The time has come, to see what Caroline and her daughter Lisa think about the plan Lincoln has, one that would lead to some change and possibly forgiveness and trust to the two sinner sisters who took them and tormented them. Will they understand? Well, that might not matter, because this is something Lincoln has to do, and he has a backup plan after all. Enjoy reading this folks!

"Talk with Caroline and Lisa."

(August 19, Linnaeus Residence.)

At the neighborhood of Franklin Avenue, Lincoln Silva Hound walks down the street and he goes to the house that isn't too far from where he lives, and then he sees the house and the mailbox with the name. "Linnaeus."

Lincoln sighs and he goes towards the house, and he's not alone. Also with him is Vark and the large four-legged shark barks, and so he pets the head of his demonic animal companion. "Alright, buddy. Let's go."

The duo walk towards the house and then he knocks onto the door, and the door opens and he sees the mother of Lisa. "Hello, Mrs. Linnaeus, I came here to talk."

The woman nods. "Alright, come in." She steps aside and Lincoln along with Vark come inside. "So, you wish to speak to me and Lisa, right?"

Lincoln nods. "Yeah, let's talk in the living room. This is something important to discuss and it has something to do with what went down since Monday." They go towards the living room.

But Caroline knows what this is about, and she has a bad feeling of what it might be. Then they see Lisa, already in the living room, and she turns off the TV. "Lincoln…" She goes over and hugs her former brother, and he returns the embrace. "Glad you came here, Lincoln."

Lincoln smiles and ruffles her hair. "You too, Lisa. Also, Vark wanted to come along too."

Lisa looks to Vark and she pets his head, this makes him happy and he licks her face, and this makes her giggle and hug him. Lisa then looks towards Lincoln. "So, my mommy told me that you wanted to talk to us, right?"

Lincoln nods, and so he sits onto the arm chair, while Caroline and Lisa take the couch. "Alright, so it's been more than a few days since…. Well, you know who has been sent to jail, and we know who that sinner is, right?"

Lisa didn't seem fond of the name or the sinner who tormented her, but Caroline knows. "Yes, I believe I figured that out when you wanted to talk. Tannins, the sinner who brought torture and hell to myself and my daughter, and the sole reason as to why we're together again."

She pulls Lisa close to her, and so Lisa goes over and hugs her mother and she returns the embrace to her own daughter. Lincoln is confused. "Wait, you don't seem too upset with Tannins on earth and locked up. How come?"

Caroline looks to the boy. "Because she is paying the price for what she did to us, and yet…"

Lisa departs from the hug and she speaks. "That sinner, monster lady is the reason why I'm with my mommy, and why I'm not a bad girl anymore, and being the kid who I am supposed to be, with small smarts. I know math, and if she didn't catch me then…"

She then wipes away her tears, and Caroline comforts her, and then she looks towards Lincoln. "Tannins may have been the one who brought misery to myself and Lisa, but she made me realize just how important Lisa is to me… How much I see her as my child, and allowed me to unlock the motherly instincts I thought I never ever had."

"But… Her judgment to be locked up is something worth it, and I wish we had the chance to thank her for bringing us closer." Caroline continues to comfort her daughter. "We just don't know how to cope with her if we're even close to her, she did show guilt when we faced her, and we know why…"

Lincoln nods. He also recalls. "Yeah, she suffered from being captured in the hands of the two overlords, and through that, she now understands what it's like to be just like how you two suffered, locked up or tortured. Because when she ended up in hell, she's never experienced that before."

"Tannins wanted to thank me and Luna for saving her and her sister, Athena, and that she owes so much to us for rescuing them. That's why she wanted her sister Athena to be part of the Company we have, and she's a good help too, a very deadly help."

Lisa stops crying and she sits back down onto the couch, and Caroline knows where this is going. "You intend to help release Tannins from her prison?" She didn't seem to be quite happy at this.

Lincoln felt like she did know and he predicted her reaction. "Yeah, that's the plan…" Lisa is afraid of this and she hugs her mother again, and she returns the embrace. "But she won't be causing any form of trouble, not as long as I'm still alive."

"I know she did wrong, but she already felt what it was like to be how you felt when she experimented on Lisa. Tannins has suffered, and two weeks of nightmares for her that won't leave, also because I am entitled as an overlord in the future, so I own her and Athena."

This surprises Caroline. "What?"

Lincoln nods. "I took the privilege to go in there and fight, and save everyone, especially Lisa and those two sinner sisters. From the words of the hell boss himself, he told me that he has no business on Tannins and Athena anymore, and that he'll allow me to do as I please onto Athena and Tannins."

"They won't do anything dangerous and stupid unless I say otherwise, they think about betraying me, then both are gonna be double dead and not coming back. I also think that Tannins should speak with you both about what she's done so you could both understand…. I need to know, are you guys alright with this plan I have?"

Caroline and Lisa think about this and look to each other, and then they look towards Lincoln, and then Caroline speaks. "We'll contact you on what we've chosen. We need some time to think this through, this is… Difficult to handle."

Lincoln nods and then he gets off from the couch. "Very well then, I'll await the call and then we can discuss this with Athena. See you guys around." Lincoln along with Vark take their leave.

This still concerns Lisa and her mother, but they wanna know what Tannins has to say, and yet they need to go through their emotions and think about what they should do for a plan of agreement if they are to allow Tannins to be released and the plan Lincoln has.

Caroline hugs her daughter. "We're gonna need some time, Lisa."

(Outside.)

Lincoln walks back to his home, with Vark following. The Four-Legged Shark can see the troubled expression from Lincoln and he nudges him. Lincoln smirks and he pets his head. "Yeah, I'm a bit troubled, big guy. I don't know why, but I just need to sort out…"

Then he sees a message on his phone and he checks it. "Huh, a text message from Great Lakes City."

Ronnie Anne: Hey Linc. Mi familia are gonna be headed to the community pool tomorrow, we went there earlier and we were wondering if you guys wanna be part of it, also Bobby is teaching Carl how to swim. That one I did not know.

Lincoln smiles hearing this. "Well, time to go and ask if the others wanna go for a swim." This makes Vark jump around Lincoln with joy, and the boy chuckles at this. "Yeah, I know buddy. You like water."

A/N: Well, it'll be some time before Lincoln will get the call that Caroline and Lisa are alright with the idea of Tannins being freed from jail, in the meantime, the rest of the summer is still on, so they should chill and relax. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
