Chapter 109
Party Crasher
Cameron was on a mission to get back to the abandoned building. She knew the girls were in trouble. She raced across the desert landscape at a fantastic speed. She needed to save her friends from whatever terror the bikers were about to unleash on them. She would assess the situation when she arrived and formulate the best plan of attack to enter the building and free her friends. She counted about twenty motorcycles and one truck. It meant there was the possibility she would need to face twenty armed men, or more, without a weapon other than herself. Maybe she could find a weapon or two on a few of the motorcycles.
Since it was a relatively isolated location, she doubted the bikers would take everything into the building with them. She also needed to consider the possibility there was more than one person on some of the motorcycles.
She was a Terminator. She was about to do what she was constructed for. It was to terminate humans. It would actually be much like a Terminator entering a Resistance bunker and inflicting as much damage as possible. Sometimes the Terminator was terminated, other times they were destroyed or deactivated. Sometimes they were captured. She didn't need to think about what happened to her right now. The girls were what mattered, not her.
There was only thing she was sure about. It was everyone there, but the girls, was about to die.
Jesse tried to see if she could get into a better position by moving along and over the tops of the rafter beams. She looked for a route which wouldn't drop anything down on top of the bikers to alert them to her presence. Everyone on the ground watched intently as Allison was about to be abused. No one looked up or around. The four men who held Allison could not keep her still. She struggled wildly as she screamed. Two more were directed to help hold her down.
She was determined to get to the ugly biker Bitch and drop down on top of her. She hoped to get her knife away from her and kill her with it. She didn't think she would be there before Allison was hurt. It wouldn't kill Allison yet. It would scar her though. It made her think about her past, the future. She actually hurt females herself in the past the same way. It was when she was involved with some Scavengers for a time. She wasn't proud of her past. If she failed to kill the ugly biker Bitch, the same thing would happen to her. So be it. What goes around comes around. She needed to try and help her friends. It was the only thing which mattered at this point.
There was a lot of laughing going on as the crowd gathered to watch the brutal procedure. They all watched ugly biker Bitch do the same thing before. The ugly biker Bitch told the men who held Allison to hold her still. She was angry because there was so much movement. She liked her trophies to be intact. There were six men trying to hold Allison in place. She thrashed around violently. She wasn't about to give up without a fight.
One of the bikers reached for a brick. He was going to smash it into Allison's head. The ugly biker Bitch stopped him. She said she wanted the 'pretty slut' to know what happened to her, and who did it. She wasn't going to be pretty for very much longer.
Jesse knew she needed to act. She was about to drop into the center of the hornet's nest. She would be right in the middle of all the action. She was going to use the knife on the ugly biker Bitch first. She would then make a grab for one of their handguns. She should be at least able to kill a few of them. She was certain none of them were going to survive. She briefly wondered if she should kill Alison and Vanna before the brutality started. If she did, she would kill herself as well. The bikers could do what they wanted with their dead bodies. They wouldn't be in them anymore.
She took a quick look around to assess where everyone was at. She couldn't believe what she saw. It was Cameron's face for a second in the window, and then it disappeared. It gave her a new sense of purpose. she was more willing to take a bigger chance now. She wouldn't be alone. She could at least take down some of the opposition to prevent too much damage to Cameron as she terminated everyone in the building.
Cameron's arrival was close enough for her. It was time to act. She made her way across the rafters towards the ugly biker Bitch about to hurt Allison. She knew Cameron would be in the building to help her in seconds. She needed to act now or Allison would be scared for life. Allison previously stayed in the burning building to pull her away from the flames. She would do no less for Allison right now. Sacrifice was the true test of love. It was time to show Allison and Vanna how much she loved them.
Allison screamed and tried to fight, as did Vanna next to her.
'I'm coming, Allison.' Jesse said to herself. 'Keep fighting.'
Jesse just needed a few more seconds to carry out the best attack against the bikers. It would be best as she could with what was available to her.
Outside the nude female ran from the window and quickly searched among the bikes. She looked for a weapon. She found a machete on one bike and then one more on another bike. She didn't bother with the clothing she found. It was time to act. The girls needed help and they needed it now. The size of the aggressive biker force didn't matter. It wouldn't have mattered at twice their number. Now, the real party would get started.
The screaming of the two girls was all the motivation she needed. She faced similar threats before. It was time to crash the party and she was the 'party crasher'.
'My turn….' She said to herself.
With a machete in each hand, she ran into the building naked….
Hell on earth was about to be unleashed.
Everyone there but the girls was going to die.
Resistance base:
Concurrent timeline:
Riley was excited to walk with John. She thought about taking his hand but hesitated. She already sent her message. Since she was on his way to his room, it was clear it was received. She planned to deliver on her end. If she needed to do everything from start to finish, it's what she would do. Even if he was hesitant to participate, she could still satisfy him in several ways.
The two of them reached John's room.
