Chapter 100: Let the Nightmares begin
Well this is my 100th chapter, and I would just like to give thanks to all my fans for supporting me, I appreciate it very much and I hope from this fanfic I can encourage others to write what they believe in, not what is necessary fashionable, and it pleases me to see others already doing this.
I have taken Noire to our gigantic grand bed and it still astonishes me how this bed is ever so massive, as it fits all 9 of us with plenty of room for each of us.
Currently I lie next to Oichi and Noire, who is very close as we both have our arms coiled around each other's necks, and I feel the warmth of her body and how soft she is, as she lies ever so close to me. I also feel her soft silky shiny long layered large blue hair as well, which I massage a lot which Noire enjoys very much.
Before the both of us got in, I could see from the look of their faces how happy they're all are to be together, and to be having such fun with Noire's technology, I only hope that we can have some fun when we sleep even if Neptune will do her best to throw her very worst at us.
I remember the group of them looking at us, smiling at how we're such a wonderful couple and are pleased for how we spend such wonderful times together. It makes me wonder if any of them apart from Oichi who already has Nagamasa will find true love one day, I hope so they deserve it, though that is of course if they desire it.
"Wow I didn't think we'd all be sleeping together in this amazing high tech stealth plane, it's been an amazing day. You're such an amazing goddess Noire, having all of this high tech equipment, being the ruler of all of this land full of amazing futuristic metropolises, and other picturesque things, and all of these people that are so kind, bright and loyal and you're so benevolent, intelligent and attractive as well. I wish I could have a girlfriend like you, you and Black make such an excellent pair." Stealth says to us sounding ever so amazed with it all.
We all look at him, and we couldn't help but wonder though apart from myself, Noire and Oichi, who would our future partners be if there were to be any? Since I like our allies a lot as they're all friends and family, I hope that if they wish, that they can find someone they have much in common with, someone that has similar values and can help them out in their time of need.
"Thank you ever so much for the compliment Stealth, you're actually a great person yourself and I wouldn't worry about having a girl-friend, I'm sure the right lady will come for you soon, who knows it might be one of the females here lying on this bed. But I know you'll be the right person for someone, after all you have intelligence, bravery and I think it's admirable how you believe in our cause, and is more than willing to fight for a better world, one where we can all live in peace and prosperity.
I wish you all good night everyone and good luck in the nightmares that we will face tonight, as Neptune will no doubt be waiting for us, and she will no doubt do what she can but if we do our best and stick together, then I'm certain we will beat her just like we have always been doing." Noire says in a friendly appreciative manner to us only for her to give me a nice long pleasurable kiss and hug before we all go to sleep.
Well I guess this is it, it's time for battle and with Oichi here, I wonder if we can finally find out the truth regarding the Arfoire incident, as that would be very nice indeed.
It's not long after we all fall to sleep before I then witness my first dream for tonight.
With this one, I do not feel like I am in it but rather that I am watching this as though it's a movie. The place appears to be near a forest and it's daylight with not a cloud in the sky.
Quite close to the forest is what appears to be a mansion, though it's mostly one floor with a small part of it two floor, all made of wood which is full of windows, doors as well as a large balcony on the first floor. Hmmm, I wonder who owns this house considering how the design appears to be from a distinctive place resembling a distinctive era, ah I just wish I know where, it's certainly similar to the place where Noire interrogated Peashy.
Well, it turns out that that question is answered for me, as I see a man standing on the balcony. He dresses rather distinctively, and I recognise this to be of a certain era in a certain place which in terms of place is similar to the house itself.
He wears a metal helmet which covers the top of his head and sides completely, and looks like flaps that stick outwards as it goes down with a gold pattern there and there's also patterns above the head as well, and his hat consists of 9 gold pieces which stick out like rays of sunshine. He wears purple metal armour with yellow borders on one of his shoulders that appears layered as well as metal bracers over purple sleeves, along with what appears to be a yellow shirt made of leather and has diamond patterns on it, along with what looks like a yellow waist coat of the time that's very short, but without buttons with a gold border around it, and it does have a collar with a border too. He wears what looks like a large gold necklace made up of balls in a chain and yellow trousers, with black knee length boots with gold patterns on them that look like large shin guards. He also appears to wear a large gold belt with a purple broach and a flap that sticks out at the bottom and on the sides smaller flaps over the upper thighs.
