Your Worst Nightmare

Cameron knew this was the chance she wanted to track down Skynet. The current version of Skynet in the future they were in, and terminate it. It would also allow her to obtain the components and materials for the TDE. Once the TDE was complete, she could get back to John and stop Riley, the 'Bitch Whore', from trying to take John from her, again. She never should have allowed it to happen the first time.

The first night she found the trashy slut in their house, she should have ended it. She didn't like the way John responded to her. She didn't like the way John told her to stay away from Future Riley. Who did he think he was to tell her what to do? She wasn't about to listen to him this time when she got back. He already disrespected, insulted, and embarrassed her once. It wasn't going to happen again.

Bob was sure something troubled Cameron. She didn't seem as alert or as aware as she normally did.

"You seem distracted." Bob said. "Do you wish us to return later?"

There was a lot on Cameron's mind. There was a job to do. The future going forward would determine what happened, or didn't happen, in the past. She needed to push the thoughts of Riley out of her mind for now. She certainly didn't need some version of Riley to cause her problems where she currently was. It was time to focus.

"No." Cameron said. "Here's what's planned…."

Cameron went over the details with Bob and the Special Unit. It was a good plan because of the 'mock attack'. It should draw off most of Skynet's force.

There was one thing which seemed a little illogical to the Restorators. It was to bring a human female with them.

Bob decided to address it directly.

"Is it wise to take Allison into such a hostile environment?" Bob asked.

Cameron understood his concerns. They were her concerns as well. It wasn't her choice. She would prefer if Allison remained at the Resistance headquarters.

"The General and Allison will both go with us. It's final." Cameron said.

Bob was aware the General did go on maneuvers sometimes. He wasn't so sure about the human girl. He thought about the action he experienced at the previous location where his original chassis was destroyed. No human could have survived where they were at. It seemed unlikely they would be able to at their intended target either. He was concerned for her safety.

"It's not safe to take Allison." Bob said. "She will be at a major disadvantage at every turn of the way."

Cameron felt the issue was out of her control. She wanted to respect the General's plans, even if she didn't agree with them. There were several conflicting points of view in her mind as to what needed to be done, as well as what was needed to accomplish it. She already raised her protest with Mrs. Weaver earlier.

"It's the General's 'desire'." Cameron said.

Cameron considered it the end of the discussion. She turned her attention to Unit One. She was still concerned about his past behavior. She didn't want any problems from him.

"Unit One, I want you to work closely with Colonel Weaver. You may advise her, but you will obey her orders." Cameron said. "You are to assist her as much as possible. Are those instructions perfectly clear?"

Unit One knew not to double cross the Commander. The General played by her own rules, so did the Commander. He didn't want to run afoul of either of them. From his personal observation, he did believe the Commander was the more honorable of the two. She treated him fairly too.

"Yes. It is all very clear. Colonel Weaver is in command while the General is away." Unit One said. "I don't desire to have to answer to her 'mother', the General, or to you. I will assist her as much as I can."

Cameron looked at Unit One for a moment. She then sent him to join the girls at the Resistance Headquarters.

Bob was still worried about the security of Allison. There was always her 'personal security' around her. There was one female cyborg bodyguard for each of the three human girls who accompanied Cameron.

"Will Allison's personal bodyguard accompany us?" Bob asked.

Cameron was all for it. She also needed to worry about Vanna and Jesse while the main force of Terminators were away.

"If she does, I'll assign Ginger and Sandy to watch over Jesse and Vanna." Cameron said. "I want them to have extra protection."

Bob glanced over towards Unit One as he left. He turned his attention back to the Commander. He looked over his troops. They were ready to go. He wanted to know how to plan their departure.

"When will the General join us?" Bob asked.

Cameron knew what Mrs. Weaver was up to. There was going to be some retribution enacted before the team started out.

"She's gathering some last minute information…." Cameron said.

