Chapter III

Kata Goes to School

Kata woke up earlier than Naruto did. So that left her with time to get ready for the day ahead. Kata knew she was going to be quite a shock for the students and teachers, but by this point she could care less.

She left her home walking by Naruto's side until they reached the school. Naruto left her there with a smile and pet on the head. Though older than the rest of the students, Kata was already a skilled fighter due to her father's and mother's training.

She walked into her classroom and sat down in the back. Iruka looked up and saw her. "Ah you must be my new student, Kata if I remember correctly?" Kata nodded her head. Just then the rest of the students filed into the room. "Attention class, we have a new student. Please try to be respectful to her and do not crowd her too much. The class looked back at her and blushed. "H-hi my name is Kata." "She's so weird, what's with her eyes?" A student named Kia said. "I have something called the Byakugan." Kata explained. "Only the Hyūga have those, so I take it that you're a Hyūga?" A girl named Nami asked. Kata shook her head. "I'm from a different clan actually." Iruka nodded his head slowly. She might be the daughter of a Hyūga that was in a political marriage. "I guess you're mom was in a political marriage?" He asked. Kata shook her head.

"No not that I know of anyways. Plus my mom and dad really love each other." Kata sank into her seat. Iruka decided to leave the issue of Kata's mysterious parents at bay. Nami wouldn't let it go. "Are you somehow related to that Uzumaki kid? You kinda look like him in a few ways." Kata didn't say anything. "Come on you can tell us!" "He's my ... older cousin he has to take care of me for a while." Even though part of her wanted to scream "he's my father!" as loudly as she could, she had to not reveal her parents identity. "Oh that's so cool you're related to him." Nami said. Another kid spoke up. "My cousin, Kiba says he has the Kyuubi inside of him, but he has proven himself to be a good person." "Alright everyone, enough pestering Kata, it's her first day and you already overwhelming her, so let's start with today's lesson."

Kata sat there for hours wondering how on earth her parents and older siblings were able to bear such a burden. But finally, recess had come.

Kata sat outside on the old swing with a simple cup of ramen she had brought and heated up. As she sat there enjoying her noodles, the Inuzuka kid approached him. "Not going to lie, you remind of my cousin's teammate Hinata. She has the eyes and hairstyle." He said. "S-so what does that matter if I remind you of someone else?" Kata asked as she tried to eat her ramen. "It's important to me because my older cousin likes Hinata a lot. I mean he showed me a picture of her one time and I about left to find her and have some intercourse."

Kata didn't waste anytime in displaying her fury. The poor Inuzuka has no time to realize his mistake and got his ass handed to him. It just goes to show never talk about a woman like that no matter her age especially if you're talking to another woman who happens to be the daughter of that particular woman.

Iruka heard the commotion and went outside to see the poor Inuzuka lying on the ground looking like he had just hit by a train and a bull at the same time. "What happened here?" Iruka asked as he scanned the grounds. "Kata just beat the shit out of Kibo's ass for saying he wanted to have sex with a Hinata girl." Iruka glared at the Inuzuka. "Kibo! Don't go saying that especially to a girl! Seriously you are worse than Naruto was. How would you like it if the rules were reversed?" "I wouldn't like it one bit." Kibo said as he started to shiver from Kata's fury.

Kata leant beside the terrified boy. "Next time you decide to talk like that about my mom I'll make sure my father kills you." She whispered just loud enough for Kibo to hear. Just then a quiet voice spoke up. "W-What's going on?" Everyone turned to see an indigo haired girl land in the courtyard. Her skin was pale, her frame slender, and her eyes were a pale gray color with tints of lavender. In short, it was Hinata. Kibo merely gawked at the girl that stood there confused about the situation. The picture did her no justice. Hinata was wayyy prettier in reality. 'Her body is so...so...perfect. I must have her for the clan!' Kibo thought as he began to drool.

Hinata instantly saw that look in Kibo's eyes. She knew what the little boy wanted. Her eyes went from soft, to hard in a second. "I'm too old for you to be even thinking about that. And my heart belongs to another." She said as she stood there glaring down the boy. Kibo became scared. Yes Hinata was beautiful, but she was deadly if messed with. He quickly nodded his head and got up and ran inside.

"Well, that was unexpected of you to drop in Hinata. Why are you here, might I ask?" Iruka asked. Hinata blushed slightly. "W-Well, I w-wanted to make a-sure Kata h-had a good meal t-today." She said as she produced a bento for Kata. Iruka smiled at Hinata. 'She must have found out about Kata being related to Naruto and wanted to be meet her.' Kata's eyes widened as she stared into the bento.

It was then that Iruka noticed how eerily familiar Kata resembled Hinata. 'She matches Hinata perfectly and yet also has traits of Naruto. I wonder who she really is...' he thought as Hinata watched Kata eat and appreciate her bento. Hinata soon left after this little incident. And Kata went back inside to finish the day.

As Kata walked outside after school was done, she was surprised to see Hinata had come to pick her up. "Naruto-kun asked me to come pick you up today. He had a mission he had to go to." Kata nodded her head before smiling and running over to her mom.

