Chapter 863

Don't Forget It

After some last minute antics, the blue sedan entered the parking lot of the casino. It was clear the driver was reckless and willing to take chances. It was very clear he was paranoid of being followed. These two men seemed to be hiding a secret and went to great lengths to keep it secret. Wherever they were headed, they were hiding something.

"The blue sedan is about to arrive at the side door." John Henry said. "The man inside the casino is moving toward the door."

Savannah turned as the man started to head outside. She was glad to see him go but maybe wondered if they should have let Cameron take the unknown man down. Things would be wrapped up now instead of continuing for an unknown duration.

"I see the blue sedan." Savannah said. "The man is headed for it."

John Henry already adjusted the security cameras at the casino for the views that he wanted.

"I'm tracking them." John Henry said.

Cameron quickly followed the man. She broke off her impending attack on him and went to Savannah's location instead. She'd really wanted to terminate him.

"I was going to terminate him." Cameron said as she moved close to Savannah. "I'm sorry you were in danger."

Cameron gave Savannah a hug and held her close. She turned her back to the entrance and the location the blue sedan was in.

Savannah realized Cameron shielded her with her body in case there was any shooting. She didn't think she'd been in that much danger. She only would have felt that way if the man invaded her personal space.

"I wasn't in any more danger than anyone else." Savannah said. "Thank you for caring."

Cameron's back was to the blue sedan as the man entered it. There was no gunfire.

"Tell me what they do." Cameron said. "I can't see them."

Her back was still to the entrance as she held Savannah close.

Savannah didn't like Cameron to endanger herself on her behalf.

"You're shielding me." Savannah said. "You know that's not necessary."

Cameron felt that it was necessary.

"I will always protect you." Cameron said. "You don't have your vest on. I can be your body armor."

Savannah appreciated Cameron's concern. She noticed some heated activity at the blue sedan.

"It looks like the man who just left here is yelling at the other man." Savannah said.

Cameron focused her hearing so she could listen to the two men in the blue sedan as they exchanged words.

"I can hear him." Cameron said. "He's angry that the other man took so long to get here. He said he was in danger because he needed to wait."

Savannah wondered what the danger was that the man spoke of. He didn't have to wait that long either. She really wondered what the men were afraid of. The passenger door slammed closed and the blue sedan headed out of the parking lot.

"They just drove off." Savannah said.

Cameron still held Savannah close to her. She didn't want to release her.

Savannah was a little concerned with Cameron's demeanor. She was sure the current hug was because of what didn't happen in the Honeymoon Suite on the heart shaped bed with the satin sheets.

She wanted to address the issue with Cameron but now didn't seem like the right place. She wanted to let Cameron know it was going to happen at some point. Hopefully it would be sooner rather than later. Either way it was still going to happen.

Sheila was able to enter the parking lot before the blue sedan by taking a direct route. She parked in a 'Handicapped' space near the side door. She ducked down as she saw the blue sedan enter the parking lot.

She heard the angry exchange from the man who exited out of the casino. She thought that he sounded like a real jerk. She just added that to the list of things she wanted to do to them when she terminated them. She knew how to deal with mouthy people. None of them could mouth off anymore once she held their tongue in her hand.

As soon as the blue sedan pulled away she sat up and backed out of her spot. She continued to back up right up to the side door. She needed to pick up Savannah and Cameron.

She spotted Cameron's back with a pair of arms wrapped tightly around it. She figured Cameron and Savannah wanted to share a brief moment with each other. She thought about honking the horn but didn't want to be rude. She could see Savannah's face look over Cameron's shoulder. They knew that she was there. They also knew that they needed to get moving.

Savannah saw the SUV back up to the side door and the window roll down. Sheila looked out and smiled at her. Cameron still held her tightly. She was pretty sure that Cameron knew Sheila was there. She felt she needed to say something.

"Our ride is here." Savannah said.

Cameron still held Savannah close and firmly.

