Chapter 41: Final Round Fight
Note: Readers please listen to Tekken 4 Fetus while reading this:
"Black a soldier most deeply loyal to Lastation, and its goddess Lady Black Heart.
He is happy in the knowledge with how successful the land is, ensuring it's like a utopian nation and he is also happy with the success of its PlayStations.
Unfortunately though Neptune a rival goddess, threatens this. As she constantly tried to brain wash Lastation, even going so far as to appearing in Black's dreams and trying to get him to believe Noire is evil, as well as killing her.
With this fact as well as the constant defeats and humiliation from Hyperdimension Neptunia, of Noire at the hands of Neptune. This Infuriates Black to no end, not to mention how very poor Neptune is as a goddess, along with the suffering she causes to her own people.
Thoughts of getting revenge on Neptune, the goddess responsible for this filled Black's mind.
With knowledge of The Title of Iron Fist Tournament, as well as the knowledge of his skills as a hand to hand fighter, Black enters the tournament in hopes of not just confronting Neptune about her evil deeds, but to exact his vengeance against her." This is what the narrator from Tekken 4 says to me as I head to the tournament.
Ah the narrator, I do feel as though I am entering the King of Iron Fist Tournament 4 as one of the characters from Tekken 4. I also notice how my costume has changed. I am now dressed as Lei Wulong in his 2nd Tekken 4 attire or similar to it. I wear blue denim jeans, black trainers as well as a black t shirt with the Lastation logo on the front. I also wear a brown leather jacket with the Lastation logo on the back, and blue fingerless gloves. My hair is still long and black tied in a ponytail though.

I am now transported to a stage. I recognise the stage to be Bruce Irvan's stage from Tekken 2. The ground being mostly dirt and in the background are lots of hills, some with grass and others with dirt on it. I forget the exact location of this place, where it is meant to be. My opponent looks a lot like Bruce Irvan as well, due to the fact that he's black as well as the rest of his appearance. His hairstyle is the same as Bruce's which is some sort of Mohawk and he wears fighting gloves, white boxer shorts and ankle wraps. His fighting stance is like that of a Muay Thai Boxer. My stance however involves my arms guarding my chest as well as pacing from side to side.
I also notice the symbol of Infinity in the upper centre of my HUD, to the left of that is a health bar with the word Black beneath it, indicating my health. To the right of the symbol is another health bar with the word Bruce beneath it. I notice how the health bars were red before filling up in green.
"Final Round. Fight!" The announcer says.
As soon as he said it I quickly kick his head with my right leg, then punch his face with my right hand, then my left hand. After which I do a spinning kick sending him to the floor. The combo I just did sent him to the floor, and took over one half of his health away. I rush to him, but before I could kick him he quickly gets up and is crouching. I quickly punch him in the gut with my left hand, and kick him in the face as he stands up, but he blocks my kick. I try to grab him but he's out of reach. He then charges at me but I punch him four times, all of my attacks have depleted his health causing him to fall on the ground.
"Perfect!" The announcer says indicating my full health after the fight which pleasantly surprises me.
He moans in pain as I have knocked him out although he just lies there breathing.
"You Win!" The announcer says as I do one of Lei's winning poses.
Yeah Wow it is incredible, I can't believe how well I have done managing to get a perfect against him. I shake hands with him, and he gets up with no problem. I guess they were right, after any match no matter how much health you lost in the fight you will always be perfectly fine afterwards.

I am now in what appears to be a path supported by stilts, with railings on either side. Surrounding the path is lots and lots of trees and branches, making the location I'm in quite dark but I can still see.
I prepare myself for combat, as I realise I'm in one of The Tekken Force Stages. Ahh I remember how good I was at them and having many fond memories of playing this, this will be easy for me hopefully.
I notice on my HUD a timer in the upper centre which says 70, as well as a health bar to my upper left and my name at the bottom of it.
"Lei Wulong! Fight!" The announcer says.