Riley was filled with anticipation and already highly sexually aroused. It's what she'd been waiting for since the first moment she laid eyes on John. John was about to be hers…. She initiated the breakup with Derek to try to get closer to John. So far it seemed to be working like she planned. She knew she could have Derek anytime.
She believed John needed more than he currently had. Right now he had nothing. She wanted to fix it. She wanted him to have companionship. She wanted him to feel love. She hoped they would be able to share love. She watched other people in the future go down a similar path John was currently on. It often ended up with them dying needlessly in combat. They took too many chances to end their suffering.
She didn't like to see him so down and dejected. She thought she could help him. It didn't seem anyone else would. She didn't think they should keep pushing the redhead in his direction. She actually seemed to be pushing herself. She was pretty sure Savannah told her more than once Cameron's wedding dress was in her closet. She knew it would still be a little big for Savannah. It wouldn't be for her.
She didn't think John needed to feel bad about the cyborg. It was clear after this length of time, none of the females who left in the TDE room would come back. What could a machine offer him she couldn't? Her womanly charms would win him over. She was able to practice and hone them with Derek. Now they were all for John.
Riley hoped John could get her pregnant since Derek couldn't. She tried to get pregnant since she arrived at the Resistance base. It was possible Derek was damaged from his time in the Skynet future. John possessed a healthy body. She could give both of them a better life and a real future. She was sure it was only possible if both of the people were 'real'. The idea he was with 'a very scary robot from the future' was absurd. What was wrong with these people? It was like it was something 'normal' to them. It wasn't.
John thought about everything as they left the lab. He took stock of everything along the way as they headed for his room. Over the last few months he watched Riley watch him. He knew what she wanted. It would be a lie to say he didn't want it too, he always did. He thought back to HIS Riley. They were very close. They did everything over time. The night in the truck was the first time they did it all at the same time.
He was unsure of what Cameron witnessed. He never asked. She never said. He only knew Cameron caught him the next morning when he came back. She was waiting right by the door for him to enter. He knew it wasn't a coincidence the instant he saw her. It didn't matter if she held the laundry basket or not. He felt triumphant at the time. He was proud of what he'd done. He transitioned from a boy to a man on his own.
The guilt of the whole thing washed over him. He still remembered the LOOK on her face as he went up the stairs. He smirked at her to rub it in. The look of eternal hurt and betrayal only worsened on her face. He remembered he was the one who put 'that look' on her face.
It seemed to catapult Cameron into a perpetual tailspin. Even with everything which happened since then, he was very aware she never got over it. She was a machine. Every time she thought about it, it was like it just happened to her as to the intensity she felt. Time didn't dull her pain as it did for a human. It actually seemed to make it worse. She remembered 'every time' she remembered it. They all seemed to compound on each other.
Life goes on, John thought. This was life.
The closeness of Riley's body called to him, even if he didn't want it to. He let the little head do the thinking for the big head the last time. He knew it could happen again, even if his mind resisted what his body wanted.
Riley was excited and aroused as they waited at the door to his room. She could feel herself physically ready. She was filled with anticipation. She planned to skip the foreplay and get down to business.
John opened the door and waited for Riley to enter.
Riley wanted to make sure there was no mistake and everyone was on the same page. She didn't want to invite herself into his room. She wanted him to do it. She thought it would be nice if he picked her up and carried her over the threshold. It didn't seem like it was going to happen. Maybe it was better not to get carried away, even if it was what she wanted.
"Invite me in, John." Riley said.
John was as anxious as he was nervous. He tried to keep some control. It was very difficult. He tried to joke around a little.
"Are you a vampire?" John asked.
Riley just looked at him. She didn't understand the reference. She never saw any vampire movies. She never saw any movie until she arrived in the past, the present.
John tried to be as cordial as possible. He didn't want to seem like he was out of control. He was pretty sure he was on the edge.
"Riley, would you like to come into my room?" John asked.
Riley could feel her body respond even more. She knew it was going to happen. It excited her even more to know things were going to be very smooth from the first moment.
"Yes, John Connor, I'd like to." Riley said as excitement flooded over her. "Thank you."
Riley walked into the room and closed the door behind her. She was about half way 'there' already, and they hadn't even kissed yet. She was pretty sure she would make it the moment he kissed her or touched her. It was a level of excitement she never felt before.
She could only think of one thing. John was about to be hers….
It was the best day ever for her. She thought maybe she could accelerate things.
'I Fought The Law' by the 'Bobby Fuller Four', played in the background.
Sarah looked on from the distance. It broke her heart to see what just happened. Sarah cried a little for Cameron and John. John was about to lose Cameron forever. If there was even a remote chance Cameron would return, nothing was going to be the same again, ever.
Grim determination flooded over her. Sarah went to get something Allison left for her….
'NOT ON MY WATCH'. Sarah said to herself.