"I know." Cameron said. "I know it's time to go."

Cameron reluctantly released Savannah and they headed out.

'Your ride is here.' Cameron thought about herself.

She looked around for any threats as they walked outside. None responded. She opened the front door for Savannah.

Savannah was pleased that Cameron did that for her but it was unnecessary. She figured that the two individuals in the blue sedan would be very hard to track. They were going to need all the help they could get.

"You can see better than I can." Savannah said. "You sit in the front."

Savannah opened the back door and climbed in.

Cameron briefly thought of joining Savannah in the rear seat. She looked over at Sheila and could see that she wanted to go. She climbed into the front passenger seat and closed the door.

"Let's roll." Cameron said to Sheila.

Sheila started out after the blue sedan.

Savannah looked around the interior of the SUV as soon as she'd entered. She could tell right away that everything was fancy.

"Hi, Sheila. This is a nice ride." Savannah said as she continued to look at everything.

Sheila was pleased with her selection and positive reaction from Savannah.

"It's nothing but the best for you, love." Sheila said.

Sheila and Cameron quickly looked at each other.

There was one big difference between Sheila and Cameron when it came to Savannah. The difference was that Sheila had been with Savannah numerous times. It was mainly just for sex but they certainly enjoyed each other's company.

It always pleased Sheila how Savannah would fondle her. Savannah spent a lot of time on her rings. It took her a little while to realize Savannah pictured how Young Jesse would look with the rings on her. She understood Young Jesse would always hold a special place in Savannah heart. They were each other's 'first'. They'd also 'popped' each other. That was one thing Jesse and Vanna told them to 'take care of' before J-Day.

Cameron was a little jealous of what Sheila was able to share with Savannah that she hadn't yet. That was OK. She knew that there was a big difference between sex and love and making love. She needed to refocus on the operation.

She made a mental note to try to use more of the same or similar vehicles in her daily operations with Savannah. It would please her if she could please Savannah.

John Henry worked to keep everyone updated as to the progress of the target vehicle.

"The blue sedan turned right twice." John Henry said.

Cameron thought about some of their erratic behavior and driving habits.

"I think he'll turn right twice more." Cameron said. "I think he'll come back out where he started and continue in the same direction."

Sheila pulled over and parked in a temporary loading zone.

"You called it." Sheila said as she looked in her rear view mirror. "Here he comes."

The three girls all ducked down. Cameron's and Sheila's faces were inches apart as they ducked down. Their eyes looked deep into each other's. The closeness was there waiting to be tapped.

Sheila decided to address the issue.

"We could always kiss to pass the time." Sheila said. "That's if you weren't so 'L7'."

Cameron could see the beauty and Sheila's face. In that moment she understood what Savannah and Young Jesse must have shared. She could see that it was something beautiful. She was very pleased that she helped orchestrate that.

Savannah didn't care for Sheila's comment that Cameron was 'L7'. She knew that that was a term for someone being 'square'. She thought that might be technically true but she didn't believe Cameron was a 'square'. She believed that Cameron was a victim of her own programming more than anything. Her programming severely restricted and hampered her emotional development. She didn't think now was the time to get into that. Cameron was already agitated because of the unknown man and his behavior. She decided to play along and lighten the mood.

"I would." Savannah said.

Sheila glanced back at Savannah before she looked at Cameron again.

"Now that's what I'm talking about." Sheila said.

Cameron glanced at Savannah and then she looked back at Sheila.

Savannah peeked over the seat.

"He's by us." Savannah said. "We're clear."

Cameron and Sheila were still inches apart.

Sheila was sure Cameron wanted her to kiss her. She didn't want to take that chance and make the wrong move. She sat up. She looked around to make sure it was clear and pulled back into traffic.

Cameron finally sat back up. She looked at Sheila still.

"Where's my kiss?" Cameron asked. "I was ready for it."

Sheila learned when to back off and not push it, especially with Cameron.

