Lisa is now awake and they need to sort out what the hell has happened to her mind, chances they'll get the answers they need from the doctor and to hear what she has to say after the whole ordeal of what she has been through. This is a total game changer. Enjoy reading this folks!

"Lisa's mental ordeal."
(July 10, Royal Woods General Hospital.)
Right now, the group is outside of the room and are talking with the man who has finished running the tests on Lisa. The man is named: Dr. Kendrick and he speaks with I.M.P, Caroline Linnaeus, Lori, Leni, Luan, Mara Mayberry and Charlie.
"So, what's the problem doctor?" asked Millie.
"Why did Lisa turn from a very annoying genius, to a girl who lost the big brain?" asked Luan.
Dr. Kendrick then looks through what he recalls. "Seems like, this is not amnesia and it's something that would literally break the foundation of physics and more into science fiction, but of the hellish-style ordeal. She literally has no clue on her intelligence, heck she couldn't answer a complex college equation of advanced math."
"Many of us can't answer shit like that" said Blitzo.
Dr. Kendrick then looks towards Lincoln. "Kid, you told me that a sinner named Tannins was experimenting her, and that you saw her lab and what she had. Tell me, was there a strange machine that seemed capable of doing something that could be beyond anything you thought it would?"
Lincoln had no idea how to respond to that. "Umm, well there was the big machine taking in brain power to make a shield, and then there was this other machine and it seemed to have an energy inside of it and… Oh."
"What? What the fuck is it?" asked Loona. "I don't get the whole idea in this shit."
Dr. Kendrick is now afraid of what he had believed. "Well, seems like what I have been theorizing is all true. Tannins may have made a machine that did more than just experiment on the young girl, it took her intelligence from her thoughts and left her with little knowledge and that knowledge is mostly as any normal toddler or a kid from kindergarten."
Then Leni speaks. "Technically, she's not a toddler or a kindergarten kid anymore. Lisa is technically going to be advancing in school, well sort of advancing into school, she is 5 year's old after all."
Dr. Kendrick nods. "Still, she has little to know knowledge on the past Lisa knowledge, but I believe she is aware that she isn't smart anymore and her brain seems to be functioning as the normal not so smart kid would be having. She can't learn the advanced studies and would have it hard."
"Also, she is going through some very painful issues inside of her head, and they're gonna come in the form of small migraines and she seems to have gained something that doesn't seem good, an allergy to shellfish."
They were confused by that, and then Blitzo speaks. "Well, looks like she'll need to avoid eating clams and other crabs from my restaurant."
Caroline is surprised by this. "Lisa, oh god. But, she's alright?"
Dr. Kendrick nods. "She's awake and doing something. Also, I recommend this medicine for her, it's for her migraines and we ran some scans and these small migraines will last till the end of the month. So, be there for her when she needs it, she needs her mother."
Caroline nods. "I intend to be the best mother for her." They then go into the room and they see the little girl.
Lisa Linnaeus and she's using some crayons onto a drawing book and they see her trying to stay inside of the lines, and she's coloring the tree. Lisa then stops and she looks to the others and she smiles. "Mommy. Everyone, hello."
Caroline goes over and she hugs Lisa, and the little girl hug her as well. "Lisa, thank goodness you're alright, are you doing fine?"
Lisa nods. "Sorta, but my head kinda hurts sometimes and it doesn't make me feel happy. Is this normal?"
Caroline nods. "Yes, it is. The Doctor told me that it'll last until the end of the month, so you need to try and hang in there from this whole thing. I even have the medicine for it and it's… Orange flavored, huh."
Lisa smiles hearing this. "I like orange flavor."
Lincoln and the others are shocked by this. This is Lisa, formerly Lisa Loud and now Lisa Linnaeus, and she was once known as the prodigy of the former loud family, and has only known that she should advance in her mind with knowing science and beyond.
She's been treating everyone and even her family as experiments for some kind of sick and twisted game she has planned, or session. She used to work as a tutor and showing off what she can do with her brain, and even won so many Nobel prizes from her ingenious mind.
This was also the former Lisa who would make others look stupid because she is highly intellectual than anyone else, and this is also the same Lisa who tried to make everything the way it was supposed to be with some sick and twisted invention that would bring harm to everyone around the world.
But now, all they see is a little girl who has the mind of a little girl who wants to be with her mother, a little girl who seems to be in the same level as her former best friend, Darcy Helmandollar. This Lisa is not a genius, and has nothing else to say about big words.
Lucy wipes her eyes and then looks again. 'Lana, EveLynn and Lola are never gonna believe this shit!'
They then go towards her, and Lisa notices this and is shy, and also scared. "H-Hello. Everyone."
Leni sits by the bed and looks to her. "Lisa, do you remember who we are?"
Lisa nods. "You were all once my family, but then something bad happened because we made Lincoln not part of the family, and then things went bad. Right?"
Now this does shock them. Then Luan asks. "Lisa, do you remember what you did to us? Well, tried to do to all of us?"