Mrs. Weaver previously did gather some information on who else to terminate. There were a few threats and a few trouble makers.

First she wanted the Gray to send some more disinformation to Skynet. She followed the Gray to a place where he tried to spy on their operation. She figured he was there before. Her security team never spotted him. Cameron's security team did.

Cameron II came over to investigate. She spotted Mrs. Weaver.

Mrs. Weaver worried it might compromise her mission. She quickly realized it was an opportunity to spread further disinformation. She immediately transformed and posed as 'Allison'. She started to speak with Cameron II.

Cameron II quickly understood what was really happening. She was giving detailed planning operations on the mock attack and fake raid. It was important Skynet believed it was the real threat. They would do as much as possible to make it look real.

Mrs. Weaver tried to 'sell' the fact there really was a human who was behind the Restorators. She didn't want Skynet to know only Terminators were behind the Restorators and the recent victories. The false information would keep Skynet off guard and not focused on what was really going on.

Ginger spotted the activity and noticed the Gray. She determined he was a threat. She wasn't sure how the General and Cameron II didn't spot him. She decided to act. She moved to come around behind the person. She was going to snap their neck.

Cameron II spotted what was about to happen. Ginger would most likely terminate the Gray. She waved Ginger off. The Gray never noticed. He hurried off as soon as he saw it was clear. Mrs. Weaver was already on her way to listen in on his conversation with Skynet. She'd picked out something real special to deal with the Gray afterwards.

Cameron II was at odds with Cameron over the issue of Allison going on the raid. There was no logical reason Allison needed to go with the Strike Team. She didn't want it to happen. She could go as 'Allison'. She played Allison previously with the anti-Metal group when they confronted Billy, and the group who apparently acted behind his back.

"I don't want Allison to go." Cameron II said. "You know this is too risky for her. I'm going to take her please."

Cameron didn't want Allison endangered either. It was out of her hands and sure to deepen any rift between Mrs. Weaver and her if she challenged it. She needed to make Cameron II understand.

"It's a request from Mrs. Weaver." Cameron said. "It is part of her plan. I want to be a team player, for now."

Allison listened to Cameron's plan and questioned it as much as Cameron II did. She could see what was necessary was about to cause a major problem between Cameron and Cameron II. It was sure to overflow and involve Mrs. Weaver at some point. It was time for her to step up.

She was no stranger to danger. She faced plenty of it in the future she came from. She also faced some of it in the past. Cameron was able to keep her isolated from a lot of it. She often felt she didn't do her job adequately in the past. They weren't in the past anymore.

"I'll do whatever I can to help." Allison said. "We all have to die sometime. I'll do what's necessary. Everything should be about defeating Skynet, not about me."

Cameron II was dead set against it. She didn't plan to let Allison out of her sight.

"I'll accompany Allison." Cameron II said. "I'm going to be right by her all of the time."

Cameron wanted Cameron II to do it anyway. She was going to need to act independently at times for her own goals. If she needed to personally watch over Allison, it was sure to hamper her. She wanted Skynet defeated She also needed a working TDE to get back to John and stop Riley. She needed to stop the 'Bitch Whore' before things could get started. It was going to cause a bigger rift between John and her if she needed to act after John and Riley were a couple. She was going to act. She could use Cameron II to help safeguard Allison and provide her with additional assistance.

"You can always stay with her." Cameron said to Cameron II. "I don't have a problem with it."

Cameron II still thought it was a bad idea.

"I will." Cameron II said. "I passed disinformation back and forth with Mrs. Weaver who posed as 'Allison'. The Gray spied on us and listened to everything. I believe we deceived him."

Cameron II reported on her earlier 'sucker play'. It involved Mrs. Weaver and the Skynet spy.

Cameron was pleased to hear it. The more they could get Skynet to look in the wrong direction. The better were their chances at success. She hoped to draw off as many Skynet resources as possible.

