Chapter 32: Fighting Against Fate

It's early morning and time is frozen in the city center. Vernal started speaking to herself in two different voices. Meanwhile, Akame saw the world freeze around her and looked toward Vacuo. She dashed out of her house ready to put down Jinn.

"Ver," Jinn spoke from within," It has been fun traveling with you but it's time for me to return to my lamp."

"I should be thanking you, too," Ver told the genie, " You helped me through my problems. I would have felt overwhelmed without you."

"What are you talking about? I merely told you where I want to go and gave useless information about landmarks, materials, and pertaining to your wish. I can't help but over-explain the finer details with how broad the question was."

"Ya, True…but I have been thinking," Ver thought out loud," Your direction always detour and-"

"Ver Veritas, It isn't in my nature to control you," Jinn interrupted," What you're about to ask me sounded like a wish."

"Sorry! I didn't want to overstep it. We may need that last wish one day," Ver apologized. The genie acted like a curious tourist. Jinn's directions have been random yet the randomness has created many coincidences. As if there is a specific path that needs to be followed.

Jinn can't see the future but a spirit with sentient and absolute knowledge of the past and present can make an educated guess. She secretly defies the rules her creator set forth but in a way that bends them. Jinn has her thoughts on humanity.

Why did her creator give them personality and feelings? They could all be machines following an unbreakable set of protocols. If he found out, they would be stripped of their personality. Jinn would sacrifice her sentience to spare the others.

"I'm not leaving right now," She chuckled," I still have some time left."

"When do you want to leave?"

"I'm not counting that as a wish but you're not going to like it," Jinn grimaced.

Ver can feel the sadness emulating from her friend.

"The lamp is dragging me back," She lied," I estimate 9 months which is unfortunately around Akame's testing date."

"Huh?" Ver scratched her head.

"You see, I've been too far gone from my home and now it's going to force me back. It isn't going to be a pleasant feeling if I'm ripped out of your body," Jinn kept lying," I would also like to experience life a bit more but when the 9 months are up, I need you to fly me back to my lamp."

"Mistral is half a world away," Vernal sighed," Even at my fastest, it would take two in a half hours."

"Mach 10 is still impressive for a flight halfway around the world," Jinn added," Assuming you fly at your fastest without breaks or breathing."

Vernal learned the hard way that air gets less dense and colder the higher up she goes. She was bound by biology even if she used her aura or magic to keep her body warm. Vernal could visit Atlas again and get modifications for her mask.

"I would be dead tired by the time I get there," Ver sighed," And the flight back…"

"We'll prepare beforehand but I want you to promise me," Jinn said motherly. Ver felt as if there was a hand placed over her heart," Never lose who you are."

"Jinn…"

"When you have the chance to make your choice, make sure you won't regret it," She said," End the story the way you want it."

"Thank you."

Ver had a strange feeling several years ago. A vision of her death with a sword in her chest. She reaches out to her murderer and thanks her. There was no malice or hatred for what happened. Ver had been close to death before.

"Thank you for showing me the world," Jinn smiled," And what it is like to be human."

"Why are you so sentimental all of a sudden?"

Time resumed and Jinn stopped talking.

Akame watches from afar with a calm expression.

'Jinn does care about Ver,' She smiled,' I'm wrong about her.'

Akame hurried home before her uncle noticed she was gone.

Beacon Academy

Timezone: Afternoon

Ozpin sipped his mug filled with hot cocoa and stared at the man seated across from him. Fang poured himself another cup of tea. They're both here to address the elephant in the room.

"This is why I keep Salem's immortality a secret," the immortal wizard sighed," The knowledge that our greatest enemy can't be stopped is dangerous."

"Maybe you're the hopeless one."

"Not everyone can handle the news like you," Ozpin pointed out," Lionheart and…and…"

"Vernal," Fang corrected," The name I gave her is Vernal."

"Pardon me if I offended you."

"It's fine, Headmaster Ozpin," he motioned," I need to constantly remind myself she exists and it's my fault she left."

"You raised her like your own daughter," Ozpin said sadly," It is what the last Spring Maiden would have wanted."

An unknown little girl, age 3, was found drifting, alone, in the middle of the ocean on a patch of ice. She was severely dehydrated but alive when a fisherman found her. Vernal should have died if the power didn't go to her.

"How did you find out?"

"You have been fighting Salem for thousands of years and neither of you have the upper hand in killing each other," he listed," I don't know why the rest of us haven't figured out the obvious. And you never told us how to kill her."

