Chapter 115: Rescues, rescues and more rescues

Now I'm awake after that dreadful flashback, even though at least it was the truth, I feel a mixture of emotions and I'm sure the same can be said for the others in bed with me.

I feel very happy to see my friends and family all lying together on this comfortable bed, it's such a relief to be in such pleasant surroundings, as I feel the comfort and warmth of the bed, and my warm gentle heavenly empress goddess wife Noire lying next to me, along with her arm coiled around my head, and my arm coiled around hers in which I feel her silky, soft long large layered royal blue hair, and to also see the views of outside, the tall Lastation skyscrapers with the magnificent high tech grand features brightening up with the sun rising, is such a wonderful experience, and what tops this off, is all of us waking up as well.

At the same time however, despite the flashback being over now, and nothing more horrible for us to see, at least for now, not to mention how we now know what happened to them or at least some of it, and we even know the location of where they are now, it's ever so horrible to know that this has actually happened to them, the capture, the torture of them and their Pokémon. Then there's the brainwashing of them and trying to inject them with such horrific liquids, which had dangerous effects. What makes this is worse is how long did it go on for, considering the time from the beginning of the brainwashing of Blanc, to now?

So long they've been locked up, in the dark with severe pain of different sorts, with the certainty of being kept there forever, yet their suffering will never ever end, it's unimaginable. What concerns me is that can we rescue them at Sea Foam islands, a place where I'm unsure if we can access it right now, and even if we can what concerns me is that how well guarded is it and what do the guards and defences consist of, where exactly are they being held, and how much reinforcements can be spared to rescue them?

Even if they can be rescued, can they be restored to full health as well as being able to remove the effects of the liquid for good? I hope so because if not then even if we've brought them back to us, they'll still be suffering the negative effects, and it won't be easy being able to perform their duty again while that still happens. Even then, the thing is there's also the matter of dealing with their trauma which must be absolutely horrendous for them to say the least.

It's all so frustrating that despite the victories in the nightmares that we get, we still don't have Neptune, and worse still she carries on with her nightmares, and there is the awareness that she's done so many atrocities along with Plutia with her sadistic tortures, and yet they are not brought to justice, we can merely survive and win in the nightmares. I feel even more frustrated as this is a specific example of what she's done and yet she cannot be brought to justice.

It is then I hear from both Noire and Blanc a struggle to hold back the tears, as they sniffle and breathe deeply. I look to their eyes and they are quite watery as if they're about to burst into tears, this is the closest I've ever seen to them actually crying, though perhaps unlike the others I think it's fair to say that they feel partially responsible and this I find completely understandable.

"You two feel guilty don't you?" I ask the two CPUs with much calm and sympathy, knowing full well that they do.

"I do, I just wish I brought more troops for them, perhaps if I did then it wouldn't have happened, who knows maybe had it not been for that, Neptune could have been defeated far sooner, meaning there wouldn't be this misery now. I would have rescued them even if there were too many enemies surrounding them, and they couldn't cope. All those innocent people who needed food were denied that and as a result died." Noire says sounding ever so depressed and very upset, feeling that she has indirectly killed and tortured all of those innocents, on the mere fact that she didn't send in more people for Sepia and Forest, and feels that because of this Neptune wasn't to be defeated.

"And I feel guilt as well, in fact if there were more troops with Ash and Dawn, they could have actually killed Neptune and her cronies, and with their deaths, the world would have been safe, not the danger we have now, where we're the only hope and it's a fight for survival. It makes me feel so angry to know what has happened to them, and those poor, poor Pokémon of theirs." Miss Lowee says sounding ever so similar to Noire, with the same sort of thoughts that make her feel bad through her head. No doubt she feels frustrated with how close they were to defeating Neptune here and now we're completely far away from it.

I can understand this guilt, the feeling that they're responsible for the loss of those people and therefore the war, but I strongly disagree on them having to feel guilt, and it is then that I answer them and reassure them.