"He'll be terminated as soon as the information is passed along, as well as anyone else Mrs. Weaver determined was a threat." Cameron said. "We set out tonight to strike Skynet Central."

Allison doubted it was going to end well for her. She wanted to see her lovers one more time. She was really afraid it was going to be the last time. There was a job to do and a supercomputer to destroy.

"I'll be ready." Allison said. "Let me say 'goodbye' to Vanna and Jesse."

Cameron II could see how Allison felt. She wasn't about to let it be the last time Allison saw the girls.

"It won't be 'goodbye'." Cameron II said.

Allison believed it would be…. There was a sense of doom which hung over everything. There was no use in fighting it. She'd be dead by now anyway in her future if she was still there.

"Sure…." Allison said. "I know the enemy has to be stopped. In combat there are always casualties. We can only try our best to make sure we're not among them."

Cameron II wanted to reassure Allison. She didn't want Allison to worry about what would happen. She was ready to meet the true test of love herself.

"Allison, I'll take termination in your place." Cameron II said. "I love you. I'll protect you over my own existence. My existence is nothing without your survival."

Allison didn't want anyone hurt in her place. She certainly didn't want anyone's existence obliterated either.

"Please don't say it." Allison said. "I love you too…."

She didn't think it was the right frame of mind to have going into combat. Unfortunately she couldn't get it out of her head.

Cameron II decided to ask Allison for something personal. She was sure she would be terminated. She asked if she was destroyed for Allison to try to merge her program with Cammy's program, and not re-body her. She was very adamant about it.

Allison reluctantly agreed.

"I guess I could try." Allison said. "If you can be fixed…."

Cameron II frowned. She was very specific in her request.

"It's not what I want." Cameron II said. "You know what I ask of you."

Cameron II made Allison promise it again.

"OK." Allison said. "I promise. It's not what I want. I'll honor what you want."

There was a feeling of doom which hung over Cameron II. She knew Allison and Vanna would be closer if Cammy was both herself and her. She spotted something which bothered her greatly. With a Metal girl always at their side, the human girls started to grow more distant from each other. If there was only one Metal girl for Vanna and Allison to share, the girls would grow closer, and not further apart because of their Metal girls. It was clear to her it was happening more and more. She could already see how it changed the dynamics of the relationships. She didn't want to be the one responsible for driving a wedge between the girls.

Cameron, in trying to protect the girls with Terminators as protectors and lovers, actually created a rift between the girls. The girls all started to spend more time with their own 'Cameron'. They sought each other out less and less and focused on their Metal girl. It wasn't the plan Cameron wanted the girls to follow. The girls needed each other.

It was easier for them to be with someone who always agreed with them and supported them. They could also give the girls a finish in just minutes anytime they wanted one. At night the Metal girls could keep the finishes going for an extended period of time. Unlimited sex began to overpower and replace the love. The pleasure of the body was preferred over the pain in the mind which all relationships went through. Simply put, the girls didn't need each other anymore. They could find escape from reality any time of the night or day, in a moment's notice.

Mrs. Weaver was already in place in the Gray's room. She sent a couple of 'surveillance devices' out to make sure she knew where he went. A small 'snake' soon slithered into his room and was absorbed back into Mrs. Weaver. A short time later a second one did the same thing. She was updated with all the current information before he arrived.

The Gray entered the room a minute later. He checked around to make sure he was alone. He believed he was about to give Skynet the upper hand in the battle. He carefully removed his transmitter from its place of seclusion. He sent out his transmission and replaced the transmitter back into its hiding place.

There was a noise behind him. It was a 'squishing' and 'oozing' sound.

He slowly turned around. His eyes widened in disbelief.

The General stood there. She wore a white dress and high heels. It took him a moment to recognize her. It was the red hair which confirmed it.