Everyone else was gone for the day, except for Nami who hid in a bush. She saw Kata hug Hinata. "I missed you mama. I hope papa comes back from his mission." "I hope he does too, it's scaring me with Naruto-Kun away. It was only supposed to take today though, so he should be back." Hinata said as she returned her daughter's embrace. 'Nani? What does she mean by mama and papa? Wait... SHE'S THE DAUGHTER OF NARUTO AND THIS HINATA PERSON!' Nami almost broke cover until she noticed that Hinata might actually catch her. So it would be best to remain here until they moved.

Fortunately for Nami, Hinata and Kata left for Naruto's apartment. Along the way to the apartment, some of the villagers, particularly the ones who hated Naruto, scowled at the Hyūga and the little girl. Kata didn't understand why they were so hateful. 'They should be grateful that they were saved by papa. I mean it's clearly after the whole attack by that Pain guy.' She thought to herself as she walked along side her mother.

Hinata felt the hatred hit her like a punch to the gut. With that came a rage that she was barely containing and a voice she didn't want to hear wasn't helping. "Hey Hinata, how are you today?" It was Kiba. He looked wild and Hinata didn't like the sight. "How are you today Kiba?"

In a part of Kiba's heart, it pained him when he heard her say his name without that suffix. "What are you doing with that little girl?" He asked. "I'm watching her until her father gets back. He's on a mission at the moment." Hinata replied.

In part of her mind, Hinata's alarms were sounding loud and clear. "Hey why don't you come with me?" Kiba asked as he tried to grab her shoulder. Hinata moved away and almost threw a punch. "No!" "What? Come on Hinata. You know you want me more than him." Kata didn't like how this was going. This Kiba guy clearly lied and Hinata wasn't enjoying any moment of this.

"I said no Kiba! I am not some toy for you!" Hinata barked as Kiba made another lunge. "Aw come on, you're so beautiful and I just have to-" "Have to what?" It was Naruto. His arms were crossed and the look of anger clearly shown on his face.

"Fuck off Naruto! You meddling, no good-" Kiba found himself in the iron grip of Naruto's hand. "Touch Kata or Hinata or even try anything with them and I will personally make sure that your pathetic clan is gone for good." Naruto said as his eyes hardened.

Kiba didn't like the situation he found himself in. He quickly nodded before Naruto threw on him the ground and let him scamper away.

As Kiba left, Naruto's body softened especially when Kata came barreling into him. "Papa!" She whispered softly. Already, the tension was lower for the little family, but only a little. "GET AWAY FROM HIM GIRL!" Yelled an angry man who approached them. He made an attempt to grab Kata's shoulder. But he found himself caught in Naruto's grip.

"Leave us alone, we didn't do anything wrong." Naruto said as he let the man go. "Oh so the demon does nothing wrong?" The man asked before snagging Kata and pulling a kunai out. Naruto opened his eyes then, the Kyuubi eyes were shining with a rage that nearly matched his when Hinata was hurt by Pain. The man smiled. Hinata realized what was going on. 'They are trying to get him to attack so they can get him banished!'

Hinata had to move fast, she lunged at the man who held her daughter at knife point, got her daughter out of his grip and sent a gentle fist strike to the man's chest before taking her place besides Naruto. Her Byakugan active.

The group of people, who were being so hateful, growled. They would have gotten what they wanted if it weren't for the meddling Hyūga. One of them pretended to run away to Hokage tower. "Well then, the Hyūga and the girl are going on the enemy's side, then let them face the same punishment." "Oh I don't think so." Tsunade said as she leapt down from her hiding place, followed by ANBU. "Ts-Tsunade-sama? We were just trying to call you. The brat was attacking us and-" "Don't start that bullshit. I saw everything and to be honest, I'll let Naruto kill you all and not think anything about it. Especially with this performance here tonight against him and the Hyūga clan." As she said this, Hiashi stepped out of his hiding place and walked over. Kakashi, Gai, and Iruka all stepped out of their hiding places and took their stands next to Tsunade.

Hinata kept Kata right between herself and Naruto incase the situation got bloody. "You all are now banished from Konoha effective now. You have no time to get your belongings, only your families and get out." Tsunade said as she ordered the ANBU to escort them out of the village. "Well that's the end of that." Kakashi said as he watched Kata hug Naruto. "Hinata, what were you doing with a little girl?" Hiashi asked. Hinata jumped slightly. "N-Naruto-kun asked me to watch her a-while he was away on a mission. She's his younger cousin." She lied on the last part and Hiashi knew it. Kushina didn't have any younger siblings and this girl had more of Hinata's frame than anything else. But he'll accept it for now.

"Very well, I suppose Naruto will be able to take care of her from here on out?" Naruto nodded his head. "Alright then, Hinata, come along we have to go home." Hinata nodded and followed her father.

Kakashi left with Iruka. Only Tsunade, Naruto, and Kata were left. "Thanks for telling me there was something wrong with that Shadow Clone, I don't I would've had the time to do anything about it." She said and Naruto gave her a foxy grin. "Your welcome granny." He said. Tsunade nearly clobbered him only to hug him out of the goodness of her heart. She never told Naruto this, but him calling her "Granny" was something she loved to hear, except for when he called her that all the time.

Naruto and Kata returned to Naruto's apartment without much incident. Little did either of them know, the next few weeks would be hell for them.