He has in his hands an M202 rocket launcher, and with the weapon in his hands he begins dancing around though he looks rather silly doing it.
Upon seeing this man I now remember who he is, he is Hideyoshi Toyotomi, the man who has played a hand in Oichi's and Katsuie's death from what I can remember from the games. I know we'll be facing him tomorrow, and I know that Oichi would like nothing more than for her to get her hands on him, so she can punish him and find out where her friend and husband is. Oddly enough this reminds me of a cut scene from the first game of the series with him dancing stupidly, boasting about how little time it took to build something, the thing is, I have a feeling that there'll be more to what I'm seeing right now.
"Behold the mansion that was built in one day. What genius could have done this you say? It's a Hideyoshi, Hideyoshi we praise, but who built the mansion in just one day wheeee. It's Hideyoshi, Hideyoshi we praise, he built the mansion in just one day." He sings in a jolly manner while dancing a lot, moving his arms and legs and doing a lot of jigging.
Annoyingly he repeats this over and over again, only I then see him doing this at a distance and with the vision being black, apart from in the middle where there are two large circles next to each other. They appear to be the vision of someone using binoculars, and these binoculars are used by none other than Oichi, with a very determined look on her face. It is then I notice her standing in what appears to be the turret of a medium sized military tank with a machine gun on the turret and also consists of a viewing area, as she continues to look at Hideyoshi with them.
"You may have built that piece of junk in a day monkey, but I'm going to destroy it in just one hour." She speaks with determination as she then climbs down to the driving section of this fairly new pink interior of the tank, and make her way to the driving seat.
It is then I see the whole tank from outside in which the main gun and turret is large and appears to be the sort of tank that I remember being used from where I came from. It's completely covered in pink, and on the sides of the turret and on the sides and front of the tank, are the symbol of the Azai. It moves at a fairly fast pace, and yet despite the noise it makes and it being rather visible, Hideyoshi is blissfully unaware.
The tank gets closer and closer but still Hideyoshi carries on dancing happily, taking pride of his triumph in building this structure in just one day. How? I have absolutely no idea but then again this is a dream, and something tells me that this is part of what Oichi would like to do to him, which is an interesting contrast to nightmares and flashbacks that we've had, I wonder why or is it that Oichi is no longer brainwashed, or perhaps it's just Neptune's doing to taunt us.
It's not long at all before the tank stops outside the mansion, and even though it's right in front of him, Hideyoshi is still unaware as he dances blissfully. Soon afterwards the tank then shoots out fire from the turret, which is aiming straight at the wooden building and at Hideyoshi.
Finally as there are soon flames all over the place which burns the wooden building at quite the pace, he notices and he begins to scream in absolute fear and yell in agonising pain from being completely covered in fire, as he drops his weapon only for him to go back inside, presumably to then go down the stairs and to then get out.
It is now I know the significance of this, as I remember how Hideyoshi played a part in Nagamasa's demise as well as Oichi's own demise, where she would die in a burning castle because she no longer has any more reasons to live, as she has lost her loved ones, and she knew that her land would not know peace and prosperity for a long time yet. And so I am not surprised to see that Oichi would wish to do this against Hideyoshi, and I don't blame her. After all he would invade another country sometime after wards, which isn't very nice at all. The thing is it does intrigue me to know what will happen to him when we wake up and encounter him for real, as I know very well that Oichi would like to be reunited with her loved one, and I'm certain that in this dream the Azai lady will demand of her husband and friend's whereabouts.
It's not long before I see Hideyoshi running out of the burning building as fast as he can, before getting down on the floor and desperately rolling as quickly as possible, in desperate hopes that he can put the flames which cause serious pain and are killing him slowly but surely out. His clothes are badly burned as well as his body, as he's still screaming in agony.
Oichi then pours a large bucket of water all over him which puts all of the fire out, leaving him to cough constantly and quite badly. He eventually looks up his face showing much pain but relief that the burning is now over, and sees who it is, only to find that she has a determined, angry look on her face, as she has in her hands a bucket but also a Magnum revolver.
