Snow fell lightly as Scorch and I walked down the main plaza. The town was decorated with all sorts of colorful lights and streamers. But for me, my normally green fur was brown. I kinda disliked it. But I tried pushing through it until Spring.

Scorch: Oh, hey, did you hear?

Scorch looked up from a letter he was reading.

Shaymin: Huh…?

Scorch: I heard Autumn has a big Christmas party planned. The biggest yet. I'm sorta excited. I know Alk and Zuzi makes the most amazing foods in the entire region.

Shaymin: That sounds nice…

Scorch and I kept walking and after making it to our house, we noticed Frost sitting on the stairs and playing on his phone.

Scorch: Looks like you are settling in fine.

Frost: Hmm? Oh, yeah, I guess. I didn't expect my bike to take so long to repair… And it looks like it won't be finished until Christmas is over. So… I guess I'm staying here for the holiday.

Scorch: I'm sure you'll enjoy what this place has planned.

Scorch walked up the stairs and into the house as Frost looked at me.

Frost: Never really got the time to thank you for allowing me to stay at your place. I'm just hoping I'll be on the road again soon.

Shaymin: S- sure. No problem.

Smiling softly, I walked into the house. I then noticed Shock who was wrapping a box in gift wrap. He seemed very nervous and this made me confused as I walked up to him. He sat back in his chair and looked over to notice me.

Shock: Oh, uh… Hey. Back from the market so soon…?

Shaymin: Yeah. Just needed to get some food.

Shock: Nice, nice… Uh…

Shock looked over to the gift before sighing.

Shaymin: Err… Everything alright?

Shock: Just um… Trying not to faint. I'm just so nervous…

I tilted my head as he took the box.

Shock: Um. This is for Zuzi… Though, um, I'm feeling very nervous. Just afraid to give it to her…

Shaymin: Huh.

Shock: Yeah… It's just hard for me…

Shock covered his face with his paws and let out a muffled groan. He then looked at me and shook his head.

Shock: Guess I'll try and push through it…

Our conversation stopped by a knock at the door. Scorch ran over and opened it to reveal Autumn. Bolt was next to him. Autumn didn't look any different, but Bolt was wearing a somewhat short holiday outfit. She was standing by and looking at some papers. Autumn walked in and started to speak.

Autumn: I know this is sudden, but Team Platinum found someone who was injured. Our medical center is undergoing construction… So we can't really help him. So if it isn't too much problem, could you let him stay with you for a bit? We've gave him treatment, so he is stable… But we do not have enough room for him.

Scorch: Oh? Sure. We kinda don't have extra beds… But we do have a couch.

Autumn nodded and motioned towards Bolt. Bolt looked off to the side and spoke something. After a second, we saw a red Vaporeon walk up. Most of his tail was bandaged as well his leg.

Gluttony: Hey there. I'm Gluttony. Don't mind my injuries. Rock climbing accident.

Scorch: Your name… I guess you like food or something?

Gluttony: You know me so well already! I'm sure we'll be pretty close, hehe.

Autumn: Anyway, Bolt will come over again to check on everything. Thanks for this.

Autumn turned and left with Bolt, leaving Gluttony who stood there for a moment.

Gluttony: A Shaymin? That is sick. Don't worry about me though, I won't get in your way.

He took a bag and took out a notepad.

Gluttony: Since I'm recovering, I can finally get more work done with my adventure journal!

He walked by us and sat on the couch. Scorch and I looked at each other. Scorch just shrugged and chuckled softly before walking off into the bedroom.

Shock: Well, um… I guess I'll bring this to… Zuzi.

Shock inhaled and shivered as he walked outside with the gift.

Shaymin's Home

The sun was out and shining bright as I sat in my garden.

Shaymin: Huh… These grapes should be finished soon…

Getting up, I tended to my plants. I did this for a good while, just enjoying the sun and the quiet. But I heard a voice as I looked up quickly. It was Virizion. She looked around and shrugged.

Virizion: Well, well… Looks like you are doing quite fine…

Shaymin: O- oh, um, y- yeah… What are you doing here? I… Hadn't seen you in such a long time.

Virizion: I was in the area. So I decided to visit to see what you were doing.

Nodding, I watched as she sat next to me. She stood quiet for a moment before taking off a bag that she had around her leg.

Virizion: There is another reason I came here.

She dropped the bag and shrugged.

Virizion: No idea what's inside. But I know it's from Suicune. Don't ask me why he told me to be his courier.

She got up and stretched before walking off.

Virizion: Anyway, I should get going. Maybe we'll have some more time to chat later…

Virizion then walked off and left me there with the mysterious bag. Looking down at it, I took it and thought.

Shaymin: Huh… Suicune? Guess it's from what I did for him earlier.

I opened the bag and I was correct. Within the bag, I saw a statue made of polished green Malachite. This statue was in the form of Mew. I then noticed a piece of paper. Taking it, I started to read.

Shaymin: The amount you've given me was plenty… I've had extra, so this is your reward…

Looking up at the statue, I gave a weak smile.

