Chapter 113: The upsetting truth about the Arfoire Incident

Note: Readers please listen to Gone Jackals Legacy while reading this:

It is now I am taken to a completely different place in this dream, it is such a contrast to the place before, not least because we're back on land and there are a few clouds about, not only this but I can hear the wind blowing quite a bit.

The terrain appears to be rather barren, a complete wasteland with nothing but dirt and rocks, lots of rocks all stacked up ever so high. I wonder where this place is? Is it in fact a part of Planeptune? Yeah I didn't think it would be a prosperous place at all, not compared to Lastation or Lowee, though it's interesting how it's even shown with the terrain.

All there is in this terrain is a very old road made of tarmac full of cracks, and the colour is completely grey rather than the usual black.

Seeing this place just makes me think of how much Neptune neglects her place, and I shudder to think about what will happen to Ash and Dawn, considering how my gut is telling me that this is the place where something rather unpleasant will happen to them.

As if on cue, I then hear the sound of motorbikes roaring through, this sound calms me down and my gut tells me that this must be the very bikes that were given to Dawn and Ash. Whatever happens to them, I just hope it's not too bad and they do the very best they can here, and I hope that we can find them when we wake up.

As a matter of fact I am taken to them, and there's 6 of them riding bikes and 4 of them are wearing standard Loweean clothes, yet two of them I instantly recognise to be Ash and Dawn, though just as I suspected their clothing is like it was in the original series, and it goes well with the bikes that they ride, though it's interesting how both of them wear aviator sunglasses.

Ash is wearing a red cap with a black centre, and a blue Pokémon symbol on the centre. For his clothes he's wearing baggy blue jeans, a white t shirt with a large collar, along with a black armless jumper with a yellow stripe, as well as black trainers with red toes and black fingerless gloves with green wrists.

Dawn meanwhile is wearing a white beanie with a pink Pokémon symbol on the centre, which is tilted. For her clothes she's wearing a small pink skirt, and a white vest in which the top is spiky with a black large v neck top, in which the white top can be seen below, and at the bottom of the black top it's spiky. She also wears a dark pink scarf, black knee length socks, pink boots, along with a large digital watch which is really a Pokétch, which has multiple apps on her left wrist, and a bracelet with a couple of purple beads on her right wrist. She also has her usual yellow hair clips, which tie a small amount of her blue long hair to her front on each side, and loops it around the back of her hair.

Both Ash and Dawn's respective Pokémon Pikachu and Piplup, ride at the front with them and along with sunglasses that they're wearing as well, the group of them look quite badass riding on those bikes, particularly with the wind blowing their hair back, though it's interesting how the Pokémon's head gear stays on their heads. What's also badass is how the Pokémon couple carry weapons on their backs, with the raven haired trainer carrying a Type 95 assault rifle with ACOG Scope and Grenade launcher, and Dawn carrying a MP7 sub machine gun with taped magazines, to speed up reloading along with a grip handle. Both of them carry SCK pistols on their hips as well along with 6 Poké balls for each of their Pokémon.

Though I know that they've agreed to join the Loweean army which Blanc appreciates very much, it is quite odd seeing them with weapons being carried on their backs, as well as a camera and headset attached to their heads, but even though I know this to be part of the program Sepia has done with Forest, it's quite interesting to see Ash and Dawn's flying Pokémon: Staraptor and Togekiss respectively, to be armed with remote control weapons from machine guns to predator missiles and powerful cannons of different calibre. It astonishes me how these Pokémon are able to carry them, though something tells me that these Pokémon must be rare in that they're much larger than what a regular one would be.

Staraptor, Ash's Pokémon looks like a bird with its yellow feet with claws coming out of them that are quite sharp. It's body is large and is covered in feathers of various colours, with red on the feathers which cover the top of its head which juts out, along with the rest being brown which is on the wings, a darker brown which is on the back, and on one of the layers of feathers around its head, and finally there's white which is on its head in which its eyes are small, yet it's beak is quite big.

Ah Staraptor, Ash's flying Pokémon in that series and he always has one of such a type, which he uses to help find Pokémon, or people and has often helped him on numerous occasions.

Meanwhile, Dawn's Togekiss who's flying some distance away from Ash's bird but in the same direction, looks quite different with its small white toes, large body and gigantic triangular wings with numerous feathers, it doesn't have a head as such though it has a large mouth and two small black eyes, and on its head is three feathers tipped with different colours: one being blue, one being white, and the other being red, the majestic royal bird is mostly a white blue colour, though on its body it has numerous blue and red triangles.

Yes and I remember Togekiss to originally belong to a princess who happened to look exactly like Dawn named Salvia. Dawn dressed up as Salvia, and pretended to be her and in fact she wore the same outfit to her wedding, so that the princess can enter a contest with her Pokémon, and as a reward, Dawn gets to keep Togekiss.