"Behold the mansion that is destroyed in one hour. What genius could have done this you say? It is Oichi, Oichi we praise, but who destroyed the mansion in just one hour wheee. It is Oichi, Oichi we praise, she destroyed the mansion in just one hour." The Azai lady says in a jolly tone, as if to mock Hideyoshi.
"Urgh, what do you want oh brave beautiful Oichi." Hideyoshi says while struggling to speak due to his critical condition, his body language along with pain shows much anger towards her.
"I think you know what I want Monkey, and that is for you to tell me what you have done with my husband Nagamasa, as well as my friend Katsuie." The lady of Azai speaks with aggression to him, hoping for his sake that he will give the answer.
"I have no idea of their whereabouts whatsoever, why would I even have anything to do with this?" Hideyoshi replies in a tone which is clear to Oichi that he is lying, while in immense agony and frustration.
Oichi knew that he would do this, and so she fired her revolver at each of his limbs, each shot hurts him a lot as he's screaming in more agony.
"Oh I know you are involved in this, I know how you planned to kidnap my friend and my husband. I know how you discussed this with your friends, so if you tell me then I will allow you to live and you can watch your stupid little building go down, or I can just throw you inside the building, and you can burn with it until you actually tell me the truth you deceitful little monkey." Oichi speaks with authority and more anger and it's clear that she means every word.
"Alright…, they're with Noh,… Noh's looking after them or at least she's the last one to see them, I uh… don't know but as far as I know.. ee she was the last person to see them. Please…urgh I'm telling the truth Oichi, please….urgh don't throw me into that building you just burned." The Monkey pleads and begs while struggling to speak due to the pain, as he hopes that he won't get thrown back in, it's clear that he's traumatised from all of this even though this is self-inflicted.
Oichi then drops the bucket and holsters her revolver before marching quickly towards him. Hideyoshi's body language pleads and begs for her to not do this while suffering in severe agony, but she refuses and continues until eventually she's next to him, at which point she quickly picks him and carries him over her shoulder.
"Noh has already been defeated by myself and my allies, and I know for a fact that she doesn't have Nagamasa or Katsuie, you're the last one to have had my husband and my friend, and so tell me before I throw you in, what have you done with them?" The Azai lady asks angrily, her body language screaming that she has no time for this nonsense from him.
"Please don't,… I don't know." Hideyoshi begs sounding rather weak just as he's about to be thrown in.
"You do know, even if you may not have them now, you know what has happened to them, and who else took them after you. If you tell me now, I will rescue you from that fire, but unless you tell me the truth and that you have helped kidnapped them, knowing full well that they'll be tortured in the most horrific manner imaginable, and you know where they are or at least who would know, then you will burn with that building of yours. So what will it be monkey?" Oichi speaks in a similar tone as before and showing the same body language and facial expressions after speaking to him.
It is perfectly clear that Hideyoshi does know, and yet still he refuses to answer and to take the option of saving his own worthless skin, so that the locations can be revealed. He continues to beg for her to save him, but Oichi continues to demand information regarding Nagamasa Azai and Katsuie Shibate.
It is then that the dream ends and oddly enough we all wake up at the same time.
"If that dream is an indication of anything, I get the feeling that Neptune is taunting us over us finding my friend and my husband, even though I have confidence that we will get our hands on them tomorrow." The Azai lady speaks full of determination and desire to punish Hideyoshi, and to get her loved one and friend back.
"I'm sure you will Oichi, the thing is that's weird, why did I have same dream that you guys did?" Stealth asks sounding pretty bewildered.
"It's because we're all sleeping together, meaning we'll share the same dreams. It's just the way it works, I'm unsure how exactly, it might be brainwashing that we once had I don't know." I explain to him calmly.
Though I start to get ever so concerned that since Oichi was brainwashed even if we've gotten rid of it, and since she's alive then perhaps Neptune will know that she's left for Lastation, which she probably wouldn't approve of, I realise that since I've been asleep in Lastation in the air, then she may know that we've been in Lowee or at least suspect our intentions to venture out, and yet she hasn't taken any action regarding that. Then again would she know as it could be that the tracking was from the computer in Lastation and that we have captured, so it might be that she only knows when we're asleep, not where are we when we are asleep, so then she wouldn't know I've been in Lowee, though I do find myself wondering that if she knows from figuring it out, why has she done absolutely nothing about it.