Shaymin: Didn't, uh, expect this. Makes me feel nice for some reason…

Taking the statue, I walked into my house and placed it next to my bed. I had to remember to thank Suicune later.

Hexa Town

Gluttony: Woo! I won!

Scorch: Damn, really? You really are good at these games. And I thought I was the best player here…

Gluttony: Hehe. I may love the outdoors, but I tend to binge play games in my free time.

Sitting at the table, I just listened to the two who challenged each other to another match in their game. Shock was sitting next to me and watched too before he spoke.

Shock: Hey, Shaymin…?

Shaymin: Hmm?

Shock: So… Did you hear anything of Nira lately?

Shaymin: Um. Not really. I hadn't heard from Nira or Sky in a while. Hopefully Sky is okay… I'm sure Nira is just busy with the bar job.

Shock: I guess that makes sense. Maybe I'll walk down to the bar later. See if he is there.

Shaymin: Any reason?

Shock: Well, I got a request and I wanted to see if Nira wants to join me.

Shaymin: Not bringing us? That's fine.

Shock: It's not like that. Nira did want to go on more adventures, so…

He got up and checked the time.

Shock: He should be there now. So I guess I'll head down to check. See you later.

Shock left the house as I returned to watching the two's game session. I got up not long later. I was thinking about Sky and I wanted to see what he was doing. It has been a bit since we saw each other, so I decided to visit him. So I grabbed my bag and walked off to his shrine. It still snowed lightly as it took almost an hour to reach there. I walked up to the shrine and looked around. It was quite quiet. After a minute of looking, I heard it.

Sky: Came to visit, hmm?

The voice came from above as I saw Sky sitting on a tree branch.

Shaymin: Uh, yeah… I wanted to check on you.

Sky: Heh. You worried about me?

Shaking my head, he just chuckled and told me it was fine.

Sky: Eh, I enjoy my alone time up here. I've actually been reading a lot. Mostly a book of landmarks. Even I discovered some new locations while reading and I've been all over.

Sky jumped down and stretched.

Sky: Hexa's about to have it's Christmas party or something. Bring me some food, eh?

He walked towards the cliff and looked down at the town.

Sky: Hmm… Can't wait for Spring already.

He looked back at me.

Sky: Oh, don't mind me. So… What do you need?

Shaymin: Um. N- nothing really. I just needed to take a walk and wanted to visit you.

Sky: Hmm? Well then. I guess you should head back soon then. It's starting to get cold.

Shaymin: Oh, um, okay.

Turning back, I started to walk off. I walked down the mountain and after reaching Hexa again, I just walked into the house and relaxed for the rest of the day.

When the next day came, I was just sitting on my bed. Gluttony was sitting on the floor and organizing his stuff that he brought. Things were quiet for a bit before he looked up at me and spoke.

Gluttony: I've been exploring all around. Friends would know I never stay in one place and always visit new places. How about you? I'm actually interested in what a mythical does.

Shaymin: Uh… My life wasn't really full of adventures… I sorta lived in the mountains for as long as I could remember. That… Sorta changed once I joined this place. It's, uh, kinda nice exploring new areas.

Gluttony: Heh. I'm sure we'll be pretty close. I know all the best locations! I've been to Lunar City. But I've been to extremely far away locations like Aurora City. I still remember visiting Brightstar. A far North area that was known for the most amazing nights. So many stars…

Gluttony rubbed the back of his head and chuckled nervously.

Gluttony: I was actually coming back from the North. But err… I sorta tried mountain climbing a few miles from this place. And err… A loose rock crumbled away and I fell. Wasn't the greatest fall… Sliced up my tail and leg a bit. Luckily didn't knock me out. Not sure how.

Gluttony closed his bag and got up.

Gluttony: Yeah… I had to crawl for over an hour after patching myself up. Thankfully though I was found by a group. They carried me to this town where my injuries were cleaned and wrapped in actual bandages.

Shaymin: Huh. Glad it wasn't too serious…

Gluttony nodded and stretched before walking to the door.

Gluttony: I'm gonna head around town. At least until my leg starts burning.

He left the room as I soon walked out. Frost ran up to me the moment I walked out as he showed my a key.

Frost: Hey there. Wanna go for a ride?

Shaymin: Me…?

Frost: Yep. My bike isn't entirely fixed yet. Engine is sorta damaged, but it can run still. And um… I want someone to come with me as I check on my team.

Shaymin: Oh, uh… Okay.

Frost: Sweet. I just want to give my team supplies. After that, I'm heading back here. That Sawsbuck. Um… Autumn? He allowed me to set up shop here. There is so many members here that I'm sure I'll make a profit. And well… It's safer than selling on the open road and whatever random market stall I can buy for the day.

Frost walked to the front door and shrugged.

Frost: Eh, won't stop me from selling while traveling. I need to make money for my team anyway I can. Anyway, lets go!

Frost left the house as I grabbed my bag. I walked outside where Frost waited with his bike. It still looked somewhat damaged, but he said it still worked. Somewhat. So I walked up to him as he got on. I got on the backseat as he started up the bike.

We started our way to Frost's team location...
