Chris: Last time on Total Drama Island! The Killer Bass finally got out of their losing streak with Samir taking out Gavin and winning the challenge for the Bass, and when the Screaming Gophers had to vote for the first time, Demetri's womanizing ways finally got the best of him, and he got eliminated. Kayla: Okay, I will NOT take that kind of disrespect from someone like Leah, she won't get away with this

Leah: That was a little rude I'll admit, but I'm not really a morning person, so I get a bit snappy (Shyly chuckles)
With the Killer Bass at their table in the Main Lodge where an intense match of Uno is going on between Amanda, Jaden, Latrell, and Sire
Jaden: Uno!
Sire: Nice going man
Samir: It's sad that everyone else has like 5 cards left
Latrell: Goddammit, he's too good
Amanda: Well maybe you should try focusing on the game more (Smirks)
Latrell: Oh yeah? (Grins and places down a Plus 4)
Amanda: Eat shit!
Latrell: Whatever (Starts to laugh)
Amanda: Oh you're gonna get it, you-
Mia: And... the usual banter starts up again as usual
Gia: At least they lasted 20 minutes without trying to kill each other
Riley: Fair enough
Confessional - Riley
Riley: Latrell's doing better, at least I think, he just can't help but get on Amanda's nerves sometimes I guess
Chris: (Over a loudspeaker) Alright Campers! Meet me at the Wawanakwa Amphitheater for today's challenge! Let's see what you're made of!
Latrell: We'll settle this later
Amanda: (Rolls her eyes)
When all the campers are at the Amphitheater...
Skylar: Do you think Chris lied to us and we're going to be watching a musical?
Maria: I love musicals! Las partes de canto y baile siempre son muy divertidas! ("The singing and dancing parts are always so fun" in Spanish)
Kayla: (Rolls her eyes)
Chris: Alright Campers, this challenge is a summer camp favorite! A Talent Show! You must pick your 3 most talented campers to represent you in tonight's talent show! Sing, Dance, Juggle, do whatever, as long as we can air it on TV. You have eight hours, starting... now!
With the Screaming Gophers
Kayla: Alright, I'm Team Captain, so here's how this'll go, we-
Nikki: And who in their right mind would make you team captain?
Kayla: Maria, Skylar, and me took a vote and I won
Naomi: And you didn't consult the other 7 of us why?
Kayla: Anywho, we're going to hold auditions for this, anyone wanna step up?
Ryan: I'm a pretty good shot, maybe that could score us some points
Kayla: Go ahead then
Ryan: (Sets up an apple on top of a soda bottle about 25 feet away from where he runs off to afterwards) Alright, eyes on the prize... (He slingshots the rubber band that was on his hair and hits the apple perfectly)
Kayla: Wow, you're in, anyone else?
Confessional - Kayla
Kayla: I'll admit... that was impressive
Gavin: You gonna try for the talent show Leah?
Leah: No, I don't have many talents that I think we could win with
Gavin: C'mon, you're great, I'm sure you can think of something
Leah: (Blushes) T-Thanks, I'll think about it
Confessional - Leah
Leah: Why is he just so cute? If he really wants me to try, I guess I have something that might work
Leah: (Goes to the cabin)
Kayla: And where are you going?
Leah: Just to grab something for a talent I wanna try, I'll be right back

Amanda: Alright, so who's got any talent?
Sire: I can draw pretty good if you ask me, let me try something (starts to draw)
Amanda: I'm sure you're a great artist, but we should probably have a shorter talent
Sire: Fair enough
Amanda: Alright, anyone else?
Riley: Umm...
Confessional - Riley
Riley: I have something that I think could work, but I'm not sure
Riley: I guess I could give it a shot
Latrell: Alright, show us what you got
Riley: (Sighs) Here we go... (Jumps high and does a double front flip which becomes a swift tuck and roll which ends in a graceful finishing pose)

