The next three days were the same. Saitama got up with Mitsumi, they bathed, dressed and had breakfast. Then they went to the restaurant for some time until Saitama couldn't handle the fiery need that ate at him. Zenchu was with them constantly to ensure none would get in the way. Thankfully, though, Saitama had no need to punch again. Inichi was able to help with mental conversations, and Fumio helped Zenchu with food prep and small chores.
On the fourth day, they were seated in their usual spot at the back of the restaurant. The off day of the restaurant was going to happen the next day, and everyone was eager for the time off.
"We hired a few people, didn't we?" Mitsumi chuckled and fed Saitama a piece of sushi. "Once they are fully trained, the restaurant may not need to close. Oh. We still need a sous chef, don't we?"
"We do," Saitama frowned after he chewed. "Maybe it's time to put in an ad for the employment?"
"I can arrange that!" Genos nodded and was quick to start creating one.
"Put that resumes will be looked at on the day after tomorrow," Mitsumi said. "It's our day off tomorrow."
"Agreed," Genos said. "If that is the case, I shall prepare it, but not post it until the end of the day tomorrow."
"That works," Saitama said. He glanced at Mitsumi and seemed to pause with appreciation on how her figure was in her hero costume. When his finger lightly traced up her back, she paused with a red blush and glanced at him.
"Saitama?" she asked. Even her voice started to drive him crazy with desire.
"Ah…did you do anything different today?" he asked in a small mutter.
"No…" she said and found herself blushing even more at how he was looking at her. He leaned up a bit and tilted her head towards his to plant an incredibly lusty kiss on her mouth. Why can't I fight him? There's something different about his demeanor and how he's looking at me… "Saitama…"
"We need to go home," he mumbled and found his mouth moving over her neck. "We need to go right now…"
"We just got here. And we're still eating our sushi…" she murmured and gasped when his mouth got hungrier. Inichi paused in his conversation with Fubuki to glance at Saitama. His jaw dropped at the dark red aura that started to envelope the powerful hero. When Saitama glanced up at him with annoyance, he easily saw the fiery flicker of power in the hero's eyes. It was when a normal customer started to whisper about the weird glow that Inichi realized this was Saitama's power finally coming about.
"Mr. Saitama! You need to go home! Now!" Inichi said. Fubuki looked over and gasped with shock at the wave of power that flowed out from the hero with no boundaries now. Tsuruga charged out of the back room and paused with complete shock. Zenchu cringed and found himself shadow phasing out of the restaurant to prepare the bedroom at the apartment. There was only one thought on his mind that Inichi could easily agree with. It's time! We CAN'T piss him off!
"Shit…" Kamikaze grimaced and kept Tacki in his lap. Genos looked over with Kamiko and they found themselves speechless. King and Kianna were staring at him with complete concern now. Rendor and Tatsumaki were highly concerned from where they were sitting, but they knew that this was something that was bound to happen.
"Saitama! Focus!" Mitsumi cringed with a frown. That snapped Saitama to the present, and his pupils gave off the fiery glow of burning coals even more when he glanced around to show the power was quickly building up and ready to let loose if he got irritated. It was almost instinctive in the way he pulled Mitsumi into his arms and rose up. Every movement he did slapped at people around him with waves of sheer power. It was frightening. People darted away from him when he made his way swiftly to the door.
"Sorry folks! I'll be back in a few days!" Saitama managed to grind out before heading outside the restaurant. It's so hard to focus!
"Hey! Are you a hero?!" a young man asked on seeing him.
"I am. No mood to talk right now. Try me again in a few days when I return," Saitama said bluntly and carried Mitsumi quickly away. When the man tried again, it was Genos that quickly stepped out to get his attention and save him from getting slapped away. Now the cyborg thought to Inichi. :Can you get them home?! Master Saitama's power is incredibly unstable!:
:I can't bubble him! He'll think it's an attack! However, I will ensure the way back for them is clear of distractions.: Inichi said and made his way to do just that. Saitama was able to get back to the apartment quickly this way with a brief run. He said nothing at all to anyone. The moment the bedroom door was closed, Zenchu breathed a sigh of relief with Fumio.
