decided to keep out of it at first, but weirdly enough, I do remember Neptune and Blanc before I came here, as I'm sure you do now. I remember getting on well with the pair of them back then, but it wasn't very long at all before there was a time when Neptune fell out with me and Blanc. She got arrogant and angry, constantly blaming us for various things, even threatening to kill us.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt when I became aware of her existence in Gameindustri, but I quickly realised that she intends to invade us, and many of Neptune's people have defected to Lastation, due to her reign of unimaginable terror. Because of that, I made a deal with Lowee, and formed a temporary alliance to win the conflict, which would eventually become permanent due to our excellent relations we had, and hopefully we would get our hands on Neptune.

We won and I found out for myself that Neptune had been neglecting her responsibilities as leader, and just poured more and more soldiers into the conflict as well as being extremely cruel to her own people. We attempted to capture her and bring her to justice only to find out that she escaped, worse still, I fell out with Blanc over this and we fought each other in the 6th generation. The thing is I wasn't sure how that came to be, and I found that to be very strange after knowing her for all that time and before coming here.

Planeptune therefore became Neutralland due to not having any government, and this lasts to this day, the place is a mess with no law and no order of any kind. There's nothing but anarchy. I wanted to send aid and I manage to send a few people to help out, but I never hear from them again.

Not to mention Leanbox led by Vert comes along in the 6th generation, and we have been fighting them as well, making it impractical to send out troops both to that war and to aid what's now Neutralland." Noire explains only to then do a deep sigh of frustration and sadness of what's happened and being powerless to stop it.

I can't blame her at all for this sudden depression, as at first she was forced to fight her ally who has been her ally for all this time, for no reason. And now Vert wishes to attack, again for no reason. Worse this war doesn't appear to be ending anytime soon in our favour, and I get the feeling that Lastation is on the defensive. It's unfortunate to be in such a horrible position right now, where nothing can seemingly be done about it.

"This troubles me as I can remember before coming here that we were really good friends with Vert and Blanc. And yet now we're at each other's throats, I just don't understand why this is happening. I just want peace. I hate seeing our troops dying because of this as well as theirs, already a lot of lives have been lost. And it makes me feel so awful that I am forced to take lives away, this is not the CPU I want to be. I wanted to be a CPU that made lives better and this war forces me to do the opposite with the lives of their nations, and it forces my people's lives to be worse as a result. I could be wrong here, but I believe Neptune is responsible for all of this, she's in hiding and for some reason she wants to watch Gameindustri burn.

It wouldn't surprise me at all, if that's the actual case, as it may probably have something to do with being the True Goddess, where the world recognises the best goddess. While I know we can all agree on who it should be, I want to earn it by being the best goddess for my people, not by defeating the other goddesses. I think that's what that moronic Neptune wants; she wants the title of True Goddess by force due to how lazy and selfish she is. Yet now it is only a matter of time before Leanbox finishes us off unless we stop them. I believe we're the only ones who can save Lastation and Gameindustri." Miss Lastation explains, she almost sounds like she's doing a determined speech and a wonderful one at that.

I listened to her every word and it makes me feel ever so proud of her, proud of this nation, it's accomplishments and it's values, almost patriotic even if it is to a console. But I can feel her frustrations and anger at what she is forced to do.

It is now after hearing her talk of Blanc and Noire, I remember the pair of them from the series.

Blanc was a character I liked just like Noire. She researched, cared for her people and actually did her job as a CPU. Also like Noire though, I never really liked her portrayal because of how she was defeated a lot as well being portrayed like a tyrant. Not least with how she was always yelling and swearing, though this I can relate to. I never really liked how she was given a small womanhood and was bullied for it constantly.

Vert on the other hand is a character who I'm unsure of, regarding what to make of her. I never liked how she claimed to be mature when she clearly wasn't, or how she was given the biggest womanhood or even how she bullied Blanc a lot. I never understood why their woman hood wasn't equally big, other than as ammunition to get them with. I guess maybe my gripes with her was how she's portrayed, with being superior to Noire and Blanc (by being more attractive and nicer) when she evidently wasn't. I hated how they made Leanbox look nicer than Lastation and Lowee and more of a utopia, and how Vert was never fought as many times.

I will admit though I do like how she at least tries to look out for younger people, and she is a gamer even if she does that instead of doing any important CPU work. I suppose the main thing about Vert is can I really blame her, considering that the series was never done from Xbox's perspective, and hopefully if it was they would have been more balanced and respectful?

It makes me wonder whether what I know of the CPU's in Gameindustri, do reflect my opinions of them from the series, after everything that I have seen since coming here. I still have a few questions to ask about this though:

"What does it mean by generation?" I ask Noire with much curiosity in my voice.

"It's what we call wars between the nations here on Gameindustri." She explains to me still smiling despite the situation. I admire that as she does her best and get on, and not let the depression get to her.

As if on cue, Noire gets a phone call and puts the phone on speaker. I wonder who could be, as my gut tells me that it's something to do with what we've just been talking about.

"Lady Black Heart this is General Carville where are you?" He asks with much urgency in his voice.

I wonder if it's the same General Carville from Red Alert, who I remember to be laid back, funny even.

"With Black and Uni in our room." She replies calmly to him.

"Excellent, would you mind coming here? Leanbox have just launched an attack against us." He asks with much concern in his voice.

"OK we're on our way." She says remaining calm and maintaining her composure hanging up, as soon as she's finished speaking to him.

And so we all head to the lift to meet up him, and learn more about the attack from Leanbox, before we form a plan to defend ourselves against it. It is now I feel nervous as we're about to experience combat, and it's my first time here, even though I've probably been in numerous situations like that before coming here. Yet I do not know of my capabilities and I can only hope that I can at least take care of myself. Even then though, I'm pretty sure Noire will guide me through this battle, and I'm sure I'll be fine.

But like Miss Lastation herself, I am extremely concerned about the potential lives that will be lost in this battle. It will be a lot and the thought of killing all those people is not easy to deal with at all, even if they're enemy soldiers. I suppose we have no choice and I can only hope that not too many lives will be lost at the very least, and that I can help make a difference to ending this war so that lots of lives being lost will no longer be a thing. I also hope that these times will never happen again.