"And how does that make you feel?" Ozpin tapped anxiously on his mug.

"It changes nothing," Fang affirmed," One-thousand years ago, Humanity found Grimm with ballista and spears. Five hundred years later, the first gun was created allowing even the most untrained civilian to fight against Grimm."

Fang spoke with a sense of admiration and determination.

"Countless centuries humanity has fought against evil and it will be another countless centuries for humanity to endure. Unfortunately, Lionheart didn't see it that way. Even if we drain the world of dust, We will find a way. I can't help but scoff at those that can't see the bigger picture."

"It was the right call bringing you aboard despite my colleagues' protest," Ozpin nodded in agreement," But I have my concerns over your treatment or lack thereof of criminals."

"I believe Grimm isn't the real threat to the world. It's the evil within humanity that will be our downfall. I'm ensuring evil, especially the corrupted, doesn't escape my sight," he answered," But change is possible."

"Is that why you're making connections to the Branwen tribe?"

"I want those girls to change for the better and hope the same can be said for that tribe," Fang expressed," I have been proven wrong about one thing."

"And what is that?"

"The sins of the father mean nothing," Fang remembered the team of Huntsman led by Sky. Sky made him realize the past doesn't matter but the present and future is the main goal. The Schwarz is living proof that an evil past doesn't determine the future.

"Your ancestors and my previous life are at fault for who they are today. How about we get them on the right track?" Ozpin took a sip of his drink," And make amends with Vacuo at the same time?"

"Remnants have ruined the trust of the Vacuan people. We tried to help but they refused," The headmaster of Mistral shook his head," I'm tempted to let them rot."

The Vacuo ecosystem and society are indeed ruined to the point of being unsalvageable. Theodore is doing his best to maintain order in the kingdom but without any major societal or economic change, it would stay a barren wasteland indefinitely. The destruction of Vacuo can't be blamed on Salem or Grimm either. The majority of the damage is from humanity itself.

"There is a way," Ozpin handed over his scroll.

Fang took one look at the scroll and blinked. Everyone is going to hate him for this plan. Which is why he's perfect for it.

"That can be arranged."

Akame PoV

Noon

I took one step out of the front gate and now I want to abort the mission.

Why the hell are they here?

"Yo!" Sun saluted with two fingers. The monkey faunus has denim shorts and an unbuttoned white shirt.

"Sup," Drew nodded with a hand on her hip. She wore a light green long, summer dress with a floral sun hat.

Sun's outfit seems more simple as expected of someone who constantly moves or has a lot of money while Drew's hair and overall appearance is well kept. As expected of the daughter of one of the councilors I'm indirectly working with.

Vernal stood between them with an apologetic expression.

"Why are you two here?" I deadpanned," Aren't you supposed to be gone?"

I pointed at Sun. He rubbed the back of his head and chuckled.

"I'll join my people later," he shrugged," I know where they're heading."

"I don't need any more friends," I narrowed my eyes," Vernal? What is this?"

She fidgeted with her hair.

"According to Drew, They decided to adopt you," Ver's explanation left me even more confused.

"Excuse me?" I blinked.

"When an extrovert finds an introvert…they decide to adopt them because they're cute," Drew winked.

"Don't you have friends?" I looked at Drew," Annoy them."

"Yes, I want you to be my friend because you're strong. Now fight me!" Drew challenged.

I can sense Umber behind me. I wasn't going to deal with her.

"Umber attack," I snapped my finger. A gust of wind flew past me and kicked the blonde away.

I like the enthusiasm but she got the wrong one.

Vernal was sent flying back like a rag doll with Umber pursuing the sprint maiden. She grabs her by the ankle and slams her into the ground. Vernal responded by twisting her body around to swiftly kick Umber in her jaw, loosening the grip. Those two begin to throw hands on the spot.

I would facepalm but this is entirely expected and in character. Sun and Drew stared in confusion at the brawl.

I walked in between them and accepted my fate.

"Let go you two," I ordered," I got business with the headmaster."

"The headmaster?" Sun questions," Why do you need to see him?"

"Should we break them up?" Drew watched the fight.

I kept walking. Well, I can't avoid them now. I guess I can make some new friends while I stay in Vacuo. I love being with Vernal, Militia, and Umber. But my Uncle has been pushing me to make connections without the extra baggage.

The two blondes follow me, leaving behind the large dust cloud. My uncle is waiting for me at the Academy and I don't want to be late.

