Chapter 36: Dawn of a new era.

We are all gathered in the centre of PS3 City to make the signing of the peace treaty official.
It's quite a location to do it, as we're surrounded by spectacular skyscrapers full of people cheering us with banners and placards along with flags, that show their loyalties towards us from their windows, balconies, gardens and swimming pool. The area we're standing in is huge and open. There are plenty of flags that show our colours, and posters that promote our leaders all over the place.
Along with the 7 of us present, there are various PlayStation characters like Cole McGrath, the Bandicoots and Spyro who actually moved to Lowee due to the magic. I'm pleased to see various Nintendo characters here like Mario, Ash, Misty and Brock as well as many others. I notice Parasoul talking to her cousin The Sorceress as well as a crowd full of our people, but there's also a fair amount of Loweeans and it's good to see that there is a healthy number of them. It brings us such joy seeing them together talking and playing each-others games on each other's handhelds, and it's nice to see the morale so high.
I must say it relieves me to know that because of my plan working, I would not have to face the wrath of my own people because of me being forced to kill our CPUs. It's such an awesome feeling to see all these people in support of us. And it' such a wonderful occasion and an important moment for us, when we officially end this stupid war.
Standing at the centre is Noire and Blanc, smiling and talking to each other as they ready themselves, before making their patriotic speeches to the crowd. The crowd enjoys seeing them both very much. It's good to see the Loweeans cheer for Noire and Blanc alike, as well as the Lastations our people cheer for both Blanc and Noire. I can tell they are very pleased to see them together, and as for the crowd it must have been too long since they were all together. For far too long Lastation and Lowee have been at war, and I can tell they want peace really badly, I know the 7 of us do. The cheers are rather long and loud as they look forward to hearing their leader's speeches, it is at this point Noire and Blanc are ready now.
"Welcome everyone and thank you all for coming. Are you enjoying seeing our Loweean allies here in Lastation?" Noire speaks with much enthusiasm.
Everyone cheers at Noire, chanting her name, hearing them cheer brings a huge smile to her face. They even enjoy the flirting that she does with them, as both the crowd and her know how attractive she truly is.
"Are you Loweeans having a wonderful time in Lastation?" Blanc asks her voice is fairly loud.
Everyone cheers at Blanc, bringing her much joy only to show a distinctive playful smile.
"I SAID ARE YOU LOWEEANS HAVING A WONDERFUL TIME IN LASTATION!?" Blanc yells at the top of her lungs which is extremely loud.
Everyone cheers at Blanc again, but this time it is louder than before. They even chant the leader's names with much enthusiasm and passion. I can feel the love they have in the air, and I reckon the CPUs must feel all of their love, their loyalty flowing through their bodies making them feel really warm and powerful.
"We have gathered you here, because despite all of us getting on there is one problem: we are officially at war with each other." Noire speaks with concern.
"That's right and it's that damn Neptune's fault. She forced me to declare war on you guys. I never hated Lastation, I never had any quarrels with you guys. I've always loved Lastation and its people. Lady Black Heart I offer you peace, I never wanted to declare war on you, what do you say?" Blanc asks sounding really friendly.
"Do you guys accept Lady White Heart's offer of peace?" Noire asks the crowd.
Everyone in the crowd chants yes, Noire and Blanc then hold the documents to sign.
"Excellent it is official. The peace treaty has now been signed and the silly war between Lastation and Lowee is now over, we are now at peace." Noire says as she signs the document with Blanc.
They both then shake hands, and after which they hug each other for a long time with joy, happy that they can be friends officially and can stop pretending to be at war. The crowd appreciates this too, as the crowd goes wild with cheering as they now have what they want: peace between the two nations.
"Thank you everyone, I appreciate it very much. Now that we have ended the conflict between our two nations, there is another conflict that needs to be dealt with: the war between Lastation and Leanbox. The so called Lady Green Heart has declared war on our ally Lady Black Heart for no reason at all. My friend has tried to negotiate peace but to no avail. There was a truce but it was very brief. I wish to help Lady Black Heart in her quest for peace. What say you, do you wish for me and Lady Black Heart to sign a military alliance against Leanbox? So we can make her sign for peace now and save lives?" Blanc speaks with much passion and energy. I can tell how much she enjoys this.
Again the crowd chant yes to Blanc's proposal, and with pleasure Noire and Blanc sign the military alliance document. After which they both shake hands, then hug again as they have done their first act together since the peace treaty. The crowd applauds and cheers the both of them.
