The following morning Naruto showered and put his training clothes and made his way to training ground 8 to meet with Kurenai and her team.
When he arrived at the training ground, he noticed that Kurenai was giving him a slightly icy glare. 'Seems Jiji decided to throw me under the bus rather than face the consequences of calling her out. I'll have to deal with that betrayal later.'
"Good morning Kurenai-sensei." Naruto smiled in a friendly manner.
"Good morning Genin Uzumaki." Kurenai said with a small amount of annoyance. "I hear that you don't believe my Genin are up to your standards, which I'm sure you've developed due to your years of experience."
Naruto steeled his face, his ocean blue eyes turning into tundra glaciers. "I said nothing of the sort. I spoke to my experience against Ino and spoke to the fact that Asuma-niisan is typically lazy with his duties along with Kakashi's laziness and blatant favoritism when it came to my team. Mind you I've known Asuma-niisan for my entire life, so I am well aware of his tendencies. I specifically told Jiji that I could not speak to your team's progress or your personal teaching skills and he simply asked for me to spar against them so that we could test their skills and progress against someone they don't have consistent contact with to determine how they would fair against an unknown enemy."
Kurenai soften slightly but still looked slightly annoyed that her teaching skills were being called into question. "Alright, we'll start with you and Hinata-chan."
Naruto nodded and stood on the opposite end of the field getting into his relaxed stance. Kurenai began the match. Hinata hesitated to attack only for Naruto to dash at her and deliver a palm strike to her gut, causing her to skid backwards.
Hinata's eyes widened as she realized that Naruto had pulled his punch. To her that meant that she believed that Naruto didn't think she was strong enough to warrant his full strength.
Activating her Byakuugan, she dashed towards him preparing for a palm strike to his chakra points. Naruto saw the strike coming and flashed through a few hand signs. "Great breakthrough." He said, using an augmented version of the technique that caused the gust of wind to contain many small blades of wind that would cover the opponent in a series of randomized cuts that stretched across their body.
Hinata let out a scream as she was thrown back, the barrel of wind assaulting he body as she rolled across the ground, her arms crossed over her eyes to cover herself. She stood shakily as she felt something rip, only to look down and notice that her jacket and top were now falling away from her. Time slowed for Hinata as she realized that her crush would soon see her bare chest in a way she definitely had not wanted. Blood began rushing to her face and she was about to pass out when she felt someone appear next to her. She looked up to see Naruto unsealing a traveling cloak and wrapping it around her to preserve her modesty.
"Sorry about that Hinata-chan." He said with a soothing smile. Hinata's face went flush and she promptly fainted.
Kurenai came to remove her from the battle field and looked at Naruto with one of her crimson eyes twitching in annoyance. "That was a horrible and perverted stunt Naruto."
"I apologize Kurenai-sensei, the blades of wind within my augment great breakthrough don't normally shred an opponents clothing like that. It's never actually happened before, even when fighting Anko-chan."
"You've used that technique on Anko before?"
Naruto nodded his head. "That one was actually lower powered than the one I normally use on her and the one I normally use typically only cuts up the enemy, it doesn't shred their clothing. If I had to venture a guess, I'd say that the seems in Hinata's clothes were worn down from training given that she's a taijutsu specialist she tends to move around more than a ninjutsu specialist like me or a genjutsu specialist like you. I'd suggest her following your example and going for a sleeveless dress, since her taijutsu style relies heavily on her eyes, the armpit seems would be the first to wear, and since those are directly connected to the rest of her top that's likely why the entire top fell apart."
Kurenai thought for a moment, nothing about Naruto's tone or body language suggested the boy was lying, and he'd even moved in a burst of speed to cover Hinata before he or her teammates could actually see anything. "Alight Naruto-kun, I'll make the suggestion to her later on. For now you can fight Kiba." She smiled, having seen the perverted gleam in Kiba's eyes the moment Hinata's top had begun to shred.
"N-now Kurenai-sensei, I don't think we really need to do that. Naruto's already proven how strong he is." Kiba said, waving his hands defensively.

Naruto grinned and cracked his knuckles. "Now Kiba, this test isn't about my benefit. This is a test to determine your current skill level and benefit your growth as a shinobi." He said, walking towards Kiba with a creepy grin, the shadow of a fox spread behind him. "And you need to be taught a lesson about your lewd gaze towards Hinata-chan"
"N-now Naruto let's not be hasty, we can talk about this." He said, not noticing that Akamaru had backed away to let his partner receive his just punishment, or the fact that Kurenai had already started the match with a gleam in her eye.