I can imagine both flying Pokémon proving to do well in the battles fought here, though it intrigues me to see the other Pokémon of Ashes in action, and it's quite the contrast to see a fusion between the weapons that people would use with its guns and rockets, and the Pokémon themselves who in the series would do all the fighting, like that of martial arts where just a trip to the Pokémon centre will make them absolutely fine.

Though seeing them well armed and tough reassures me, I still feel that something will defeat them, but what and how? Will Neptune, Plutia and their goons themselves show up and defeat them? I cannot bear the thought of it to see Ash and Dawn, my favourite Pokémon characters to lose to Neptune, the one I despise the most, or even to her cronies, then again there's Plutia is that what happens? They fall to them? Well at least neither myself nor Noire nor Blanc has ever lost to them despite the situation being bleak, I guess I'll just have to see what happens, but I'm sure the best Pokémon couple and their Pokémon will put up a really good fight.

It is then as Ash and Dawn continue to ride their bikes with who I'm guessing to be their squad, only for them to then look on their Nintendo DSs to see if their birds have spotted anything.

"You see anything with your Pokémon Dawn?" Ash asks in his usual cheerful self.

"I do see our checkpoint up ahead with our allied troops there, that's exactly where we need to be to welcome all those incoming Planeptune refugees, why do you see anything Ash my husband?" Dawn replies calmly.

"Yeah nearby there is an abandoned bar and motel which must have been recently been taken over by about a dozen or so Planeptune troops, we need to control it so that our Loweean allies can use this base to reinforce the checkpoint, in case something goes wrong because I am sure our enemies will use the refugees as cover to attack us, and we need to control the checkpoint or else the refuges that try to escape, will just get slaughtered there even if they manage to escape any of them rotten guards of Neptune's." The raven haired trainer explains.

"Hmmm while it's important that the motel and the bar gets taken, the checkpoint needs reinforcing and fast." The blunette Dawn proposes.

"Agreed, I reckon the troops in the bar will be no match for us, so why don't just you and I Dawn go for the bar, and the rest head over to the checkpoint, our flying Pokémon can lead them to the checkpoint." Ash proposes.

Dawn agrees on the proposal, and it is then that the group split up with Ash and Dawn throwing their poke balls to their allies for them to use, before heading off to this abandoned bar, while the rest of them head off to the checkpoint. Both Top Coordinator and Pokémon Master are determined to do their duty in capturing the bar, but they know that their engines are noisy, so they intend to head to the bar just close enough such that when they get off and walk the rest of the way, they'll have the element of surprise.

It's not long before both Ash and Dawn get off their bikes and equip their weapons, before starting their cautious walk to the bar knowing full well it'll be guarded. My gut tells me that because of them being famous characters from Pokémon, they'll have a lot of health but still they prefer to go stealth so that they can keep their health as high as possible, for what they feel is an inevitable attack from the Planeptune soldiers disguised as civilians.

It's not long at all before they have reached the location of the bar, only to find that there are only a couple of soldiers outside who appear to be poorly fed and clothed. They carry in their hands AK47s, though their body language clearly shows that it's a struggle to carry these assault rifles. One thing that does baffle me after seeing these guys is to why they don't just flee to Lowee, considering how close it is and how there are so few of them here, perhaps they could be brainwashed, I guess it makes sense being as how that must have been what happened to Blanc all that time ago.

In any case, with no difficulty what so ever, so as not to alert anyone else, both Ash and Dawn throw knives at the two soldiers killing them instantly, and their tactic proves to be a complete success as no one comes out of the bar to investigate.

After which it is then that they take a look at the abandoned bar and motel, only to find that it's in such a rough shape. It's completely made of wood which is rotting and completely damp, and there are numerous holes in the walls and the roof. It's a two story building of a fairly large size and it's quite clear that the ground floor serves as the bar while the upstairs serve as the motel. What an awful place this is and I can only guess that this is where the guards sleep, it's not ideal conditions at all, and I think it's been like this since it's construction.

To conserve their ammunition, both Ash and Dawn retrieve their thrown knives and pick up the AK47s, which should proof useful for them when they clear the ground floor. As soon as that's done, they crouch and head for the large windows which are positioned on each side of the door.

They can see that the bar has no carpet or any flooring whatsoever and all there is, is just a bar table and a few empty glasses and bottles where the bar would be. There are numerous people sat on the floor talking to each other with their weapons in their hands. Their appearance is like that of the soldiers outside, though their weapons are different, perhaps not as good as AK47s as they appear to be semi-automatic rifles but with few bullets, along with shotguns in which some are semi-automatic but have few bullets, or others with some more bullets but with them being pump action instead, other than them being pistols with occasional submachine guns which they too have rather small sized clips, that's all they have for their weaponry.