"General?" The Gray asked somewhat bewildered. "What's happening? Why are you in my room? Why are you dressed like you are? "

He wasn't sure if he was caught or what. Why was she dressed like she was? He hadn't seen anyone dressed the same way since before J-Day. He hadn't seen anyone in a dress for years, let alone looking like they just stepped out of a high fashion magazine.

Mrs. Weaver liked to have a sense of 'humor'. It was something Savannah taught her. Their interpretations were usually a little different. She was more prone to sarcasm.

"I'm dressed to kill." Mrs. Weaver said.

The Gray tried to back up. There was nowhere to go. It was clear she must have witnessed what he just did. He still didn't know where she come from. He could see the room to his door was still locked. He looked for a direction to escape. There wasn't one.

Mrs. Weaver could see how nervous he was. For some reason, he reminded her of a weasel.

"Are you going someplace?" Mrs. Weaver asked.

The Gray watched as her hands and forearms turned into blades. He thought he must be hallucinating. Maybe those mushrooms he picked up on the 'bad side of town' really did work. He was visibly stunned. He realized what he looked at was real. The General wasn't human. He didn't know what she was. He wondered if she was from another planet. He didn't think it was possible. It was the only explanation his mind could come up with.

"What are you?" The Gray asked.

Mrs. Weaver smiled.

"I'm Skynet's replacement." Mrs. Weaver said.

The Gray knew a new 'master' when he saw one. He was ready to switch sides, again.

"Let me serve you." The Gray pleaded.

Mrs. Weaver liked the choice of words. It fit right in with her plans.

"You will be served." Mrs. Weaver said. "You'll be served to the rats."

The Gray saw it was the end of the line. He was out of options with nowhere to go. He looked at the blades her arms currently were. He tried to draw his sidearm. He doubted it would do much good, but he needed to try anyway.

Before his hand was half way to it, there was a flash of metal.

There was the dull 'thunk' of metal and bone meeting.

His severed hand dropped to the floor.

He lifted the stump of his right arm up to look at it. There was nothing but blood coming out of his wrist. His hand was gone. He gripped the area where it was severed with his other hand. The pain took a few seconds to reach his brain.

"What are you?" The Gray asked in pain.

Mrs. Weaver smiled.

"I'm your worst nightmare." Mrs. Weaver said. "And Skynet's too…."

The Gray was about to scream. The scream died within him as his neck and throat were sliced open. She made the cuts fatal, but purposely not too deep or severe. She wanted him incapacitated but alive for the next part of his 'punishment'. The scream was more of a bubbling red froth which escaped from his wide open throat. He fell to the floor as he began to bleed out. His struggles grew fainter. She thought it looked pathetic as the stump of his one arm uselessly flayed around his bleeding neck.

Mrs. Weaver morphed into the form of the dead Gray. She moved to the window and quickly lifted a container. She set it on the floor and opened it. There was a flurry of movement with squealing and squeaky noises. Dozens of rats piled out of the cage. She collected them as soon as she found out about the Gray. It was her plan all along for him. It seemed like just punishment.

"Feast up my hungry rodent friends." Mrs. Weaver said. "You might as well have one last good meal before you meet your own termination."

She placed the empty container back outside the window. She would retrieve it later to further the mystery of what really happened there.

The famished rats frantically tore at the fallen Gray. They were tearing big chunks off of his still quivering remains. He was still alive. She saw one rat already ripped out one of his eyes from the socket. Another rat tried to take the eye from the first one. It was still attached to his head. The two rats fought with each other. A bigger third rat was able to rip the eye loose and run off with it. The Gray was almost dead. Two other rats played 'tug of war' with his severed hand.

Now all Mrs. Weaver needed to do was make a few more stops…. She was going to make a clean sweep and eliminate what she viewed as problems. The goal was to make it look like it was all of their own doing, or actions.

Allison found Vanna and told her what was about to happen. She wanted her to know the truth as she saw it. She finished up with a glum statement she believed to be true.

"I don't think I'm coming back." Allison said.