I quickly rush and do a spinning kick on one of the two Falcons that approach me, knocking them out adding 4 seconds to my time. I know they're Falcons because I notice to the right of the timer are two short health bars, with the name Falcon below each one. Despite the names they are actually ranks of the Tekken Force, and they're really just guys that are dressed in green from head to toe. I quickly left kick the second one sending them to the ground. I then rush forward doing another spinning kick, only I end up lying on the floor because I am out of range. I quickly get up only for one of them to kick me sending me to the ground again. I get up doing a head butt to one of the Falcons, and kick the other one with my left leg.
I then see 2 more of them move towards me, so I charge and do a flying kick knocking one of them to the ground. I try and do another spinning kick towards the 2nd one. But I narrowly miss and I end up on the floor again, thankfully though they don't hit me so I am able to get up and I then head butt one of them. I punch with my right fist taking out a small piece of the other Falcon's health. I punch again but he was too far away for me to hit him. I charge towards him, but he just punches me then kicks me to the floor with his left leg. Oh dear I best be a bit careful, because right now I'm about 50% health. When he moves towards me I get up and head butt him and left kick another one of them.
As I do this I notice how there's always a maximum of 2 of them at one time that's good, very good it makes it easier for me. As I move forward I notice 2 more Falcons, so I then charge to kick one of them, and I then perform a left kick against the other Falcon. After which I notice a chicken, as I stand on the chicken I kick one of the Falcons with my left foot. I also notice the announcer saying chicken and some of my health is replenished, how nice.
I step back a couple of times, as I notice 2 more Falcons come out. When I see them I attempt to do a spinning kick, but I end up lying on the floor. I roll out of the way while one of them tries to hit me with their knee. I then charge and try to grab them only for me to miss, and they punch me instead. After which I grab them and end up doing a fancy move where while I hold on to their shoulders, I kick them in the chest with both of my legs. That move causes me to do a backflip which I land successfully, creating distance between myself and the other Falcon. I then charge towards him doing a flying kick against him.
Up until now it's always been Falcons I had to deal with, but now I've got to deal with Hawks whose health is almost at the same length as me, and they're completely covered in black. I jump back away from them, so they can't hit me. But I then charge at them doing a left kick only for me to miss. I manage to left kick one of them causing massive damage, leaving them with a little bit of health, and then I do the same to the other one. But while my left kick hits them in the head, I then lower my left foot to kick them in the legs. That double kick alone was enough to take one of the Hawk's out which gives me a generous 8 seconds. I try to punch the other Hawk, but he crouches and punches me. I try to kick him with my left leg but my kick goes over him. I then try to head butt him but he's too far away. Frustrated with me missing I try to punch him, then I try to grab him, but still I miss because he's too far away. Fortunately though for me he decides to charge at me, and that is when with my right leg I kick him knocking him out. Phew it's a relief I finally got him.
I then jump back and sidestep to a chicken that just appeared, returning me back to full health. I side step again in line to another chicken a short distance from me, I then charge to it doing a flying kick to one of the two Falcons that appear. On the other one I then dive on him with my elbow, which nearly takes all of his small bar of health away. I quickly get up as another Hawk comes in to assist. I then do a head butt which as luck would have it, it actually took him down. The Falcon tries to punch me, but I block so he then does a cartwheel backwards. Only for me to do a flying kick at him.
Unfortunately for me, another Falcon does a flying kick towards me, which takes quite a bit of my health away. He then follows with a knee to my chest which I block, I then respond with a head butt.
After which I charge at another Hawk doing a left kick, but he's out of range. So I move closer and do a flying kick this time with my right leg, which sends me to the floor but it doesn't affect my health, and I got up quickly after. I attempt to do another to a different Hawk, but he punches me with his right fist. I get up quickly though before he can take advantage of the situation. I try to head butt him, but as I do it he knees me in the chest. This is great as my health is about 50% now. Fortunately I manage to head butt the Hawk again, even damaging a nearby Hawk almost knocking him out. He now just has a silver of health left. As he charges at me I punch him with my right fist.
I see a Falcon approach me so I then head butt him. Although I miss I manage to reach a chicken which the announcer mentions. What a relief as my health is quite close to 100% now, meaning a few hits and I would have been gone. I then try to head butt him, but this time I was more successful.