Yep it's something to notice how poorly equipped these guys are considering how important this place must be to them, or is that Neptune is either too stupid or too evil to care about the welfare of her own troops or is it both?

I can tell how much their appearance appals Ash and Dawn no end, but still they must do their duty and considering how the soldiers inside talk rather loudly, and talk of nothing but their blind devotion to Neptune despite what she's done for them, which is rather awful, both Ash Ketchum and Dawn Ketchum open fire inside killing the soldiers there, and most of them die before they know what's going on, and those that notice and manage to fire a few shots, only find themselves missing and sharing the same fate.

The thing is after firing their picked up AK47s, they find themselves out of ammunition, and the gunfire is sure to have alerted the remaining troops upstairs who are bound to come down and avenge their fallen comrades, and so with this realisation, both Ash and Dawn head through the windows in which the panes there broke into numerous tiny pieces from their shooting, and rush in to pick up some weapons.

They manage to pick up a couple of pistols just in time, and aim them at the door which they are certain will lead them to upstairs, while taking cover behind the bar area, as then a couple of enemy troops, one armed with a revolver and another with a bolt action rifle come down and try to take down Ash and Dawn, but just a few shots are all that's needed for the enemy troops to fall down.

After those two the married couple realise that their enemies have no intention in coming down, and so the duo then pick up more weapons to engage the enemy upstairs.

They move up the stairs as quietly as possible, knowing full well that every step they take will probably be very noisy and creaky, and will inform the enemy upstairs of their intentions, tragically though, their movements up the stairs do in fact inform the enemy, and one of them at a corner does try to attack, but before he can fire he gets shot down.

It is then that I can sense the pair of them, having their guts informing them of there being enemies at the top of the stairs, who are sure to engage them the moment they go around the corner, and so Ash merely pokes his gun around it, and fires his entire clip at the enemies on top of the stairs.

This then causes the enemies up there to open fire at the corner causing both Ash and Dawn to hide away, as numerous bullets hit the wall for quite the while. Eventually it stops and the Pokémon male protagonist tries to peak around the corner, only to find that he can't see nothing but more stairs and so he creeps up them, with his gun aimed so that he can open fire as soon as he sees the enemy soldiers.

The raven haired Pokémon master expected to be mowed down by enemy gun fire, though maybe even if he's making a noise, the enemy are unable to respond as they are still reloading. He uses this to his advantage, and he is able to quickly go up the stairs and dispatch the enemy, who is at the other end of the corridor one at a time while they were still struggling to reload.

Suddenly, more gun fire comes Ash's way forcing him to go back down the stairs to get away, he expected to have to play cautious to get these guys, but then oddly enough they begin charging towards the pair, but they too meet their fate as both Dawn and her husband manage to mop them up.

The two of them then check the rest of upstairs, only to find that it's just a corridor with four rooms with absolutely nothing in them, no bed, no shower, no electricity and not even a sink. With the area clearly clear, they smile and have their trademark high five.

"Nice one Dawn, we've now got a base to reinforce the checkpoint." Ash says in his enthusiastic tone.

"Same here Ash, it's quite tragic how this place is in such a horrid state just like Planeptune. I just hope we get plenty of genuine refugees who wish to get away from this place." Ash's wife replies.

While it's nice to see how Dawn and Ash work so well together and use their weapons rather than Pokémon, I know that they will be facing a very difficult battle in this nightmare of a flashback, and this is a mere tiny fraction both in number and in difficulty, compared to what they will face.

It is then I'm taken to a different area in the flashback, like in the previous one the terrain is ever so similar in that it's full of rocks and nothing but dirt all around, no life whatsoever not even a plant or a cactus, though the view I and those experiencing it with me must all have, is as if we're in the air, and I can hear the sound of helicopters flying.

The helicopters are ever so large and is in black, I wonder if it's a black hawk with its large rotor blades on the top, and a smaller one on the tail, plus which it's ever so large.

Inside one of them, is the cockpit manned by two pilots dressed in Lastation clothes and behind them, is two mini guns one on either side manned by both Sepia and Forest wearing the same clothes as last time, and in the back are supplies which are in sacks and cover the entire back interior of the helicopter, and guarding them are a few allied Lastation soldiers armed with XM8s with extended magazines that are taped, grenade launchers and ACOG scopes, they're also wearing body armour that appears to be quite tough against bullets.

Interesting to see how even back then Lastation was still highly advanced, and this helicopter is ever so large, yet it's incredibly fast as well as it travels through the air. Though it's nice to see Forest and Sepia on their mission and their looks of determination shows how they will give it their all and will succeed, I can't help but feel saddened with what is about to happen, I can just tell they'll get ambushed and swarmed and eventually beaten, it just saddens me to think that anyone from Lastation or Lowee can lose to Planeptune, especially with how much I like them and how I know that their might is ever so superior to Planeptune, but that is what happened, and at least I'll get to find out what has happened here.

