Yami looked up and saw the sun peeking through the clouds; it appeared they were running late.
"It would seem so," Danzo replied, looking at the guards standing at the entrance of the summit.
" Eh well it seems to me that you had to much fun takingtaking on those hanya assassin's sent from the Land of woods"
"That's how it always is, they're always looking for an opportunity like this"
The ninja world is an ascetic world. I was proud that my name wasn't well-known, but controlling both the public world and the shadows will strengthen the village and the country.

Upon seeing the entrance to the summit, Yami said, "Ugh, finally! We can get out of this uncomfortable snow."
"You scared of a little snow Yami" Fu teased the root Shinobi having taught Yami until Danzo took over as his teacher.
"Hmmm" Yami responded narrowing his eyes as they entered the building

"That's him the old man in the middle" A white zetsu accompanied them having split off from his black half.
Looking at the guards one caught his eye when the right side of Yami face turned to the right likely checking out the place and said " It can't be..."
Suigetsu turned to Sasuke and asked "what, do you know one of them "
" The one in the cloak, he should be dead"
"What do you mean Sasuke" Karin asked.
"He was on the team that was sent to retrieve me at Orochimaru's hidden base, he pushed me to the second stage of my cursed mark but with my attack already in place I thought killed him but it looks like he survived " looking at the eye patch and scars under it " hn not entirely it seems"
"He sounds pretty powerful, wonder if he gotten any weaker since your battle with him " Suigetsu smirk down
"Be cautious around him there must be a reason he survived my most powerful attack "
Looking down, Karin tried to get a reading on Yami's signature, but when they all ducked down, Yami looked up and noticed nothing out of the ordinary.

Noticing her shivering form Sasuke asked what happened which to she replied

Leaning against the wall with her arms crossed, Yami looked around the room, which consisted of all the Kages seated at a U-shaped table, with their kanji on the each of their flags hanging behind them, and the leader of the Land of Iron sitting before them, behind his own table.
"Place your hats on the table, you are here today because the Raikage has called this meeting, my name is Mifune and I will be your mediator. The meeting will begin now."
"I'll go first, listen up" with his hands folded under his chin Gaara decided to start of the meeting
"The Makeup Of The Five Kages sure has changed.You must be something special to be made kazekage at your age. Your father must have taught you right, but apparently he forgot to instill in you any manners." A short cranky old man known as Tsuchikage
"I guess that's why I'm here"
"Hahahah cheeky brat"
"Tsuchikage please stop interrupting, kazekage please continue" The beautiful blue clothed beauty as the Mizukage requested
"...I'm a former host, the Akatsuki captured me and nearly killed me extracting the beast. That's why I believe Akatsuki is extremely dangerous. I requested aid from the other Kages many times but they all ignored me ... except for the Hokage, though at this point with so many host captured, its too late for aid" said Gaara.
"Hmph... If a country has had it's host captured it has no business giving other countries orders, its an embarrassment. You should have tried to recover it in secret!. Once it's stolen, you can't expect other countries to help you" said the Tsuchikage.
"Appearance...honor...I don't have time for that ridiculous old fashioned thinking." Gaara continued
"Hmph brat"
"Just because the beasts have been stolen is no reason to be afraid. It takes time and knowledge and skill to be able to control them" said the Mizukage
"The host must grow with the beasts in order to adapt to them. Even then control is difficult... It won't happen immediately... Right kazekage" said the Tsuchikage
Gaara narrowed his eyes in response
"In any event, the only ones who can truly be said to have controlled the beasts, are Uchiha Madara and the 1st Hokage Hashirama... And maybe the 4th mizukage, Yagura... And Raikage's brother killer Bee" said Danzo
Yami narrowed his eye as all the Kages guards jumped in an instant in front of their respective Kage with their weapons drawn as the Raikage smashed the table under him.
"We are here to talk. Please refrain from such displays of rudeness" Mifune sternly said to the Raikage