To see Blanc allied against Leanbox pleases me, as hopefully it'll be of some use and help. With luck Lowee can eventually be liberated, and the two on one can mean that the war on Leanbox can end soon, just as it did with Planeptune.
"Thank you Lowee, thank you Lady White Heart you're so kind. The thing is guys Leanbox is at our doorstep. Fortunately their previous attempt at conquering our capital city has failed miserably, and we have inflicted heavy losses on their troops. But with this said they inflicted minimal losses on our troops, and our entire city remains intact. Our technology is second to none and the quality of our troops is very, very high. Plus which we now have Lowee's support. We will keep Leanbox at bay and then take the fight to them." Noire speaks with much pride as well as love in her voice.
The crowd cheers at everything Noire and Blanc say, even chanting their full names. They've been doing that a lot with passion and with their hearts.
"Lowee! I know we have had to leave our homeland to ensure the survival of its people, but rest assured we will take back Lowee. In the meantime however we will prosper here in Lastation as the people here are kind, friendly and intelligent." Blanc speaks with a lot of pride in her.
"You hear that Lastation? Lady White Heart has had her landmass taken from her, and so she intends to rightfully take it back. Shall we help our friend out and ensure Lowee is returned to its rightful owner?" Noire asks the crowd.
They all cheered yes bringing a smile to both Noire and Blanc's face.
"Of course Leanbox being at war with us, along with the silly war with Lastation, and us losing our landmass all comes down to one person: Neptune. When they were formed in the 1st generation they declared war on my nation. That conflict has lasted for 5 generations and it was then that with Lastation's help, we have defeated Neptune. But when we had her cornered Neptune fled like a coward, and not only that she brainwashed me and tried to turn me against my people, as well as Lady Black Heart's.
Because of this I've lost my homeland, and because of Neptune's attempt at brainwashing Lady Black Heart, she almost lost hers. Not only that but time and again she has used propaganda, spreading lies about your leaders you know to be the best, brightest, kindest and smartest ever. Neptune claims I'm a tyrant who is horrible to my people, she also claims Lady Black Heart does not care about her people, and is a nasty tsundere. Well that's the dumbest bull crap I've ever heard in my life, Neptune is the real tyrant. Countless refugees from her land have come to Lastation and Lowee, informing us of the terrible atrocities that bitch has committed. She has starved them, enslaved them, tortured them, even killed them. When the refugees came to us we have provided them with food, shelter, warmth, electricity as well as employment. We gave them the highest quality of living, but that pathetic excuse of a leader couldn't even provide her people basic human rights, whose the tyrant now eh!?" Blanc speaks with rage and passion.
The crowd cheer loudly at what she says and they chant "Neptune sucks" and "Neptune must fall". This pleases me to know that the crowd is in full support of everything that we say, and everything that we believe.
"Not only that but as you may know Neptune has used our consoles to play her never ending crappy games, called Neptunia. Her games try to show your leaders as weak, but monkeys, nasty and evil as well as losers, but we are none of the above. I am very happy that you lot are too smart to buy her crap. I am also happy that because of you I am the most popular, but she cannot accept that we are all superior to her. And yet we all know why she does this, it's because she's a sore loser. When we have defeated Neptune in the 5th generation, we have proved beyond any doubt that Neptune is a loser. And while Lowee has yet to be freed and Leanbox has yet to be dealt with, we will go back to Planeptune and we will bring Neptune to justice. And if anyone is foolish enough to stand for Neptune, then we can give them the pleasure of punishing them for Neptune. The only place Neptune is the best is in her dreams and lame games, and we will show Neptune why we only do everything. As well as why we Lastation and Lowee are number 1 in everything." Noire speaks also with pride and passion, making the crowd amazed with every word she says.
Again the crowd cheer very loudly showing their support. I feel morale is at an all-time high now as they are inspired and determined. Noire then smiles, flirting a bit for her people, as her people love seeing her and seeing how beautiful she is, as do I. Both Noire and Blanc are so charismatic as their words, their voices inspire courage and hope, and how they act with the crowd is a significant boost to morale. I must say, what they do say has moved me. As for me I couldn't have put it better myself. I've wanted Neptune to be defeated for good for years, and for her to not rise again in defiance against us. But now I have faith that I will bring her to justice, as we now have the support of Blanc and her people. For too long Neptune's crimes here have gone unpunished and it is time for her to be punished permanently.