While initially I was concerned about Oichi sharing our dreams and being in them, I realised that Rom and Ram were in our dreams and yet as far as Neptune's concerned, they're dead or maybe not and as far as she's concerned, originally they're under mind control and decided to attack Lastation only for us to capture them. Maybe Oichi may not be in our dreams when we face Neptune, and even if she was it might not be a problem being as how nothing has happened with me being in Lowee. For all I know maybe Neptune knows about us being together, about us being in Lowee and about Oichi, and yet she doesn't want to indirectly tells us that she knows, just as we don't want to indirectly tell Team Rocket that we have violated what they said.
I must admit that I find some aspects of this world making little sense, and I don't blame you if you readers find this to be the same.
Well, since we've shared Oichi's dream and nothing has happened, and my HUD hasn't told me anything, I guess all we can do is to carry on as if nothing has happened, as that is all we have and hopefully one day we will find out what Neptune really knows, and what on earth is she playing at with us and with humanity, I think I suspect the reasons, but nevertheless I wish to hear it from her herself. Perhaps sleeping with Oichi will help since I hope that her being the good and us killing Noh the bad, will be the key to these nightmares as we fall asleep again, doing our best not to be concerned about what Neptune really knows about us, and doing our best to focus on what nightmares we will face tonight and to deal with any challenges that come our way.
I suppose if Neptune cannot track us and yet Team Rocket always like to report sightings of famous people, then perhaps it's for the best if Oichi and Nagamasa Azai and Katsuie are in disguise on the cruises that will approach Pallet Town, so that that way, they won't be suspicious with regards the whereabouts and then have the three sleep on the plane or in Lastation, so that as far as Neptune is concerned (at least hopefully), the threesome have fled to Lastation and stayed there to defend it.
We soon fall asleep again, and it is then I'm taken to an entirely different location.
It appears to be some open plan kitchen which is full of purple wallpaper with the Neptunia logo on them, white floorboards as well as purple cupboards including a fridge, freezer and what appears to be a primitive microwave. It's a decent size full of white work tops and a sink, as well as purple tins full of sugar, bread, biscuits and coffee as well as a purple kettle. On one corner is a fairly old television as it's a box, rather than a flat screen and it's fairly small. As a matter of fact my gut tells me that this is from a time period before any of us were around though it is relatively recent, but I have no idea of the exact time period unfortunately, probably the same era as when they were around.
At the centre of this kitchen is a purple table which is surrounded by a few chairs, and one of them is where Nepgear who is in her HDD form is currently sitting, eating some sort of cereal in which I have no idea what it is at all.
I do know that she is watching television and even though the quality isn't the best, I know that it's the news.
"Good morning, today marks a tragic day as our great noble benevolent leader Neptune has been poisoned last night, at a luxurious banquet she had with her friends. We now go live to our political correspondent Compa, who's house Neptune was staying at for the night." The news reporter announces from a book that she reads with sadness in her voice and trying hard not cry, only to find that it's someone I recognise.
Her name is Histoire and she has blue eyes and mid length blonde hair with a fringe, and she has on her head some sort of white hat like that of a nurse with a purple N on it in the same font as the Neptunia logo, along with purple headbands. She wears a purple sleeveless dress which only covers her torso, though I know that it covers her legs and the dress has a few orange and green patterns on the bottom. She wears a large white collar with a purple broach that has a green scarf attached. She also wears purple sleeves which go up to her shoulders and they have large white cuffs on each of them, as well as a green stripe at the end. Though I cannot see it, I know that she wears white thigh length futuristic boots with a green and black circle on the foot, and green stripes at the end.
Although the last time I've thought of Histoire I was thinking overall positive thoughts, in that even though it was frustrating that she was portrayed as the best oracle at least she got her work done and was respectful, it is now after seeing her here that I find myself question what sort of work did she do? Yes she tried to tell Neptune off but it didn't amount to anything, and though I was curious about what side she would be on if I was to meet her, my gut now tells me that she'd be against us and yet ironically enough, something tells me that the real Arfoire may in fact be a nice kind person, and not the short tempered tyrant in the series.