Riley: Well... that went better than I thought it would, I hope I can help us win
With the all of the Gophers and we're just cutting to the end of Leah's talent
Leah: (Finishes performing a solo on her flute)
Kayla: Okay, not bad, you're in
Confessional - Leah
Leah: I tried my best, I just hope I don't embarrass myself in the talent show
Now skipping to the end of Kayla's talent
Kayla: (Just about finishes up some cheerleader dance or something idfk anything about cheer) Well?
Maria: I say Kayla should be in the show
Skylar: Me too
Kayla: Aww, that's so sweet, okay, everyone, go enjoy yourselves for until the show, since we have everything decided
(All of the Gophers walk off)
Kayla: Maria, Skylar, over here please.
Maria: What's up?
Skylar: Is this about the show?
Kayla: Not necessarily, I need one of you two to go and keep Leah away from the cabin, and I need the other to be standby while I do some spring cleaning
Maria: It's summer
Kayla: Ugh, okay, Maria, you're on standby, Skylar, make sure Leah doesn't come back around here for a while, okay?
Maria and Skylar: Yep, on it!
Behind the corner of the cabin, John had heard everything
John: (Whispers) What are they up to?
Confessional - John
John: I normally don't care about what other people are doing, but I don't like the sound of what Kayla said, I'm getting to the bottom of this
With the Killer Bass
Amanda: (Finishes a solo on a clarinet she brought with her when she arrived in Episode 1)
The rest of the Killer Bass: (Give a good round of applause)
Riley: That was great, we just need one more person, anyone gonna volunteer?
Samir: I guess I could give it a shot (Juggles 3 balls for around a minute then they all land in a small bag to hold them in)
Sire: Sign him up, that wasn't half bad
Amanda: Alright then, you're in
Riley: So that makes it my gymnastics, Amanda's clarinet solo, and Samir's juggling, I think we've got this challenge won
With Kayla looking through Leah's things
Kayla: Where the fuck is it?
With Maria standing guard at the front of the cabin
John: (Walks up to her) Hey Maria
Maria: Oh hey John! (Raises her voice slightly so Kayla can hear) What are you doing here?
Kayla: (Hears this and starts to look faster)
John: I wanted to talk to Kayla about the talent show
Maria: Well, you can talk to me about it
John: Uhh, I'm good, yo Kayla, you in there?
Leah: (Approaches John and Maria) Hey you two, what's up?
Maria: Oh Leah! Nothing really! (Stays in the same obviously loud tone)
Kayla: (Whispers) Found it! (Walks out) Hey John, what's up?
John: Oh, I was just wondering what you think the Bass are going to do for the show?
Kayla: Oh I don't know, it depends on who's going up, do you mind leaving me and John to talk privately Maria?
Maria: Yeah, of course, los veo a los dos en el show de talentos. (See you two at the talent show in Spanish)
Kayla: So... what do you actually want?
John: I want to know what you plan to do at tonight's performance
Kayla: Just my cheerleading act, why do you ask
John: Cut the bullshit, you and I both know you have something else up your sleeve
Kayla: (Grabs John's shoulder and whispers in his ear) Just try and stop me (Walks away innocently) Later John

John: Yeah... I might've fucked up there, whatever, I've just gotta warn Leah that Kayla's up to something
Confessional - Kayla
Kayla: If John knows what's good for him, he'll keep his mouth shut and let things happen, I won't let a twink stop me from getting my revenge
10 minutes before the show starts, and just so there's no confusion, it's Ryan, Kayla, Leah, Riley, Amanda, and Samir
John: (Walks up to where the performers and their friends are) Leah, I have to talk to you, it's important
Kayla: Sorry, can't have your distracting the talent, you can speak to her later (Pushes him away)
John: But I-
Leah: Kayla has a point, we should focus up for the talent show, besides, we can always talk after the challenge John
John: (Sighs defeatedly and walks away)
Confessional - John
John: I don't know exactly what's about to go down but irregardless, I'm sorry you have to go through this Leah
Confessional - Leah
Leah: I don't know if it was just me, but John looked like he really needed to tell me something, I'll talk to him about it when I get the chance
Chris: Alright campers, are you guys ready for the talent show?!
Cricket chirping follows
Chris: Okay... our first performer, for the Screaming Gophers it's... Ryan!
(Ryan comes on stage and his team cheers him on)
Ryan: Today I'm going to be showing off my sniping skills
Then a target like at those carnival games comes up in between the teams bleachers
Ryan: 1... 2... 3... shoot! (Slingshots a rubber band and hits the target perfectly)
Chris: Wow, Ryan's got some skills!
(The Chef-O-Meter goes up to 8)
Chris: Ooh! Nice 8 points from Ryan! Next up, from the Killer Bass, Riley, with some gymnastic talent!
(Riley comes on stage and everyone on her team cheers her on)
Riley: (Takes a deep breath) I got this (Runs and does a minute long gymnastics routine perfectly and ends with a graceful bow) Thank you!
(Everyone roars loudly)
Chris: Holy crap! That was awesome!
(The Chef-O-Meter goes up to 7)
Chris: And Chef seems to think so too, you got a 7!
Riley: Great!
Confessional - Riley
Riley: I'm glad I did well, I hope Amanda and Samir can do just as good
Chris: Next up for the Screaming Gophers, Leah, with a flute solo
(Leah walks on stage as her team cheers her on but John isn't saying a word, he just looks sad and guilty)
Leah: (Does a flute solo of the song "A Thousand Years" for about a minute and a half)
(All of the cast cheer at the impressive display)
Chris: That... was... beautiful (A single tear falls down his eye)
(The Chef-O-Meter goes up to 10)
Chris: A perfect 10 points for the Gophers! With the score now being 18-7, is there any hope for the Bass?
Latrell: (Flips off Chris)
Chris: Let's see if Amanda can turn the tide with her clarinet solo!
Amanda: (Does a clarinet solo of This is Home by Cavetown)
Chris: That was good, Chef?
(The Chef-O-Meter goes up to 2)
Chris: Ooh, a 2, not good
Amanda: What the hell?! My clarinet solo was great!
Chris: Yeah, I agree, that was frickin' awesome, what the hell dude?
Chef: I just don't like Cavetown

