Rocko and Patra were at Café le Quiz, both enjoying tomato soup.

"Oh Rocko, I wonder where we are going to have our wedding." Patra informed. "I'm honestly surprised you proposed to me after we've only dated for like a few days."

"I'm honestly surprised you accepted." Rocko informed. "Also, I don't know where to have our wedding. On another note, this café is quite popular in Show Town. Then again, it is only of the only cafes in Show Town but I digress."

Patra was about to suggest that they start a petition to open more cafes in Show Town, when suddenly she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. She dropped her spoon, clutched her stomach, and dropped to her knees on the floor, much to Rocko's surprise.

"Wh-what's wrong?" He asked, getting out from his chair.

"My stomach... really hurts all of a sudden." Patra replied.

"Oh dear." Rocko replied. "I should get you to a doctor."

Rocko took Patra to a hospital, and discovered much to his and Patra's surprise, that Sheila is there, working as a nurse.

"Sheila?" Rocko inquired. "Where is Dr Hutchinson?"

"She's transferred to another hospital on the mainland." Sheila explained. "Anyways, what brings you two here?"

"I felt this sharp pain in my stomach after consuming soup in Café le Quiz." Patra explained. "And now it's starting to make weird globby noises."

Sheila took out a stethoscope, and used it to listen to Patra's stomach and heart. After listening for a while, she took an x-ray of the stomach. While they waited for the results, Rocko walked over to talk to Patra.

"I remember this one time I went to the hospital to get my appendix removed." He informed.

As Rocko was talking about his appendix removal story, Sheila walked in with the results.

"You have Kooky Mungo Stomach Syndrome." She informed. "It's a disease that causes your stomach to make these strange noises and causes sharp pains in your stomach."

Sheila took out a vial of pills from her pocket and gave it to Patra.

"Take one pill every three and a half hours." She informed. "Anyways, I have a lot of other patients, they're all injured as a result of a vicious beating from a Viking, which I'm pretty sure is the same Viking from before."

That was when Arne burst into the hospital room.

"I am Arne!" He bellowed.

"Oh no." Whimpered Sheila. "Not him again."

Later, Patra and Rocko were at the latter's house and the former was downing a pill with the aid of a glass of water.

"You can stay with me for tonight." Rocko happily informed.

"That would be wonderful." Patra replied with a beaming smile on her face.

The next morning, Patra's stomach pains were gone.

"It's great you're healed, honey." Rocko informed. "Also, I filed a complaint with Café le Quiz and they issued a full refund."

"That's nice to hear, darling." Patra replied, wrapping her arms around Rocko's neck. "And I really appreciate you letting me stay the night."

And with that, the two shared a kiss.