It is then after hearing Histoire speak does the television show Compa with a microphone in hand, standing outside her house which from here appears to be bare but big and white which and full of windows. Hmmm I've seen that house before, it's before I came here but why is Histoire and Compa on the news, why do they act as though Neptune is ruler of a nation, were we actually rulers of nations, and if so how did we get to be rulers, or is there an explanation such as that Neptune happened to have a TV station with her cronies as propaganda, and somehow able to brainwash people into supporting her? Or could it be something else, and it's maybe another desire.
This is so odd why would we get to witness such desires? Or is it to taunt us. I suppose if this is actually a flashback this could be a point to concern us that they did have a news programme to influence people, to brainwash people. But while it baffles me so much as I try and work out the significance of it, I realise that I should go with it, and see what happens and see if there's anything to learn or enjoy since Neptune in this has been killed but then again if it's a flashback then it's either a failed attempt to play along, or they faked it which makes this triumph insignificant unfortunately.
"Thank you Histoire, as a good friend of Neptune, I am appalled by this horrific act and already I miss her. Though she was such a brilliant fun leader, she was such a warm, caring person who loved to play games all day, take nice long naps and dine with us. She was such a cheerful person and she was able to keep Planeptune a prosperous wonderful place. This day will be a very sad day and I know that everyone will be crying their eyes out for her, our Nep Nep, what will we do without you? Compa at my house, Neptune City." She cries, her tears pouring down her cheeks, as she sobs ever so loudly.
Neptune City? That name doesn't ring any bells, and it does not tell me whether it's a flashback or a desire or maybe even something else.
"This indeed is a tragic day as the day before yesterday, the leader of the largest charity which looks after children of various backgrounds from blind to deaf, to disabled both physical and mental as well as orphans, and even those that have just recently been born, our Plutia Iris Heart has been brutally tortured and killed in her home. This is such horrific events to happen back to back, as Plutia was holding a huge charity event to raise enough money to improve the lives of countless children, while Neptune was hosting a banquet to celebrate the amount of money farmers have, as well as the amount of sales from across the world their produce has done, with a good amount of profit going to them, who deserve it for feeding our nation.
Our incorruptible police department have made investigations into who was behind those attacks, and though they have yet to find out, we will be sure to bring the vile criminal who did this to justice. In the meantime because Nepgear is not quite ready to take on the role as leader of our glorious nation, I'll be leader until she is and you have my word that the killer will be brought to justice, and we will mourn the deaths of two of the greatest ladies this nation has ever known and give them a grand farewell ceremony." Histoire says speaking with much aggression and determination.
Weird how despite those mentions, while I remember something to do with that, I don't exactly remember them doing those specific roles, maybe that could be because they had those roles but they didn't fulfil them. I have much difficulty comprehending how did they get to be leaders, if what we're experiencing is a flashback, no doubt they did this through nefarious means. I suppose it's due to frustration I'm baffled since they should never be leaders of anything and that we have done all we could to stop them. Oddly enough my gut tells me that what we're experiencing is going to be good like the flashbacks, and that something exciting will happen in this, at least 2 of the vilest women in the land are dead as far as this is concerned and so it's a good start from me.
Nepgear then becomes increasingly depressed and upset, she even bursts out crying and screaming in anger and frustration.
"Why? Why would anyone want to brutally torture and kill Plutia, and then kill Neptune my dear beloved sister? Why? What have they ever done to deserve this? Will I be next? Who wants to destroy us and why? I mean Neptune has done such a great job looking after this nation, and Plutia has done such a wonderful job looking after its children." The pathetic candidate sobs before placing her head on her arms crying her eyes out loudly for a long time.
Somehow from what we're seeing I definitely get the feeling that it will be revealed that they are not as they seem, I can just tell that there's something off about them apart from experience from them, with the fact that we've begun in this whatever it is with these females and this narrative in favour of them, and I have a feeling that Nepgear will be the next person to be bumped off, though I wonder in what way but in any case, I must admit that I look forward to this and I'm the sure others are.