"It is in the back seat, love. Everything you want is there." Sheila said.

Savannah was very pleased Sheila said that.

"Don't forget it either." Savannah said with a smile.

Cameron stole a quick glance into the back at Savannah. She didn't plan to forget it. Everything that she did want was in the back seat. She wanted Savannah.

John Henry would attempt to direct the three groups of Terminators on how best to follow the blue sedan.

"Frank, pull out and head north." John Henry said.

Frank did as instructed. He didn't have eyes on the target vehicle.

"I'm on it." Frank said.

John Henry wanted to make sure that Frank knew where the target vehicle was.

"Frank, you're two lights ahead of the blue sedan." John Henry said.

Frank checked his rear view mirror.

"I see him now." Frank said. "The road will split soon."

John Henry looked at the satellite overlay map and made a decision.

"I suggest the westerly route." John Henry said.

Dan was on a motorcycle. He was in the vicinity to act as backup and an additional chase vehicle.

"I'm one street over." Dan said. "I'm moving parallel to Sheila. I can cover the easterly direction if they take that."

John didn't want anyone to get overly anxious. That seemed to be the case.

"Everyone hang back and stay loose." John said. "These guys spook easily."

John really wanted to see where they ended up at.

Cammy and Gail heard a truck coming down the street.

"I hope that's Tom." Cammy said. "I want to say 'goodbye' to the Grays while they are still alive. I planned something really special for them so they'd remember us."

Gail looked over at the two barely moving forms. She didn't think that they would be able to remember them for very long before they terminated. She decided to look them over quickly. They needed to make sure that the area was clear before their truck arrived.

Cammy checked the front, while Gail checked the back. They didn't want any surprises.

Gail returned to Cammy.

"One doesn't look so hot." Gail said as she checked on the Grays. "He appears about ready to terminate."

Cammy glanced over at the men. The one that she wanted to see punished the most looked like he was in better condition and would take a little longer to terminate than the other one.

"As long as the other one is still alive, that's all that matters." Cammy said. "That is the one I want to 'pay'."

John Henry wanted to make sure that the Metal girls were up to speed on what was about to happen.

"Tom should arrive shortly." John Henry said.

Gail opened the door and looked out onto the street.

"That's him out in front." Gail said.

Cammy was right behind Gail.

"I see him." Cammy said. "Tell him to back in. I'm going to open the big door."

Cammy opened the roll up door. She then climbed onto the forklift and started it. She moved it so the forks went under the HK Track. She moved into position as Tom backed in.

Once Tom was backed in, Gail opened the back door of the truck.

Cammy lifted the HK Track with the forklift. Tom arrived at the back of the truck to help.

The three Terminators all nodded at each other.

Savannah asked that they all be cordial, even with other Terminators. She didn't want them to be all 'business' and to learn a little social interaction. She said it also helped them blend in better and not stand out. The more that they acted friendly with each other instead of 'just there', helped them adapt better to the surroundings.

Cammy set the HK Track into the back of the box truck. Tom hopped up and secured it. Gail loaded the confiscated weapons in the back as well.

Tom hopped back down. He pulled the rear door down with him. He secured it and locked it. His part of the assignment was done at this location. He couldn't help but notice the two battered and bloody men lying on the ground.

"What happened to them?" Tom asked. "They don't look so hot."

He indicated the blood covered Grays. He could tell there was something in their mouths.

Cammy really didn't want to get into the details of what happened and what Gail and her did to the men.

"It was a private party." Cammy said. "Don't worry, they'll go out hot."

Tom tilted his head slightly. It seemed like something that he shouldn't ask any more about. He then nodded at Cammy and Gail and climbed back into the box truck and drove off.

Gail closed the roll up door.

Cammy reached down and drug the two Grays by their ankles, to the back of their SUV.

"They're both still alive." Cammy said. "I wanted both of them to still be alive for the surprise."

