Chapter 101: Nepgear's last call
I'm still asleep and I'm still in the same dream as I was before with Nepgear being phoned by Blanc, curious to know as I'm sure you readers are into how this dream will play out.
"Eh?" Nepgear asks, absolutely puzzled with a hint of irritation.
"I hope you realise that it's not very nice to talk like that." Blanc replies in a calm voice.
"Yeah what are you going to do, anyway who on earth are you?" The Planeptune joke asks getting even more frustrated.
"Don't even think about hanging up this call." The caller warns calmly but with menace.
"I think you've got the wrong number here." Nepgear says her tone suggesting anger.
"I don't think so, and I think you should drop that tone of yours especially after considering what's coming next." Blanc replies in the same tone.
"What's coming next is I'm hanging up the phone." Neptune's younger sister says her anger more obvious.
"Oh no you won't, instead you're going to learn to do everything I say." Says the Loweean CPU.
"Everything you say? Who is this?" Nepgear replies in a sarcastic tone.
"Someone who enjoys watching you." Blanc explains.

"Watching me?" The Planeptune CPU Candidate says casually, not taking the caller seriously.
"Yes your purple outfit represents everything about Planeptune." The Loweean CPU speaks calmly, though her tone implies that Planeptune is a joke which I strongly agree with.
"Where are you?" Nepgear asks.
"Why don't you see if you can find out, after I give you permission to hang up, but I can see you on the camera over-looking the wash and dryer section." Blanc speaks calmly.
Yeah I must say after looking inside this dirty cubicle full of stains everywhere with chipped surfaces she is right, and I find it odd how there is a camera in the cubicle even it's only over-looking the wash and dry area and not the cubicles.
"So what am I doing now?" Nepgear says while doing distinctive actions.
"You're scratching your head, now you're brushing your hair back." Blanc replies as the Planeptune CPU Candidate makes those movements.
"Yeah and what about this." Neptune's little sister says as she shows an unpleasant hand gesture.
"That's not very nice Nepgear." The Loweean CPU says.
"Yeah well that's what you get for not properly answering my questions." Nepgear says sounding rather irritated.
"I know you are good friends with Vert and it's not in your best interest to hang up, someone could get hurt." Blanc says casually.
"Listen if you're someone I happened to yell at on the street or whatever, then I will find you, humiliate you and punish you. You'll never be able to make a living anywhere, you'll pay for this." The purple female says warning the caller, even though I know it's not in her best interests to do this.
There is a bit of silence until Nepgear breaks it.
"Oh what's the matter you don't like this tone, you think I'm going to apologise, why don't you just tell me the purpose of you ringing, if you can't even tell me who you are?" The Planeptune joke continues.
"Oh, now you wish to talk to me." Blanc replies with sarcasm.
"Look did anyone who I spoke to recently put you up to this, what kind of joke is this?" Nepgear speaks with frustration.
"Nope this is all my idea." The Loweean CPU replies.
"In that case, I'm going to hang up." The Planeptune CPU Candidate says with authority.
"I'll speak to your friend Sonic for you, laters." Blanc says.
After which Blanc then hangs up, and oddly enough this reminds me of something I've seen before, and maybe you readers know what it is, but either case I'm curious to know what this is about, though I'm confident it's something good. The Planeptune candidate dismisses this event and the caller, but suddenly she finds she needs to go to the toilet.
After a short while she's left the cubicle and then washes and dries her hands. She begins to grow suspicious as to why her body demanded her to go to the toilet, as she wonders if it's something she has eaten, but since she's eaten a fairly consistent diet, she dismisses this as being stress from the death of her friend and sister, but just as she decides to leave the toilets all together, her phone rings again and this time showing a different number, though she suspects the caller is the same.
Although half of her gut tells her to ignore this, the other half tells her to confront this caller in hopes that from accepting the call, she can try and come up with a strategy of finding out who the caller really is, and then Nepgear likes to think that she can track down the caller, and give the caller justice which probably isn't nice.
In the end she answers the phone, as she's curious to know what this is all about.
"Tell me what it is you want?" Nepgear speaks in a less aggressive manner.
"I want your complete attention." Blanc replies calmly.
"Are you a former employee of ours?" The Planeptune Candidate asks.