While I will admit there were some aspects I like about her, I don't think they apply anymore as now judging from where it seems to be going, I don't see Nepgear being much different to the others, and I think it's mainly down to what I remember she did in the series to her friends, just so she can survive which I find to be very selfish and very disgusting, and made out that she was innocent. She like all of Planeptune are fakes, and I'm certain that this dream or this flashback will show just how fake they really are.
"Well they'd better mourn like Histoire said because how can they be so selfish, grrr they're so ungrateful at times. Well they'll pay for their ungratefulness when I'm in charge, I'll make sure none of us ever get assassinated ever again." Nepgear speaks with determination as her red teary face speaks more loudly than words, about how angry she is as she picks up her large brick sized mobile phone from her lap, and leaves the kitchen in a huff of anger.
It is now I see a different place, this time it's outside of what appears to be a large purple sky scraper, full of glass windows and a revolving door as well as trees full of purple plants surrounding the sides. But the thing is despite the size its old and not well looked after, as the windows are dirty and full of marks, and the trees have overgrown and the surrounding grass needs a good trim. Upon seeing this I try and think back to see if I've seen it before, it looks distinctive and familiar but even then I just don't know whether this actually happened or is it a fantasy, there's nothing concrete to say either way.
Why don't I know, is it due to something concealing my knowledge to protect me from the fact that it wasn't a simple case of stopping them every time but they rise up everything single time, that they were getting more powerful, but then again I know that we're stopping them. Maybe it's to add ambiguity just like our origins.
One thing I do know is that there, there are plenty of guards dressed in formal purple suits, standing outside this building armed with AK47s, and there are even a couple of large purple tanks with RPD machine guns mounted on them. Not long afterwards, Nepgear heads outside the revolving door which causes the group to give her a salute, before one of them with pudding in his hand approaches the pathetic candidate of Planeptune.
"I speak on behalf of the garrison outside when I say that I am ever so sorry for your loss, and I have received word from your… wonderful sister that she wishes for me to give you this pudding." The guard says in a slightly nervous manner, as if he's worried he might offend her due to the sensitivity of the subject.
This merely angers her, and makes her even more upset than she was before.
"I don't believe you, you liar, and why would I want your pudding? Here, I think you're much better off having it, hopefully it'll make you think of Neptune. On second thoughts let me place it on your head, it would suit you so much better." The angry candidate says as she slams the pudding on top of the guard's head really hard, causing him to yell in pain.
"Ah, ow. Would you be wanting an escort considering how dangerous the situation is right now?" The guard asks her sounding even more nervous in fact I wonder if he thinks it's a good idea to ask her.
"Hell no, why would I want you as an escort? In fact where were the guards when my sister and my friend got brutally murdered huh? Besides which I'm armed and that murderer wouldn't dare mess with me." She says speaking with much defiance and rage.
She then walks off in a huff with her mobile phone in her ear.
Eventually she walks past some skyscrapers only they're all old and worn down, and there's plenty of litter all over the place. There's even a good number of beggars in tatty dirty worn clothes with holes in them, and none of them have had a wash or had much to eat and just have a begging bowl but nothing is in them. The beggars lie all over the place, outside different shops that sell various goods ranging from newspapers which talk of Neptune's assassination, to those which sell soup and sandwiches though they are of very poor quality, there are also plenty of bars and nightclubs though many of them are worn down and I get the impression that horrific things go on in there.
Though there are people who pay her respects and ask for her help, her facial expressions show how little she cares for their suffering and if anything she's really annoyed with them and holds them with utter contempt.
"OK I wish to make an order for every single pudding you can make for Neptune's funeral, and every single doll you can make for Plutia's funeral. They need to be of the finest quality and quantity so that all of those that do appreciate what they've done can have a pudding to eat and a doll to play with." Nepgear speaks calmly but with much firmness in her voice, as if to suggest that it's in their interest to deliver it.
She then becomes increasingly angry after hearing what the caller has to say.
"What do you mean you need to supply them to the super market and toy stores? Look who is in charge, those stupid super markets and toy stores, or me? That's right and considering the mood I'm in you'd better supply them to the funerals." The stupid candidate responds with much aggression and venom.
The caller then responds again and this makes Nepgear even more angry.
