A large group of soldiers are all sitting in a conference room. Sparr says that federal is monitoring phones, cards and betty's web accounts, and that the police have been placed on alert, and that when Betty and Bruce are seen, they'll know.

"Shit." Quill swore.

Ross says that they aren't just going to pop up and says that Bruce made it 5 years and got across boarders without making mistakes.

"Impressive, Dr. Banner." Natasha said.

Bruce smiled. "Thank you."

Ross says that he isn't going to use a credit card and if he was trying to escape he'd be long gone.

"As much as it pains me to say it, Ross is right about that." Bruce said.

Betty is pawning her necklace.

Pepper frowned, knowing how hard it must have been for her to part with it.

Ross says that Bruce isn't trying to escape, and that he's looking for help and that's how they were going to find him, he says that he knows what they're after and that Bruce has been talking to someone.

"Oh no. That other scientist." Sam realized.

Ross says that the alises Mr green and Mr Blue have been added to a SHIELD operations database and if Bruce appears, they'll be waiting.

Bruce messages Mr Blue, sending him the data.

Bruce sighed. How did he not think that they could've tracked those messages?

Ross says that if Bruce makes a peep, they'll hear him and when he slips up, they'll be ready.

"Oh no." Peter whispered.

'Match found' appears on Sparr's screen.

"That's not good." Shuri said.

"No. No it's not." Ned agreed.

Bruce walks up to an old truck with a for sale sign in the window. He opens the door and takes the sign out. Betty pulls out a camera and takes a picture.

A few people smiled at the cute moment. "Aww. That's nice." Pepper said.

Betty asks what its like when he transforms.

"Hell." Bruce said. "It hurts."

Bruce asks if she remembers the experiments at Harvard with induced hallucinations that they volunteered for and says its like them but amplified by 100, and that it feels like someone poured a liter of acid into his brain.

Everyone cringed. That didn't sound pleasant at all. In fact, it sounded like what nightmares were made of.

Betty asks if he remembers anything.

"No, not really." Bruce said. "Just little bits and pieces, nothing really worth trying to make something out of."

Bruce says he only remembers fragments, and that because there's too much noise he can never derive anything from it.

Betty says its still him inside it. Bruce denies it.

"I don't know... it's not you, but he's not all rage either. He still has some level of understanding from what I've seen." Tony said.

"Maybe." Bruce said, he'll believe that with more evidence.

Betty tells him that it felt like Hulk knew her in the cave, she says his mind might be in there but it can't process what's happening.

"She might be onto something." Strange whispered.

Bruce says he doesn't want to control it, and that he wants to get rid of it.

"Getting rid of it might mean controlling it." Coulson said. It didn't seem like there was a legitimate way to remove the radiation from his blood, he wouldn't put it past Dr. Banner to have tried everything he could.

Blonsky is standing, shirtless in front of a table that has injections on it. Ross walks in behind him and asks if he's ready and that they're going to even out the playing field. Some people put him in a chair and close the curtains.

"So he's gonna go through that again? Do these people ever learn?" Rocket asked.

"No, they don't." MJ said.

Bruce and Betty are in a car, she tells Bruce to wake up because somethings happening. Bruce gets out of the car and looks ahead, there's a sign that says 'Roadwork ahead' and two cop cars.

"Uh, yeah. I sure hope it does." Peter whispered.

Bruce says that they need to go, he tells Betty to walk toward the back of the line but not to move too fast.

"Smart. Don't draw any attention." Clint said.

He and Betty get out of the car and start walking. They walk over to a man, then get on a boat, and go to New York. They're looking at a map. Betty says that its a long way uptown and that the subway is the quickest.

"Not a great idea." Bruce said.

Bruce asks if its a good idea to put him in a metal tube underground with hundreds of people in the most aggressive city in the world.

A few people snickered at that, namely the people from New York. Hey, he's not wrong, it is an aggressive city. Everyone hates everyone.

Betty says that they should take a cab instead.

"That was probably worse than the subway would have been." Bruce said.

Bruce and Betty are in a taxi. The driver is driving like a crazy person. The cabbie tells another driver that they're slow and they're driving like a woman.

"Is he implying that women can't drive?" Peggy asked.

"I think that's exactly what he's implying." Natasha said.

"What an asshole." Maria said.

"Total asshole." Pepper agreed.

The cabbie drops them off. Betty starts shouting at him asking is he's out of his mind and what's wrong with him.

The cabbie starts flirting with her.

"Disgusting." Natasha said.

Betty calls him an asshole as he drives away.

Bruce says that he knows a few techniques that could help her manage her anger.

Betty tells him to zip it and that they were walking.

"I'm surprised she didn't hit you for saying that." Natasha commented.

"To be honest, I am too." Bruce said.

