Two Years Later

It's been two years since Isaac found out about the arranged marriage, and even since then Isaac has been warming up to the idea of being with Takashi. Not long after meeting Takashi, the courtship began, which was really weird for Isaac since he had never experienced anything like it before. So when two puppies showed up at his doorstep the next day, Isaac was surprised, but after his father explained to him what was going on, he understood what was happening.

Not long after the courtship began, Isaac became close to Mitsukuni Haninozuka, Takashi's cousin. Since they were both small and everyone else was taller than them, they became the mini menace of the Morinozuka household. Everywhere they went, Takashi was right behind them trying to get them out of whatever they had gotten into. For the most part, people just feared them because they would come out of nowhere and disappear without a trace.

Now for the first time since they had met, Isaac wasn't with the two boys. In fact, he was with his manager and parents discussing the world tour. "But you guys just told me the movie was the last one..." Isaac said as he crossed his arms and looked at his parents. "I know...but this is the first world tour that's just yours." Itsuki said walking over to his son who just looked at him.

"And we know you've wanted to travel the world. This is your only chance to do so," Scarlett said, trying to reason with her son who looked ready to cry. "But you guys promised that the movie was the last thing." Isaac said again, trying to look mad but just looked like a hurt puppy. "So... are we doing the tour or not? I don't have all day for this. Stop being a brat and do it for your fans." The manager said, making Isaac get even more upset.

"Oh... oh, I'm sorry, did I fucking ask you? No, I didn't; now shut the fuck up or you're fired! Don't forget, I'm the one that signs your checks, not my parents!" Isaac shouted as the man looked at him and nodded. "Find me something good, will ya?" Isaac said as he looked over at his parents. "Come on, Izzy, you're going to be with us the whole time, kind of like a family vacation." Itsuki said, picking his son up. "Okay, when are we leaving?" Isaac asked as they all walked out of the office. "The start of next month," was the only thing that was said.

Isaac had always dreamed of traveling the world with his parents. When he was invited to participate in a global tour that would take him and his band to dozens of countries in three months, he wasn't all that thrilled. He also felt a pang of sadness because he knew he would have to leave behind his fiancé, Takashi, and his best friend, Mitsukuni.

He decided to break the news to them when he came over to see both of them that weekend. Isaac knew that they would support his decision, but he was also dreading their reactions. He sat in his usual spot in the library as he waited for them to finish eating. Once they were done, both Takashi and Mitsukuni walked into the library and sat with Isaac.

Isaac cleared his throat, making the two look up from their books and at him. He looked back at them nervously and said, "Guys, I have something to tell you. Something big." They looked at him expectantly, wondering what he was going to say. Isaac took a deep breath and said, "I'm going to be on tour for the next three months." There was a moment of silence, followed by a chorus of exclamations.

"What?!"

"Are you serious?!"

"That's amazing!"

" Will you be ok?"

They bombarded him with questions, such as where he was going, when he was leaving, how long he would be gone, and what he would do. They expressed their excitement, telling him how much they would miss him. Isaac smiled and answered their questions, but he also noticed their expressions. He saw the shock and sadness in Takashi's eyes, the worry and disappointment in Mistukuni's face. He knew they were happy for him, but he also knew they were hurt and scared. He felt a twinge of guilt and regret, wondering if he was making the right decision.

He hugged them and assured them that he loved them and that he would stay in touch. He told them that he would be back before they knew it and that they would have a lot to catch up on. He tried to sound optimistic and cheerful, but he also felt a lump in his throat and a tear in his eye. He knew he was saying goodbye to them, at least for a while.

Isaac stood up and walked over to the door with a smile. "Come on," he said. "We're spending the rest of the week together before I have to go." Isaac smiled, making the other two get up from their seats and walk over to the door. That's exactly what they did; they spent the next few days doing anything and everything they could think of.

It was the day Isaac was supposed to leave. "I'm not leaving until tonight, so we have all day together just you and me." Isaac said as he cuddled up against Takashi, who was lying in his bed. "Mhm." Was all Takashi managed before falling back asleep. "I love you, Takashi. You're my everything. Please don't forget me." He kissed him and whispered, "I love you, Isaac. You're my everything. I'll never forget you."

They stayed curled up together, trying to forget the inevitable.

That night, they said their goodbyes and their "I love yous," hoping to see each other again. Isaac watched them hug and talk to each other, feeling a mix of emotions. He was happy and sad, excited and scared, hopeful and doubtful. He knew he was about to embark on an adventure of a lifetime, but he also knew he was leaving behind a part of his heart.

Isaac got on the plane, ready to face the unknown. He looked at his phone and saw a message from Takashi. It read, "I'll be waiting for you, Izzy. Come back to me." He smiled and typed, "I'll be back, Taka. I love you." He sent the message and turned off his phone, ready to say hello to the world.