"That boobzilla bitch Vert will most likely invade tomorrow, so we have our work cut out. But don't worry we will be ready for them as with the support of each other, our technology and our good cause we will send them back. Before you lot go to your posts, and my people get back on their feet here, we wish to announce that we'll be visiting Lee Chaolan tonight, and you lot are invited as guests. In the meantime I wish to read you a poem, because I know how much you Loweeans love me reading my poetry. OK I'll read you the poem called the Raven." Blanc speaks with passion, she also sounds very friendly and loving.
The crowd cheers and it's clear to me that the Raven is a poem that the Loweeans enjoy being spoken very much, especially by their CPU.
She then reads the poem from memory. Wow… I haven't listened to many people recite poetry, but listening to her recite the poem is wonderful. Her voice is so beautiful to hear as people look and listen in awe. Her voice just like Noire's is very awesome. I remember from White telling me that because of Blanc's abilities as CPU, she is able to recite every poem in existence, and she is able to read them out with passion and perfection.
Both Lastations and Loweeans alike appreciate her passion as she recites the poem, her lovely voice stays in my head. It also brings humour as well, especially when she shouts as the scholar in the poem is meant to yell. Whenever Blanc yells like that it causes warm non malicious laughter. It's now I notice that while Noire uses her looks to inspire morale, Blanc uses her yelling as humour for her people for similar effect. I notice the children especially, enjoy hearing her recite the poem. I reckon she must have a special pleasant relationship with the children of Lowee. Which I think is very nice as I believe in children being well looked after and having someone to admire, someone to connect to.
Eventually Blanc finishes the poem, when she does everyone is clapping and cheering, she then bows in appreciation.
"Thank you, thank you, wow I'm glad you Lastations also liked my recital. I've plenty more where that came from. Like I did in Lowee I'll be reading stories and poems every day, and sometimes I'll even read them to one lucky person face to face." Blanc smiles appreciating the crowd that has been extremely nice for her and Noire.

As if on cue it is then I hear distinctive orchestral music, as well as distinctive heavy breathing. After which it is then I see someone walk towards Noire and Blanc, and it is then I immediately recognise the person to be Darth Vader.
He's a man completely who is completely covered in black from head to toe. His suit appears robotic and heavily armoured, especially at the chest which is full of buttons on a box. His trousers and sleeves appear to be some sort of black felt, and he wears what appears to be heavy armour on the lower legs over his boots. He wears black gloves as well as heavily armoured shoulder pads, along with a long black cape. Finally he wears a heavily armoured futuristic helmet with vents over his mouth, his helmet appears to resemble something distinctive but I forget where.
I find this man to be iconic and though he was evil I found myself liking the guy, mainly because of his voice as well as how he looks like such a badass in that suit. Though because of my memoires of him as well as the fact that he was mostly a villain, it does concern me quite a bit.
When he approaches us he bows down to us. I must admit I'm curious to know what he is doing here, seeing him here sure is something but I do feel he belongs in Lastation with his heavy armour and his black outfit.
"Hmmmm, the force is very strong here, you must be Black. I sense great force within you but also concern, concern with me. I assure you Black despite what you or the readers who I somehow sense think, I am no longer on the dark side of the force, I have joined the light, in fact I have joined…." He explains, sounding the same as I remember him.
It is at this point he gets out his light saber, only for the weapon to be silver not red. Just like how I remember him the light saber is quite slow in coming out.
"…Lastation. That's alright star troopers you can stop playing your brilliant music now." He explains.
It is then I notice his men in white which are actually silver stop playing their instruments, and then salute their master.
They're all covered head to toe in silver futuristic armour, with the occasional black on their eyes and mouth on their helmet, as well as on their fingers of their gloves. I can't help but wonder how good they are in the battlefield as well as what weaponry do they have. But for now I have other questions I'd like to ask Vader.
"How come you're here in Lastation?" I ask him.
He then switches of his light saber before holstering it.
"As you probably know somehow, I died in my son Luke Skywalker's arms as I joined the light side again. It is then I wake up here along with my personal star troopers. It is not long before I have met Lady Black Heart, and it is then I have served her. I have done various tasks such as combat, and overseeing different projects mainly new technology. I tried to teach other people how to use the force, but the only person here who is able to use the force is Yoda, who's in Leanbox. Sadly due to brainwashing from Neptune's part, he has joined the dark side of the force. And I sense his presence now; I believe he will join the Leanbox attack tomorrow. Your will is strong and while you may have been brain washed in the past, I believe you have overcome it, you must do as you are a powerful ally to Lastation.
And I believe you have saved this nation a few times. But beware of the brain washing that goes on in Leanbox, they have claimed many minds and have converted many people to the dark side." He explains to me.
After which he then talks to the crowd.