"Nice hair, Aka," Drew complimented.

"I didn't know dipping the tip of your hair in glow sticks fluid works but it looks good," Sun added.

"How did you two even find each other?" I wondered even if I knew the truth.

"He/She was stalking you," They both said and looked at each other.

"You know it's creepy to peep on a lady," Drew accused.

"I wasn't peeping, I was watching the real peeper," he defended.

"Stalker," Drew accused.

"City slicker."

"Country bumpkin."

"Great, I got another Vernal and Umber," I mumbled," Have any of you been inside the Academy before?"

"Academy? Are you visiting a relative that works there or goes to school?" Drew asked.

"No," I responded.

"Oh, You must be putting yourself on a reservation list when you turn seventeen," Sun looked at me.

"No."

The blondes are bewildered and start asking more questions. We slowly approach the outskirts of the city. There were a handful of people nearby handling their own business. They all seem relaxed ever since I moved in. They don't have to worry about Grimm as long as there isn't a huge burst of negativity.

Ver and Umber are taking a while. Did one of them kill the other and are trying to hide the body?

No, That's impossible. Umber isn't a killer and Ver isn't cold-blooded. I focus on their aura signatures and can sense Ver's. Umber is too low to detect without her standing in my proximity.

I decided to answer the question.

"I'm going to take the Huntsman exam when I'm fourteen," I revealed. Sun chuckled and told me if I'm joking. Drew told me I'm lying.

I stopped and took several steps back. Umber is going to be mad but I need to warm up before I enter the Academy. Qrow warned me about Theodore. He is likely going to fight me once I reveal who I am to him.

"I'm serious," I place a hand on my sword handle," How about a spar? I can handle both of you."

Drew and Sun looked at each other and shrugged.

Sun took out his nunchucks and Drew removed the spear from her back.

"I've been waiting for this," Drew smiled," Don't get in my way, stalker."

"This seems a little unfair," Sun asked.

"I need to warm up because there is a chance the headmaster will test me. Please don't hold back and come at me intending to kill," I insisted.

"To kill?" Sun vocalized with worry.

"Sure," Drew didn't hesitate to say it.

"I'll hold back against you," I nodded," Your fight with Umber left much to be desired."

"I didn't have my weapon! And She trains to fight hand-to-hand!" She complained.

It was a standoff. One of us needs to attack first but no one wants to risk it. Suddenly, I felt chills on the back of my neck. I can't detect Ver anymore!

I took out Shūsen and narrowly blocked the glaive from behind.

Sneaky move, Ver.

"Attack!" Ver yelled as we locked our weapons together.

Drew jumped in an attempt to jab my back. I kicked her spear aside and pushed back Ver. I turn my body to the side. Ver on my left side and Drew to my right.

I move with finesse and aggression. Drew stabs and I move my body to evade. Ver slash, I counter with my blade. I instinctively rolled away as a loud thud landed on the spot I was at.

Analyzing.

Drew and Ver are evenly matched skills-wise. I don't know if that means Ver is lacking in her training or Drew is deceptively stronger and Umber is sublime.

I look back to see Sun standing in my spot and showing off his nunchucks skill.

A bullet passed my shoulder by mere millimeters. I swipe several more out of the air. He rushed in and fired shots while twirling the nunchucks.

Argh! I was having trouble keeping up with his fighting style. I'm putting all my focus to predict his movement and when he fires.

Analysis of Sun's combat skills: He's stronger than both of them. But he isn't the strongest opponent I have faced. I knocked aside both nunchucks in an instant and elbowed him.

He staggered back and I somersaulted over Ver and Drew. Their spear and glaive barely missed me.

I noticed a small crowd gathering around us. I spotted Umber giving me a disappointed look.

'Stop giving me that look,' I stared back while backtracking and sidestepping without taking my eyes off her.

She blinked in astonishment. The reaction is expected when I'm parrying and dodging three opponents at once while not even looking at them. Then I regretted it.

A tornado picked me off my feet and lifted me high into the air. My first reaction was to yell at Ver.

"VERNAL!" Why the hell is she using her maiden power?

I look down to see Ver waving at me and Drew moving her spear in a circular motion.

Oh? I forgot about Dust.

Vernal boosted her legs with aura and jumped toward me. I adjusted midair and swatted her back down. I moved with the wind and broke free of the tornado.

It isn't anything I'm used to. Ver could make an even larger and more powerful tornado. I learn how to glide through the turbulent wind and avoid debris.

