"Okay, I'll admit that phase 2 holds more merit than I initially believed. If Carol hadn't been there then Earth would have been decimated and no one would have been able to stop it." Steve said. "When we were all in the heli-carrier and you said that the Asgardians aren't the only people out there and that they aren't always friendly... you were talking about people like the Kree, weren't you?" Natasha asked. "It appears that you already know the answer to that question Agent Romanov." Fury answered.
"Hey, um Lorraine, you're from the future right?" Carol asked. "In a way, I suppose I am." Lorraine answered, kindly. "Did I ever- have I ever- do I ever visit Earth again before- before Thanos?" Carol asked, she needed to know. She needed to know if she saw Maria and Monica before Thanos. She didn't want the last time she saw them to be nearly 30 years in their past. "I'm not so sure I should answer that." Lorraine answered slowly, she didn't want to cause any distress but there were things about their futures that aren't hers to reveal. "Did they both make it through Thanos, at least?" Carol asked, wanting anything that could give her some comfort about the subject. "Maria Rambeau did survive the blip, the blip is what we call it now, I'm afraid that Monica did not."
"At least you got the Tesseract back but I still want to know if she's going to puke up the Kree that she ate or not." May said. "As far as I know she hasn't... maybe she digested them." Fury answered.
"I'm glad you got your memories back. I know it's hard to... make sense of everything, so yeah." Bucky said, trying to show some solidarity but it just came out awkward. "Yeah I mean, having your whole life taken from you... it's a lot. I'm still working through it but at least now I know what and who I'm fighting for now... that to me is the most important thing." Carol said. "I agree." Bucky responded.
"Does anyone have any more comments or can we move on to the next film?" Lorraine asked. After a moment she said "Okay great."
'Avengers: Endgame' appeared on the screen.
"Endgame. That sounds menacing." Scott said.
Lorraine decided to play an audio clip from one of the previous films they watched. 'That up there, that's the Endgame.' "This film deals heavily with the response to what Thanos did to the universe." She explained.
