"So, I'll address the elephant in the room. What exactly happened in the void?" Tony asked. Loki sighed. "Contrary to what many of you believe, I did actually die. I fell to a place called the sanctuary *Gamora and Nebula froze* Where I was-" Rescued? taken? No, those weren't right. "-resurrected by... by Thanos. He essentially wanted me to do his bidding. He said he would give me control of Earth and in exchange I had to bring him the tesseract. He used any means he had to to get me to agree." Loki answered.
"Why would you make a deal with him?" Thor asked. "You try falling into an abyss of no return for God knows how long, see where that leads you. I can answer that, it makes you desperate. And people do things they normally wouldn't do, when they're desperate." Loki responded, bitterly.
"So... if the bifrost is your main way of traveling through the realms, and it was destroyed then how did you get to Earth in time to stop the Chituari?" Bruce asked. "Father had to use dark energy to get me there." Thor said.
"I actually have a question for the kind lady keeping us captive." Rocket said. "Ask away." Loraine said. "What year is it?" "Really, out of all the questions you could have asked you wanted to know what year it was?" Quill asked. "Hey! Its a reasonable question. I mean she said we all come from different years, right? I think it would be useful to know what year we are all in right now." Gamora said. "It is the year 2024." Loraine said.
"Now if you would all move back to your seats. Our next story is about to start." Loraine said.
