Time to spend some time rustling around and learning the ropes with the family of imps from Wrath Ring, time to see if Liam and Tabby can handle the rough and tough life of what they do here in their version of a country farm side. Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter here folks!

"Farming in Wrath Ring."
(Somewhere in Wrath Ring.)
The portal opens, and flying out is the demonic Wyvern, and the others come on through and they are Moxxie, Millie, Lucy, EveLynn and with company, Liam Hunnicutt and Tabby. They then see the sign that says "Rough n' Tumbleweed Ranch."
"Well golly, this sure looks..." Liam looks around the place. "Deserted. This is how they go about with their life? Sure seems to be in the drought."
Millie then speaks. "Wrath Ring is like this, we have a lake and some water, don't worry kids. This place is just how we like to live our lives, hard and strong and ready for what else happens, such as those horrid fire storms and tornadoes, and they are the worse."
Moxxie sighs. "We know them, we've seen them and they aren't the pleasant around here."
Liam and Tabby are surprised, and then they go towards the Ranch and as they go in, some demonic piglets are running around and then they see Millie's father Joe is trying to get them back. But he does see his daughter. "Millie? Well, this sure is..." Then the parent demon boar races by him.
"We need to get these monsters back in the pen, and fast!" The four brothers and Sallie May show up, and they try to rustle up the rest of the piglets, but they are covered in mud and they are slippery, and this kinda annoys Sallie May.
"This is not how I lose in wrestling, you two ton piece of pork n' beans!" But then Liam and Tabby race by her.
"Alright, you lure them with the feed and I will deal with the fence." Tabby nods and she has some corn in a bag, and then Liam yells. "EveLynn, and Lucy. Some help would be darn right good by now!" The two sister's nod and they follow.
EveLynn is tossed the rope, and Lucy takes to the skies in Edmund the Demonic Wyvern, and they also have some rope. Moxxie and Millie join in, and they help chase the piglets, and they head for Tabby and she feeds them some corn.
The large demon pig sees this and growls, and charges at her, but Tabby doesn't seem afraid, and the rope from Liam, EveLynn, Lucy and the demonic wyvern is now around the beast, and it trips. The ropes tie up the demonic boar and it falls to the ground.
The animal is angry, but Tabby snaps her fingers. "Oy, calm down there big chunky fella. We don't want to hurt you, and we all know you were just keepin' these little ones safe, right?" the demonic boar nods, and she pets it and it calms down. "You don't need to be scared, but something has gotten you all riled up."
Jo goes over and he explains. "We were nearly attacked by some annoying sizzle weasels and those little guys don't scavenge, they hunt and piglets is on their menu." Millie didn't like hearing about those little things. "Still, good job there youngin's, that was some mighty good rustling there."
The mother of Millie, Lin comes out and she is finished with cooking, and she sees her daughter and her family. "Well, look who came to visit. We're so happy to see you again, Mildred and the kids as well." she then hugs Lucy and EveLynn, and the two hug her back.
Millie hugs them as well. "We're so glad to be here too, momma." She then sees her siblings bringing the demon pigs back to their pen. "Oh, and you as well." The siblings don't mind.
"We're all happy to see you guys back" replied Jo, then he sees Liam and Tabby, and he is impressed by what they did and then he asks. "Did you two gone and adopt two more?"
Moxxie smirks. "No we didn't, Jo. These two are friends of Lincoln Silva Hound, and we asked if they could come along and spend some time here during our visit, Liam here is good at the farm his folks have on earth, and his girlfriend Tabby is just as good as he is."
Jo chuckles. "Really, now and what are your names kids?"
"My name is Tabby, sir and it's good to meet ya, mate."
"And the name is Liam Hunnicutt sir, my family owns Hunnicut farms back in Royal Woods."
"Well, I'll be damned in fire and ash, you sound like a farm boy, but do you have the skills of one?" asked Jo with a determined look.
Liam smirks and then EveLynn speaks. "They do have one, gramps. Liam here is an ace baseball player too, and Tabby has the skills and determination as equal to Liam, and both are fearless and don't take kindly to being pushed around."
Liam and Tabby smirk. "Now that there is true."
Liam then speaks. "Sir, allow us to prove ourselves and show you just how capable we truly are."
Tabby then speaks. "We are aware that things are different here than back on earth, but it doesn't seem like a hassle for us, plus we have dealt with farm problems before. Which is why we knew how to handle those demon hogs."
Jo smirks. "Then we shall see about that there, kids."
Lucy smiles. "This visit has just turned itself into a small proving matter of farming."
"That it did, sweetie" replied Moxxie. They then get to work and see what needs to be done.
Sallie May on the other hand smirks seeing those two. 'Let's see if these human kids got what it takes to even be farm material, because I doubt those two can even last a day doing what we do best around here.' Millie notices the look on her sister's face, and she doesn't like this one bit.
(Farmin' Montage Time ya'll!)
They help clean the Demonic pigs, they usually use a combination of water, and some lava and then they feed them and this doesn't bother Liam and Taby, since this seems normal for them, sorta.