Lisa tries to recall. "I was smart, like really smart and I made people…. I made them feel bad and not smart, and I wasn't a good girl to all of you and I did bad things… With my mom, too" she looks to Caroline and the woman wipes away some tears.
"Then we went on and got into trouble and then…" Lisa then wipes away her tears and she has fear in her eyes and she begins to cry, Caroline embraces the crying and scared girl and does what she can to comfort her.
Now they all see that Lisa has gained a fear, and that fear maybe tied with the sinner who experimented on her, Tannins. The very sight of this, is making the group angry and wanting to hunt down those sinners for what they did.
Lincoln then goes over and he places a hand onto Lisa's hand. The little girl looks to him and she can see the sad look in his eyes. "Lisa, we understand that you went through some bad stuff, because that means now you understand what we had to get through."
"We thought you wouldn't be given a chance to be forgiven and trusted, but that doesn't mean you can't try. Because now, we can give you the chance to earn back forgiveness and trust from all of us, because we know you deserve a second chance. Both you and you're mom."
Lori then goes over. "Lisa, we might not be a big family as before, but we'll always have each other's backs. Even for you, because we don't want you to go through the same bad stuff again, it was beyond anything than wrong and literally horrible."
"We're so sorry you went through that, and now that you're getting nightmares of the bad lady" said Leni. She goes over and she hugs Lisa. Lisa is startled by this, but the hug from Leni makes her shed some tears and hug her back.
They all feel sympathy for Lisa, she has been through a lot. Then Moxxie looks towards Caroline. "Did you have any ideas for any jobs?"
The woman nods. "Middle School Science Teacher, and come soon I will have the job, once school begins for everyone. I do also plan to have Lisa go back to school, and towards her next stage. Her grades are advanced and she did pass a lot to advance further."
"Thanks to Lincoln, and some friends of his from the Elementary School. Principal Huggins showed us the many passed tests that Lisa has taken, and though she doesn't seem like herself anymore, she's technically passed her exams and can be able to… Advance in her next class, and possibly catch up alongside her best friend, Darcy."
Loona smiles hearing this. "Good, but chances Lisa will need to be watched over, because she might not be liked when she goes back to school. We can trust Lucy for that one."
They watch as the other former louds go over and they hug Lisa, and the little girl cries as she feels this emotional embrace from her former siblings, well not all of her former siblings. "This is a good start for Lisa and myself. Thank you, all of you."
They all smile. "We're doing this to help her, after the mess she went through and like Lincoln said, she deserves a second chance as you do" said Charlie.
Caroline nods. "Yes, and we're going to be forever grateful for this."
Then Blitzo speaks. "Well, you have the house and the job incoming and we donated a lot of cash for you two to use…." This surprises Caroline. "Now, the real deal is citizenship and the god damn set of wheels."
Moxxie sighs from this annoyance. "We're gonna have to help you adapt to dealing with him almost every day, and also the driving lessons."
Caroline Linnaeus smiles and nods. She then looks to Lisa, who seems truly happy to be with her former siblings. 'This is truly a new change of life for the both of us, and I assure you Lisa… I will not let you down. We will start a new and better life than the one you once had.'
(Somewhere in Wichita, Kansas.)
Night has fallen at an old mansion, we see Rita is dressed in a bathrobe and she goes into the large empty dining room and she goes through her plans and the layout of the whole town. She then takes a moment to think.
'Alright, this is it. We have the plan set, we have the gear we need and we can commence the plan on attacking Royal Woods and getting back my son, and for me to make that bitch suffer for taking him from me! Along with the precious rockstar sister!'
She then sees in the large living room are her male associates who escaped with her, and they're all asleep and naked after they had a gang bang onto her earlier.
'Fucking hell, am I tired of being they're personal happy hour. At least they know that I am the boss around here, and soon they can have all the women they want at Royal Woods. I don't give a shit about the people who get fucked up by them. All I want, is my son back and that hound and Luna dead!'
She then closes the blueprints and she takes it upstairs to the room she took over from the dead owners. Rita lays down on the bed and she looks to the window with the night sky glittering with stars. "Wait, Lincoln… Soon, I'll come for you and no one is gonna keep us separated again."
Rita then looks to the small doll she made that looks like Lincoln and she lets it snuggle close to her. 'Lincoln, my son. The two of us, alone and with no one else. I will make sure we're together and that everyone else, they can die and burn in hell.'
'Then, we will begin a new family, because you are far better than that asshole Lynnard. I wanna make a better family, and with you part of it.' She then removes her clothes and she continues to snuggle with the doll and drift to sleep, thinking of sick and demented thoughts of being with her former son.

A/N: Seems like Lisa is changed, and possibly for the better with no intentions of her old prodigy self. Now she can live her own normal life and with her mother by her side, things are gonna be different now, for all of them. Rita is coming soon, and possibly this is gonna be a three way fucked up fight, because Rita and her crew are not gonna be along when they get to Royal Woods.
