Okay, so now it's time for the team of I.M.P, to help the folks who managed Fort Magnitude so they can settle the conversation with the Lord of Hell, and figure out what to do with Tannins and Athena, and on who gets to punish them for what they did. Enjoy Reading this folks!

"Authority and Lucifer."
(Somewhere at the State of Defense meeting Room.)
July 8, and we go to this very big and also important building where there is this very large meeting room and a lot of important guys in suits who are also important and then we have the man who is the warden of Fort Magnitude…. Or, what was left of it.
Zander Warrens and he goes over to the demons in the room as well, the crew of I.M.P: Lincoln, Luna, Loona, Moxxie, Millie and Blitzo, and right now the crew are waiting for this meeting to get started. "Hey guys, glad you all found a way for us to speak with Lucifer about this whole outcome."
"Also, this whole plan to let Lisa and Dr. Caroline Linnaeus living in Royal Woods is still something the rest of us have to figure out. They are fugitives from the crimes they committed which could've harmed…"
"Put them on parole and make sure they do not leave the town, and have cameras on them all the time, twenty-four-seven" said Moxxie.
Zander remains silent. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea." They then see the rest of the guys in suits who all seem important and even the Secretary of Defense, and they all gather to the table and sit down and then Luna plugs in a Wi-Fi Modem with the logo of Lucifer and onto the large TV.
Moxxie then uses his laptop to contact Delilah, and back in hell, she pinpoints the signals and makes sure they're private to be sent to Lucifer, and the people see him on the screen, sitting on his throne.
"Hello, human less than important allies from earth. I believe everyone is… Where is the president?"
Black suit guy 1. "President Joe Biden is currently discussing negotiations with this whole ordeal of the war between Israel and Palestine, but we will inform him of your conversation with us and how we can bring forth…."
"Yeah, okay. Whatever. Now, the whole ordeal from what one of my former allies did to your structure that once kept many megalomaniacs who are now here in hell."
Zander speaks. "Mr. Magne, now we are deeply upset after the whole incident at Fort Magnitude and we had to rewrite some paper work on the death of Lisa, and we're glad she is alive, but suffered through so much turmoil. She is a kid after all."
"We need to sort out the outcome that two sinners from your world came to earth and caused damage."
"Yes, I am aware of Tannins and Athena. But the thing is, I had no knowledge of the attack, Tannins is quite the gifted little demonic genius and was able to make a suit that cloaked her presence, along with her sister so that she could not be detected by myself and the big guy you all pray to."
"The whereabouts of both Tannins and Athena is unknown to me, and they have broken out of the bind that made them my allies. Which also means I just lost two of my best weapons masters in hell, and also a maniacal genius who makes what we need to defend our world."
Secretary of Defense. "And what do you intend to do with those two? They are responsible for major causalities and the attack was an act of terrorism."
Lucifer smirks. "Well, that would be a less than complicated matter. I do not wish to kill them, but to imprison and torture them seems more fitting. My other plan is to have them be tortured by angels because they snuck away from the eyes of the big bearded guy in the heavens."
"But they did commit an act of terrorism, in which terrorism is a crime to many people in your country, when the real terrorists are those who fund the terrorists themselves, such as rogue weapons dealers in your own country."
They all remain silent and have no idea how to respond to that one.
Lucifer snickers. "But, I do have this other plan. Tannins and Athena seem stronger and motivated then they are together, because they're twin sisters who stick to what they do and work in sync with brains and savagery. So, we split them up and you get to keep one of them."
They all discuss about this, and they let Zander speak. "That sounds like a fair thing, but which one though?"
Lucifer then has the papers which are the files of Tannins and Athena. "Having Tannins on earth is a complicated ordeal and she is a genius who will figure something out, but I on the other hand know how to keep her in line and make sure she stays silent and shuts up."
"Because she cannot manage without something she can make, and I believe I know where to put her so that she doesn't make any more damned mistakes again! Because she was someone who was devoted to my cause, and yet he dare to break apart what I assigned to her, for something of her own purposes."
"Now, Athena is a maniacal cannibalistic savage who is full of energy and containing her means making her weak, vulnerable and unable to do anything to even be a threat and to make sure she doesn't get her hands in anything sharp. So, strait jacket and someplace empty of anything."
This was something they needed to discuss and so the secretary of defense stands up. "Let's take a brief recess and then we can continue."
Lucifer nods. "As you say."
They leave the room and the screen turns off. Zander goes over to I.M.P. "This is turning out well, and I think we might come to a choice on who to contain, but can you guys find Tannins and Athena?"
Blitzo responds. "Easy there, hot shot. Right now the one fucker who can find them would be they're long time weapons customer, Overlord of potions, baking, delusional insanity and Selfies, Velvet." They show him the image of Velvet covered in blood.