"So the two nations of Lastation and Lowee are now at peace once more? Excellent as hopefully Gameindustri can be ruled together in peace, sometime in the future. Now being as the force informed me that you lot consider my voice to be charismatic, how would you lot like me to recite the poem called the Raven?" He asks the amazing gigantic crowd.
Everyone then screams yes at the idea.
"Good, as for you readers you'll be able to hear my recital on YouTube or other places on the internet, or in fact the Simpsons Treehouse of Horror. OK Here goes." He says breaking the 4th wall.
Hearing him read the poem does bring back memories, as I have heard the voice saying the lines before. But I could have sworn that from where I came from he didn't exist, the same way that I or White, or any of the people here that are CPUs or Candidates existed from before. Everyone enjoys hearing him say the lines from the poem. I reckon it's down to the voice used, and the way they use their voices rather than the poetry itself. Because for me while it's down to personal taste I'm not into poetry but, I'm into voices used as well as voice actors and actresses. And it's awesome to hear their voices as they are the same as how I remembered them.
It's not long before he has finished the poem and everyone has applauded him, after which everyone in the crowd goes back to work.
"When Yoda comes to Lastation I wish to fight him alone, I wish for a 1 on 1 dual with him." Darth Vader requests.
"Of course but Darth Vader I don't want you to kill him, I just want you to defeat him. Knock him out and bring him back here, hopefully we can find a way of breaking his brain washing, and then we can bring him back to the good side of the force." Noire replies smiling at him, appreciating his request.
"As you wish Lady Black Heart, I'd like nothing more than for him to be our ally as I have rather nice memories of him. Very well I will go and train now." He replies before bowing to us.
He then leaves with his star troopers. I must admit it certainly is unusual seeing him in Lastation, but being as Lastation's national colour is black, and Darth Vader is dressed in black it definitely make sense. Plus which I remember how Darth Vader was on the cover of a Soulcaliber game for the PlayStation, in that case will I meet any Soulcaliber characters here? It's also very unusual to see him as a good guy, as well as to hear him recite poetry. But this universe is very unique as you readers are probably aware of.
I then turn to face Noire and Blanc.
"Noire do you know how the preparations of the defences of PS3 City are going?" I ask her.
"Yeah they should be done by tonight, already we have some of them in position. We also have more troops and armour coming in throughout the day plus planes etc. so yeah we're good." She replies sounding confident.
"OK in that case I think I'll go and do some training, do any of you want to come with me?" I ask them.
"I need to oversee the defences." Noire explains to me.
"I need to oversee my people here." Blanc adds.
"Yeah and for me I need to ensure our defence systems are working, as well as accounting for all the new Loweeans here." Uni says.
"I'll go with you sounds like fun." White says.
"Yeah me too." Ram adds.
"Training is a good idea." Rom says smiling.
Hmmm this means I get to spend time with the Loweean Candidates. For some reason it does remind me of how they never had much positive portrayal, or time given to them in the series. But I do look forward to training with them and seeing what they can do.
"OK where shall we meet you?" I ask Noire, Blanc and Uni.
"Meet me at my house at my wardrobes tonight. I figure we'll cosplay for the occasion and we could also do some training at Lee Chaolan's palace, we need to be at our best for Leanbox tomorrow. Good luck guys." Noire says to us smiling a lot.
"Thanks, I look forward to it. OK see you later guys." I say to them.
"Hey guys before we go, if you lot would like. You may carry us around for a few minutes to celebrate, I know you want to." Noire says to the crowd flirting with them.
The crowd does so with glee as they carry the 7 of us. Each of us must be carried by at least half a dozen people as they walk slowly, and they hold us up carefully. I enjoy this and I notice Noire and Blanc do too, as I see them laughing and smiling. To be held up high by your own people by their own wish, it's very nice. They even throw us in the air frequently, although they always catch us. I notice how the people get so much joy and feel privileged to carry Noire and Blanc, as they think very highly of them and it must be very novel for them to do that.
After about ten minutes they let us go, and so we then all wave at each other while we head to our respective places. I realise that I now have a good opportunity for me as well as Rom, Ram and White to find out what skills we can do, and what skills we need to improve on. As despite having plenty of advantages, plus which I'll get to spend time with White, as well as Rom and Ram, I feel we'll need every advantage we can get to take on Leanbox's invasion tomorrow.
But it has to be said for the peace treaty to be official, and for the war to finally be over. I feel as though we've made significant progress, in making this world a better place but we have a lot more to go before we can truly accomplish our noble goal.