Sarah knew what needed to be done. She knew John would hate her forever, but he wouldn't kill her, she hoped.
It made no difference. John needed to be protected from himself. Now was the time to do it. She wasn't one to wait in the background for others to do what needed to be done. What needed to be done, needed to be done.
Bob and Jim only recently arrived at the base. They entered from the carpool a short time ago. John Henry encouraged them to return to the base earlier. They could follow up on the Skynet leads later on. Right now, they looked at each other as they watched John and Riley leave the lab and go towards John's room.
"We have to stop them." Bob said.
It made little sense to Jim. There were other factors to consider.
"Why? Savannah is still considered as 'not ready' by the others. She should wait a few years." Jim said. "Even Cameron can't change it, it's biology."
Bob saw it differently. Cameron made alternate plans. What was about to happen wasn't one of them. He wanted to protect the future Cameron wanted for John.
"This isn't Cameron's wish." Bob said. "It must be stopped."
Jim watched John open the door and Riley enter behind him and close it.
"It appears to be John's wish." Jim said.
Bob didn't want Cameron to be upset when she returned.
"When Cameron comes back, she'll be angry." Bob said.
Jim stated the obvious. It was what they all knew, even if they couldn't admit it.
"Cameron isn't coming back, none of them are." Jim said. "It's been too long."
Bob didn't want to hear it. He thought about what Savannah always told everyone.
"No! They'll come back." Bob said. "I want them to come back."
Jim said what Cameron feared.
"They've been replaced, all of them." Jim said.
Bob left the area. He MUST honor Cameron. He wouldn't allow the memory of Cameron to be tainted by HER, the 'Bitch Whore', Riley. He decided to terminate Riley himself, even if it meant his own termination. He would honor Cameron's memory. He would immediately submit to chip extraction after the termination. As he walked, his eyes flashed red. It was Payback Time.
John Henry monitored the security feed.
He was very disturbed at what he just witnessed. First it was in the lab, now it was at John's room. What was about to happen wasn't Cameron's choice. It wasn't the plan. He'd viewed and shared Cameron's files. It was the one event she never wanted. It was Cameron's worst fear. It was her worst nightmare.
John Henry stood. He was going to terminate Riley himself for dishonoring Cameron's memory even if it meant his own termination. He owed it to Cameron. He would submit to chip extraction immediately after the termination.
John Henry left the room as his eyes flashed red. It was Payback Time.
Savannah was hidden. She watched John like she always did. She saw Riley was always after John. Riley played 'games' with him, as she bothered him. She knew what Riley was after. Riley was after HER John. John belonged to Cameron, Young Allison and her. It was the 'Natural Order'.
She ran to her room. Cameron's wedding dress hung in her closet. She'd asked Cameron if she could keep it. Cameron said it was why she gave it to her. She was supposed to wear it one day with John. Cameron always reminded her what she 'promised'.
Savannah remembered her promise now.
Maybe she was a little young to safely reproduce, but she was ready to do the 'other things'. She knew what her destiny was.
"I promise, Cammy." Savannah cried. "I'll get him back for US."
The building in the desert:
Concurrent timeline:
Jesse was ready to act. She saw Cameron run into the building. She was nude with a machete raised in each hand as she advanced on the group of bikers. It was like nothing she ever witnessed before. Cameron slashed and dodged through the crowd of stunned bikers. It was almost like she was 'dancing'. There was such speed and precision to her movements. It was pure fluidity of motion. Body parts flew as blood spurted everywhere. The bikers didn't have time to scream let alone to act. It all happened so fast.
Jesse dropped down. She slammed down on top of the ugly biker Bitch who knelt next to Allison as she was about to hurt her. The knife fell from her hand. She snatched it up and jammed it into the ugly biker Bitch's fat neck. She pulled it out with a shower of blood and stuck it in the back of the man closest to her. Cameron flashed by her as the bikers all fell. She went to stab the next one, but they were all already down. The dull thwack of the machetes sounded everywhere. There was the dull ring of metal against bone as the blood bath continued.
"What the Hell?" Jesse asked as she freed Allison and Savannah.
The three women watched as Cameron finished the last of the bikers off. It all seemed to happen in just a matter of seconds.
Cameron stood there with her hair in her face as she slowly breathed deeply. She searched for any more targets. There weren't any, they were all dead. The blood dripped from both machetes and pooled on the floor.
The window behind Cameron exploded inward and something crashed to the floor as it rolled in and….
Closing monologue by Cameron:
You're Not Doing The Right Thing
Look in your heart
Who is really there
I know when you see me
It gives you a scare
You're being driven
By an animal desire
To ignite your true love
I can light that fire
You chose me
I chose you
Please think twice
Before you bid me adieu
You don't need her
That's what I'm for
You know that I can do
So very much more
I don't need to tell you
She's only a misguided fling
You already know in your heart
You're not doing the right thing
Nobody