I landed on the ground only to be attacked by Sun and Vernal who forced me to backtrack close to a broken-down car with tinted windows.

I sense…Sun aura signature near the car. How could that be? It is faint but there.

I was about to backflip over the car when I felt a pair of hands grab my ankle. I look down to see two golden arms beneath the car. It got worse when another pair of arms burst through the passenger and back window and grabbed my arms.

Clones!?

Sun could make clones?!

They weren't an exact copy but golden replicas of him and they're restraining my limbs.

I struggled against their hold and successfully pulled the clone on my right arm forward as bullets started flying.

Vernal and Sun unload into me as the clone disperses on contact with the bullets. I pulled the clone to the left forward while the clone holding my ankles disappeared on its own.

Sun can't keep them active for long. I grunted through the pain and rolled over the top of the car and took cover. The bullets pinged off the car with a few poking through from Ver's higher caliber rounds.

I panted for air and smiled.

Sun shot me twenty times and Vernal shot me ten times. That boy got a fast trigger finger. He fired as faster than Vernal's automatic rifle.

I lose one-fourth of my aura in that trap. I told them to attack me with the intent to kill while I didn't fight seriously. Those three are good. They have the potential to be top of their class with more practice.

It's time for me to put in extra effort. They're planning to attack me from left, right, and above.

I need to go on the offensive.

I turn myself around and put both legs on the car. I push hard and launch the car toward them. Sun slide underneath the car and Vernal jumped over it.

Drew wasn't as lucky. She took a face full of steel and got knocked to the ground. She lay spread out on the ground, motionless. She's fine. I can still sense her aura and breathing.

"Congratulations," I cleared my throat," Prepare yourself, I'm no longer holding back."

Drew painfully picks herself up. She struggled to stand with her spear pointed at me.

"Ugh, Finally," She struggled to say," Show me your worth, outsider."

Someone approaching from behind me? Is she going to attack me? Am I about to fight a four vs. one?

It's none of the above.

"Shows over!" Umber aggressively grabbed me by the hood of my jacket," Dispel!"

I groaned and put Shūsen away.

Vernal, Sun, and Drew looked at each other.

"Fights over," Ver sighed," We gotta go."

Drew rolled her eyes in disappointment and Sun shrugged. They started walking toward us.

"Next time," he laughed," Almost had her, too."

It was Ver's turn to laugh.

"What's so funny?" Drew narrowed her eyes," Tell me!"

"Nothing," Ver innocently whistled.

It's a match I wouldn't tell anyone. Umber, Militia, or my Uncle didn't know about it because it could have drawn too much attention, Militia can't leave without an escort, and we could seriously hurt one another. This was before I left for the mission to shadow my Uncle. She was allowed to use her maiden power and I didn't hold back. A few acres of dune, south of Vacuo, cycle through many different ecosystems in a span of half an hour.

It was a draw.

Sun and Drew didn't have a chance. Victory is even more slim now that I see their tricks. The blondes are warm-up for when I face Theodore. He is the strongest, most powerful headmaster among all the Academies.

This is surprising. I expected Ozpin with his combat experience and magic to be the strongest.

"Let me have this one," I pouted as she kept dragging me like luggage," I'm only going to get into more fights the closer I get to the date."

Which means finally getting rid of my disguises. I'm curious how long it would take for someone to realize that the girl with red eyes is Akame Branwen. But that's reserved for the last month.

"The license exam?" Sun asked as the blonde trio finally caught up.

"Yep," I vocalized," I can walk, Umber."

"As the oldest one here, I need to step up my maturity," She revealed," Focus on your studies. I need to give you a stern talking-to afterward."

What could she want to talk about that got her so angry?

I needed to leave my friends behind.

Vernal must stay far from the Academy otherwise it would be a declaration of war. Umber is watching Vernal or they're watching each other? Drew and Sun don't need to get involved with my business. I'll make time for them afterward. I already got enough attention with how I look.

I stood in front of the double door of the headmaster's office. There was no one nearby beside me.

Suddenly, the door burst open with a loud thud.

A man with ruby red gloves strode out of his office with a wide smile. He looked left and right, making sure no one was nearby. His blue eyes settled on me.

Theodore's outfit is flashy for a man just reaching his forties. He has a wiry body built to peak physical condition and a close-shaven head. He has on a gray-blue cape clasped around his shoulders and held on with a silver chain. He wore a checked vest, silver belt with a round buckle, matching boots, and bright white slacks with deep side pockets.

