A/N: There were so many great theories in the comments for the first of these that I just had to write this. I'm sure everyone will recognise their own ideas, so I'll just say a big thank you to all who contributed; without you, this third part would probably not exist and you'd all be left wondering!

My third drabble for the current challenge and the final part of the Green trilogy.

I love Janto: Owen was thinking that Nosy's diet was poor before it joined Torchwood. Now it's eating better it's a brighter, healthier colour. He probably has a point - Nosy is in much better condition now - but is it the real reason? Find out below. Thank you.

Thank you to everyone who has read, reviewed, favourited or followed this collection. It's good to know people enjoy reading my drabbles as much as I enjoy writing them!

The team sat around the boardroom table, discussing Nosy's colour change.

"Okay, what theories do we have?" Jack asked.

"It changes colour at will for camouflage." Ianto was sticking with his original idea.

"Faded due to poor diet." So was Owen.

"It fades in sunlight?" suggested Andy.

"In Wales?" Ianto's eyebrows were getting a good workout.

"Maybe it's moulting," said Tosh.

"Doesn't seem to be," Mickey grinned. "I'm sure Ianto would've noticed."

"It likes Sesame Street; maybe it's copying Kermit," Gwen giggled.

Under the table, Nosy listened, amused.

'Green shows up. I don't get stepped on,' it thought with satisfaction.