Zander is surprised. "Wow. Well, I don't know what to…"
"She's super pissed off that her allies went against everything" said Loona. "She's best friend with my son."
Lincoln waves. "She wants to make me happy, she wants to help me with ordeal and have fun, and also watch me kill stuff as she does. But she is one of my best friends in hell. She's got this."
Zander nods. "Alright, also she looks familiar." He then leaves the room, and this makes I.M.P Curious, because if he sees some familiarity within that sinner, then he knows who she is when she was alive, because Velvet is no her real name.
(Moments Later.)
The important people come back and they begin to speak with Lucifer who is back on screen and going through his phone. The secretary of Defense looks to Zander and nods. "Lucifer, we agreed to take in Athena, but we'll take her once the facility has been rebuilt. We know where to put her."
They show him the image of the layout of where she could be held. "This large empty white room has no way out, and also one way in which is fortified and guarded by stun laser systems that would immobilize anything that comes in."
"And we have this new kind of strait jacket designed to hold down anyone who is beyond strong and mentally insane, and cannot be removed unless ten keys have been used onto the twenty lock at the back. This would definitely ensure Athena would do no harm."
"If she does attempt something then the room will deploy some gas to stun her, and she cannot close her mouth to not breathe it in, this gas is unique and was designed by the folks from M.I.6. But we don't wish to claim Tannins, for she might sort something out and then escape and do some damage."
Lucifer looks to this. "Very impressive. Seems like new geniuses of humanity are as resilient as the damned sinners here from the past. That could work, but you'll need to reinforce the walls, and perhaps i can provide that since Athena is capable of busting things open with her strength."
"She can get quite deadly when she gains rage and lots of energy, the gas seems quite effective though and I shall hold her in one of my fortified and complex cells until you have finished rebuilding this new Fort Magnitude."
The Secretary of Defense stands up. "Then we're at an agreement. But what do you plan to do with Tannins for her imprisonment?"
Lucifer smirks and grins. "She will pay dearly for breaking the rules and I assure you, she will break and beg for me to stop. Or, she might beg for death, and should that end game come, then I would love for her sister to watch as I slowly end Tannins miserable life here!"
They see the fire in his eyes and rage, Lucifer is pissed off, and then he calms down. "Well, seems like there isn't anything else for us to discuss. I shall leave you all be and inform you all when the sinners have been apprehended, and I shall await the message on the new fort Magnitude you have built."
The screen turns off, and they all leave the room and so does I.M.P. "Well, now all we gotta do is wait for Tannins and Athena to get caught" said Millie.
"If Velvet needs help, we can provide some assistance" said Lincoln.
"Well, now all we gotta do is check on Lisa and see if she's doing alright" said Luna.
Lincoln then thinks about this. 'Lisa, I don't even know if she'll be the same when she wakes up. This is gonna be complicated, but perhaps Dr. Caroline Linnaeus could help her see reason.'
(Some unknown part of Pentagram City.)
Athena continues forging an angelic spear and then she attaches it to the wall near the entrance. "There, all set and this place fucking smells bad." She then sees her sister beginning to get power into their new underground lair. "Awesome."
Tannins then checks her clipboard. "All complicated ordeals is dealt with. We are now cleared to do whatever we please within this new hideout and I do agree that the smell is truly vile and putrid, but what other choice do we have? We're on the run and Lucifer might be after us."
Athena sighs and she lays down onto the couch. "Yeah, this sucks and at least those I.M.P dorks don't know where we are, sure wanna go and party right now, what about you sis?"
Tannins looks to her machine, which is making a low humming sound and then she looks to the other machine containing an essence. "Everything is in stable order. We have the barrier ready to be used again, soon and the essence of Lisa's brain is still thriving."
She then checks her clipboard. "All of my projects have been completed, and now I can get started on the new ones. To make a portable device to generate such barrier to ensure our survival, and with the same energy essence as the brain of that damned child."
"Come on sis, lay down with me!" said Athena.
Tannins sighs, she then puts her clipboard down and she lays down with her sister and they both look to the ceiling. "To think, we worked for Lucifer and helped make weapons for other demons, and now we're here and we have no one to fund the whole thing" said Athena,
"That is logically true, but we can manage and I can finish with what I have been making, and this will please Lucifer enough to see that I am not to be removed from his seat or sent to be tortured for all eternity" said Tannins. "It would be a waste of genius."
Athena then snuggles close to her twin. "Yeah, and I can snag some cash by robbing assholes in hell." she kisses her sister on the cheek.
Tannins… smiles and she removes her glasses. "You're plans will need help, and I shall assist you, my dear sister." The two sisters continue to be like this and think of what to do next, and hope they do not get caught by I.M.P or Lucifer.

A/N: Well, that is settled and they can deal with Tannins and Athena when the time does come, for now they should keep an eye on when they will resurface and help Lisa and her mother, well that is if Lisa ever wakes up. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