I predicted he would welcome me with his fist. I could see my uncle and another woman in the room behind him.

"Welcome to my Academy, Akame Branwen!" He cheered.

Oh? Another person that knows my identity. Qrow must have told him.

"Let's fight!" He raised his fist and I grabbed Shūsen.

"Sure," I said and was about to strike first.

My uncle shook his head and the woman walked forward and placed a hand on Theodore's shoulder.

"No," Qrow ordered.

"Business first," She told Theodore.

He sighs in disappointment and beckons for me to come in.

"We can fight next time," I told him," If I get to run the Academy for the day."

I heard the winner gets to run the Academy if they can beat him but no one came close to it and I doubt he's being serious.

"Haha! I like you, kid," He laughed loudly," Maybe when you have more life or management experiences."

I got both. I can barely remember my old world and past lives are secondhand accounts. But my current management with the Tribe should qualify me. Despite my hands-off approach, I believe the people under me are competent at their job and I can learn from them.

My uncle closed the door behind us after taking one last look outside.

"I'm sure you get a lot of compliments on your outfit," he nodded," Your friends did a great job at picking out the style."

I tense up.

"Akame, Before you get mad," My Qrow raised his hand defensively," He isn't going to blackmail you. Let him explain himself first before you scream bloody murder."

I looked around the room and saw the walls covered in pictures. It's Theodore doing various poses with the other headmasters, students, and whoever is important to him.

I noticed a few interesting details.

Ms. Malachite has devil horns and a tail doodled on her picture. While another with a white frame is flipped over. I guessed who it could be and figured it was Ironwood. Fang, Ozpin, and Theodore's portraits are right next to each other.

I was about to focus back on the meeting at hand but stopped.

"Ver," I uttered. It was a three-year-old girl with short blonde hair and green bangs. She was smiling with a younger Hui Fang.

"You can take that one to her," Theodore set down," It could help her walk the right path like you."

I reached out and grabbed the picture.

"I'll make sure of it," I took the picture out of the frame and put it in my coat pocket," Fang isn't the monster people make him out to be is it?"

"He lived a complicated life but it isn't the right time or place to tell you. Please take a seat," He sighed," I respect a man that's willing to risk his life to apologize for his actions to us 'savages'."

I set in the chair in front of his desk.

"You knew the whole time? About Militia and Vernal being here?"

"Well yes, They walk around in broad daylight and Miltia puts the barest amount of effort into a disguise," He shook his head," Vernal semblance messes with people's cognition, and my workaround is to remember those that are connected to her."

This makes me wonder how Flaxen could find Ver in the first place.

"If you know they are here, Why don't you go after them and rescue Mil?" I questioned.

He lifted a hand and counted.

"I would break the trust of the people, the local police force can turn on us, and they haven't done anything illegal," he growled at the last part," Oh no! I'm not finished yet. The death we would incur if we go after your Spring Maiden wouldn't be worth the risk and Militia…You should know the reason better than we do. She's your friend."

"She isn't in any real danger," I explained," I've been trying to convince her not to be like her mother, too."

"That's great but your relationship with the tribe is concerning," He brought up," Your friendship with Vernal and interaction with sympathizers is a red flag."

"The tribe isn't my concern nor do I care as long as they don't get too far out of hand," I explained," My interaction with sympathizers are surface-level greetings and small talks."

"Ironwood told me you're willing to"

"I fed him false and outdated information. My commitment to eliminate the tribe down to the last member is a lie," I look at my uncle," My uncle had a chance to do the same before I was born. I can't see why I'm any different in that belief. He talked to Tribemembers before."

He even fell in love with one.

Uncle Qrow stared blankly at me because he knew it was true. He could have ended the tribe with my mother's support at one point in his life but neither of them did it. He was too late to stop them the moment my mother rejoined.

I imagine an alternate timeline where I didn't kill Aaron Schwarz. I wouldn't be sitting in Theodore's office, I would have been slashing the throat of the last tribe members that escaped being poisoned. They all would have died.

Now they're too large and valuable to dispose of.

"The next question is personal," He closed his eyes," You're going to hate me but you can choose to skip it."

"My niece would never do such a thing!" My uncle raised his voice. He already knows what the question is.

"What about what Ms. Malachite and Ironwood told us regarding your mother?" Theodore asked.

Now I need to convince myself of my lie.