Amanda: Fuck you, Chef
Chris: Well, last up for the Screaming Gophers is Kayla
(Kayla walks out in a white and blue cheerleading outfit and sits down on a stool)
Kayla: Originally, I was going to do a cheerleading act for you, but I decided to celebrate team spirit, with a collaboration (Pulls out Leah's diary)

Nikki: Fuck? That's way too far, even by her standards
Kayla: (Reading out Leah's diary) Okay, I don't want to think about him as much as I do, but he's soooo cute, he's really sweet, and he knows exactly how to motivate me, and, this might be just me, but I realllllly love guys with brown hair
(Everyone just looks at Kayla, befuddled out of their minds)
Leah: (Runs away crying)
Kayla: I had a lot of fun reading this, thanks for giving it to me John (Smirks)
John: What?! You took that yourself! I had nothing to do with this!
Kayla: (Walks away)
(The Chef-O-Meter doesn't move at all)
Chris: And Kayla's "performance" gets 0 points! The Killer Bass need a perfect 10 points to win this challenge!
Samir: No sweat guys, I got this (Starts to juggle with the balls and he slips and the pop on a pointy piece of wood sticking out the stage)
Sire: That's just unfortunate
Riley: What are we going to do?! Someone has to go up there or we're going to lose!
Amanda: Mia and Gia don't have anything that impressive, and Sire's talent would take too long
Riley: So that leaves Latrell or Jaden
Latrell: (Sighs)
Confessional - Latrell
Latrell: Look, I don't like having all this weight on my shoulders, and we don't know what Jaden would do, I had to step up
Latrell: (Walks up to Amanda and Riley) Alright, I'll do it, just hand me a chainsaw and we can get started
(All of the Bass give Latrell a confused and concerned look)
Latrell: Let me explain
Back to the stage
Chris: And the last player for the Killer Bass is... Latrell!
(All of the Killer Bass cheer for Latrell)
Latrell: If my lovely assistant would please give everyone their protective goggles (Starts to chuckle)
Samir: (Walks onto the stage and throws everyone protective goggles) Fuck you Latrell
Latrell: Nah I'm good, I don't swing that way, anywho, I'm gonna be carving a wood sculpture, if my lovely assistant and Sire would bring it here please
(Samir and Sire bring a giant wood stump and drop it onto the stage)
(All of the Killer Bass giggle)
Confessional- Riley
Riley: While I normally stop Latrell from messing with people like that, I'll admit, that was actually kind of funny
Latrell: Alright, let's get this started (Starts to use the chainsaw to carve the wood)
Chris: Wow, wonder what he's carving
10 minutes later after he's done carving
Latrell: And... done! So, what do you think? (He moves out of the way and reveals a wood carving of Chris' face)
Chris: That... is... THE BEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN! 10 POINTS! THE KILLER BASS WIN!
(The Killer Bass cheer)
Sire: Great job Latrell!
Riley: Latrell that was amazing! (Runs up and hugs him tight)
Chris: Screaming Gophers, I'll see you at elimination... again