Betty walks up to a man leaving a building. Betty walks up to him and introduces him, after apologizing for bothering him, then she says that she has someone who'd like to meet him.

Bruce looks him and asks if he's Mr Blue.

"How did you figure that out so fast?" Quill asked.

"Isn't it obvious?" Bruce answered.

The three are now in Dr Sterns office. Sterns says he was wondering if Bruce was even real, and if he was what he would look like. Then comments that Bruce has a lot of power lurking in him.

"Is that all people see when they hear about you? Power?" Thor asked.

"Yeah. Everyone who's reached out to me was always trying to get to the Other Guy." Bruce sighed.

He says that nothing could have surprised him more than Bruce.

"I get that." Fury said.

Sterns says that they aren't strolling through the park for a picnic even if everything goes right. He asks if they induce an episode and get the dosage right if it will cure the condition or only that specific flare-up.

"Good question."

He says that if they overshoot this by even the smallest amount they would be dealing with concentrations of extraordinary toxicity.

"So... it could kill him." Shuri said.

Betty asks if he means it could kill Bruce. Sterns confirms.

"Why does he sound so nonchalant about this?" Steve asked.

Bruce says that if they undershoot, if they induce him and fail, it would end badly for them.

Sterns says that he was always more curious than he was cautious and that its served him well so far, then asks if they're going to do this.

"Has he ever heard the saying 'Curiosity killed the cat?'" Tony asked.

"What cat?" Drax asked.

Quill sighed, yet another metaphor he had to explain to Drax later.

Blonsky is in a bathroom, he walks up to a mirror, he stares at himself for a while. His spine starts rippling.

"Am I the only one who thinks that that looked a little creepy?" Scott asked. Bruce sighed, yet another person who has fallen victim to Ross' weird obsession of finding him. He pitied Blonsky, honestly. Ross dragged him into a fight he had no business being in all because the guy was a good soldier.

Blonsky gets on a helicopter a soldier asks him how he's feeling. Blonsky says he feels like a monster.

"Why do I have a feeling that that's gonna become true sometime during all this?" Peter asked.

"Feeling like a monster isn't something I think someone should be proud of." Gamora said.

Sterns clears off a chair, boots up some computers then tells Bruce to get on the table and puts some restraints on him and says that they will protect him from himself should he have a strong reaction and that he could tell him later if he thought it was. A computer starts beeping, Sterns hits the computer and complains about grad students.

"What!?" Strange said, worriedly.

"When did we decide that it was socially acceptable to hit something to make it work again?" Ned wondered. "Like think about it, every time something stops working, we hit it, why?"

"I wonder if I hit you, if you would work again." MJ said.

He messes with the computers again and says that this will be a novel sensation. Bruce is injected with the liquid. Sterns says that the dialysis machine will mix the antidote with his blood but the antidote will only take effect once they've achieved full reaction.

Betty tells Bruce to relax.

"Why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Happy asked.

Sterns electrocutes Bruce. Bruce starts to turn into the hulk. Sterns goes to shut it down. Betty says that there's more. Bruce finishes the transformation. Betty tells him to shut it down then jumps on Hulks stomach and tells Bruce to stay with her. She tells sterns to inject the antidote. The machine starts beeping. Sterns kicks the machine,

"Oh my god." Natasha said.

The antidote starts to be injected. Hulk starts turning back into Bruce.

"Jesus Christ." Pepper whispered.

"It worked...? Or at least temporarily." Quill asked.

Betty asks Bruce if he can hear her. Bruce wakes up, Betty tells him he's okay.

Sterns says that this is fantastic and that it was the most extraordinary thing he's ever seen.

"Is he crazy?" Hank asked.

"Actually, yes." Bruce said.

Betty asks him to stop and tells him that they need to talk about what just happened.

"Damn right you do." Tony said.

Sterns says that the gamma pulse came from the amygdala.

"So it's emotionally invoked." Strange said.

He says that he thinks Betty's primer let the cells absorb the energy temporarily and abates them and that's why he didn't die if radiation sickness.

"Interesting."

Sterns says that they could have neutralized the cells permanently or suppressed the event.

"I think you only suppressed the event." Howard said.

Sterns says he thinks it was the latter because none of the test subjects lived because they weren't getting the primer.

"Test subjects!?" Peggy asked.

Sterns says that they weren't getting the myostatin primer.

Bruce asks about the tests subjects.

Sterns says to come with him.

"I knew there was something not right about him." Maria said.

Police cars are driving through new your along with military trucks. Ross and Sparr get out of one of the trucks. Sparr asks what the activity level is.

A man says that there are snipers covering the alpha sector. They're listening in on Sterns', Betty's and Bruce's conversation.

"Stalker." MJ muttered.

Sterns says that they started on rats and mice, but it fried them so the moved on to larger animals.

