Bruce (No longer only Bruce), Steve, Natasha and Scott are at a restaurant.

Bruce stared at his onscreen self, mouth agape. He was green... but he was Bruce not the other guy? How had he managed that? Why had he done it?

"You're uh... you're looking a little different there, Dr. Banner." Tony said.

Bruce tries to get the others to eat. Scott looks at him and says he's so confused.

"Yeah uh, so am I. Honestly." Natasha said, sparing a glance at Bruce.

"Well don't look at me." Bruce said. "I don't know what he did."

Bruce says these are confusing times.

"Well, they are but I'm not sure he's talking about that." Steve said.

"You think?" Sam asked.

Scott says that isn't what he meant. Bruce says he knows and admits it's crazy and says he's wearing shirts now.

"And cardigans apparently." Clint said. "Just like Tony."

"Twinning." Peter said.

Scott asks how and why.

Bruce says they got their asses beat 5 years ago.

"That's one way of putting it." Fury said.

Bruce says it was worse for him because he lost twice, hulk lost, Banner lost, then everyone did.

Natasha says no one blames him.

Bruce says he did.

"Bruce." Natasha said, empathetically.

Bruce says he's been treating Hulk like a disease to be rid of for years until he started to see him as the cure. He says he spent 18 months in a gamma lab and put the brains and the brawn together.

Bruce looked at his onscreen self contemplatively. He'd been trying to control the Hulk for years to no avail. Before that he was trying to get rid of him. It seemed only logical that something like this was the solution he'd come up with. If you can't control it or get rid of it, you should use it... or at least let it be a part of you since it's obviously going no-where.

He says it's the best of both worlds.

"I'm not so sure about all that." Valkyrie said. "But you definitely seem... " Happier wasn't the right word. "More in content than you were before." She hadn't known Bruce very long but in the short time she had and with the knowledge she's gained while watching these films, he always seemed afraid of the green one and he was definitely reluctant to let him out.

A group of kids walk up to Bruce and ask for a picture. He says they can and calls her a little person.

"Little person." Ned snickered.

Bruce hands Scott the phone to take the picture.

After taking the picture, Scott asks if they want one with him too. The kids clearly don't recognize him or know who he is.

Scott sighed. "Oh don't be sad Scott... you'll get there someday." Hope teased. Scott fake laughed.

Scott realizes that they don't know who he is. Bruce tries to save the situation, Scott protests and gives the kids the phone back.

"Well that was awkward." Peter said.

The kids thank Bruce for the picture. Bruce dabs and tells them to listen to their mom.

"Did you just dab?" Ned asked. "That's embarrassing for you."

"What?" Bruce asked, feeling very confused. He didn't even know what a 'dab' was.

Steve get's Bruce's attention. Bruce tells them that time-travel is outside his area of expertise.

Natasha says he pulled off the experiments on himself and says she remembers a time when that seemed impossible.

"Yeah but I feel like that's different." Bruce said. "Combining the Hulk and myself is a job that's more biology than it is mechanical engineering and quantum physics."

Tony is washing dishes. He gets water on the shelf so he takes a picture of him and Peter down to dry it along with everything else.

Tony looked away. Even though it hasn't happened yet he regretted involving the kid in... well everything. Leipzig, Space... Titian. All of it.

"Wait a minute... the internship was real?" Ned asked as he looked closer at the picture on the screen. "I thought that was just something you made up so you could be Spider-Man without catching too much attention."

"Well it was... but we needed proof." Peter said. "Hence the picture."

Tony is at a holographic work bench. He says he's had some inspiration and he wants to see if it'll check out.

"You're trying it aren't you?" Pepper asked, knowing that Tony would go back on his word the minute he told Steve he couldn't help them... because once he sets his mind to something, Tony has a hard time stopping.

He says he'd like to run one more sim before they pack it up and asks FRIDAY to configure the design into an inverted mobius strip.

FRIDAY processes it and it renders as successful. Tony collapses into his chair and swears.

Tony choked on his own spit. He just- he really did- huh. He didn't know how to process this. He'd invented time travel, or at least a way to time travel. The impossible question and he'd figured out a way to answer it.