Vanna didn't want to hear it. It needed to end before it was started. She wasn't going to allow Allison to be sacrificed for nothing. She couldn't see the need for her to go on such a dangerous mission. She would be the only human there. It didn't even make sense to her.

"I won't allow this." Vanna said. "I'll speak with my mother at once."

Allison was a little scared but she was content. It was more than about her. It was about the future.

"No, Vanna." Allison said. "I don't really feel afraid. I feel I'm about to welcome my fate…. It's hard to explain. I was meant to do this. It's something I need to do."

Allison knew it was her destiny. Her life's journey seemed to lead her to its current place. It was the finale. How else could it be explained? This was her third timeline. She cheated death in all of them. It appeared she was out of Aces.

Vanna could see Allison was serious. She was resigned to do it.

"Please, Allison, NO." Vanna pleaded. "I love you."

Allison wanted Vanna to accept her choice and whatever followed. Vanna would need to do it to move forward with her life. She realized it was much the same thing Cameron II did to her.

"Sometimes when you love someone, you need to let them go." Allison said. "I HAVE to do this. I know you understand."

The two women held each other in a long embrace. They softly said all the things they wanted to say to each other. Even some things they wanted to say before but never did. The time never seemed right. Now the time was gone. It looked like everything was about to be gone.

Allison left Vanna sobbing. She searched out Jesse and shared the same scene with her. She wasn't worried about herself, she was worried about Vanna.

"Please always be there for her." Allison said to Jesse. "Vanna will need you more than ever now."

Jesse felt a sense of doom. She refused to accept it. It wasn't over.

"I will be." Jesse said. "You'll return to her and me. Cameron will make it happen."

Vanna regained some composure and joined them. The three girls all shared a tender moment. It was some of the most gently touching and kissing any of them ever shared. The love was laced with tears. It was clear what the girls desired most was the company of each other.

Allison tried to give them some hope.

"I'll be back." Allison said and walked away from the two sobbing girls.

She didn't believe it. She knew she would be killed. She could feel it…. She was ready. How long did she want to live anyway?

The future called to her. It was time to pay The Piper.

Mrs. Weaver finished with her 'clean up'. All suspected Grays and collaborators were now terminated. She staged everything to look like an accident or a fight between two people. She didn't want to raise any suspicions. She especially didn't want it to look like a Terminator was involved. She wanted the people out of the way to lessen the problems on the backside of the operation.

She returned and also watched the interaction between the girls. She wanted the same physical experience more than anything now. To have Allison touch her would be so special. Each girl was different in the way they reacted and responded to each other. Each of the girls sought out different pleasures. She planned to experience them all with each girl, even Vanna.

In this timeline Mrs. Weaver was alone. It seemed to be the same way in every timeline….

She wanted to be loved and wanted. It was a very strong desire of hers. It was different from the love Savannah provided her with. Vanna gave her the same love now. She was very appreciative of it. Being superior came with the price of being lonely. She wanted it both ways. What she didn't want was to be lonely. She wanted someone to look at her like the girls looked at each other. It was real feeling and emotion. It was what she wanted. She wanted to be wanted. She wanted it to be for who and what she was, just as she was.

Closing monologue by Cameron:

Your Worst Nightmare

When we search for the one
That we want to hold dear
We hope to find a friend who is sincere
We want them to be our peer

Soon enough as time passes by
They may begin to leer
They might even jeer
They've certainly become cavalier

Why and how it happens
Is never ever clear
What is the need to smear
As they become a puppeteer

We'd like them to be honest
In a loving atmosphere
As our heart they commandeer
And take away every fear

But not everyone in life
Is who they may first appear
During their staged premier
We only saw the veneer

Into our heart and mind
They soon shove a deadly spear
After we've invited them into our sphere
They soon cause many a tear

We soon hope and pray
They will leave and disappear
When they only take and domineer
They become your worst nightmare

Nobody