"Maybe that was also a sign that you should have stopped." Bruce mumbled.

The three are shown walking through a lab. Sterns says that they don't know if the gamma or Bruce's blood is more toxic.

Bruce asks what he means by that.

Sterns gestures to the bags of blood all around them and says its all Bruce's.

"How-" Peter asked.

"But you only sent in one small sample." Wanda remembered.

Sterns says that he didn't send much so he needed to concentrate it and make more.

"That's- there are so many things that are just so wrong about this." Maria said.

He says that with more trial and error there is no end to what they could do, he says that its potentially Olympian and that gamma technology has limitless applications and that they can unlock hundreds of cures and make human immune to disease.

"He is crazy." Hank confirmed.

"A madman." Thor agreed.

A group of soldiers led by Blonsky enter the building.

Bruce says that they need to destroy all of it tonight and asks if what's in the room is the whole supply.

Sterns says that they could win a nobel for it.

Bruce says he doesn't understand the power of the Hulk, he says it's uncontrollable.

"Dr Banner is right, he doesn't understand what he's messing with, here." Fury said.

"He has no idea what type of fire he's playing around with." Natasha added. "The consequences won't be pretty."

The army is still listening to the conversation.

Sterns says that this is promethean fire. Blonsky runs into the building.

"Not this guy." Sam said.

Sparr says that Blonsky's gone in.

Ross tells him to stand down because Betty's in there.

Sterns says that they have the antidote.

"Technically... you don't." Shuri said.

Bruce says that they don't want the antidote, they want to weaponize it. He says that if they let it go they wont give it back and that Sterns has no idea how powerful the Hulk is.

Sterns says he hates the government just as much as everyone, then he says that Bruce is just paranoid.

"This guy is either an idiot, ignorant or incredibly naive." Natasha sighed.

"My money's on all three." Peggy said.

Someone shoots at them, Bruce gets hit. Betty takes the dart out. Blonsky walks in behind her, he shoves her away. He grabs Bruce's throat and asks where it is then slaps him then tells Bruce to show the Hulk to him.

"Holy shit." Ned swore.

"He became obsessed." Bruce said.

Bruce's eyes roll back. A soldier walks in and yells at Blonsky. Blonsky slaps Bruce again, knocking him out. A group of soldiers pull him out on a stretcher. Ross walks up to Bruce and says if he took the Hulk from him he's going to put him in a hole for the rest of his life.

"Wow, what an asshole." Tony said.

Betty walks up to Ross and says she'll never forgive him for what he's done to Bruce.

Ross says he's a fugitive.

"Only because you made him one." Gamora scoffed.

Betty says that's because he made him a fugitive to cover up his failures and protect his career. She then tells him to never speak to her as his daughter again.

"Oh damn, sis snapped." Shuri said.

Ross says that its because she's his daughter that she isn't handcuffed.

"Um. Rude."

Sparr is talking to Sterns, she asks if he can make more like Bruce.

Sterns says that he can't yet then compares the process to Humpty Dumpty. He says that Bruce was a freak accident, and his goal is to do better.

"The goal should be to make sure it doesn't happen again." Bruce argued. "The world does not need more of... this."

She asks about Bruce, Blonsky knocks her out and calls her an annoying bitch. Sterns asks him why he's always hitting people.

"Why is he always hitting people?" Ned asked.

"Probably because it makes him feel tough." MJ said.

Blonsky points a gun at him. Sterns asks what he did to be on the receiving end of his aggression.

Blonsky says it isn't what he's done but what he can do. He tells Sterns that he wants what he got out of Banner.

"No no bad idea." Scott said.

"Well, he's power hungry." Bruce said.

Sterns says it looks like Blonsky already has something in him.

Blonsky says he wants more and asks Sterns if he's seen what Bruce becomes.

Sterns says he has and that its godlike. Blonsky says he needs that and tells sterns to make him that.

"Why does he want that?" Clint asked.

"I think it was because he was mad, mad that he lost every fight he had against Hulk and he wanted something that would beat Hulk." Bruce said. "He lost that fight too."

Sterns says that he doesn't know what Blonsky already has and that the mixture could be an abomination. Blonsky starts choking him.

"My god."

Sterns says that he never said he was unwilling just that he needed consent, he then tells Blonsky that he's given his consent.

"Oh no, this is not going to end well." Vision said.

Sterns puts some of Bruce's blood into a machine. Blonsky is strapped to the chair. The computers go haywire.

"Oh god."

Sterns says that this is what he was trying to explain earlier, he says that he doesn't know what Blonsky has been putting into himself but it worked. He then asks Blonsky to get back onto the table so he can fix it.

Blonsky has grown in size and has spikes coming out of his back.

"Holy shit!" Everyone says in almost perfect unison. "That thing is terrifying."