"Yes, one of those that got fired because I was too polite to a customer, and don't you worry about humiliating or punishing me because I've had a tough time trying to find work as it is. Before joining you I was able to work for a small business, but then they went bust unfortunately, I then joined you but then I got fired, I tried to find jobs but there are absolutely none, and all the companies are too full, and my savings that I inherited from family have dried up." The Loweean CPU explains to her.
I then see Nepgear smile, but I get the feeling that it's not genuine, it's as if to say that she can find the caller and manipulate the phone lady so she can be punished, like she said she would.
"Listen, on second thoughts about what I've said before, maybe I can try and see if I can get someone for you to work for, I'll make phone calls and see what I can do for you." Nepgear says, her nice tone is clearly a fake.
"Well now that you mention it, there is someone I'd like you to call." Blanc says calmly.
"Sure name it." The purple female says in a calm tone.
"Why not the last person that you called on your phone." The caller asks.
"I can't remember, I'm afraid." Nepgear says clearly lying.
"Oh that's a shame, but never mind I actually know who it is, it's Vert and in case you're wondering how I know, I can track the calls you make from your phone." Blanc speaks sounding quite smug.
"OK but why Vert, she's in Leanbox, why do you want her?" The candidate asks sounding confused.
"Oh I think you know why, but you know what since I'm a nice person, I'll ring for you and put you on speaker so you can hear." The Loweean CPU replies sounding smug.
Eventually Nepgear can hear Blanc talk to Vert from her phone.
"Hello." Vert answers.
"Well hello there Vert." Blanc says.
"Hi who is this." The Leanbox CPU asks in a friendly tone.
"I'm a friend of Nepgear's and to be honest she doesn't have many." The Loweean CPU replies.
"Hmmm, you know Nepgear on a personal level?" Vert asks.
"Yeah, enough to know that she's a complete liar." Blanc explains.
"Who is this, if you don't mind me asking?" The Leanbox CPU asks again in the same tone.
"Don't worry, Nepgear is listening in to our conversation and she can hear what we're saying about her." The caller reassures her.
"Nepgear? Is this true are you there?" Vert asks still sounding friendly but now she's confused.
"Look Vert just hang up now." Nepgear asks in a desperate voice, desperate that the caller doesn't try to put a wedge between Vert and herself.
"She can't hear you Nepgear. Vert, I'm afraid Nepgear hasn't been totally honest with you." Blanc says to her.
"What do you mean by that?" Vert asks.
The Planeptune CPU Candidate tries to get the caller not to say any more and for Vert to hang up, but it doesn't happen.
"Nepgear has been lying to you, now have you ever wondered why Nepgear wanted to be your friend so badly, and why every time you play online with her you lose connection?" The Loweean CPU asks her.
"Well I thought it was simply because I was a gamer and she was a gamer, and she considered it an honour to game online with me, and I guess as for the lost connection I thought it was simply down to the connection in Planeptune being more primitive compared to ours, she's a nice person at least to me, at least I thought she was. Anyway I'm guessing that's not actually right is it?" Vert says initially trying to defend the Planeptune CPU Candidate, but then realising that perhaps Nepgear is a liar.
"It's actually so she can try and gain access to your files on your computer, she's the one who has exposed your secrets like who you secretly admire. But she's also been trying to find ways of disabling your electronics so that she can steal the money from Leanbox, and use it to buy your weaponry. All this because she believes that it's best that she has all the power so she can take on a person named Arfoire, even if it means the destruction of Leanbox. As for the disconnection that's so that not only will you lose to the enemy because of there being one team member short, but it's so you're distracted while Nepgear takes over your computer and does her "research"." Blanc explains to her.
"I…I didn't believe that Nepgear would do such a thing, I mean I've checked my computer, I've seen no evidence of it being tampered with, I thought the secrets were released by one of my own people. I suppose at least they're personal secrets not vital secrets of Leanbox that other people cannot find out. Thank you so much anyway, I'll be sure to try and find proof of this and then with evidence I can take her down, because while I do believe you, I need proof that she did this. That I find simply disgusting, how can she stab me in the back after being friends? It's just wrong, it's wrong to betray their friends for selfish reasons. In any case thank you ever so much for telling me." Vert replies sounding ever so appalled about what has happened.
"Anytime and I completely understand, it is quite a shock and I'm sure you'll find proof, but in the meantime you have my word that she'll be brought to justice. I agree it's ever so wrong that's why it's always important to have friends, listen when I've finished with Nepgear, I can be your friend if you wish? You seem like a nice person and I play a fair amount of video games in my spare time." The caller says trying to cheer the Leanbox CPU up.