Seeing the place that the helicopter is in, makes me and I'm sure this applies to the others, feel worse because of how bleak and lifeless it is and not only this, but rather than it being a thing of the past, it ends up being a thing of the future. I cannot bear the thought of what it must be like for the people living in Planeptune, but I guess I'm going to find out or at least a taste of it, and we must be prepared for the worst.

It is now I find that this place where's nothing but dirt and rocks all over the place, is replaced by huts made of whatever materials they can find be it wood, sheet metal and even the occasional bricks. They're ever so small and I hardly consider them to be suitable for people to live in at all. Not only this but there are tents as well though they have plenty of holes in them, and many of them are ripped as well. The people there aren't much better either, as their clothes are ripped, dirty and even soiled, and they are in desperate need of food, drink, medicine and shelter.

While I expected Planeptune to be like this, it still horrifies me to know that there's nothing but poverty, desperation, disease and a complete lack of sanitation, it's such a contrast to Lowee and Lastation where there is none of this whatsoever. I guess it's a good thing that the helicopter is coming to this area though, as at least the people will finally get access to much needed food, drink, shelter and medicine, but my gut is calling out to me that this will be the place they get attacked, I am so certain that amongst these innocent people are soldiers who intend to attack this supply helicopter.

It doesn't take long for the people to hear the sound of helicopters approaching, and to see it flying for themselves they then rush to them, before they realise that they need to provide space and so they surround an area away from these huts, and await the arrival of the helicopter, their salvation as they stand and cheer in the air.

It's nice to see them so happy as I'm guessing they must have been ever so miserable, and I don't blame them at all as they not had anything to eat, anything decent to wear, any medicine to cure their aches and diseases, it must be nice to see them get aid at last, and no doubt they'll be taken away to Lastation or Lowee where they can become permanent citizens and face a new life, free from hunger, disease and homelessness, as well as war and tyranny, or at least that's what the intention will be considering my gut feeling.

I guess all I can do is to just wait and see what happened, to see how Sepia and Forest and their allies meet their doom, but before I can even see the helicopter land and deliver its supplies to the well deserving people who are in such desperate need, I am then taken in this flashback to what must be the checkpoint which Ash and Dawn were talking about.

It's still pretty much the same terrain as before only this time there are sandbags set up which form a wall as well as surrounding a few areas for machine guns which are used by Loweean soldiers. There is also a SAM installation along with radar to detect incoming enemy aircraft, which is guarded by numerous Loweean soldiers.

Along with this are plenty of facilities including tents consisting of a mess hall, a hospital and a few beds along with a motor pool to deliver the refugees. There is also a desk and chairs which are guarded by a couple of soldiers, and is manned by someone to do the necessary paperwork who has a computer, along with a nearby tent which forms a makeshift office to check these refugees to ensure they're legitimate refugees, and not simply soldiers loyal to Neptune who intend to commit terrorist attacks there.

Even if it's in such a bleak place which is understandable, this checkpoint looks rather nice as all of the equipment appear to be brand new, though the thing is despite this place looking well defended especially with how Staraptor and Togekiss are flying in the air, with Pikachu and Piplup working on a Wii and TV to control the weaponry on board, this set being powered by a power supply pack which in turn is powered by Pikachu's electric attacks, I still have this feeling that this will be where they meet their doom, but like I've said with the helicopter how can it happen, especially with how even if they're in trouble they can just call for reinforcements by air support, considering how friendly fire is impossible in this world, and the genuine refugees that wish to defect wouldn't die from the air strikes.

The thing is though, I can't help but notice how even though I notice looks of determination on their faces, I notice looks of concern particularly on Ash and Dawn as they brace themselves for a potential attack, or at the very least the sight of lots and lots of refugees approaching them, appearing to be ever so exhausted without food or drink, or medicine or clothing, or anywhere to live.

It is then that they notice in the distance refugees coming towards their position moving ever so slowly due to how much their bodies ache from all the walking, and though they expected this, the sight of them all in such huge numbers and in such appalling conditions shock them, but just before Ash was to call for help to deal with such massive numbers, he hears the sound of the SAM shooting a missile at a jet plane so high in the sky, which they know to be from Planeptune, and it doesn't take long at all for the plane to be destroyed by the missile.

The plane being there baffles the pair along with the huge crowd showing up all of a sudden just as it does me, where did they all come from? Though I realise that this must be perhaps Neptune's attempt to take them down, well I guess this is it, at least it will be admirable to see Ash and Dawn along with Forest and Sepia put up a brave fight against their impending doom.

"All those refugees and that SAM site destroying the plane above, that's quite odd what's going on?" Ash asks sounding ever so concerned.