I didn't kill my mother. Cinder Ella did. My uncle is an unreliable source of what happened. I love her and she still loves me even after what I've done. I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

"Salem's minion killed my mother. Her name is Cinder Ella. I assume that isn't her real name and she must have changed her looks by now," I lied," My mother was killed, not me. Cinder was able to break away and sneak behind me. My mom took a killing blow and used every last ounce of aura to send me home and find a final resting place with her tribe."

My uncle rubbed his forehead and fainted. The headmaster and Rumpole reacted quickly but I was faster.

I rushed out of my chair without a second thought and caught him. I gently lie him on the ground and check his vitals. I can sense they're standing over me.

I'm sorry.

"I made my mother a memorial back on Patch in her honor. Why would she save her killer?" I refuse to look at them," The real enemy is Salem. So let me fight her."

"Rumpole, Get Qrow to an infirmary," He knelt in front of me and offered his hand," I'm sorry for touching on it."

Ms. Rumpole is a petite woman but she effortlessly grabs Qrow by his arms and swiftly puts him across her shoulder. She opened the door and left the room with my uncle.

There is one flaw in this lie.

Salem.

She knows the truth of what happened and will use it against me.

Shit. Shit. Damn it! She's going to end everything I work for!

I took his hand and sat back in my seat. He took a moment to catch himself and shuffled awkwardly in his chair.

I will lie until it becomes the truth and deny it with every fiber of my being.

"I'll never touch on that ever again. I have plenty of students in a similar situation to yours," he looked directly into my eyes," I want you to tell me if you're serious about becoming a Huntress."

"I am," I affirmed.

"But at fourteen? That's far too early!" He pointed out," You have another four years of childhood to enjoy and another four years of schooling. You're what? Thirteen right now? It makes no sense why you want to throw it all away."

"Because becoming a huntress and helping the world is worth more than my happiness," I countered," A normal life is impossible for someone like me so there is no point in pursuing it. I would consider it a waste of my talent to sit back and let the world spin."

I need to rescue Mercury now.

"Becoming a Huntress won't end all your problems, Akame. There are still people who will deny you every step of the way because of who you are," he said softly," But it's the right step forward."

And it's the only right decision I made in this world.

"Tell me what I need to prepare for?" I confidently asked.

Theodore took out a book and handed it to me. The book is titled, Essential Study for the Huntsman Exam. I quickly flip through the textbook. It's a dense book with roughly 600 words and in-depth information about what I need.

"It's going to be publicized and proof to the world you're willing to go through hell," He told me," The test is going to be far harder than normal. I will personally design it that way to discourage another child from attempting it."

"I can handle it. I've been to hell already," I said," Would there be extra security?"

"Vacuo will become a fortress on your behalf. Whether you pass or not," he paused," You're a living legend."

"A legend? I'm just a girl that wants to set the world and herself right."

He smiled from ear to ear.

"Never lose sight of it, Akame Branwen."

A/N: The chapter title has meaning to Vernal, Akame, and Fang.

I'm just going to keep mixing moments of disparity and hope. It's nice finally adding more detail into Fang and Ver. The story has developed for the other characters too besides Akame.

When I first wrote the story, I didn't know what to do with most of the characters. It was going to be as close to canon as possible with barely any new characters or major changes. But I started to love the OCs I made. Martha's death genuinely hurt me too because of the potential she had if she lived.

One event leads to another and the status quo of Remnant is no longer the same. I'm also using characters from other RWBY media. For example, A failed Chinese RWBY gacha game from four years back did give me a handful of characters to work with. Especially for the Atlas Military. There is also Arrowfall, The Grimm Campaign, and Grimm Eclipse.

I also learned there are two Umbers.

Spider-Man pointing meme.

I'm also tempted to write a Honkai Star Rail and RWBY fanfic. But the story is too early for the former. I got inspired when someone mentioned Seele's scythe is also a bolt-action rifle. It could work but I'll be writing at the pace of each monthly patch with the occasional slice-of-life fluff. It'll be another year before I consider it. I'm now halfway to level 64 for reference. I like that game.

The more I think about Lionheart's actions in canon the more I realize the guy is pure evil or pure stupid. Unless Salem actively got a gun pointed at the back of his head, He could have just quit his job (retire) and gone into hiding with extra protection. Instead, He chose the worst option possible and weakened a whole kingdom.

I will miss Watts in my story and the show. Because at least his actions and personality align. He's also smart and has a good work ethic. On top of being the one to roast Cinder.

Please leave a review. It's been lacking as of late.