"Thank you ever so much, I look forward to that, ok I'll talk to you later." The CPU of Leanbox says after hanging up.
I must say it's interesting to see Vert in this dream like this, not as an antagonist, but more of a protagonist who has gotten bad luck. Hmmm, I suppose with me merely being frustrated with Vert's portrayal in the series, though not doing that much bad to Noire and Blanc in the series compared to the others, and Vert is merely brainwashed heavily, I guess it makes sense. The thing is I wonder when we'll be able to liberate her, or even finally be able to take the fight to Leanbox after liberating Lowee.
"Why are you doing this? Why are you lying to Vert like that, trying to drive a wedge between myself and my friend like that? That isn't nice to know. Did I actually harm you, or do anything negative to you whatsoever?" Nepgear asks in an aggressive tone to the caller.
"No, it is you who is the liar Nepgear, and eventually it will be proven to you, but I know you're the liar and you know you're the liar. Now let's call your other so called friend Sonic, who really you use for your selfish deluded mission in sacrificing everyone else, just so you could have all the power to take on something that actually does not exist." Blanc replies to Nepgear with aggression.
Hmmm why does the name Sonic sound so familiar, I know the name to be famous but why do I not know in what exact way he was well known. What a minute, now I do could it actually be Sonic the Hedgehog? Could it be that he existed from where I came from wherever it was? I'm not sure, but then again is it actually the Sonic the Hedgehog and even so is he a hedgehog from where I came from, considering what vague memories I have of the place.
If this is in fact the Sonic in whatever form from there, then I wonder in what way does Sonic help Nepgear in this dream? I wonder if it's via contacts because though I respect him as a mascot of Sega, even if Planeptune who represents Sega is a joke, I'm not sure if Sonic would know much about technology or inventing, but though I don't know much about Sonic, I do believe that Sonic would have contacts who does, and the reason for Nepgear seeing Sonic is because he's more well-known from where I'm from, so it's only natural that he's more famous in this dream, so Nepgear would probably know Sonic but not his contacts.
"I'm not sure if he's at his home." The Planeptune CPU Candidate pleaded.
"Oh but I'm sure he's shopping for some trainers in a second hand shop." The CPU of Lowee replies.
"How on earth do you know about all of this regarding myself. I know I'm a public figure but how do you know what I do in private?" Nepgear speaks in protest.
"Just call him, you know his phone number and I also know his phone number." Blanc speaks sounding quite firm in her tone of voice.
"And what do you want me to say to Sonic the Hedgehog?" The Candidate asks.
"Why don't you tell him the truth that he's a pawn in your game and you intend to take advantage of him, just like with Vert." The caller replies with authority.
"I've not taken advantage of my allies I never have." Nepgear says quite loudly, as if she vainly hopes that the caller will just hang up and leave her alone.
"Then what do you call it?" Blanc asks with sarcasm.
"Look I don't know, I am friends with Vert and yes I will admit that she's had problems with secrets and problems with connection every time we play online, but I haven't hacked her computer. And as for Sonic sure I've got him to design some technology for me, but never with the intent of using it against other nations." The Planeptune Candidate pleads.
"It's kinda funny how you said yourself that you got Sonic to design some technology for you, but not with the intent of using it against other nations that means it's capable of being used against other nations and I think that would be a concern if Sonic actually knew of its capabilities. Like I said, there's no use in lying to me as I know that you intend harm against other people." The Loweean CPU speaks in a firm tone.
"Oh go away." Nepgear says with frustration.
"Hey, that kind of speech is uncalled for." Blanc says to her.
"Look you're obviously a very intelligent person to have got my number, to know I am good friends with Vert, Sonic and know their numbers. This is stress I know what it's like, it drives you nuts and crazy." The Planeptune Candidate says trying to stay calm despite the situation.
"You're calling me crazy, I'm not sure that's a good idea Nepgear." The Loweean CPU warns.
"I'm only saying that you must be going through a difficult time, there's no need for this, especially when it's false. Please don't call Sonic and drive another wedge between me and my friend especially for no reason, you must be angry, frustrated, look why can't we just talk about this in my place and you know you'll feel better." Nepgear continues her tone.
Blanc then laughs at Nepgear.