"I know that you idiot that's why I'm going to take them to a charity shop where I'll charge them for 500 and 1500 respectively, which is cheaper than what they are at the supermarket and toy stores. Just do it or else." She snaps loudly before hanging up her phone, only for her to make another call as she continues to walk past these streets, which despite them having different appearances, they all have the same tragic bleakness about them.
"Hi there Gust, you'll be pleased to hear that we'll be getting a generous shipment of puddings for 500 apiece, and a generous shipment of dolls for 1500 apiece. I figured if we can charge 400 per entrant and then for the items, that would provide plenty of money for us won't it? Plenty of money for Planeptune and plenty of money for your bank account to invest in cures for diseases isn't it, as well as to fill up the coffers after having fun at the casino eh?" She says to her while speaking in a much more friendly tone.
Somehow I get the feeling that it's actually really cheaper in the super markets and toy stores respectively, even if their prices are such that few people can afford them, as Nepgear then smiles a lot after hearing what the caller has to say.
"Well you know what they say, it's important to look after yourself, and never do anything for someone else if they can't do anything for you, and you've helped me invest in shares when I was younger, and you have given me such an advantage over the others, and so you'll be pleased to hear that you can run the economy of this nation like you did with Neptune, and consider half of my staff to be yours." The arrogant purple joke says sounding upbeat and happy while smiling.
She then hears the caller only for her to say goodbye and hang up.
After a bit more walking, Nepgear then talks to another person.
"Oh hello Vert…Um yeah it's ever so awful with what has happened to my sister, it's ever so disgusting but I'm certain the killer will be brought to justice. Don't worry about the game I'm making, it'll be finished soon and it will be fantastic, and speaking of which, hopefully the next time you, your clan and myself play we will hopefully win. It's so annoying how we keep getting disconnected and then you end up losing big time, it's really annoying." Nepgear says to her casually and calmly while speaking on the phone.
She then hears Vert speak to her on the phone only to find that she appears to be rather shocked about what the Leanbox CPU has to say no I question the authenticity of the reaction.
"How on earth can anyone be talking about your secrets in public, blimey you mean everyone knows all the things that you wanted to keep private, like who your secretly admire? I completely understand, and I'm pleased that you don't suspect me and I just hope that you will find who's responsible for leaking your personal secrets. It's not good, it's not good at all, especially how this is happening to other people as well. But in any case I'll play with you tonight." The lying candidate says pretending to care about Vert when I think it's clear from her facial expressions and body language that she doesn't.
After which Nepgear hangs up her phone, and it is then she approaches Nisa the super villain.
"Ah it's wonderful to see you Nepgear, and I admire you for coming out despite what has happened. I'm confident that whoever did this will be brought to justice, though the good news is one of my guys has found this for you." Nisa says sounding rather cheerful before handing over a large piece of paper to Nepgear.
"Thank you very much, I know it will be very…..Oh no I'm ever so sorry, I need to go to the bathroom right this instant." Nepgear says as calmly as she can, only for her to then rush off as quickly as she can, while taking the piece of paper from her.
Luckily for her, she then sees a public toilet though it appears to be a mobile one and it's rather dirty and it's the only one there is.
It's not long before she goes in there and eventually she's washing her hands but then her mobile phone rings.
She tries to find out who it is, but she doesn't recognise the number, never the less she answers the phone eager to find out who it is.
"You know what I find rather interesting? How whenever a phone rings it must be answered, no matter who it could be." Says Blanc sounding rather smug while calm.
That's weird, unlike with the other phone calls I can hear the caller talking to Nepgear, and yet here's another unusual thing, despite the fact that I know it's Blanc's voice, the CPU candidate has no idea as to who it is on the phone, and already her facial expressions indicate how irritated she is. Hmmm interesting, very interesting, which makes me wonder if it's a flashback why not, or is it that at that point, Nepgear doesn't know Blanc's voice or to Nepgear its someone else. I have no idea but my gut tells me that it's getting good.
In fact weirdly enough I do remember Blanc calling someone like this, could it be Nepgear, could it therefore be an actual flashback? I still don't know, there's too many things that make it not, but then again it could be wishful thinking that surely even if Neptune did manage to get away despite being stopped that she didn't manage to rule a place. Then again she might have done but it's really temporary and this is that time, in which case this is certainly going to be good.