"You have no need to feel any guilt whatsoever, because the thing is who started the war, who has directly harmed their own people? You haven't started the war, you want peace but you also want the world to prosper and for there to be no death, no tyranny, no torture or suffering. Neptune is the vile evil tyrant; she's the one responsible for this situation, and the horror before affecting countless upon countless numbers of lives in such horrific manners from starving them, killing them to torturing them and who knows what else.

She must be stopped and you two along with us all, have done much to try and stop her, fighting her at every turn and stopping her all those times in the flashbacks, and in the nightmares and winning a lot of the battles in that war, all that happened was just the capture of a couple of our well trained guys, and that was down to them not calling reinforcements, even though there were plenty of top quality reinforcements, and while there is the idea of spreading troops so thin, you weren't to know they'd ambush them, you weren't to know they'd use something like that so that they would not think to call for reinforcements, and you wouldn't think to ask them if they needed any. She caused this not you.

At the very worst it was a tragic mistake, and was that the turning point of the war? I can't see how it can be considering the amount of victories and the superior technology that we have. Neptune has always been slippery as despite repeatedly defeating her, she always manages to come back. It happened before coming here, and it happened in the nightmares she'd like us to experience.

Neptune must have had some outside help, I'm not convinced that someone like her would be able to come up with these sorts of technologies like brainwashing and memory erasing, or to keep coming back after defeating her frequently before coming here, but who would help her though?

In any case I think the whole point of this, is to try and make you feel guilty, pathetic propaganda in trying to make out that we're not as good as we truly are, because of this nonsense that we have some responsibility in their capture when really we have none. I completely understand your feelings and I too feel bad for them, but Neptune wants us to be bothered, she wants to get under our skin, make us question ourselves and to lose it with guilt that we should not be feeling.

Neptune is the guilty one, and we cannot and must not show any guilt or else she has got under our skin, we cannot give the pathetic excuse of a CPU the satisfaction of grieving, even though it is completely understandable, we must grieve in secret and not cry for our nemesis, for one thing it is terrible for our morale which we need lots of if we are to win.

Besides which I am certain that they wouldn't want us to feel guilty for them, and I'm sure that they'll keep going for us. There was nothing we could have done then, it's now we need to focus on, and we need to at the least avenge their capture and torture and their horrific predicament. I understand that Sea Foam Islands is probably in Kanto province in Lowee, but can the island be accessed?" I say to them with determination and optimism which much passion, almost as if I'm giving them a speech, perhaps I am.

Everyone looks at me, listening with smiles at what I have to say, and it pleases me, it pleases me to see the watery eyes of the benevolent CPUs gone and their expressions to change from guilt and sadness, to determination and perhaps a bit of anger, the rage in which they desire to avenge what has happened to their allies. They even applaud me after what I've said in approval and agreement.

"Thank you very much for what you have said, and you are right, we shouldn't feel guilt even though I do feel bad that this has happened to such good people. At the end of the day it's all Neptune's fault and she'll pay for what she's done." Miss Lastation says with a smile, a smile of gratitude while also showing a determined look and her tone reinforces this as well.

"Yeah same here, I thank you for showing me that it's wrong to feel guilt for what has happened, we are not responsible even though it's tragic, it's that damn Neptune's fault, and as for your question Black, Sea Foam Islands is in fact deep in enemy territory, but we'll have to check their exact location with our satellites and to see how heavily guarded it is, hopefully we'll be able to use our satellites over there without them spotting us. It would be nice because it would be horrible after finally finding out who Arfoire really was, and what it was all about, and knowing their location only for us to not be able to get there.

It's ever so tragic how Plutia's intention was for us to forget about them completely through no fault of our own, and to put them in a place we wouldn't think to look, and it's interesting how it's in a cave in Lowee rather than in Planeptune. I don't know what to make of that considering how they've placed our allies in a prison in our territory, because while that is most unforgiveable, at least it'll be easier for us to rescue them.