The Tsuchikage grunted and his guards understood.
When the guards were back to their position Kankuro looked over at Yami's figure still leaning against the wall, he turned to Temari.
"Hey, what do you think is up with that guy" asked Kankuro nodded at the root Shinobi.
Temari glance at Yami "He didn't react with his partner"
"Yeah"
"Strange, what kind of guard don't protect his Kage" Temari narrowed her eyes
"Let us continue our discussion." said Mifune
"The Hidden Leaf, Rock, Sand and Mist Rogue Ninja from your villages make up the Akatsuki! And that is not all! From our investigations, we know that among you, including your previous Kage, there are those who used the Akatsuki!" Raikage exclaimed
"Used them?" Confused Gaara asked
"I do not trust you! I had no intention of even discussing this with you. But the reason I convened this summit is to question your loyalty!" The Raikage continued
"What do you mean, "used" the Akatsuki?" Gaara still stuck on the new information that was released asked.
"You are the Kazekage, yet you have not been informed? Ask the elders back home! You used the Akatsuki in the past war!" said The Raikage
"The Great Nations are heading towards uniform stability. They are moving from millitary expansion to military disarmament.As fear and the threat of war diminishes between nations, Hidden Villages, which are the source of its mllitary strength, become costly hindrances. And yet, carelessly downsizing the villages poses a risk.
What if war suddenly breaks out? It would be a problem to depend on ninja who have no experience in war.
It would mean certain defeat!" said the Tsuchikage
"And one way to reduce that risk is mercenary soldiers... Namely, the Akatsuki?" said Gaara
"It takes effort and money to train skilled ninja from your own village. But the Akatsuki, which makes war its livelihood, is made up of experienced professionals. Furthermore, they can be hired for cheap. Best of all, they return exceptional results." the Tsuchikage continued
"Get serious, Tsuchikage! The Sand used the Akatsuki to destroy the Hidden Leaf. I'm speaking of Orochimaru! It is not clear if he had broken away from the Akatsuki or not. But as a result, your father, the Fourth Kazekage, and the Third Hokage Hiruzen, died... And frankly, it's hard not to rule out the idea that this was someone's scheme." The Raikage glanced at Danzo and thought.