"I'll rip my costume off…" Saitama grimaced when he stood still with Mitsumi in his arms. "I barely have any control…"
"Let me down, love. Just listen to the sound of my voice," Mitsumi said and got set down gently. She was quick to undress first before helping him undress. The moment the boxers were off, he lifted her and lay her back in the treasure bed. Now she saw the aura around him. She saw his eyes flicker with the inner power that filled and fueled him. She ran a hand over his cheek with complete awe and admiration of him. He leaned into her touch and gazed at her.
"You don't fear me…?" he asked softly.
"Why should I fear the man I love?" she whispered and let him kiss her possessively. She shouted with him when he finally joined with her. His entire body was tense when he locked her down on him with her legs around his hips.
"Stay…like this…" he panted lightly and shivered.
"Okay…" she swallowed.
"I can barely think, Mitsumi…" he muttered. "I can barely see. Hear. Touch. All of my senses are just…"
"No need for any of them," she said and kissed him heavily to let him lose himself in her over and over again. After the tenth spasm that hit him, he finally found himself coming around with more control. The only thing was his red aura was staying out. When he heard a sound from the other room, his head swiveled to glare with annoyance at the door. She was quick to move his gaze back to her and smile lovingly at him.
"This sucks…" he grunted and pulled her close to him in a fully possessive way. A long kiss was pressed to her mouth, and all he could do was keep her locked to him. Every movement felt like torment now. This is even worse than my training days! What the hell?!
:Mr. Saitama? Can you hear me?: Inichi asked carefully.
:No. Not really. Bring in Mitsumi.: he mentally grunted.
:I guess our time to stay in the bedroom starts as of now.: Mitsumi sighed and ran her hand over Saitama's back to calm him. At the shiver of relief he felt, she knew he clearly needed it.
:We are aware. Our day off is also set for tomorrow. We shall do our best to not be too loud around the home. We will have meals prepped and ready. Would you mind if Tacki or Kianna came in to clean now and then? Even Zenchu to help serve food?: Inichi asked.
:I think minimal stuff is fine. If I start to glare, they'll have to leave. I can't help it right now.: Saitama sighed and managed to carefully move with Mitsumi into a reclining position with her still locked to him. :I can't let her separate from me. Not unless she really needs it. Or if I need it. Then I have to be back with her. No exceptions. It's just like I thought. And, if anyone comes by to look for me, they MUST be declined! No exceptions! Mitsumi might be able to answer the phone calls for me, but I can't leave her side at all.:
:I understand, Mr. Saitama.: Inichi said and started to send out the instructions. At a knock on the door, Saitama turned to glare.
"Dad?" Fumio asked. At the sound of Fumio's voice, Saitama relaxed considerably to show he would never hurt his family.
"Son. What is it?" he asked.
"Are you okay?" Fumio asked with worry.
"Come in. It's okay," Saitama said to let Fumio peek into the doorway. Mitsumi was covered with a golden silk sheet, and she smiled warmly at her son. "I know. My mind's a bit…crazy right now. Come on in and sit down."
"Okay," Fumio said and was able to sit in a chair by them. He did frown at how Saitama's body was glowing with the dark red aura, and he shivered a bit from the fiery glow in his dad's pupils. Saitama knew he didn't want Fumio to be afraid of him. He knew what to say to ease the tension.
"You're my son, and I know I love you," Saitama smiled lightly. "I know for a fact that I won't hurt you. Ever. So, I know you can just announce your name and I'll be fine with you here. You don't even need to knock. Just call out your name. Knocking on the door irritates me. Knowing that it's you is fine."
"Ah! Okay," Fumio smiled. "I…I love you, too, Dad. And Mom."
"I love you, too, Fumio. I think we need another family outing when this is done," Mitsumi chuckled. "Just…what to do…?"
"Fishing!" Fumio grinned.
"Oh! Okay. We can do that. So, while I'm stuck here with your mother, you can get us some quality fishing poles and bait," Saitama nodded.
"Another fun thing is to cook them together," Fumio said.
"We have a plan," Saitama chuckled and nodded again.
"Um…did you need anything? Like food? Or something?" Fumio asked.
"I think your dad and I can get something," Mitsumi nodded.
"Okay. I'll tell Zenchu and bring it in. So, expect me," Fumio said. "And, ah, Dad? You look super weird with that red stuff."