A Hawk approaches me again, and while his health is half of mine I am still able to knock him out, by doing just one left kick in the head granting me 6 extra seconds. I notice a Falcon approaching me, so I respond by charging at him and then punching him a few times with my left and right fists. Next to that knocked out Falcon is another one who I deal with by head butting him.
I advance only to be told to wait, I now realise I'm about to fight a boss. With how well I've done overall in making it this far, hopefully I can defeat this boss.

As I expected a man dressed as Bryan Fury comes to face me. He wears nothing on his top, and I can see numerous scars on his torso and head. His hair is short and grey, and all he wears are black fingerless gloves, leopard skin trousers and boots. I also notice a timer above his head which says: 60"00. I also notice his health being the same length as mine, but he has more health due to me having taken damage from fighting members of the Tekken Force.
Bryan charges at me and manages to land a couple of punches to me, he then does a couple other punches which he misses. But he then does quite a hard right hook to my face, that combo has brought my health to 50% again. While I see a chicken in the distance my saviour for this fight, Bryan stands in my way to it. I manage to hit him with my double left kick and I then charge at him with a right kick, but he does an upper cut which while it does a small amount of damage, it does send me to the floor. I do a backward roll which ensures neither his right hand, nor his right kick ever hits me. I then do my double kick at him again. YES! Now I have more health than him. I try to punch him but he does a backward roll causing me to miss him. He then does a right kick but it goes over me, as I land on the floor. For about a few seconds we try to hit each other but we miss due to being out of range. He moves towards me crouched, so I do my double left kick, but my first goes over him and he just blocks the second. I try to kick him again as he gets up, but he hits me with his left hand. I try to head butt him but I miss, I try again but he just does a cart wheel backwards making me miss. I guess 3rd times the charm, because I manage to hit him bringing his health to a critical level. And I must say I'm filled with joy as I am now able to obtain the chicken. I'm pleased as at first he was beating me, then it was a stalemate and now I think my fight will be won by me. As I charge at him he kicks me down, but when I get up I kick him knocking him out. I win the fight. I clear the stage with 44 seconds to spare.
If that were the real Bryan Fury I would have arrested him and bring him in for questioning, possibly interrogation to determine whether he's committed any foul crimes against the innocent. But he was someone else pretending, therefore I just shake his hand as he gets up.

I am now transported to a different stage, this time it's Acid Rain from Tekken 5. The stage appears to be set on some rooftops with different street signs, it's fairly dark here. My opponent looks like Feng Wei, a person who killed his master just because he got told off. He is also responsible for the destruction of dojos and sending the masters of them to hospitals, among those is Asuka Kazama's dad. He appears to be a lot bigger than me, his hair is long and tied in a braid which goes all the way down his back. And he wears a red gangster suit and a white shirt as well as shoes.
My HUD confirms I'm fighting Feng Wei, but I know it's someone else pretending be him for the purposes of this tournament we are having. Unlike before where there was only 1 round there is now 3.
Both of us are in our fighting stances as we wait before we can actually fight:
"Round 1! Fight!" The announcer says.
I try to punch him but he punches me first three times sending me to the floor, and taking over a third of my health away, this is not a good start. I quickly roll back to get up as he charges at me, only to do a low kick at me. I then manage to punch him twice doing a little bit of damage. I then try and kick him, but he crouches making me miss him. He tries to do a powerful punch towards my stomach, but I block it. I then do some sort of somersault kick at him, hitting him twice and sending him to the floor. I let him get up as I retreat back, as I wish to fight and block in a cautious manner like a fencer. But he then charges at me doing a low kick to my legs again. I retaliate with a double left kick, and while it takes a good portion of health in the first kick, he ends up blocking the second kick while he crouches. Although our health is about the same now the double kick forces me to have my back to him, so I quickly turn around and jab him with my fingers like a cobra striking, doing small damage to him as he charges at me. The jab also pushes him away a bit, causing some distance between us. He then charges at me and tries to hit me with a fist but I'm too far away. I try to kick him in response but he blocks it, he kicks me back but I block it. He then manages to punch me followed by a kick, although I block his kick again. Fortunately I manage to grab him by the shoulders, I then kick him with both of my legs causing me to do a back flip which I land successfully. For him however it sends him to the floor and it does a good amount of damage. Despite the fact that I now have more health than him, he is not knocked out yet but I believe I'm nearly there. I decide to charge at him, he gets up and tries to get out of the way, but before he is completely on his feet my charge hits him, knocking him out and sending him to the floor.