The thing is it's like they knew Lowee would be taken and that we would be in such desperate circumstances like now, and yet now Viridian Forest is secure and so will Pallet Town and Viridian City soon enough, in fact Sea Foam Island is not far from Cinnabar Island, in which that isn't far from Pallet Town.

While it's nice we may have a good chance in rescuing them, are Neptune aware of this and will try to lay out a trap for us?" Blanc mentions while thinking sounding determined and baffled depending on the things she mentions, her body language supports these emotions as well.

That's a very good point she makes is that a trap? And we act as though Neptune knows we've seen it, but is it just a simple finding out the truth thanks to rescuing Oichi, a representation of good, and that our nemesis isn't aware of us seeing that flashback? Maybe we're overestimating Neptune. In any case we can't just leave them there to suffer forever, we need those allies of ours, and we need them to be rescued so that soon enough they can join in our fight against Team Rocket, considering that with the war going we need every spare troop we can get in our liberation of Lowee.

"You are right to think that Blanc, and I have been wondering that for some time, though I like to think that since we must have kept the brainwashing at bay, and our HUDs have given us no warning, then we should at least be able to gather intelligence and find out what exactly we will be dealing with there. We need all the allies we can get, and I do not like how Neptune is trying to effectively keeping us boxed in back at Lastation, she's toying with us and we cannot allow this to happen.

In any case Noire considering the pain they have suffered and the effects the drug has had on them, do you think anything can be done to remove the effects and restore them back to their former glory?" I say to them while thinking what's on my mind trying to maintain my sound of optimism despite the question I have to ask, since I am unsure of it.

"That's a good question. I suppose it's investigating what exactly they've been injected with and then trying to come up with an antidote to help cure their negative symptoms, though I like to think that my Nano bots can heal them and that while they may have developed a deadly drug, it's no match for the technology I have to help cure patients from various ailments, in fact diseases and illnesses are non-existent in Lastation, though I've always been working on it to help the Planeptune refugees that came.

What concerns me is that even if the physical pain can be cured, there is still the trauma of the experience of what they went through which is ever so tragic, and while I have been looking up trying to delete certain memories that people have, and backing them up as a method of countering stronger brainwashing, I'm unsure if the people can easily keep that trauma forgotten, I worry that something random may remind them of it, and it will affect them, but hopefully them not being in pain, and being rescued will help a lot in combatting the trauma.

It must be awful and while I don't feel guilt anymore, I do feel bad for them, in fact I feel bad for all who have suffered under Neptune and her cronies." Noire says trying to sound hopeful and optimistic despite not being able to give the answer we'd all like, but I prefer the truth any day, and sometimes the truth isn't ideal but honesty is key.

"Don't worry, I know your technology is highly advanced, the best, and I'm confident that you will be able to succeed in this and restore them back to full health. It impresses me how you're working on so many different projects to make lives better. In any case it's unfortunate that we need to sort out Hideyoshi and his allies' plan to invade Lastation before anything else, though Nagamasa and Katsuie should be there, meaning Oichi will finally get her loved one and friend back with us, and while it's frustrating for those trapped in Sea Foam Island, it must have been frustrating all that long, what's a fraction of a day?" I say to them with determination sounding upbeat and confident as I'm sure Noire will do her best and it will be significant.

"Indeed, and I think I can recall exactly what our strategy should be, in that since there doesn't appear to be many troops since the last time I checked yesterday, and that there's only Hideyoshi, Hisahide, Koshihoso and Nene with them right now, along with the circumstances being that it needs to look like a few Team Rocket grunts have gone rogue and have teamed up with Oichi, in her quest to find her loved ones and punish those responsible for kidnapping them, even though it's highly risky, it's best to wait by the route of the jeeps and trucks that are carrying the supplies to the camp. And as soon as we see Katsuie and Nagamasa in one of them, we ambush it to the best of our ability, capture them and then under the ruse of getting revenge, we can then go to the camp and defeat the enemy there." Noire says to us with much confidence and pride.

