"So. Let me get this straight, you were dying because the one thing that was keeping you alive was also killing you and you thought that it would be best to keep that to yourself, why?" Clint asked. "It's not because I didn't want to tell them, I couldn't find the right time and by the time I tried to tell Pepper, she was mad at me so I couldn't tell her." Tony answered.
"You found my research." Howard said. "I did." Tony said "Good. I'm- I'm glad it helped you." Howard said. Tony nodded.
"I would like to take this time to replace one of our friends with his future counterpart. So say goodbye to Loki from 2012. Loki from 2017 will take his place."
"Hello, brother." Loki said and took his seat. Thor looked mildly shocked, Loki hadn't called him brother in a while, he didn't think that he would ever grow to accept it, maybe something happened. A few people seemed wary at his presence, they didn't know this Loki yet, the one they knew was evil who's to say 2017 Loki isn't as well.
"Why would Loraine get rid of you just to bring another you?" Clint asked with a scowl. "I- who is Loraine?" Loki asked. "The woman in the walls, the one who brought you here." Thor said. "Very well, I don't know why she chose to replace me, but am I correct to assume you have reasons?" Loki asked Loraine.
"Yes." Loraine answered.
"I want to ask what Thor's hammer was doing in the middle of a desert but I have a feeling we're gonna find out." Rhodey said.
"You would be correct colonel." Loraine said. "If you would all please take your seats."