Gail wondered what the surprise was going to be. She looked back where the men were moved from at the dead girl.

Gail bent down and carefully picked the deceased female up. She carried her to one of the makeshift beds and set her down.

Cammy returned to the main workroom area. She picked up a screwdriver and reached underneath the SUV. She punctured the fuel tank with several swift upward thrusts of the screwdriver. Amber liquid began to pour out of the ruptured fuel tank.

In seconds the two withering Grays were surrounded by flowing gasoline. It became apparent to them what was about to happen.

Cammy wanted to make sure the 'grand finale' wasn't interrupted. She wanted the evidence of everything that was done there completely destroyed.

"John Henry, I want all 911 calls suppressed for our location." Cammy said. "This building needs to burn completely to the ground."

John Henry dealt with similar requests like that before when Cameron and the Metal girls conducted some of their 'off the books' operations before the establishment of CamNet. It was usually done in that manner to destroy all evidence of what occurred in the building. It was usually extreme brutality.

"I understand." John Henry said. "Any response will be redirected."

Gail looked around in the back of the SUV and came out with a road flare. She handed it to Cammy as they headed for the door.

Cammy ignited the road flare and handed it back to Gail.

"I know how you feel." Cammy said.

Gail and Cammy both held the road flare together for a moment. They both looked at each other and understood. What they did was about Savannah.

"Thank You." Gail said.

Cammy walked out.

Gail looked at the ignited flare for a moment. She tossed the flare into the pool of gasoline surrounding the two thrashing Grays.

There was a giant 'whoosh' sound as the gasoline ignited.

Gail walked out without looking back.

The muted screams grew in intensity.

Gail caught up to Cammy.

As they went over the back fence to retrieve Gail's SUV. They could still hear the muted agonizing screams of the Grays.

"They did it to themselves." Cammy said.

Gail felt the men didn't view females as anything more than objects. They weren't even people to them. Females were just something that they used for their pleasure and amusement. Cammy and her may not be real females but their sheaths represented females. They represented those who could no longer represent themselves. She understood Jesse much more clearly now. There were times when someone needed to stand up for those who couldn't stand up for themselves for whatever the reason was.

"One thing is for sure." Gail said. "They won't do it again, ever."

Cammy made sure both of their coms were off.

"I don't want Savannah to ever know what I did here." Cammy said.

Gail hoped to avoid that as well. Either way she was still a participant.

"I did it too." Gail said. "I was going to terminate both of them myself anyway. It would have been less dramatic."

Cammy was a little more concerned about the brutality involved.

"I think it is more the method that I used to do it that I don't want her to know. Cammy said.

Gail understood Cammy's concern and why.

"You don't want her to know the truth because you think it was wrong to do it that way." Gail said.

Cammy didn't think it was so much wrong as she knew that Savannah thought that it was wrong. Those were two different things and it was a fine line to walk. She'd spent a lot of time with Sheila and she felt justified in what she'd done and why. There was no need to upset anyone else about it.

"It is done." Cammy said. "Leave it at that. We all have secrets on some of our past operations, even if the events are reported with a few details 'missing'."

Gail knew Cammy was referring to what happened to her at the old helicopter base, when Savannah saved her from termination.

"We also know who will keep those secrets." Gail said.

They both knew that each other spoke about Savannah.

"Those that believe in us and love us will." Cammy said.

Gail wanted to remind Cammy something that she learned from Savannah.

"They will love you no less for what happened here or the truth." Gail said.

Cammy did know that but she didn't want to make any waves.

Cammy and Gail arrived at the SUV.

"It's time to get back to work." Cammy said.

Gail and Cammy turned their coms back on.

"John, where do you want us?" Cammy asked as they climbed in Gail's SUV. "We can shadow Tom or assist Ally or Cameron's operation."

John hadn't made that decision yet.

"We have two more drones that will arrive at altitude soon." John Henry said.

John tried to think of the best use of the drones.