"The most suspicious is the Hidden Mist!" The Raikage turned to the Mizukage

"Before we start arguing about the situation, there is a statement I have been waiting to make." Danzo decided to interject.
"What is it?"
"The leader of the Akatsuki is probably Madara Uchiha." shocking everyone at the table
"Are you sure of that? Hasn't he been dead for several decades?" Tsuchikage narrowed his eyes
"Tsuchikage is right. He died long ago. I do not know the details. But the information is quite reliable." Danzo continued
"Are you saying he is immortal!?"
"Perhaps."
"To think that... He really was a monster."
"I want to speak on behalf of the neutral nations. The leader of the Akatsuki was able to read the times well. Despite stabilization, nations had private suspicions and the Akatsuki took advantage of that weakness to amass its power." Mifune spoke before anything more could be said.
"What are you trying to say!?" the ever passionate Raikage
"Turn calamity into good fortune... It is extremely rare for all five Kage to assemble... What do you say?Until the Akatsuki is eliminated, why not establish the world's first Allied Shinobi Forces of the Five Hidden Villages?" Mifune ended with a shocking statement.
"An allied force?" The Raikage questioned.
"That is a fine plan... We are in an emergency state." said Danzo
"Cooperation is crucial... Going forward, we must determine a chain of command. We must avoid any further confusion." Mifune explained
"So? Who will we choose to lead the allied forces? Leaving that to you five will only result in arguments." Raikage asked
"I ask that you respect the position of the neutral nations and allow me to come up with a proposal to decide who among you five Kage is most suitable." said Mifune
"Presently, only Hidden Leaf Village has a Jinchuriki, the Nine-Tails."
"The key is how to utilize it... How about granting the supreme authority of the Allied Shinobi Forces to the Hokage?"
"what!?" Raikage exclaimed in anger.
"wha!?" Tsuchikage exclaimed in shock.
The Raikage and Tsuchikage's reactions made Yami smirk; it seemed as if everything was going according to Danzo's plan.
"If you all approve, I will accept this appointment." Danzo humbly accepted.
"Why the Hokage!?" The Raikage questioned
"He is synonymous with the dark side of ninja!... We cannot let him take charge!"
"Then whom would you suggest?" Mifune asked the Raikage.
"Not one of the Akatsuki came from my village! This important post requires trust!... I should be the one to-
"I cannot agree to that." Mifune cut the Raikage off shake his head.
"What!?"
Mifune pointed at the smashed desk which Raikage caused "I am well aware that passion and strength are essential in bringing the strong together... But someone like you, who lets his emotions rule his use of power, would send the Allied Forces into disarray like the top of that desk."
The Raikage looked down and gritted his teeth
"I am simply making an objective, rational observation as a representative of a neutral nation. Lord Kazekage is much too young to wield such power. He does not yet have much pull with nations. His title of Kazekage alone is inadequate. Lord Tsuchikage, on the other hand, is too advanced in years and gives the impression of one whose power has waned. And, he used the Akatsuki too much... He is lacking in trust the most. Lady Mizukage's Hidden Mist is said to be the birthplace of the Akatsuki. There is the fear that inside information will be leaked to them. That there are spies. We do not know why the Akatsuki is gathering the Tailed Beasts or what they intend to do with them.
But we cannot let them have the Nine-Tails. The Nine-Tails belongs to the Hidden Leaf. Hence, I believe that the Hokage is the logical choice." Mifune explained
"First of all, I refuse to recognize an Allied Shinobi Force that would compromise the security of my village!" The Raikage disagreeing.
'Something about this just doesn't feel right. I'd better check. 'Ao Shinobi of the hidden mist thought "Chojuro Be prepared for battle.

"Hokage! Are you controlling Mifune...!?" The Raikage exclaimed in anger.

"Why you!" Raikage was ready to attack.
Until a new face appeared in the middle of the room, causing the all the guards to react by standing on top of the desks next to their respective Kages in defense. "Hello!"
"Now what!?"The Raikage turned to the white zetsu
" Akatsuki?" asked Danzo
"It seems so." Tsuchikage confirmed
"Sasuke Uchiha has snuck in!... Now, where could he be hiding!?" The Zetsu said in singing tone gaining Yami's attention as he pushed himself off the wall and walked over to Danzo with his arms crossed in front of his chest wearing a mad grin.
"What!?" Raikage exclaimed
"Sasuke?.." Gaara perplexed
Temari - "He.."
Kankuro - "What's he doing here...!?"
The Raikage appeared in an instant with his hand wrapped around the Zetsu neck "Where is Sasuke Uchiha!? Answer me!"
'Th-This guy is super fast!' Thought the white Zetsu
"If you refuse to answer, I will show you no mercy!" The Raikage warned, wrapping his hand tighter around his neck and accidentally snapping it. Throwing the body to the side, he turned to his guards.
"Shi! let's get started!"
"Yes sir"
"There's no reason to kill him... if you have captured him you might have been able to get some Intel on Akatsuki out of him...!" said The Mizukage.
"There's no one in Akatsuki who would betray it. They're all hard-core" Said Gaara.
"Okisuke, Urakaku, give the order for everyone to search for Sasuke... And to prepare for battle." Mifune ordered.
"Yes sir"
"You with the white eye, keep an eye on the Hokage" Raikage ordered Ao making Yami chuckle as the Raikage walked over to the wall and lifted his right fist and smashed a whole through sending debris everywhere.
"Shi! Darui! Let's go!" Raikage ran through it to where Sasuke is located.