"Yeah I'm a bit baffled, but no need to worry, we'll just process these refugees, though something tells me that they may not in fact be refugees, how can they all be coming at once all of a sudden? Still, if they're not refugees, all of us here and the Pokémon can handle it." Dawn adds sharing the same tone as Ash.

As Dawn mentions the Pokémon she looks at the Pokémon with them and as she looks at them, I notice there being more of them including Infernape, Buneary and Pachirisu, though there are others who I recognise in which they are Buizel, Torterra and Gliscor who I know belongs to Ash which he used in the series with him and Dawn, and Mamoswine and Quilava who I know belongs to Dawn.

Buizel is orange and looks like an otter or a weasel, with its body getting wider as it heads to the bottom. It has two tails with yellow tips and has orange feet and arms, in which there are blue fins attached to each arm, it's chest has what appears to be yellow fur, and it appears to be wearing some sort of yellow scarf around its neck. On its orange head is two tips and below its black eyes are two gills one for each eye, and it has a nose with two hairs.

Ah I remember him originally being caught by Dawn, only to find that it prefers to battle and so it was swapped for a different Pokémon which I forget which one it was.

Meanwhile there is Torterra who looks like a gigantic tortoise, only on its shell is a tree along with spike, it's shell is green and on top of its body it's green, along with its head which has spikes on either sides, the rest if it's body is brown and it has large silver toes on its feet.

Interestingly enough this Pokémon has attached to it a small artillery piece on its back as well, though what's special about it is it seems to be able to reload the shell all by itself, as I see it surrounded by a large box and some electronics.

Then there is Gliscor who looks like some sort of bat, in which its wings are black and it's body is a dark purple in which it has small thin red arms, with giant purple pincers, a thin red chest which connects to a purple bottom, in which there are purple legs and feet as well as a long tail, and a purple chest and purple head with yellow eyes, red ears and sharp teeth.

I remember this Pokémon being quite funny particularly with how it always lands on Ash, and it's interesting how while I know Pokémon have a tendency to say their names, Gliscor does sometimes say why, then again I remember how various other names can be quite amusing.

As for Dawn's Pokémon Mamoswine, it's basically a woolly mammoth with its large brown body, four legs and toes along with its tusks, though it's head is a light blue surrounded by grey and it has some fur along with a pink nose.

Like with Torterra it has a weapon mounted on its back, though this time it's a minigun which is operated by a Loweean soldier.

Finally there is Quilava, which is quite a small Pokémon which has four legs and all of them being yellow, in fact the bottom half of its body is yellow while the top of its body and head is a black and blue sort of colour, though on its head it has red eyes, blue pointy ears, and a flame on top of its head along with flames on its back.

I remember Dawn having this Pokémon, I remember it actually coming from an egg though before it was a Cydnaquil, and eventually it evolved into a Quilava. I knew how much it got on well with her and it's good to see such a strong powerful bond between trainer and Pokémon.

Still, it's such a shame that my gut tells me that something horrible will happen to all of them, though what I don't know, though I feel we're about to find out.

"Ash I can't help but feel suspicious of these guys." Dawn says sounding quite alarmed, though trying so hard to say to herself no need to worry over and over again.

"Our only way of seeing if they are legit is to fire at one of them, that way if they are genuine they won't die, but doing that will mean that they could flee in panic instead of head towards us." Ash replies.

"Good point, but then we can get our Pokémon to halt their advance and then go up and explain to them, though then again they'll still be frightened and may try and flee and get squashed." Dawn proposes.

"Pikapi Pikapi!" Pikachu calls out, and it is then I recognise that Pikapi is his way of saying Ash.

The raven haired trainer then goes over to his Pokémon and realises that his Pikachu has seen the refugees conceal weapons; they are indeed coming to attack the checkpoint just as Ash has said.

Just as we all thought, and the numbers are overwhelming even if their equipment does not match that of the Loweean checkpoint, and so it is then that Ash and Dawn give the order to attack and so with Pikachu and Piplup at the controls, they use the Pokémon with weapons to open fire against the Planeptune rabble of armed soldiers, while the newly wedded couple give orders to their respective Pokémon, to do moves that they know will harm them. Meanwhile the rest of the troops and the newly married couple themselves open fire against them.

The thing is though, I begin to grow concerned as to why they haven't called for reinforcements especially with where this is going, in fact Ash and Dawn would know with the makeshift base they captured, and they must have been thinking about doing it before. Something's wrong, they'd know to do it, I can't help but wonder could the enemy plane have something to do with it? Still if they don't think to call for reinforcements, will they think to retreat if they can't defeat the enemy here?

I'm not sure if they will be able to defeat the enemy because despite the destructive power of both weapons and Pokémon alike, causing numerous casualties as the field is now littered with enemy corpses, as their bodies are flown all over the place, there are still plenty more and it's certain that though they have plenty of ammunition at the moment, it will run out.