"Nepgear, do you really think I was a former employee of yours, I never was. I have no need for you Nepgear none, what I would just like is for you to call your so called friend Sonic, and tell him the truth about your motive for having him help develop some technology, only to use it to destroy the other nations and steal it's power, all so you can fight Arfoire all by yourself even though Arfoire doesn't really exist does she. So are you going to call Sonic and tell him about your real motives, or do I have to?" Blanc says calmly.
"No, no, please no I'll do it now." The purple joke says as she presses a few buttons on her cell phone so she can call Sonic.
"Feeling nervous Nepgear, you should be, especially for what you have done." Blanc says as Nepgear rings Sonic's phone.
"Hello Nepgear?" Sonic asks.
"Yeah?" Nepgear replies.
"Where are you?" The Hedgehog asks.
"I'm in the toilets a few streets away from my place." The Planeptune CPU Candidate answers nervously.
"I just had a call, from someone saying that you was going to call me from the toilets about something important." Sonic says sounding quite confused.
"Yeah, it's a prank call, I've encountered a large number of them recently." Nepgear lies nervously.
"Tell him that you intend to use him so that you can get your hands on technology with the intention of using it to destroy other nations, steal their power for the sole purpose of defeating Arfoire all by yourself, even though she doesn't exist." Blanc explains firmly saying all this with just a few breaths.
"Shut up!" The Candidate yells.
"Who is that other person?" Sonic asks sounding concerned as well as confused.
"No one just someone in the toilet having no respect for their superiors." Nepgear explains.
"Tell him you like to take advantage of him and other friends that you have, and use them for your selfish means." Blanc speaks in a firm tone.
"Look Sonic there is this person who is saying things about me, all those things that aren't true, just please ignore her, and if she calls again just don't believe her in fact hang up." The purple joke says sounding quite nervous.
"Repeat After Me. I Want to Take Advantage Of My Friends That I have, and Manipulate Them For My Own Selfish Means." The Loweean CPU says emphasising each word and saying it a fairly aggressive manner.
"I haven't done anything that should worry you ok." Nepgear says quickly.
"Oh really Nepgear?" Blanc asks in a sarcastic tone.
"Shut Up!" The Candidate yells.
"Nepgear I have no idea what on earth you're talking about, and you're starting to concern me with what you're saying." Sonic replies trying to understand what's going on.
"I'm sorry, I'm just stressed that's all." Nepgear replies sounding stressed.
"Look why don't we meet up at the second hand shoe shop, and then you can tell me what's on your mind?" The Hedgehog advises.
"Yeah alright thanks a lot, it's much appreciated ok bye." The Candidate says sounding rather stressed out.
Sonic then hangs up the phone.

"You didn't tell him the truth about your true intentions did you, and I don't know about you, but I can tell how much of a good friend he is, as he's concerned about what's going on. Must be very nice to have a couple of good friends who are more than happy to help you out and look out for you." Blanc says.
"Why him, what harm did he do to you?" Nepgear asks quickly, her voice clearly suggesting that she's panicking.
"What right do you have to say that when you have caused significant harm?" The caller replies to her.
"That's it this mind nonsense is over." The Candidate speaks firmly.
"If you hang up, I will kill you." Blanc warns her.
"Yeah and how are you going to kill me when I'm in a toilet and you're merely watching me through these cameras installed inside this toilet?" Nepgear yells in defiance.
"True, I do have a camera on you, but I also have a box capable of unleashing something deadly. Now what could possibly be inside this box that will kill you?" The caller asks sounding rather smug.
"I dunno it could be anything for all I know." The purple joke replies with sarcasm.
"A special made, very deadly gas that causes the most painful death and can cause very unpleasant symptoms, at this rate you'll probably be dead in a minute though for you it will feel like hours, and it's ready to be unleashed at you." Blanc explains with glee.
"Yeah well how do you think it will react to my clothes?" Nepgear asks.
Blanc then laughs.
"At this place it will reach to you in a matter of Nano seconds." The caller explains.
"Nice try get lost." The Candidate says dismissively.

It is then I hear the venting of a small amount of gas only its harmless, but none the less the sound shocks Nepgear to her core, as now she knows that Blanc means business.
"Now, isn't that amazing? It's always cool to hear the sound of a weapon that is about to be used before it's unleashed, it's just like cocking a bolt action rifle or pumping a shot gun. Do you want to know why I did that? Because that sound is scary, I love that." Blanc explains sounding ever so smug and enjoying this.