"I know," Saitama chuckled and shook his head. "It'll pass."
"I know it will. I'll make sure to be the one to come in here for you. Unless I need help bringing something in. I'll say it's me and that I'm bringing in help. Will this work?" Fumio asked.
"Yes. We'll get through these next few days. I just can't leave her side right now. At any time. I don't know if I can focus on a show or a game. I want to try, though," Saitama admitted.
"We have a console out there, too. Oh! I can play out there and you can co-op play from here with me?" Fumio asked.
"Maybe a strategy based game? Where Saitama can focus on mild resource gathering and you do the questing?" Mitsumi suggested. "It will be easy to set things up to mine and stuff. I've seen it before in my travels and peeking at different video game plays."
"I don't know. If I'm with your mother all the time, I may not be able to focus. Unless it's a game where we work together and you know if I pause on something, it's because I'm doing things with her. So don't feel bad if you think I'm ignoring you. Your mom may have the right idea on the type of game to try playing to help me think better, though.
"However, my mindset is this. Your mother is my main priority right now. If she's not happy, I get mad. Very quickly. If I need her, I don't care about anything else around me. Those are my feelings right now. I will pay attention to you, though, but only when your mother is able to calm me down. She is always first right now," Saitama warned. "And you know I can get irritated fast."
"I know," Fumio nodded. "You were always there for me before all this. So I know what to expect. We've been talking about it, too, so I won't feel bad. Maybe I'll give you a guilt trip later, though, when it's done."
"Don't you dare!" Saitama said with a fatherly grin at his son. Fumio made a teasing face back to get Mitsumi laughing softly, and he left shortly after to give Zenchu the sign that food was needed.
"I'm so glad he's our son," Mitsumi smiled and got kissed feverishly by Saitama. She gasped when he growled and moved hard in her before panting slightly at what he felt after that.
"Yeah…" he nodded and rested his head against her neck.
"I need to use the bathroom, though," she said. He was able to move quickly to let her jump up and tend to herself. He was quick to do the same when she was done before rejoining her back in the treasure bed. He was actually shivering with violent control over himself until she was locked back to him.
"This…really sucks…" he grimaced and hugged her tight. "No traveling. None. Not now."
"I know," she nodded and hugged him back just as tightly. Outside the home at the newly made entry point to the home grounds, Grigos was lounging around calmly and keeping a lookout. When a young girl walked up, he opened all four red eyes and looked at her with his black pupils.
"Hi. Can I help you?" he asked.
"Oh. Um…is this the home of Caped Baldy?" she asked.
"It is," Grigos nodded and studied her done up red hair and the short, pink dress she wore. "He is not available right now. He's very busy with Lady Mitsumi. Um, Fan Dancer, that is. To you."
"Oh," she frowned. "I was hoping to talk to him."
"For what reason?" Zenchu said when he appeared close by to walk over. Grigos had reached out to Inichi to report the human girl. "I am the one that delivers messages to him. As well as my brother, Inichi."
"I wanted to know if I can get his autograph," she said.
"Hmm. It may be possible. Would you like Fan Dancer to sign it, too?" Zenchu asked. "They are always together. They never leave without the other."
"Oh! Um…sure!" she smiled.
"Wait here, please," Zenchu said and took her autograph book. He moved into the apartment, gave it to Fumio and said, "A fan is outside. Get your mom and dad to sign this?"
"Really? Weird. Okay," Fumio shrugged and took the book. He grabbed a pen on his way to the bedroom. "Dad! It's me! Food is almost done, but there's someone that wants an autograph from you and Mom. I have the autograph book."
"What?" Saitama frowned and sighed. "Ah…sure…"
"How are fans able to find us?" Mitsumi asked. Fumio walked in with the book to show them. "Hmm…this one has quite a few autographs. Interesting. Anyways…"
"Yeah," Saitama said and was able to sign his name. Mitsumi signed the book next and let Fumio give the book back to Zenchu. "Fumio! Have Wind Crane check out that person, eh?"
"Yes, Dad!" Fumio said and gave the book to Zenchu.
"I heard him. Wind Crane's nearby and studying at a distance. She's not feeling anything bad. But…hmm…what that girl really wants…not good," Zenchu sighed and was quick to deliver the book. "Here you go."