"No need to worry guys, we need to defend this position against those that wish to wipe us and our Pokémon out, keep doing the same moves you're doing Pokémon of ours, you're doing great." Dawn says trying to sound calm and confident.

The thing is I am in fact starting to get worried in this flashback, with how there's just more and more enemy soldiers come piling in to take the checkpoint. It just bewilders me as to where they get all of their soldiers from and how can there be so many loyal troops, despite all that Neptune does. The sight of them potentially being led to their slaughter horrifies me, that Neptune would happily throw her soldiers away to be annihilated, it just shows the contempt that she has for her people, even if they are loyal to her for reasons that I'm unsure of, no doubt because they're brainwashed.

After seeing the carnage of all of those dead Planeptune soldiers who have been nothing but targets and fodder for the Pokémon's attacks and gunfire and cannon fire, the flashback then takes me back to where Sepia and Forest though a similar thing has happened there, in that enemy soldiers with RPGs open fire on the back of the helicopters, destroying the rotors completely and causing that section to burn, producing lots of thick smoke. Oddly enough I can see a jet plane which must be a Planeptune one above, flying quickly over the helicopters, I wonder if it's the same sort as with Ash and Dawn.

Note: Readers please listen to Delta Force Black Hawk Down Main Theme while reading this:

With the people gathered to see the helicopter now showing their true colours with their AK47s, Sepia and Forest along with their Lastation allies open fire against them with their miniguns and assault rifles.

The situation is just like with Ash and Dawn, in which the Lastation troops manage to wipe out loads and loads of enemies, but the enemies still keep coming and it's only a matter of time before they run out of ammunition, or worse will get taken down. With the tail rotors destroyed there's no way for them to escape unless they can somehow defeat this rabble, but the thing is that even though they can still call for reinforcements, something tells me that they won't think to do so, and I wonder if the jet has emitted something invisible which makes it such that they won't.

Still at least it's good to see the Lastation soldiers not giving up despite such over whelming odds as they are pinned down in the helicopters, and they are able to defeat plenty of enemies and inflict massive casualties, but then again it's quite sad to see what must be brainwashed soldiers being led to their slaughter in their masses, and I just know that they're postponing the inevitable, and I feel that their defeat will be in vain which is what makes it worse.

I cannot bear to watch but I know that it's important, as we must know what has happened to them and most importantly, can we rescue them?

The flashback then takes me back to Dawn and Ash's battle, in which it is now that the weaponry on the flying Pokémon have ran out of ammunition, and so they have switched to picking up C4s and dropping them on enemies, in fact the weaponry on the other Pokémon are out of ammunition.

In fact the Pokémon without weaponry have ran out of moves, and so they try to go back to Dawn and Ash in hopes that medicine can be provided and they can use their powerful moves once again, but the thing is that by this point Gliscor, Buizel and Buneary have fallen by darts.

While this merely puts them to sleep and Ash and Dawn are able to awaken them with their items, this takes up time and more and more of them are closing in, and with the Pokémon running out of ammunition for the weaponry, and needing items to rearm their powerful moves.

While there are plenty of items to go around, the fact that the Pokémon have to wait before they can attack again, means that the seemingly limitless horde are able to advance further to their position, allowing them to try and attempt to attack the Pokémon, even though it takes a lot of their bullets to make them faint, and while there are a relative small percentage armed with darts, they can only make them sleep, but whether it's sleeping or fainting the trainers can cure those issues if they are able to get to their Pokémon.

At this point, Togekiss and Staraptor have fallen from too many darts and bullets, and yet they've fallen in an area completely surrounded by enemies, and there's no way to get to them, it's quite tragic as they've been useful and with just a couple of Pokémon down, it's going to diminish the strength of the checkpoint's garrison.

Realising this, the pilots controlling the weapons on the flying Pokémon then decide to fight on the front lines, and use whatever attacks they could to deal damage and then head back to Dawn and Ash, but soon they realise it's better for them to try and assist their trainers in using items to heal the remaining Pokémon.

I can tell that Ash and Dawn are fully stocked with items to help rearm and revive their Pokémon as well as reawaken them, but I wonder when it will run out? Still they have done ever so well to hold out the checkpoint and to inflict such massive casualties, but it'll only be a matter of time before it ends up being that they're just helping their Pokémon, and their Pokémon needing their help will just allow the enemy to close in and to simply attack the trainers, because they know that when they're down, the Pokémon cannot be healed.

I am then taken to Forest and Sepia and by now even though there are plenty of enemy troops that are dead, there are still plenty more of them alive, and it's just them two now and they are severely wounded. What's worse is that they find the entire Planeptune gang to be here consisting of Neptune, Plutia, Nepgear, IF, Nisa, Gust, Compa and Peashy, armed with AK47s for the Makers and Sega Stunners for the CPUs and Candidates.