"Look if you vent some gas here, it will escape. People will notice dead bodies and there will be cops and special units coming here to investigate what's happened, and then they'll eventually find out that you're behind this. It'll only be a matter of time before you get found and brought to justice. Besides which what's to stop me to escape? I'm in a public toilet." Nepgear explains showing she isn't afraid of the caller.
"You really think so? There's only one way to find out, 1, 2…" The Loweean CPU speaks with smugness.
Nepgear rushes and tries to get out of the toilets only to find that the exit door is locked, and she can't even barge through.
"…That won't help you. 3." Blanc says as she unleashes some gas.
The gas quickly spreads though it's invisible and it's odour less, Nepgear then begins to cough and become dizzy and her body begins to ache very much. The thing is this only lasts for about half a minute and after that she's fine, no pain, no more coughing and she can see clearly.
"I would also like to point out that in small quantities the effects are only temporary, but I have more than enough for it to kill you, and this gas is odourless and colourless, but this gas is designed to only travel a short distance which just happens to be the entire area of these toilets." The caller explains in a similar tone.
This upsets Nepgear as she tries to conceal her tears even though her face suggest that she's upset as she now fears for her life, for the first time in this dream. Gone the cocky arrogant Nepgear, here is the cowardly upset Nepgear.
"Smell the gas Nepgear and take a look at the gas. Oh no there is some gas coming from the toilet, it's dangerous, it's poisonous, someone call the cops, we've got someone who has set off some toxic gas in the toilets, someone find them, gas leak, get the people out of here." Blanc speaks with much sarcasm.
Nepgear is constantly breathing as she looks at the situation and she knows how screwed she is, and she can see no way out but to do the callers bidding, she's not looking forward to this as she tries to think of a way to get out, but she can think of nothing.
This pleases me as I can't wait to see what Blanc is going to do to Nepgear, especially with how I remember what she did in the Conquest Ending, and it's interesting how this is referenced here.
"Nepgear, you're still with me?" The Loweean CPU asks.
The purple joke then nods while looking rather sad.
"Stand up and be a person." The caller says calmly as Nepgear stands up and faces the camera.
"So err, you really want to get me, for no particular reason, other than for your own personal enjoyment?" Nepgear says sounding ever so fearful while Blanc just laughs at her.
"Oh I've got plenty of reasons, and you just keep giving me more and more." Blanc explains with joy.
Nepgear then sighs at the situation.
"And I'm guessing that there isn't going to be a person outside who needs the toilets are there?" The Candidate asks sounding depressed.
"That's right, as you may know the door is locked, and there's also a sign outside which says that these toilets are out of order. Why was you hoping to have someone save you?" The caller asks with sarcasm.
"Of course, but with this being a good facility, it must be frustrating for those that need to go only to find that they have to go somewhere else you know. It's like being ever so hungry and looking for somewhere to eat only for all the restaurants to be closed, it's not nice." Nepgear tries to explain sounding quite sad, although it's clearly fake and neither I nor Blanc believe that she genuinely cares about other people.
"Nepgear, you just said a sentence suggesting you have empathy, maybe you have a sensitive side though I highly doubt it, and perhaps you're trying to buy time which it won't matter anyway. In any case let's see how sensitive you genuinely are. With my box with which I can control it's direction, I'm aiming at you right now, can you feel it, the sense of it. Come on I know you can feel it, just concentrate, focus. Take a look at the exact point of my aim Nepgear." Blanc says only for Nepgear to look on her chest, and see a red dot indicating where Blanc is aiming.
It's really weird, I must admit as Blanc has gas as a weapon not an R700 sniper's rifle, but I guess it's to emphasise how Blanc is aiming her gas at her, and the fact that the gas will travel in her direction first and not give her a few moments to at least brace herself worries her. She doesn't even feel like she can move away from the door without the fear of the gas being unleashed against her.
"You are doing so much better than the others, you know about Plutia your sister's best friend who was brutally tortured and killed the day before yesterday, while holding a huge charity event to raise enough money to improve the lives of children? The one in charge of the largest charity organisation which looks after children of various backgrounds from blind, to deaf, to disabled both physical and mental, as well as orphans and even those that have just recently been born?
Well the truth is she didn't really care about children and she merely wanted to abuse them, torture them, and do horrific things that are difficult for any sensible good person to understand. There were various individuals who tried to expose her, but they got tortured horrifically and were silenced in the most painful way possible.