Howard felt like his brain stopped for a moment just so it could finally catch up with what he was seeing. Tony- His kid-his son had invented time travel. He didn't think he'd ever been more proud.

"I don't even know what to say... that's crazy." Natasha said.

Fury's gaze lingered on Tony. He knew there was a reason he'd wanted him on the Initiative and decidedly wasn't his arrogance or his recklessness.

Morgan, who's sitting on the stairs, repeats the word. Tony asks her why she's awake. Morgan swears again.

"Oh no." Tony sighed. If he knew one thing about children it's that they always repeated the words they weren't supposed to hear.

Tony says they don't say that because Pepper coined it and it's hers.

Morgan asks him why he's up.

Tony says he has important shit going on.

"Bruh." Peter laughed. "You did not just say that."

"Literally right after you just told her not to." Pepper sighed.

"Right. You can't just tell her not to say something and then say it right in front of her. That's not fair." Scott said.

Tony says he had something on his mind.

Morgan asks if it was juice pops.

Tony says it was and tells her that that was extortion.

"They don't know what that word means but boy do kids love extorting you." Clint sighed.

Tony asks her what kind he wants and says that juice pops were exactly what was on his mind.

"No it wasn't." Rhodey said.

They're now in Morgan's bedroom. Tony finishes Morgan's juice pop and gently pushes her head into the pillow. Morgan asks for a story.

"You want a story? I know a guy who tells great stories." Scott said. "Very entertaining. Lotta detail, some of which is irrelevant. It's great."

Tony says once upon a time Morguna went to bed the end.

"That's the best you could do?" Carol asked.

Morgan says that was a horrible story.

"She's right. It's terrible." Sam agreed.

Tony says it's her favorite story and kisses her forehead.

Morgan says she loves him 3000.

Tony felt his heart swell as he smiled. "Wow 3000. That's a lot." Ned said.

Tony turns the lamp off and tells Morgan to go to sleep or he'll sell all her toys.

"Wow first it was threatening to donate your robots and now you're threatening to sell Morgan's toys." Shuri joked, wiping a fake tear.

Tony meets Pepper downstairs and says that Morgan loves him 3000 not that it's a competition and reminds Pepper that she was in the low 6-900 range.

"Maybe that's because you give her sugar before bed." Natasha said. "I don't think Pepper would do that."

Tony looks back over at his plans and asks Pepper what she's reading.

Pepper says it's a book on composting.

Tony asks what's new with composting.

"I don't really see how much can be new. I mean, it's composting." Clint said.

"Well, you never know." Coulson said.

Tony tells her that he figured out time travel and sits next to her.

Pepper says it's amazing and terrifying.

"Yeah." Tony said, breathlessly.

Pepper says they got really lucky but a lot of others didn't.

Tony says he can't help everybody.

"I mean... you- you kinda can. Or at least you can help us help everyone else." Steve said. "We brought you the idea of time travel and- and you did it."

Pepper says it seems like he can.

Tony says he could put a pin in it right now and stop.

"But you won't." Rhodey said. "That's not your style."

Pepper says trying to get him to stop has been one of the few failures in her life.

"Yeah..." Tony sighed. "I'm sorry." He added, softly.

Tony says something tells him he should put it in a lockbox, drop it in the bottom of the lake and go to sleep. Pepper asks if he'd be able to rest.

Tony hesitated. "Probably not." He admitted. He didn't think he'd be able to invent something that could possibly help save trillions of people and just decide... not to"

Bruce is behind a desk, he says it's the first time travel test and asks Scott to fire up his van.

Steve says the breakers are set and the emergency generators are on standby.

"Oh boy." Bruce said tightly, wondering how this would work. If it would work.

Bruce says he doesn't want to lose Scott in the 1950's if they blow the grid.

"What!?" Scott asked. "That's a possibility? Also why am I the test subject?"

"I don't know, this was your idea." Natasha said.

Natasha assures Scott that Bruce is kidding and tells Bruce that he can't say things like that.

Bruce stammers, saying it was a bad joke.

"But was it?" Scott asked. "Was it really?"

Scott goes back to the van. Natasha asks if he really was kidding.

Bruce says they're talking about time travel so it's either all a joke or none of it is.