"We can have one over Gail and you and the other one over Cameron." John said.

Gail felt that everyone needed to be protected.

"Send the one for us with Tom." Gail said. "We'll join one of the other teams shortly. He should have protection too."

John was a little surprised to hear that. It reminded him very much of something that Savannah would do.

"Ally is all alone but I have a team that will back her up soon." John said. "She has two drones near her as well."

Cammy thought things were sufficiently wrapped up where they were at. She felt that she had some unfinished business with John and she wanted to get it taken care of.

"John, do you want me to 'return'?" Cammy asked. "I can work closely with you in the casino Command Center.

John quickly looked towards the bedroom in the Honeymoon Suite. He did want to 'finish up' with Cammy.

"I think I would like…." John started.

Gail didn't want anyone to get sidetracked when there were still others that needed assistance. One of those others was Savannah.

"What about Savannah and Cameron?" Gail asked as she interrupted the answer.

Ally continued on the paved road. She'd only passed one other car. It was headed in the opposite direction. It was clear where she was at was very remote.

"This place is 'Deadsville'." Ally said. "I see my next turn off ahead. I'm going to really push it once I make the turn."

John didn't think Ally needed to push anything.

"You're doing fine." John said. "The truck needed to slow way down."

Ally didn't care for the remoteness. She was aware of what happened to Duplicate Cameron and the Duplicate girls when they returned from River's future along with River in the desert.

"I don't want to run into any cops or bikers." Ally said. "This looks like biker territory."

Ally knew that they liked to 'cook up' drugs in remote desert locations.

John could have done without the reminder about bikers. He knew that they were always trouble.

"Stay alert and don't abuse your vehicle." John said.

Ally wondered what John thought she would be doing if she wasn't alert. She was by herself and there was no one around her to distract her with anything. Now if Sheila would have been there with her. That alone would be a big distraction.

"I am alert." Ally said. "At least we aren't headed into the hills. I can see there has been a lot of mining around here."

John could have done even more without the reminder about mines then he could have about the bikers.

"The drones will deal with any mines." John said.

Ally wondered who would deal with any bikers if they showed up. Every Terminator studied Duplicate Cameron's report and the eyewitness accounts of the Duplicate girls. No Terminator could have done what River did with those same weapons in the same amount of time. The fact River was naked when she did it intrigued all of them.

John still felt that his troops were spread too thin with inadequate support.

"I want more drones sent." John said.

John Henry felt they'd already taken a big enough chance with what they'd done so far.

"We already have four out in the daylight." John Henry said.

John didn't see it as a problem based upon their current theater of operations. There were multiple areas where any drone sightings could be redirected.

"They're all at fifty thousand feet." John said. "This is Nevada. We can blame it on 'Area 51', a UFO or classified military testing."

John Henry used excuses like that often.

"We do that enough already." John Henry said.

John thought about some of the things that they learned from River's future.

"It works. Nobody knows what's really out here." John said. "Besides we have a window a few centuries into the future. They haven't encountered any alien or extraterrestrial UFOs yet."

John Henry was sure what John was really after. He decided to help facilitate it. It was better they get it done and over with.

"I've dispatched four more drones." John Henry said. "That should free up – Cammy."

John looked at John Henry and nodded slightly. He couldn't help but look at the bedroom again in the Honeymoon Suite. He wondered if he should go into the bedroom and straighten the room up a little. The fact that he wore only his underwear couldn't hide his 'anticipation'. He also wondered if he should finish getting dressed.

Don't Forget It

Maybe some people
Are easier to push around
If they're pushed too hard
They can end up in the ground

That seems to be the way
That some people think
Everyone else sees that
As something that will stink

Who makes the rules
Who enforces them
It's easy to point a finger
As another they condemn

Everyone talks a lot
Whatever actually will change
Nothing ever does
Isn't that a little strange

Things only happen
That one will permit
Everyone controls themselves
Don't forget it

Nobody