Ah I remember that plan now, to ambush the truck of Oichi's allies, knock them out and then go to the camp and defeat the enemy there, and then the rest of the enemy. But as I remember it I am then reminded by how difficult it will be, considering how they'll have more bosses compared to us, even if they'll be split up and we're going to take each group on separately.

"Katsuie, Nagamasa, at last. At last I'll reunite with you, ah I have thought for a long time that you two have been lost forever by the hands of our enemies, I couldn't bear that thought, but now it will be a past memory, and I can only hope that it will never happen again, and I only hope that justice will be brought to those responsible." Oichi says to us with hope as she thinks about reuniting with them, her smile being full of hope as well.

It's nice for her to finally get her loved ones back soon and for the couple of Oichi's to be back with us, and to be really well in a matter of a couple of hours, it's like with Dawn and Ash another couple to be back with us soon as well in which I'm confident will happen despite the challenge. I'm pleased to see Oichi smile with confidence despite the horror that she has seen, though come to think of it, it makes me wonder if Nagamasa and Katsuie have been tortured and in what way have they been? I hope it's not too bad, though in any case at least Oichi has defeated Noh, one of those who would intend serious harm towards innocent people.

"What happened in that war? How come at one point we were winning and yet some time along the way, we'd end up losing against them, was the brainwashing a part of it?" Stealth asks with much curiosity in his voice.

That's been something on my mind for a while now; I must admit I do wonder exactly how did the war get turned around in Neptune's favour? I'm not sure if even Noire or Blanc knows, I can remember my wonderful wife telling me what she knew about this.

"That's a very good question, and I think brainwashing was a huge part of it, because when Blanc got brainwashed I lost a very good ally, and it would prove to be Neptune's gain, and the thing is that from the vague memories I've had in flash backs, I know that Neptune would rise again and I get ever so baffled why she does that despite us beating her time after time, in fact I have a feeling that just before coming here, that it did feel like we was losing all of a sudden, and it's like in the war here. Then again the dream involving Blanc phoning Nepgear, really suggests that perhaps our position from where we came from was not as strong as we thought, or maybe it was strong I don't know.

I do actually reckon though that Neptune must have had outside help of some sort in both places, that's the only way it could have happened, and I think that time when Black spied on Neptune proves that, but who? Who would do this and what motive would they have?" Noire says just as bewildered as Stealth, as she tries to think of a rational explanation.

"I'm not sure, I can't help but wonder if who we are may have something to do with it, but what I can't say, because we are a lot of good things which they despise, then again it could be something else, hmmm." I respond trying to think but like before I cannot come to anything concrete, and I do wonder when I will.

They all then think about this and I think they all agree with me, that who we are could have something to do with it, but who could do this, who could support this pathetic excuse of a CPU?

As if on cue though before anything else can be said by our friends like White, Stealth, Uni, Rom and Ram, Colonel Stanley Hargrove enters the gigantic room that we're in, no doubt important news is on his mind.

"Forgive me for disturbing you right now, but the convoy will soon be approaching our place of attack, so we'll need to drop you off in about a few minutes time." The colonel reports to us calmly and in a friendly manner.

"Don't worry it is urgent and we're about to get up, and while it's quite a pity that they're going that early in the morning, I suppose it's understandable that they want to do this as soon as possible, and perhaps be ready to time their attack with a potential Leanbox one. In any case I figured this would happen, and it's a good thing that my atom manipulators can create delicious breakfast that can be eaten on the go." Lady Black Heart replies in calm, understanding manner and smiles at him in appreciation of the news.

"Way ahead of you there Lady Black Heart, I have prepared some breakfast on the go for the group who's going, and I wish you luck to all of those on their mission for this morning." Colonel Hargrove replies with a smile genuinely hoping that we can succeed.