"I mean yeah... seems like an accurate way to describe time travel." Rocket said.

Bruce tells Scott to put his helmet on and says he'll send him back a week, let him walk around for an hour and bring him back in 10 seconds.

"What?" Quill asked.

Scott says that was perfectly not confusing.

"So... he'll be there for an hour, yeah. But he'll only be gone for 10 seconds?" Sam asked.

"Yes." Steve said. "I think."

Steve wishes Scott luck and says he's got this.

Scott says Steve is right. Bruce sends Scott into the past.

"Here we go." Scott tensed.

Bruce brings Scott back, a few seconds later. Scott is a kid.

"Uh-oh." Bruce said. This clearly didn't work the way it was intended.

"Uh." Scott said, shortly. He tried to speak but no words would come out. He was a kid and he was not supposed to be a kid.

Kid Scott says this doesn't feel right.

"Yeah. Um." Bruce said. "It doesn't look right either."

Steve, Bruce and Natasha are confused. Natasha asks if the kid is Scott.

Kid Scott says it is. Bruce sends Scott into the past again, pulling him back as an old man.

Scott started panicking. He hoped that Bruce-Hulk could fix this. He did not want to get stuck in a de-aged or aged-up body.

Bruce asks for some space behind the panel.

Steve asks Bruce if he can get Scott back.

Bruce says he's working on it and sends Scott back in time and pulls him out as a baby.

"Um." Steve said.

"Oh no." Scott panicked, no completely freaking out. He was a baby now. This was- this was great. Just great.

Steve says it's a baby.

Bruce says it's Scott.

Steve says it's Scott as a baby.

Bruce says he'll grow.

"Bruce! That is not the solution we're looking for." Natasha said.

Steve tells Bruce to bring Scott back.

Bruce tells them to kill the power when he says to and sends Scott back in time as Natasha shuts the power off. When Scott returns, he is normal Scott.

"Oh thank god." Scott sighed in relief. He doesn't know what he would have done if he had to remain a baby. Well... he probably wouldn't have done much actually seeing as he was a- well a baby.

Scott says someone peed his pants but he isn't sure if it was baby him, old him or just him.

"What if it was all three." Ned suggested.

"Time Travel!"

"Definitely some kinks to work out." Steve said.

When no one cheers with him Bruce is confused and says he sees it as an absolute win.

"Absolute?" Natasha asked. "A win? Maybe-sure, but an absolute win?"

Steve is outside the compound, Tony pulls up and rolls his window down. He asks Steve why he has a long face and guesses that they turned Scott into a baby.

"How'd you know?" Scott asked, sarcastically.

Steve says Scott turned into other things and asks Tony why he's there.

Tony says they ran into the EPR paradox and pushed time through Scott instead of pushing Scott through time.

"Makes sense." Bruce said, wondering why he hadn't caught that.

Tony says it's tricky and dangerous and someone should've cautioned him against it.

Steve says Tony did.

Tony asks if he did and thanks God that he's there.

Steve rolled his eyes exasperatedly.

Tony says he fixed it and holds up his time space GPS and says he just wants peace. He says resentment is corrosive and he hates it.

"You can only hold onto it for so long." Loki said. "Before you know it-" He makes a small fire with magic in his hand. "It'll shrivel into nothing." The fire blows out, leaving a smoke trail.

Tony says they have a shot at getting the stones but they need to get back what they lost and preserve what they have and not die trying.

"We can only hope." Bruce sighed.

They shake hands. Tony opens his trunk and holds up Steve's shield.

"You're... giving it back." Steve said, eyes wide with shock. That honestly wasn't something Steve ever expected would happen.

Steve hesitates to take it. Tony reminds him that Howard made it for him.

"He's right." Howard said.

Tony says he needs to get it out of the garage before Morgan takes it sledding.

"Wait but that actually sounds very fun." Peter said.

Tony gives him the shield and asks him to keep it quiet because he didn't bring something for everyone.

"I mean... you brought the means to time travel and fix everything so... I'd say that's enough." Natasha said.

Tony grabs something else from his trunk and asks if they are getting a whole team.

Steve says they're working on that.