Believe me she had plenty of opportunities to come clean but she refused and just lied, carried on as though it was normal, and even boasted about her horrific deeds as she committed her sins. And while she did raise money it was never for the children, it was to fund her research into torture and sadism, trying to find new ways to cause the most amount of pain for the longest amount of time possible.
And you also know about your own sister Neptune who was poisoned yesterday? The brilliant fun warm caring leader who loved to play games all day, take nice long naps, dining with her friends who was apparently able to keep Planeptune a prosperous wonderful place, who hosted a banquet to celebrate the amount of money farmers have, as well as the amount of sales from across the world their produce has done, with a good amount of profit going to them, who deserve it for feeding the nation?
Again, Neptune hosted that banquet using all of the food that she and her group have stolen from the famers, leaving them and other people very little if anything to eat, only keeping them alive just so that they can do their work even though they rarely get something to eat.
Neptune has also paid the farmers very little money from profits, and have put up food prices so high so that only Neptune and her group can afford them, as only those that are good friends with Neptune are incredibly well off, while all the others even those that are loyal to her out of fear have nothing and starve to death.
Now if she had been willing to acknowledge how corrupt and evil she was, genuinely help the farmers out, reduce food prices as well as prices for other things needed to survive like water and medicine, and share the wealth she has, things might have been different.
Tell me, where am I aiming now?" Blanc says to her with anger and aggression as well as disgust, with what those two corrupt and arrogant leaders of Planeptune have done.
I knew it, and it's just what I imagine those two jokers to be doing in Planeptune right now, while it's nice how Blanc is the one to have killed those two, it's a shame it's only in a dream and not in real life, which needs to happen ASAP. Still at least we'll get to see Nepgear squirm and confess her own share of sins.
"My head." Nepgear says sounding quite depressed to hear what Blanc is saying about her two friends who she admired and looked up to. Though I wonder if she knew but did nothing about it, not because she's scared but because she believes in them.
"This is unbelievable Nepgear you're doing so much better than the others. Well what do you remember about those killings." The CPU says to her.
"Just that Plutia was brutally tortured and that Neptune was poisoned by eating, look I don't know." The candidate speaks sounding quite scared.
"OK I'll give you a hint, watch, phone, wallet nothing taken from Plutia's body." Blanc explains.
"They weren't robberies, I guess they were executions." Nepgear replies in the same tone.
"Well Plutia was brutally tortured because she herself brutally tortured innocent people, and Neptune was poisoned by something she ate, because she has stolen all of the food from the farmers, and is responsible for the starvations and famines of Planeptune. The thing was if she confessed, admitted their guilt and made amends then they could still be alive, but they wouldn't and so they ended up dying." The caller explains.
"But what did I do to deserve this, why me?" The purple joke pleads.
"If you have to ask then you are not ready to know yet." Blanc replies.
"I'm guessing that you have planned this, you knew I would come here didn't you? People don't go to the toilet unless they need to, you put something in my breakfast, to make me go didn't you?" Nepgear asks sounding annoyed and yet sad at the same time that she's in this position.
"Well, it was necessary as you are guilty of inhumanity to your fellow person." The caller explains.
"Look I'm not guilty of a single thing." Nepgear protests.
"Oh look at what you and your like have done to this place, be a person." Blanc replies sounding irritated.
"I don't know whatever is I've done to you, but I'm glad. I wish it was worse I wish you've died because you have absolutely no idea what it's like for me having to rule these ungrateful people, and now I have Plutia and Neptune die horrific deaths!" The candidate yells in anger.
"Yes, finally a small amount of honesty." The Loweean CPU says sarcastically.
Nepgear then frantically presses some buttons on her phone, hoping that her newly thought out plan will work.
"Hmmm, I wonder if my phone can preserve power because it wouldn't do for my phone to run out of battery." Nepgear says hoping she can divert Blanc while she works her phone.
"No it certainly would not, as if it does before I'm satisfied, you'll die so it's your best interest to do what I say." Blanc says.
"Indeed, so who are you exactly?" The candidate agrees.
"No one you'd ever notice. Neither you or the people you know, know me." The caller speaks calmly.
"OK and what is it that you do exactly?" Nepgear asks hoping to get an answer while she tries to call for help.
"I observe." Blanc explains.
"You observe?" The candidate asks thinking that Blanc is sarcastic.