They all stand there smiling as they know that they've got their opponents cornered and heavily wounded, it's disgusting how they just throw away all their people like fodder to wound them, and now with their superior health and numbers they intend to kill them, or worse capture and torture them, torture them so that they can become the very villains that I remember them to be in the series. This is horrible, I cannot bear the sight of this seeing Neptune and her goons triumph like this, it's ever so disgusting and I can only hope at least that it doesn't happen to me or my friends that are sleeping with me.

"What nerve Arfoire, thinking you can come here on behalf of Lastation and Lowee, and interfering in these people's business? You'll pay for trying to steal my people away, don't you know that I decide what supplies they get and don't get? You will not get away with this!" Neptune yells at her.

I find myself absolutely disgusted with what she says considering how the people are in such desperate need of help, and yet Neptune clearly does not intend to help them one bit. It's interesting how the dialogue resembles what was said in the nightmare.

"Hahahahaha. Interfering with other people's business? I'm not the one who's made them hungry, sick, cold and homeless Neptune. How can you be proud of yourself? This is supposed to be your capital and look at what you have done to it, being full of nothing but huts and tents, while you live in your basilicom away from all this and do absolutely nothing for them. You must know that you're everyone's least favourite person here. And I will do to you what you did to the people of your pathetic capital. This land, these people, will no longer belong to you, and there's nothing you can do to stop us." Sepia says with aggression and determination despite grunting from her wounds.

"Oh really? I think you'll find that you won't succeed when dealing with us, when I defeat you I will make you pay for your evil deeds. Come on ladies let's kick her bum so we can go home and have lotsa pudding." Neptune speaks as she rallies her troops.

Evil deeds? Words cannot describe how even more disgusted I am. It's clear, the only one doing the evil deeds is Neptune, and yet while I admire Sepia for saying those words, it's clear how she won't survive against them, and so both Sepia and Forest open fire against the group though mostly aiming at Neptune, but it's no use as although Neptune gets shot in the guts and she's clearly in a lot of pain, as well as having blood come out all over her torso, it's nothing compared to what happens to Forest and Sepia. But just as they're almost dead suffering in complete agony and covered in blood, The vile leader of Planeptune orders her friends to stop firing, and instead gets out a sawn off and fires two darts at the pair, knocking them out cold.

This I find horrible but at least I know that Arfoire was Sepia and would end up being captured by Neptune, my only guess is that she will become Arfoire by the purple haired witch, though with regards to how it's to be done while it's important to find out, I know I will not like one bit of how it happened.

Even if at least we will know everything about it, it's horrible to know how one of our own can lose to Neptune like this, at least the wretched purpled haired witch got wounded, but those wounds will heal, and what will happen to Sepia and Forest will be very bad indeed, not least it's seeing the Planeptune CPewwww triumph as they're all cheering, excited with how they've defeated such a strong opponent albeit allowing their troops to be slaughtered so they can weaken them, the very prospect of eating pudding afterwards to celebrate their ill earned "victory", while their people continually starve and suffer sickens me, and to know that it's still happening now and won't end any time soon is even worse.

It is then that I am taken in the flash back to Ash and Dawn's checkpoint, and it's just getting worse and worse for them, as now the same 8 who finished off Sepia and Forrest, is here to defeat Ash and Dawn.

They're all standing there smug carrying the same weapons as before, as they know they have Ash and Dawn cornered and are heavily outnumbered. The thing is that rather than the nice newly wedded couple showing signs from their body language that they're screwed, they see an opportunity to take down the leaders of this nation, meaning that Planeptune will be free with its tyrannous leaders dead, and even if both characters from Pokémon were to fall, it would be a sacrifice that is not in vain.

Even if those 8 from Planeptune has the same health each as Dawn and Ash, they are confident that their Pokémon will be able to take them out, even if it's at the risk of falling to the rest of the troops there, who despite such heavy losses are still coming in their masses.

I admire them for that and it's fantastic to see all of Ash's and Dawn's remaining Pokémon, using their powerful moves against the 8some and the army, doing their best to take down the arrogant brutal leaders even as they are being shot with bullets from their seemingly limitless minions.

I see thunderbolts and discharges in which electricity is fired from Pikachu and Pachirisu respectively at the 8, shocking them intensely and causing them serious pain as well as seeing their stupid hair get messed up and out of place. I then see burning hot fire directed at them as well from Infernape and Quilava, which are very powerful and cause even more serious pain to them, causing their bodies to be completely burned and their hair to be lost.

After seeing this happen numerous times, I then see Torterra shoot large balls at surrounding enemies and the evil 8 in which the impact sends them flying through the air and in pieces, as well as shooting razor leaves at the evil 8 beforehand, which causes severe cuts all over their bodies, as their blood is leaking out. I also see the destruction from Mamoswine's Ice shards being shot at them too, and that is a lot of destruction for them indeed.