"Yeah... I don't think that the five of us are gonna cut it." Scott said.

Scott eats a taco, the wind caused by the Benetar landing causes the fillings to fall out.

"Oh, that's sad." Ned said. "No taco for you."

Rocket asks Scott where 'Big Green' is.

Scott says he's in the kitchen.

Nebula walks past him and over her comms, she tells Rhodey to be careful upon re-entry because there's an idiot in the landing zone.

"That was mean." Scott said.

"I'm not sorry." Nebula said.

Rhodey lands and greets Scott, calling him 'regular sized man.'

"Oh ha ha." Scott said sarcastically.

"He called you regular sized man." Sam snickered. "That's hilarious."

Bruce walks up to Scott and gives him 2 tacos.

"They look so small in your hands." Tony said.

Rocket and Groot travel to New Asgard, located in Norway.

Thor, Loki and Valkyrie took in the sight of the town. It seemed as though the remaining Asgardians were getting back on their feet and that was all they could ask for, really. Nowhere near what it used to be but they were living and surviving and that was good enough.

Rocket says New Asgard is a bit of a step down from golden palaces and magic hammers.

Bruce tells Rocket to have some compassions because the Asgardians lost Asgard and half their people.

"Yeah um compassion isn't really Rocket's thing." Quill explained. "He's the same level of disrespectful and rude to everyone. No exceptions except for Groot."

Bruce says the Asgardians are probably just happy to have a home.

Valkyrie tells them that they shouldn't have come.

Bruce says it's great to see her. Valkyrie says she liked him better either of the other ways.

"She's got a point there. This is definitely going to take some getting used to." Natasha said.

"It's weird but... I think it's a good weird." Valkyrie said. "You seem more content so..."

Valkyrie tells them that Thor won't see them and says they only see him once a month when he comes out for supplies. She gestures toward the kegs of beer stacked up against a building.

Thor cringed. Clearly his future self was going through something and that 'something' definitely had to do with Thanos and- and maybe everything before too.

Rocket and Bruce enter Thor's home. Rocket says something died in there.

"That's not a good sign." Natasha said.

Thor, no longer the Thor they'd recognize, asks if they're there about the cable and says the cinemax went out 2 weeks ago and the sports are fuzzy. He grabs a beer.

Loki wasn't sure what to say. Clearly his brother hadn't been doing well the past five years. All holed up by himself and the incessant drinking he appeared to have been doing. He'd always seen his older brother as indestructible given how much he was able to bounce back from, but there was always something someone couldn't move past and Thanos seemed to be his brother's.

Thor finally sees Bruce and Hugs him excitedly then gives Rocket a noogie then introduces them to Korg and Miek.

"I guess they chose to stay with us, then." Thor said.

"There wasn't really another place they could go." Valkyrie said.

Korg says there's beer in the bucket and tells them to feel free to log onto the wifi which isn't password protected.

"No password?" Peter asked. "That's a bold move, dude."

Korg tells Thor that the kid who called him a dickhead is back in the party.

"You're playing Fortnite!?" Ned asked. "There are way better games to play than that."

"Ned, you play Fortnite." Peter reminded him.

Thor immediately knows it was Noobmaster69.

"Noobmaster69!? You guys are getting bullied by someone who, more likely than not, is either 12 years old or still lives with his mom." Clint said, giggling slightly.

Thor takes Korgs headset and tells Noobmaster69 that he'll fly to whatever basement he's hiding in, rip off his arms and shove them up his butt if he doesn't log off.

"That's a little extreme." Scott said.

"Yeah, he's just some idiot talking smack online. It's not really that serious, Thor." Tony said. "Definitely doesn't warrant having his own limbs shoved where the sun don't shine."

Thor tells Noobmaster69 to go cry to his father and calls him a weasel. Thor gives Korg the headset back and tells him to let him know if Noobmaster69 bothers him again.

"I mean... I definitely don't think he'll be logging back on anytime soon." MJ said.

Thor asks if Bruce and Rocket want a drink.

Bruce asks Thor if he's alright.

Thor says he's fine and asks if he looks alright.

Loki shook his head. "You are not fine, Thor. You're a mess." Thor nodded his head in agreement. His future self was clearly not fine and not coping well at all.