"Thank you! Um…is Fan Dancer a sister to Caped Baldy?" she asked.
"Nope! She is his wife," Zenchu said. "The new books even show that they got eloped. A public wedding will be done later on."
"Aww…" she frowned.
"So, you didn't really want just his autograph? You wanted him?" Zenchu asked with a raised brow among his slanted black eyes. "Yeah. Not gonna work."
"I just…wanted to always date a very strong hero!" she frowned.
"You should check out Tanktop Master. He's in S class and fairly strong," Zenchu suggested. "Besides, it's not always about strength in body. It's also a factor about strength of heart, too. Right now, eh…Caped Baldy is a dick. If you're not his wife, he doesn't give two shits about anything else right now. It may change in a few days, but that's how his mindset currently is. It's why he's stuck at home with her."
"What?" the girl blinked her brown eyes. "I mean…"
"He wants a kid with her. He's relentless right now. He even gets irritated with me when I give him something to eat. It's not a good situation," Zenchu shrugged. "Come to think of it, you could even go to Neutral Grounds. That restaurant always gets visiting heroes. And who knows? You may find someone interesting!"
"Zenchu! Dad's food is ready!" Fumio called out along the banister.
"Dad?!" the girl gaped.
"Yep. That's Caped Baldy's son. Adopted, but his son. I have work to do. Good luck!" Zenchu smiled with a nod and shadow phased out to leave her speechless. Grigos chuckled and watched the bewildered girl leave. Inichi was already planning to put it into her head to check out the restaurant. He even sent out an alert for any single male heroes that appeared interested in her to stop by and introduce themselves to keep her mind off of Saitama.
Fumio had just delivered the food of lightly grilled lobster pieces when he saw Zenchu heading outside again. He frowned and thought out to Inichi. :What's going on? Mom and Dad are stuck in the bedroom eating. Zenchu just left again. Is something bad happening? It always happens when Mom and Dad need to be alone. What can we do?:
:Fumio? Ah! Hmm. Genos is doing things just fine here. I shall send Kamikaze and Tacki back home. Having an S class hero there will help deter things, hopefully.: Inichi said in reply.
"Can I help you?" Zenchu asked the burly man trying to get past Grigos.
"How strong are you?!" the man belted out. "I want to challenge strong people! No one weak!"
"Well, I'm a monster, so I don't think I qualify as a 'people'. I can still fight you. If you want it. What do you say?" Zenchu asked with a small shrug. The burly man was wearing a form-fitting spandex suit of dark blue with black sandals. A top knot of dark brown hair was on the top of his head and the rest of his head was shaved bald. Other than the beady black eyes and intense mustache, there was nothing else that looked special about him at all.
"No! I might end up killing you!" the man boasted. Zenchu struggled hard to keep from laughing outright with Grigos.
"Excuse me. I'm trying to get home. Can you get out of the way?" Kamikaze said with Tacki on his shoulders. Inichi had dropped them off not too far down the way to let them approach normally. The burly hero turned and seemed to pause on seeing the powerful swordsman. Kamikaze chewed on the stick in his mouth and gave him a look that he didn't want to keep standing there.
"Honey, he said he wants to challenge someone strong. I don't think he's good with swords, though," Tacki grinned and kissed Kamikaze's forehead. "Speaking of which, I should sharpen yours again."
"If you want," he grinned up at her and then looked at the man blocking the path. "As for you. Move. Please."
"Master?" Iaian said when he walked over. "I was told you were coming here and there may be an issue?"
"Oh. Hey. Did you find a place to call home here yet?" Kamikaze asked his disciple. "And this guy won't move."
"What does he want?" Iaian frowned.
"He said he wanted to challenge the strongest one here," Zenchu said.
"That would be Saitama, but he's busy having sex for the next three days, eh?" Kamikaze mused. The man paused at this. Even Iaian was surprised on hearing this. "So, if you wanna challenge him, come back in three days. If you get in his way right now, he'll probably kill you and not care. At all."
"Who would be the next strongest?" the man asked.
"His wife. So, yeah. The one next up would be Bane. Eh, Silver Fang. Then I'm right under him. So, if you wanna challenge him, we can call him here. Your choice," Kamikaze said. "Or you can challenge me and we'll call it a day."