"Yeah there's nothing else to do when life is unfair towards you. You then look to see what makes people tic, you make up names for them, and you find yourself being drawn to the same sort of people every day, you imagine their stories. Though eventually that gets boring and then you decide to follow one of them, and then you hear all of their lies and eventually you decide they must be punished for their crimes, and so I notice Plutia the horrific sadist, Neptune the leader who steals food, and I notice you Nepgear. I would have thought that being leaders would mean you'd set an example for the others but clearly not." The CPU explains calmly.
"I'm flattered, ah good I've been able to preserve power." Nepgear says while trying to remain hopeful.
"Hi you have just reached Nisa's voice mail. I'm ever so sorry, but I am unavailable right now as I'm busy fighting evil for justice. Please leave a message and let me know what you would like so that the superheroine will be able to get back to you, as soon as possible." Nisa says through the phone.
"Good for you Nepgear, it means you have more chance to live after all." Blanc says with sarcasm.
Suddenly Blanc unleashes some gas at Nepgear, causing her to scream in agony as well as for her to choke as she struggles to breathe. After about half a minute or so the Planeptune joke recovers, but then she finds that her head is hurting and she feels ever so dizzy.
"What's the matter Nepgear?" The caller asks with sarcasm.
"You unleashed some gas at me, that stuff is lethal it burns inside, it's so painful. Ahhh." Nepgear groans.
"It's about time you learn that deception can't go unpunished." Blanc speaks in a firm tone.
"Deception, what deception?" The CPU Candidate yells sounding very fearful.
"Hi you have just reached Nisa's voice mail?" The Loweean CPU quotes in a sarcastic tone.
"Nuts you bugged my phone, and you've bugged my home, that's how you knew about the call, that's how you know about me and Vert and Sonic." Nepgear says working out how Blanc did it.
"You, picked the wrong person to lie to!" Blanc speaks menacingly.
"Look I didn't pick you, I didn't even know you existed." The Planeptune joke pleads.
"Right it must have been your position that attracted me." The caller answers sarcastically.
"Oh and that's the same for Plutia and Neptune?" Nepgear responds.
"Yeah you must feel ever so arrogant such that everyone must respect you, and do everything right for you when you walk out the door. In any case it's about time that you confess to me, because you've tried phoning for help and there's no one there, no one is coming for you, and your phone will run out of power, I suggest you confess your sins and I'll let you go." Blanc speaks as if to say she's had enough of Nepgear's nonsense.
"But I've done nothing wrong, and since you don't see where I come from, I find myself seeing no point in talking to you anymore." The purple joke says sounding quite defeated, knowing full well that this will probably get the caller to kill her.
"Your actions have helped put people in jeopardy, and the path you intend to take will lead to far more people being in jeopardy to say the least, when are you going to learn this Nepgear.
You're better off giving in, there's no one who knows you're here and even if they tried to trace your phone from wondering about your whereabouts, I've installed some software on your phone such that it can't be traced.
Are you still going to give me the silent treatment, do you really think I'm going to beg, have a breakdown and talk about some unhappy childhood. You may think you're buying time but you're actually prolonging your suffering. It must be uncomfortable being stuck in a toilet with no way out and with the threat of a horrific death looming over you, and with no one to save you." Blanc says to her with satisfaction with how justice will be served.
"Look, just tell me what you want, anything you want and I'll do it." Nepgear says sounding rather weak.
"Oh hello, there you are and I thought I was talking to myself for a minute there." The CPU says.
"Anything you want and I'll more than happily do it for you." The Candidate continues in the same tone.
"Just tell me in the toilets about the real Nepgear, about what your real intentions are regarding your friendships." Blanc explains calmly.
"And then you'll let me go, right?" Nepgear says sounding ever so scared.
"Why not?" The CPU says as if she's smiling while she says this.
"Vert, I disconnect when I play with you online." Nepgear nervously says.
"Every Time We're At An Important Level So That You Would Lose." Blanc says with aggression emphasising each word that she says.
"Every time, I just do it I can't help myself I'm sorry." The candidate says speaking clearly while doing her best not to cry.
"I Do It Because I Believe In Sacrificing Others For Myself." The caller speaks emphasising her words again.
"And I do it because I believe in sacrificing others for myself. That's all I did I'm ever so sorry." Nepgear quotes the caller.
"OK I've done what you've asked me to do, and I've had enough of this game." The Planeptune Candidate speaks in a weak tone.
"I haven't." Blanc says with a smirk.