"KO! You win." The announcer says as my opponent slams his fist on the floor with frustration.
"Round 2! Fight!" The announcer says.
I quickly punch him a couple of times, I then do a low kick to his legs but I go to the floor as I do it. I do a backwards roll to quickly get up, and before he can react I do a kick which launches him into the air. I try to kick him as he falls to the floor but I miss, at least I'm winning right now as its 1-0 to me, and I have more health than him right now. I choose to move back as he gets up before we move slowly towards each other, I kick him successfully and then do a flying kick sending him to the ground, only for him to get up rather quickly. Wow I'm doing so well I'm at full health and he has less than 50%. He charges at me only for me to spin around and punch him, which sends him up in the air I then follow with an uppercut. He's quite close to being knocked out now and I'm still at full health. I try to kick him but it's then he manages to punch me twice. I try to back away, but he punches me twice again sending me to the floor. I try to do another somersault kick but he just punches me then kicks me, and finally punches me back to the floor. This is starting to concern me now, he tries to kick me again but I roll out of the way in a different direction. I do a somersault kick which he blocks the first time, but the second time hits him sending him to the floor. He quickly gets up though and kicks me in the lower leg. I punch him twice which he blocks as he gets up, but then I punch him twice again and this time it hits him. Not only that but I manage to knock him out.
"KO! You win." The announcer says.
I'm so pleased to have won both rounds, wow I'm pleasantly surprised with how well I am doing as not once have I been knocked out. We shake hands after having such a good match, but I'm then transported to another location.

I'm now transported into some dark laboratory with a few computers and large pipes on the walls, the floor is filled with lots of steam. I wonder whether my opponent is meant to be my sub boss, although funnily enough my previous opponents were Lei's rivals so they could have been considered to be sub bosses anyway.
My opponent is Marshall Law in his 2nd player Tekken 4 outfit, which consists of a white outfit similar to what Bruce Lee wore, only he has a dragon pattern on the back of the shirt, and he also has a black handle bar moustache too.
We both switch to our fighting stances as we move around each other, trying to get an edge before we are allowed to fight. I notice that it's back to just one round this time.
"Final Round! Fight!" The announcer says.
I try to punch him but he blocks it, he then tries to punch me a few times only for me to block. I managed to break the stalemate by grabbing him. I put him in a choke hold with my arms, as I drop myself down to the floor with him. I do one tight squeeze doing a bit of damage, but being as this is a Tekken match I am forced to let go. Although that did leave him on the floor, unfortunately he gets up before I can do anything else though. He tries to kick me but I end up blocking it. He then tries to kick me again and then does a somersault kick, which while it is a quick kick I still block it. He then resorts to punching me, and due to the fact that my back is to a wall it does quite a bit of damage.
I try to grab him in response but failed, although I try again only the second time I am more successful in performing that grapple move I did a few seconds earlier. Before he gets up I manage to do a low kick to him, but he then does a low kick back to me in response. I try to grab him again and then I try one more time after that. While I failed the first time but succeeded the second time with my grapple, this time my grapple move is different. As this one is the one where I grab his shoulders and then do a double kick to his chest, which causes me to do a back flip while he is sent tumbling backwards. Due to me being close to the wall as I do my backflip, I end up hurting myself but only a tiny bit, while with Law he has suffered the most damage, in fact I'm about 75% health while he is less than 50% health. We both get up, after which I attempted to do a crane kick. And so I lift my left leg up dangling, while lifting my right arm up and holding my left arm up to support. Sadly though he kicks me before I can perform the move, and he then does another of his fast somersault kicks. But his somersault kicks are too far away from me. I try to kick him but my right leg goes over his head as he's crouching. I try and kick him in the face as he gets up, this time it hits him and I follow with a few punches. While the first two don't hurt him that much, the third does quite a bit of damage. And it is then that his health is very low, just one more blow will do it. In fact he falls to the floor, but he just rolls out of the way backwards distancing himself from me. He then charges at me with a flying kick but I just block it. I then move back a bit and I then do a right kick to his head. That kick knocks him out, I've won again and what's more I'm undefeated. Unlike the opponents before, this actually is the real Marshall Law. And wow what an achievement to have defeated Marshall Law in Tekken and with what seemed to be with such ease. It's an honour to have fought him, I then shake his hand as we have a brief conversation.