"Or he can challenge me," Sonic said when he suddenly appeared. "I'm bound by contract to protect the home."
"Break that feather yet?" Zenchu grinned.
"You can shut up!" Sonic snapped at him to get the monster laughing.
"A feather?" the man frowned. Now he was handed a feather from Wind Crane by Zenchu. When he tried to break it, he paused with shock.
"Yeah. Feathers from a very, very strong monster. She lives here with us and protects us, too," Zenchu nodded and saw Wind Crane stride over to study him. She clapped her beak and clucked softly with disappointment. "She says you are way too weak to challenge anyone here. You should go home."
"There is no way that a monster can tell if I'm-!" the man started before finding himself laid out flat on his back from Wind Crane's small squawk of a sonic smack. Kamikaze and Tacki died laughing. Zenchu was leaning against the wall in tears. Grigos was snickering and trembling with laughter. Sonic was just staring at what happened with a gaping jaw. Iaian was also standing there with shock at how powerful a single sound was.
"Wow. We come back home and there's already a show?" King grinned with Kianna giggling at his side. When the burly man woke up to see King, he stammered and was quick to run off. "What was his issue?"
"He wanted to challenge a strong hero. Wind Crane laid him flat with a small squawk," Zenchu grinned and picked up the discarded feather to set back in his back pocket. Then he got serious and said, "You saw Saitama at Neutral Grounds? Or didn't you?"
"I did…" Kianna winced. King nodded to show he also saw his friend.
"He's locked away in the bedroom with Lady Mitsumi. Fumio is another gateway to help. Saitama vowed he won't hurt him. Fumio is his son, so he can alert him if another is coming in to help him. No traveling. At all. At least three days," Zenchu said. "He gets pissed if the door is knocked on. Fumio just shouts out his name to show he's there."
"Damn. Just knocking on a door?" Kamikaze cringed. "That's rough."
"GANGWAY!" a large man shouted on charging at them all. Just before he reached them, a familiar blue bubble lifted the man up in the air.
"I don't know who you are, but I'm saving your life," Inichi muttered and sent the man off. "There is intense talk going around about Mr. Saitama's new condition. Many think it's a weakness. They don't understand that it's the exact opposite! His room is now exposed with an opened corner. We will need a lookout at all times to ensure that no one can attempt to breach it. Much less think they have the audacity to do so. It would only mean their death."
"I'll handle that," Sonic said. "It would be protecting Mitsumi, too."
"That it would," Inichi agreed. "Just don't you think you can go in, yourself. It would be a suicide mission. You saw that beam they did just a few days ago. He can set off several more right now and not even need the fans as a backup support. That is how dangerous he is right now."
"I bet that each slap he does is like a punch. Without even needing to pull his fist back," Zenchu frowned. Then he saw Fumio running over.
"Dad can hear you all talking about him. It's making him mad. I had to tell you. Mom is doing everything she can to keep him calm," Fumio said. "He told me that he normally doesn't care. But…right now…well…"
"He's…very dangerous…" Inichi frowned.
"I thought his senses were…?" Zenchu blinked.
"Mom is with him to help him stay calm. It's like…he's guarding her and, well…it's hard to explain. He has his senses, then doesn't have them, but then he really gets his senses to a point that he can hear me eating cereal in my room. It's crazy," Fumio sighed. "Just…careful. Okay?"
"Thanks for the warning," Kamikaze nodded.
"King, I was gonna try and play a co-op game with Dad. He said it should be okay, but we can't make him mad playing it. Mom suggested a strategy game where he harvests stuff for you and I to fight with. This way, if he needs Mom, he can be with her and not worry about getting too much in the way of things. He wants to try and do things to help his mental state," Fumio said to King.
"I know a game. Let's set it up," King nodded. The small group moved into the apartment and Sonic was quick to set up a spot along the main street entrance to keep track of who was planning to show up uninvited. When he glanced at the fourth floor opened corner window to try and peer in, his face went dead white when he saw a flicker of fiery eyes glaring straight at him. Saitama felt Sonic trying to look in. He was quickly shown to not bother trying. Redirecting his gaze back to the street quickly, he sighed and resolved himself to ensure that only the correct monsters and people would get past him. Any others would be dealt with by him without a single shred of mercy.