"You said you would let me go." Nepgear says pleading.

"I've changed my mind." The CPU replies in the same tone.
"You miserable so and so, I took all of what you said, I did everything you asked, you've lied to me, that's it I'm hanging up I don't care." The Planeptune joke yells bravely in defiance.
Nepgear then hangs up the phone but then it rings again, she tries to ignore it but then the gas comes back making her choke and cause her pain, she cannot bear this torture, this agony that she has brought on herself and so she answers the phone, resulting in the gas being stopped, and eventually the female in the toilets recovers from the gas.
"Hi Nepgear, now you've had your little pathetic tantrum, and you said some things that I'm willing to forget. So now, can we start over again?" Blanc asks in her tone.
"You lied to me." Nepgear protests.
"Well you did the same to me as well as to your friends, and so it's only right you got a taste of your own medicine." The Loweean CPU explains.
"You said I could go, you'd let me go." The Candidate says to the caller.
"Relax Nepgear, some people don't get it right straight away, you've done much better than the others and you'll get another chance to end this. I'm not finished yet." Blanc explains.
"But I am." Nepgear says.
"It doesn't matter whether you are or not, what matters is whether I am or not, and the fact that you answered the phone after hanging up proves that to me.
I think it's clear that your phone is running out of power, you can't get out and no one is coming for you, hell you don't even know who or where I am not that it would make much difference to you, the only way you're getting out of this is if you confess your sins, so you might as well do so while you still can." The CPU says.
"But I've done nothing wrong." The Candidate protests.
"On the contrary you have, don't make me hurt you now tell the truth! Come on Nepgear don't you get the game yet!" Blanc starts to yell.
Nepgear then sits down in a corner as if she's about to cry.
"What are you doing Nepgear?" The caller asks in a demanding voice.
"My legs are aching after standing around for so long, and being so afraid." Nepgear pleads.
"Yeah well that fear is self-inflicted, stand up and be a person you're embarrassing yourself." The CPU talks in a louder voice.
The joke in the toilets refuses to move.
"Nepgear I'm getting more tempted to kill you now." Blanc warns.
"Please you can't do this." The Candidate begs.
"Nepgear, no more nonsense, no more lies, just tell the truth now." The caller demands.
"I'm just sat down because I'm tired, I thought it's appropriate that I sit down and ask that you do not kill me." Nepgear says.
"Well I'll do it with pleasure if you keep this up." Blanc warns.
"Just please don't hurt me." The CPU Candidate begs and pleads, almost as if she's about to cry.
"It doesn't have to be this way now get up and confess!" The CPU orders as Nepgear then finally stands up.
"OK, what do you want me to confess then, what is it that you want?" Nepgear asks as calmly as possible.
"For the bad person to get what they deserve, and for you to confess all the sins you have committed in your life, and they've all caught up with you now Nepgear." Blanc warns.
"But I've already done that." The CPU Candidate protests.
"No you haven't, you've only confessed a few and even then I don't think you mean it." The CPU says.
"Confess everything?" Nepgear asks with shock.
"Everything, stop messing about Nepgear and confess and bury your soul, do it now or I'll kill you, and do it quick too especially considering how your power on your phone is running out.
Come on Nepgear I'm offering you a chance to redeem yourself for all the wrong you have done, come on humble yourself in front of all of those who will eventually hear it, it's do or die time." Blanc speaks clearly but angrily.
"You couldn't find people worse than me. Someone who abandons people online, someone with different reasons other than what they reveal about technology, someone who doesn't waste time being nice to people who aren't important, these are my crimes?" The CPU Candidate protests.
"No, this is the tip of the iceberg of your crimes and you are the worst after the others. I know what you have done but it's important that the world knows, now for the last time, confess or this time you will die a slow and painful death." The CPU warns with much aggression.
I think it's clear from this conversation that Nepgear is trying so hard to buy time in a desperate hope that she can somehow be rescued by one of her people, but she knows that it's not going to happen.
She knows the situation and though she knows she won't leave unless she confesses, she doesn't like the sound of confessing, the idea that her reputation as the future leader of Planeptune will be ruined, she believes that Planeptune needs her and so she doesn't feel she can do this, but if she doesn't confess then she knows she won't live to lead Planeptune, and so either way she knows she's not in an ideal position, but she knows she needs to make a decision while she still can, but she's unsure whether she should confess and increase her chances of living, or not and die without having to bow down to the heroic caller.