There's also Piplup who's hydro pump not only soaks the vile leaders of Planeptune, but it's intensity is such that they are pinned down and at the mercy of other attacks, in which Buneary exploits as it's ice beam is able to freeze the evil 8 solid, which is sure to cause significant damage to them or at least cause them severe discomfort as they're frozen solid, then there's Gliscor who's screeching makes it hard for the troops to focus due to the loud noises, allowing Buizel's sonic booms to launch them into the air meaning that when they land the falls, will kill them.

The attacks from the Pokémon and the results on the massive enemy army and leaders is a sight to behold, as it's a struggle for them to get the Pokémon and it's wonderful to see the vile Planeptune CPUs, Candidate and makers get what they truly deserve.

This pleases Ash and Dawn very much as they are smiling, even laughing at Neptune and her cronies getting what they deserve who what they have done, but the tragic thing is that despite their best and their best being such that a large chunk of the enemy are now dead from the various attacks, in which the number is absolutely countless, and it looks like the evil 8 are dead, I know from this being a flashback that they're not dead, even if they are unable to move and their bodies suggest that they're crippled, and their bodies and health cannot take such punishment.

There is also how there are still plenty more of the enemy, and during that spectacle of the Pokémon fighting bravely and doing so well, one by one they've got shot down from both bullets and darts, as their eyes inform me and my friends experiencing this flashback that they're knocked out.

What's worse is that with the sight of those leaders, Ash and Dawn were determined to get them and to wipe them out, because they know that they won't survive with the never ending numbers, and their items not being as endless as the enemy numbers, and with that logic they've sent their loyal Pokémon out to engage them, but with them gone they are too far away, and now with them completely covered by the remaining army they cannot be reached and are no more.

But even with the enemy army still massive, and even if it's just Ash and Dawn without their Pokémon, they are still pleased to see the enemy leaders dead even if we know it to be otherwise. And so for their allies they fight to the death, and it is quite tragic how they are unable to flee or call for reinforcements because then they would survive, but at least they are determined to take out as many enemies as possible, even if I can tell from their body language that it's not nice for them to have to wipe out countless brainwashed enemy soldiers, who are in need of help.

"No need to worry, I know some way we'll get through Ash, I do not intend to die just after my fantastic wedding with you Ash." Dawn says in her usual cheery friendly tone.

"You're right we'll just give them everything we've got Dawn." Ash replies in a similar manner.

They soon realise that they do not have the firepower let alone enough bullets to hold them off, but still they carry on regardless and do their best to use cover, and to take out as many enemies as possible while conserving ammunition.

The tragic thing is that though they manage to take out a fair number of the enemies, they quickly get shot in the head by darts and the enemy army comes swarming in, only to find that there are no more of them in the checkpoint, but the Planpetune soldiers realise that their leaders have been there with them, and yet they have no idea of where they are considering how many of them have been blasted off.

Many of them look for them in panic, worried about what has happened to them, and what will happen to them for allowing their leaders to be harmed, while the rest of them pick up the Pokémon and Ash and Dawn, no doubt to revive them and torture them so that they can get what they know. I know that the newly wed couple won't defect willingly, or give up what they know, yet it horrifies me that it's likely that Sepia and Forest may in fact become Arfoire and Ganache respectively, thanks to Neptune's brainwashing, and who's to say the same won't happen to the Pokémon Master and the Top Coordinator? The fought of it, me fighting against two characters who I admire very much.

I guess just as we suspected they would in fact get defeated by Neptune, even if they've put up an excellent fight. I know that what will happen to them will be as ugly as Plutia herself or her deeds, but how ugly, and more importantly will we be able to rescue them so that they can be back where they belong, and be able to avenge their defeat and their experience?

Still even if Neptune did beat them and even if it has something to do with Neptune eventually brainwashing Blanc and Lowee, I and those watching the flashback with me can at least be pleased that Plutia and her cronies got shot, blown up, electrocuted, burned, soaked, frozen and cut by plenty of razor leaves, their hair has also been lost as well ,and it's such satisfaction to see them get what they deserve, though even if they've got pain from them and humiliation, for now until we can get our hands on them, they'll just be able to retaliate and get away with it.

I guess all I can do is to brace myself for what is coming next, because it won't be pretty but at least I like to think I can find out where they are, that is if they don't kill them because this is the time before the perk a colas where we can revive our fallen, if they've taken the drinks beforehand.

But whatever Neptune or Plutia intends to do to those foursome and the Pokémon, she will pay dearly, in fact she will pay dearly to all the horror that she has done to the innocents, not least for starting the war. They will pay dearly, they will all pay dearly.