"You have fought really well Marshall Law." I say to him.
"Not as well as you it seems, as you have defeated me." He replies calmly.
"True but you're a good fighter and a worthy opponent." I respond to him.
"Thank you, do you fancy a snack that I have made for after the tournament? It's spicy but it's very tasty." He offers me.
Spicy? More like very spicy, the thing is from Law's Tekken 4 ending and Alisa's journal in Tekken 6, his food is very spicy and I'm not really a great fan of very spicy food. Still even if I question his skills as a chef, I do find him rather amusing as a person. Especially considering how funny his endings have been.
"I appreciate the offer but perhaps some other time." I say to him.
"OK fair enough, I best go get my chicken outfit and start selling my food to some of the fans in the stage. I wear it because apparently when I fight I sound like a chicken, anyway good luck with your next opponent, goodbye." He says to me.
We do a fist bump and he then leaves. I actually agree with him, when we fought he sounded a lot like a chicken, mind you what do I sound like as I get hit and hit my opponent. I wonder who's next now?
I am now transported into what appears to be a stadium. In fact it's the very same one as the one in the King of Iron Fist Tournament 4. There are plenty of fans surrounding the stage that are cheering, and eating plenty of yummy food. The crowd are also filming as well as taking pictures with their PSPs and Nintendo DSs.
I stand in the middle of the stage along with Lee, Noire, Blanc, White, Uni and Rom and Ram. The crowd even chants our names and I notice how they cheer at how beautiful Noire and Blanc are, as they still wear the same costumes as earlier today. Everywhere I look I just see crowds, crowds and more crowds, I wonder if the entire population of Lastation as well as Blanc's Loweeans are all here. There are just so many people here it's unbelievable, I also see bill boards saying the Title of Iron Fist Tournament. We all stand with microphones as well. As Noire speaks the crowd goes wild for her.
"Thank you all for coming, and thank you all for your kind applause. I'm pleased to announce to you all, that we are ready for Leanbox's invasion tomorrow. And I have every confidence that they will not kill a single Lastation or Loweean soldier, and they will not do any damage what so ever to our buildings, our land, our habitats or anything in Lastation. I thank you all for your loyalty and for your love..." Noire speaks with passion, the crowd enjoying her every word.
I enjoy being here in front of our people that cheers us. As well as to see the crowd appreciate her every word that our leader says.
"I'm also proud to announce that coming soon in Lastation will be the PlayStation 4 and the Wii U. I've also heard that while Leanbox has announced their Xbox One, there is very little demand for it unlike the PlayStation 4 and the Wii U.
Finally I wish to introduce to you our finalist: he has come to Lastation to help us prosper. And he has saved our nation from total destruction at the hands of Neptune, please give a hand for Lord Black Lead." Noire speaks further, the crowd cheering at what she says loudly and with much passion.
After which the crowd gives me a loud long applause, even chanting my name making me smile to no end.
"Thank you everyone, wow you're the best people I've ever worked with. You're so kind, so helpful and so smart as well, it is so tragic that Neptune and Vert do not wish for us to exist. And it is in my pleasure and in my duty that I will do my best in ensuring that Lastation continues to prosper, we will take back Lowee and we will also bring justice to Neptune and Vert, for what they have done!" I speak loudly and with passion.
They cheer at us again chanting my name some more as well. I feel the morale is very high, and it's nice that no matter how grim the situation can be, Noire always organises an event for the public to keep their morale very high, and I appreciate this very much. We have much confidence and faith in each other. As for me personally while I'm sure we'll be able to hold off Leanbox, I believe they'll be tougher to beat this time around. I just hope that I can sleep in peace and not have any night mares of Neptune, trying to brain wash me again. Noire then announces some more stuff for our fantastic crowd.