"Thank you very much and I wish you the best of luck and I'm confident that you will succeed." Noire says in a caring friendly manner, only for her to give me a long hug and pleasurable kiss.

Well isn't it interesting how soon after do we wake up from those nightmares where we had to fight for our survival, do we now have to fight for our nation's survival as well as that of Nagamasa's and Katsuie's. It's around the clock, 24/7, with fighting in nightmares at night, and fighting against our enemies when we're awake, all to ensure our nation's survival, it never ends, and this is going to go on and on, from one mission to another, one gun fight to another, one boss fight to another, and with no time to rest, but still how can we rest unless to restore our batteries and our morale, when our enemies have the upper hand, and our allies are in danger, and when our allies are suffering in unending unimaginable pain?

At least even if the never-ending battles are frustrating, we can at least rescue some allies who are forced to work for the enemy, and if Neptune manages to frustrate us all with her evasion and persistence, we can frustrate her back, and annoy her greatly as we refuse to give in, to lose and to defy her and to humiliate her whenever we have the opportunity to do so.

In any case it is not long before we get up and ready ourselves for the mission, not even having time to wash, not that it matters because for one thing, we can just wash when we get back, and we've been in the Jacuzzi, and another thing is because tragically there are loads of others that have never had a wash in their lives thanks to the tragic war started by our vile nemesis.

After that we quickly got into our Team Rocket clothing, and after picking up our weapons with myself carrying a Type 100, while Oichi has picked up two Nambu pistols, while Stealth and White have picked up a couple of Arisakas with bayonets attached, we head to the cargo area while eating our breakfast cobs consisting of bacon, egg, hash brown, brown sauce, along with a waffle and a large mushroom and tomato, and to drink we've had a hot chocolate to go with cream on top. It's very nice, but I find myself in a rush to consume this delicious breakfast because of the urgency of our attack.

At least we had time to finish our meals but immediately afterwards, we are then dropped off but not before Noire gives me another long pleasurable hug and kiss for good luck, along with a wish of good luck by the rest of them in which they smile and wave to us and give us moral support and friendly encouragement.

So the four of us to intercept a convoy with a couple of reinforcements to assist, though that convoy is sure to have a few troops and jeeps along to guard our captured allies. OK, I'm confident like the rest of us that we will do it, confident and determined, I know we have to deal with a few enemies on the way but no problem, especially with having a sawn off armed with tranquilizer darts so that we can knock out both Nagamasa and Katsuie, provide them with the perk a colas we have disguised as Team Rocket drinks and then kill them and then revive them, and provide them with the perk a colas.

We have no need to worry as Dawn would say, no need to worry what so ever, though with that said I hope Dawn and the others aren't too demoralised and have not given up hope, despite the situation she's in. We're coming for you guys, just hold on, we'll rescue you as soon as we've finished up here.

With this in mind, I hope it doesn't take too long so that we can quickly rescue them, not least so that we can have a bit of a breather after what we've faced, but our job is more important, lots and lots and lots of people are counting on us, and I just hope that we can succeed in our mission, it would be frustrating and disastrous if not.

And so it is now that we've landed on the ground, near to where we need to go, but even though there are enemies up ahead, they wouldn't be able to hear our landing. The thing is as we begin our cautious yet swift trek to where we need to go, knowing we'll be meeting up a few of our allies, it feels ever so good to be back, and I say this because rather than it being a dream, it is reality and what we're about to do will make a difference, we'll be working to stop the enemy rather than defending, but then again other than rescuing a couple of friends of Oichi's, it is pretty much defending as we will get to stop an attack on Lastation, that could prove disastrous if successful.

It is then that we rush through and notice several enemy grunts scattered about in this dense forest that we're in, fairly close to where we are, and it's thanks to my visions that I can see them, they prove to be no trouble as one by one they get dispatched by a thrown knife into the head, which pleases me because although taking them out with our guns is easy, it's not in our interest to alert the enemy here.