They then rally the Demonic horses/fire horses back into the stable, though some seem quite rough and Liam sees that the reason why is because one of them is hurt and she needs some tending to.
The next thing they do is feeding the Basilisk chickens, and though they seem dangerous, this doesn't scare Liam, since all he sees is half-chicken half-rattlesnake and he handles this and feeds them without getting bitten or attacked and maimed.
After that, Liam and Tabby help them root out some scorch tumble weeds, and harvest the tumbleweeds that are needed, since it turns out there are the wild vegetable of this land and are needed for spices.
They help with hauling the supplies and produce that they need to sell into town, and heck they even help sell the goods in town and give them to those who need it at a good price.
Liam and Tabby also help in fixing the barn roof, since some outrides tried to show up last week and tried to raid the place, but they couldn't be able to handle this farm family of demons.
Liam also helped in repairing the tractor and their truck, and he helps out with everything else along with Tabby, proving that they are strong, tough and are good at some farming hard work!
(End of the montage, folks.)
They are all enjoying some lunch outside, and they hear from Liam about what he has been doing, and same with Tabby. From the hard farm stuff they do, to making some music and tending to anything needed and that Liam's family is all set and prepared for tending to their crops until harvest shows up, and they are mighty impressed by this.
"Boy, you and this little lady sure got the farm strength in the blood, and I am mighty impressed by that!" replied Jo.
"We never knew a kid such as you could handle hard work farm life, and we thought that hellhound kid and his sister were the only ones, along with Lucy and EveLynn here" replied Lin.
EveLynn chuckles. "Liam is also an ace in baseball, and he has been pitching for a long, long time and he even aces at horse shoe throwing."
Jo chuckles. "Yeah, we noticed that one." they look to their small horseshoe throwing game area, and apparently all those horseshoes which hit their mark, they all belong to Liam, he is damn good at it. "You boy, you truly are a farm boy in heart, and we are happy to hear about how things are prospering up there for you and you're folks!"
Lin then speaks. "We just didn't think some humans would be beyond good at farming, but I guess we were wrong. But, do you have any issues when dealing with your own farming?"
Tabby speaks. "We have had some small problems, and when I have the time, I come over and help out and usually the weasels are the issue, little annoying pests." the brothers of Millie also didn't like the sound of this and it sounded like the pests they deal with and they hate them a lot too.
Liam then speaks. "But we are facing something else now..." the others remain silent, and are confused. "This lady showed up and asked to buy the farm, but we declined the offer and she said that we'd regret what we did, but she doesn't scare us."
Moxxie asks. "When did she show up?"
Liam then recalls. "First of April."
They all didn't like this and then one of Millie's brother's speak. "If you ask me, sounds like some big time business folks who wanna take what you own. She might not be done, so be careful now kid."
"Oh I know, my whole family knows and we are ready for them" replied Liam, this is something that Moxxie, Millie, EveLynn and Lucy should notify Lincoln and the others, they can't let someone try and mess with Hunnicutt farms.
Just then Sallie May speaks. "Alright, alright. I need to admit it, you are a hardworking and good farm kid. I can see that you do have the skills and tough nature of one, but I gotta ask, you single little man?" This alarms them and annoys Millie.
"Sallie May, leave him alone! He has a girlfriend!"
Tabby then speaks. "Yeah, me! So knock off your chair and stop talking to him like that, you wanker!"
Sallie May scoffs. "You're one to talk, I bet you ain't the kinda gal meant for him."
This angers Moxxie, Millie, and EveLynn, and Lucy has no words for what is happening, but Tabby is the one who is livid, but then Liam intervenes. "Everyone, calm down now. Let me handle this. Now, Sallie May is it? Look, I am flattered you like me, but I have someone else in my life and there is no way to heck am I ever gonna leave her side."
"I met Tabby back then, our very first dance and she liked what I liked and we got used to each other and then got to know the other. She brought me into her life and I brought her into mine, and though she ain't the farm gal who is like me, she is learning and adapting well. I will never leave her, and you Sallie May should back off before things turn sideways like a barn owl going down the trash without any cents to make of it."
Hearing those words, surprises everyone but Lucy and EveLynn had no idea what Liam said at that last part. Sallie May scoffs and rolls her eyes and she looks away. "Whatever."
Millie sighs. "I think we should leave, it was nice coming to visit, ma and pa." The parents hug their daughter and the brothers also hug their sister, and shake hands with Moxxie, but they do fist bump with EveLynn and look forward to some wrestling with her, and baseball catch too.
Lucy then uses her medallion, and they open the portal back to earth, and the demonic wyvern flies on through. Liam holds hands with Tabby and they head through the portal, but Tabby looks back to Sallie May with anger, and she flips the bird towards her and then goes through, but this annoys Sallie May.
They all wave goodbye to them, and then the portal closes. Then Jo and Lin look to Sallie May sternly after what she did, and she is confused. "What? What did I do?" They are gonna have a serious talk with her about this.