"And now it's The Title of Iron Fist Tournament Final Stage!" Noire announces while gesturing with her arm.
A few dozen fireworks are then shot up in the sky as, as if from nowhere Heihachi appears. He wears what looks like a white Fundoshi with white ankle and wrist wraps and iron geta sandals, exactly like he did in Tekken 4. I try so hard not to laugh at him as he looks like he's wearing a diaper, due to the fact that he wears little clothes and his bum is naked, although his waist is covered in the outfit. He walks down the ramp, eventually he is at the centre stage, he appears shocked but he then says in his native language:
"Let's see what you got!" He smiles.
The stage barricades then rise as it's now just me against him, in front of what appears to be the whole nation.

I notice Heihachi standing there, as well as bolts of lightning surge through his body as he's ready to fight.
"Final Round! Fight!" The announcer says.
I grab Heihachi first by the shoulders, I then manage to kick his chest with both my legs causing me to do a backflip, which I land with ease and for Heihachi to roll backwards to the floor. This creates a lot of distance between the two of us, so I then attempt to perform a crane kick. Although I do it successfully my leg never hits Heihachi, because he's too far away. A pity because that attack would have done some serious damage to him. Instead he just charges me as I side step out of the way, he tries to kick me but I successfully side step out of the way, and when he's not facing me I grab him again. This time I put him in a choke hold and pull him down, I eventually let go though causing a bit more damage to him. I then jump in an attempt to punch him while he's on the ground, but he gets up too quickly and kicked me in the face with his right leg. I meanwhile retaliate with a left kick to his head. This is looking good as his health is about 50%, and I'm close to full health. He tries to slam his fist down on me but I just back away from him. I then move close to him, but I then side step followed by a different grapple manoeuvre. The move involves me getting on the floor and tripping him up, basically flipping him over. This causes him to land on his back really hard, and does some serious damage to him. He's close to being defeated now this is good, this is excellent. He then gets up and does a kick while he's crouched, but I jump over him. It is then I grab him, while I hold him at the shoulders I kick him twice very quickly in the chest, followed by a move where I stand with my back to him, then lifting my right leg high I turn around and kick my right leg at him. This move then knocks him out, and I have won the Title of Iron Fist Tournament, what an achievement this is. I'm pleasantly surprised with this, I mean I didn't think I would win.
The thing is despite me winning the tournament and me doing my best, what concerns me is that I felt I won because it's my perspective. But that is the way with Tekken as regardless of what character you picked, your character would always win the tournament, and with that said I think that's pretty cool. Heihachi then gets up and shakes my hand. Noire and Blanc then head towards the centre of the stage, along with White, Uni and Rom and Ram.
"The winner of the Title of Iron Fist Tournament: Lord Black Lead." Noire announces as she holds her arm out for me.
The fans cheer as Noire gives me a trophy which looks like Heihachi's head, she then kisses me for quite a bit, as part of her way of congratulating me as well as giving me a long hug. I see everyone cheering and applauding me and I see no one sitting down.
Unfortunately though while I do enjoy standing there being applauded and winning the tournament very much, I have much concern with what I may dream tonight as it constantly haunts me. Despite the fact that I have stopped Neptune lots of times in the past, before I came here, despite proving Noire is not an evil CPU that Neptune claimed to be, and despite foiling Neptune's plan to destroy Lastation and its CPUs as well as defeating her, I just know Neptune will be back. I just know she won't give up in trying to brain wash me, and I know she will stop at nothing to ensure Lastation no longer exists. After all I remember how Neptune was a misandrist, how Neptune appeared to hate Lastation and Lowee, and how Neptune hated people that were clever. Since I'm an intelligent male who is loyal to Lastation and Blanc, she probably hates me a lot. Perhaps because I will not play her stupid games. But such it is with conflict that you have to keep on fighting, never give in, never give in, never, ever, ever give in. I will not give in to Neptune no matter how frequently she appears in my dreams.