With these silent kills done, we then move on to some more, and then after that a few more, it's just the same thing we find them kill them with our throwing knives, pick them up and then find some more, but what begins to concern me is will we make it to the location on time, so that we can perform our ambush on the enemy convoy?

Another thing that concerns me is how many troops are in the convoy and how close are their allies, and how many of them are there? I guess we can't worry about that now, as we keep going to the checkpoint where our friends should be, dealing with the enemies group by group, and it's quite surprising how there are a fair amount of them patrolling the area, and it looks like there's even more to come, but then again I should have expected this considering what I've experienced before, dealing with so many, but it's wonderful how thanks to our tactics we have not been hit once and can only ensure it's the case for as long as possible.

Luckily enough for us, it isn't too long until we've reached our checkpoint albeit after defeating numerous groups, and all I can see other than the forest which we've been seeing since arriving here, is a long thin road, big enough for one jeep to go past. Thanks to my vision, I can see a squad of our allies disguised as Team Rocket troops.

This is it now, our ambush, I just hope that we can do it successfully because while interestingly enough the ones we need to capture will be in front, behind them will be quite the significant number of enemies in jeeps with significant weapons, about a dozen of them with a few trucks packed with troops, hmm it will be quite the challenge as not only we'll be outnumbered and outgunned, but they may get suspicious if they notice us tranquilising them, so how to do it?

Hmmm they may get suspicious but they'll need to report it if they have noticed us using equipment like the tranquilizer gun, and to report stuff they'll need walkie talkies, which we can simply disable using our EMP.

That's perhaps the best way because separating Nagamasa and Katsuie from the convoy is too risky, and then there's the matter of how to stop them once they are far away enough, even jumping on their jeep to do it will be too risky, because one of us could be potentially shot off from the jeep.

I ask Uni to see if she can use an EMP in the area, and she does that with much success. As far as the enemy is concerned, their walkie talkies are broken and even if they suspect something, what can they do, and even if they try to flee to report it, I know that we have our satellite overlooking this area and the surrounding areas as well, and so it's a matter of stopping anyone who flees which shouldn't be difficult, since our perk a colas allow us to run much faster.

With this strategy in place, we are all determined to do this, and it is then at the appropriate moment that I fire both darts from the tranquilizer gun at Nagamasa and Katsuie, who's outfits are similar to in the series in which Nagamasa wears golden sabatons with a light blue buckle and light blue on the front in a triangular portion of the boot, in which both of them have a dark blue leaf pattern, dark blue trousers, a dark blue top with what appears to be a light blue waist coat with patterns and this is on top of a light blue fabric with dark blue leaf patterns, which has flaps with cuts, along with several long strands of fabric on the back with gold borders.

He also wears light blue bracers with the Azai clan symbol on his elbows which is three hexagons in a triangular shape with flowers at the centre, and he has purple rope wrapped around his waist like a belt along with a white belt on top, and he has purple fabric wrapped around his shins as well. To finish off he wears a distinctive gold helmet of the era in which it has a massive point, with flaps over his ears and a metallic piece forming a large U shape with a circle on top. His eyes are blue and his hair is short and blonde and appears to be spiky and there's a fringe over it.

Katsuie meanwhile wears what appear to be blue leather boots with gold at the top, large baggy brown trousers with two layered black flaps on each leg with gold at the end, and some large sleeve and fabric in which it covers his left arm and the left side of his chest while covering the entire bottom half of his chest also. He also wears a couple of red ropes around his upper thighs, a yellow belt made of what appears to be ribbon with some white fur, a large shoulder pad on his right shoulder with two belts attaching it, along with bracers on each wrist. He's bald with a black beard and the back of his hair is tied and held up with purple fabric.