Rocket says Thor looks like melted ice cream.

"Rocket." Gamora admonished.

Thor asks why they're there. Bruce says the need his help because there's a chance they can fix everything.

Thor asks if they can fix the cable because it's been driving him crazy for weeks.

"I-I don't think that's what he meant." Valkyrie said slowly.

Bruce says he means Thanos. Thor's expression darkens and he quietly tells Bruce not to say that name.

Everyone took notice of this. Thanos seemed to have effected Thor worse than they thought. It was painfully obvious that the man wasn't taking care of himself and he was drinking in amounts that seemed excessive even for an Asgardian.

Bruce asks Thor to takes his hand off of him and says he knows Thanos scares him. He was careful not to use his name.

Thor asks why he'd be scared and says he was the one who killed Thanos.

"You seem scared to me." Loki said. "And it's eating you up.

"You can't live like that forever, Thor, it's not healthy. You need to actually face those problems." Steve said.

Thor asks if anyone else Killed that guy before saying that he didn't think so. He tells Korg to tell everyone who chopped Thanos' head off.

Korg says it was Stormbreaker.

"Oh boy."

Thor asks who was swinging Stormbreaker.

Bruce says he gets that Thor is in a rough spot and he's been there himself but Thor helped him out of it.

Thor suggests he ask the Asgardians that are left how much his help is worth.

"It's worth a lot to them, Thor. I can't speak for the future but I can speak for the present." Bruce sighed. "You saved their lives. Thanos wasn't your fault. You did not kill those people."

Bruce says he thinks they can bring them back.

"The one's that he didn't slaughter. You mean." Loki said, voice full of rage. He'll never forget seeing the aftermath of what Thanos did to the statesmen- how it very well might have been his own fault that Thanos was there in the first place.

Thor says he knows Bruce thinks he's wallowing in his own self-pity waiting to be saved but he's fine.

"I think this is more than just self- pity, Thor." Natasha said, knowingly.

Thor says they don't care about whatever it is they're offering.

Rocket tells Thor that there's beer on the ship.

Thor asks what kind.

Thor sighed. He figured that that would be their last ditch effort and he knew that his onscreen self would have said yes to that. It was all kind of sad, wasn't it?

'Tokyo' appears on the screen as a jet flies into the city.

"Who's in Tokyo?" Sam wondered.

Ronin is in the middle of a gunfight, he throws a knife at someone. Someone says, in Japanese, that Ronin is after Akihika.

"Who is Akihika?" Wanda asked.

Ronin kills him and one other.

"Who the hell is this guy?" Steve asked.

Ronin throws a man through a window, then jumps out a different window, chasing someone. The man asks, in Japanese, why Ronin is doing this and says they did nothing to him. He pulls out his sword so Ronin does too.

"He has a sword?" Ned asked.

Ronin, in Japanese, that he survived and they didn't. He says they got Thanos but the guy gets him.

They start sword fighting. Ronin, in Japanese, tells him that he's done hurting people.

"Doesn't really seem like he's the one hurting people here." Rhodey said.

Ronin holds his sword to the man's neck, the man shoves it and they continue fighting. Ronin manages to slice his stomach then his throat.

The man asks, in Japanese, what he wants. Ronin says the man can't give him what he wants and deals the killing blow.

Natasha blinked. She recognized that voice but with all of the muffling of the mask, she couldn't place it. It sounded like Clint but she needed to be sure.

Ronin removes the hood tells Natasha that she shouldn't be there. Natasha says he shouldn't be either. Ronin turns around, revealing himself to be Clint Barton.

"Clint?" Natasha asked.

Clint gaped at the screen. That angry sword murder guy was him!? In hindsight, he probably should've seen that coming what with Rhodey casually mentioning that he killed a bunch of guys in Mexico, but nothing could've prepared himself for seeing it. He thought that those days were behind him once he joined SHIELD.

Clint says he has a job to do.

Natasha asks if that's what he's calling this and says killing these people won't bring his family back and tells him that they found a chance.

Clint tells her not to give him hope.

Natasha frowned.

Natasha says she's sorry she couldn't give it to him sooner.