Ah to see Katsuie and Nagamasa at last, I know Oichi's ever so pleased to see them both, yet it is quite tragic how we'll have to knock them out, provide them the drinks, and then kill them then revive them. It'd be interesting to see what has happened to them both, though it's probably traumatic, oh what a shame, like Oichi I like what they represent and that is how kind they are and nice and caring, and just desire for there to be no conflict and to just be together, kinda like myself and Noire, or Ash and Dawn for that matter.

The thing is that with Oichi's allies fallen by my darts, and with them both at the front jeep with Katsuie driving, the front jeep skids to a stop forcing the convoy behind to break hard, and it is at that moment when I see the enemy grunts in the convoy coming to engage us concerned that we have ambushed them. Hmmm, I know we can take them out easily but what concerns me is how long will it take, and at what cost to our health or to our allies? We need all the health we can get and will we have enough to take on the enemies at their base or the rest of them? Hmmm, I guess there's nothing we can do but to use our strategy to take them down, even though it won't be easy.

And with my confidence and thoughts of strategy, we then seek to try and take them out one at a time, while we hide by the trees as best as we can, hoping that we won't get hit by them or at least not too many times, as plenty of bullets come our way. I hope not because I feel that despite it not being the worst situation to be in, I feel like every battle will matter, every hit will make a difference to succeeding and losing, but I suppose it always does in all of these seemingly never ending battles we have to involve ourselves with.

The enemy bullets coming our way stop, no doubt they're reloading and it is now our chance to take some of them out, and though we take out a good few of them out, most of them are taking cover and I fear that my SMG bullets won't be able to penetrate all of those trees that stand in the way between me and them. Hmmm I guess we'll have to move up close and take them out, oh this is going to take time, time which we do not have. Still after mind talking to Noire about whether any of them have fled yet, she said no they haven't, I just hope that it stays that way.

After heading towards them a fair distance, they then lean out and try and shoot at us some more, only to find that more of them fall to our bullets. It is then upon realising that they are losing their troops and fast which pleases us, that they just fire blindly at us, hoping to buy time for their reinforcements, and just as I feared I'm informed by Uni that a few of them start running away, no doubt hoping to reach an assisting convoy and report that they've been ambushed, even if they've not noticed the darts. I cannot take that chance; they need to be taken down by me and quickly.

Fortunately for me, the people on the run are quite close to each other, and their comrades who they've left behind are still engaging my allies concerned that they're losing, and I'm certain that the grunts in the area will be taken down soon enough.

What amazing luck this is, because it's not long after running do I find that I'm within range and I take the group of them down effortlessly, excellent and though my youngest sister Uni Lastation's CPU Candidate says that another convoy consisting of a few bosses, and dozens of troops is coming to our position soon, the convoy we've ambushed has been completely defeated.

Hmmm this is quite a mixed set of news, while I like to think that we can do the process of getting Nagamasa and Katsuie to join our side in a short amount of time, along with readying our convoy to the base and ambush them, with those reinforcements on our tail and no doubt more after that, if we don't move fast enough, we could get swamped in and potentially lose the mission and with that Lastation.

It's best to go to camp, defeat the enemy there, and capture their supplies so we can hold off any subsequent waves of enemy attack, but what concerns me is whether we'll get there and be able to defeat the enemy there, before their reinforcements arrive. I suppose at least we've ended up creating a road block for them as we'll only need the jeeps in front not all of the vehicles, but none the less how long will the roadblock stall them?

That concerns me because having to fight a battle on two sides isn't ideal, not ideal at all and even with two new bosses in Katsuie and Nagamasa joining us, there's just going to be far too many of them and while I don't think any of us have got hit fortunately, how long will that last? We cannot afford to lose, and it's sad how it's always been so important. It's like we're fighting for survival rather than being on more even ground. Oh well, we can't give up though and hey surviving and winning is what frustrates Neptune, and that's what we must do especially with all the disgusting horror that she's done and is still doing now, in which the sooner we can put an end to, the better for everyone.