"Uzumaki: Divine punishment!" He called out before appearing in front of Kiba in a burst of speed, only to grab the brown haired boy by his hips and slam him down on to a lightning coated knee, sending a painful burst of electricity through the young Inuzuka's bludgeoned sack.
Kiba let out a horse whimper of pain as his eyes crossed in agony. "M-mommy." He managed to call out before dropping to the ground holding his family jewels.
Naruto allowed him to regain himself for a moment before creating four shadow clones. Two of them pinned Kiba's arms to the ground while the other two held his legs in the air, spreading them open in a large V shape. "Now Kiba, You're going to apologize to Hinata-chan for your perverted actions as her teammate and promise to be more respectful to her and women in general, or I'm going to personally use a lightning coated foot to neuter you and then develop a seal that will turn you from Kiba-kun into Kiba-chan so you can see how the other half lives." He grinned menacingly as he raised his sandal and began coating it in lightning chakra.
Kiba shook his head in a panic before looking over at Hinata and Kurenai. "I'm sorry! I promise I'll never do it again, I'll be a good boy!" He pleaded as the sparks of electricity danced dangerously close to his sack.
Hinata and Kurenai shared a smile before Kurenai turned to Naruto. "That's enough Naruto-kun, I think he's learned his lesson, you can let him up now."
Naruto flicked his fingers and the clones dispelled as Kiba hurriedly covered his crotch and scurried behind Akamaru for protection. "Alright Shino, you're up."
"I think that would be unwise Naruto-kun, your wind style makes you the perfect counter to keep my bugs at bay, and your ability to coat your limbs in lightning chakra means that you could fry my colony should any of them get close to you and as I do not currently posses any other forms of ranged combat I am unequipped at this time to face you."
Naruto nodded in understanding. "Good analysis Shino. Being a shinobi is more than just raw power, the fact that you were able to analyze the situation and determine that you were much better off retreating than facing me head on in order to increase your odds of survival show me that your intelligent and insightful."
"Wait why does he get to quit but I had to fight!" Kiba called from behind Akamaru.
Naruto looked at him and gave a sickly sweet smile. "Because his forfeit was due to logic and understanding of his opponent after watching his last two battles. You were merely trying to escape punishment. Though it seems you may need another lesson." He said as he held his hand up, allowing sparks of electricity to dance between his fingers.
"No thank you." Kiba squeaked before ducking his head behind Akamaru.
Kurenai smiled as she approached. "Thank you for all of your help today Naruto-kun. If you're looking for more vassals, I might be interested in the possession if I could learn that Uzumaki Jutsu of yours. Where did you come up with it by the way?" While chakra flow techniques weren't all that uncommon, Kurenai had never actually seen anyone aside from maybe the fourth Raikage utilize them in their knee of all places.
"It was actually my mother's idea. She came up with it when she caught Jiraiya peeking on her in the bath one evening. It was the first and last time he attempted to do it. From what I read in her journal he actually gave up peeping for several months afterwards. Apparently Kaa-chan had not even bothered to put on a towel before she rushed him and delivered the technique. The sight of a naked woman apparently triggered PTSD episodes for several months after."
Kurenai smirked, she was starting to like the Uzumaki clan more and more as time went on. "That's lovely Naruto-kun. I'm sure your mother would be extremely proud of you."
"Thank you Kurenai-sensei, if it's not too much trouble. I'd like to ask your help with a project I'm working on. I would normally ask Anko-chan as she's the only other female Jonin I'm acquainted with, however this is a matter of Fuinjutsu and I'm not particularly sure how the seal would react to her condition." He said, tapping the side of his neck.
"And what project would this be?" Kurenai asked, with a raised eyebrow as she crossed her arms under her bust, the idea sounding a bit sketchy if he needed a female in specific for it.
"I'm developing an anti-rape seal for field use. The idea would be to have wind chakra slice off the invading member when it tries to enter the woman. I don't wish to ask Hinata-chan or Ino-chan for help in this matter considering they're Genin and it may be uncomfortable for them. However Ank-chan has told me that after becoming Chunin, female Shinobi are trained for seduction missions, so I was hoping it wouldn't be too awkward if you assisted me in a purely medical capacity." In all honesty he saw the seals being invaluable after the catastrophe when law and order were thrown by the wayside, and could be lucrative trade items once they exited the bunkers.
Kurenai thought for a moment. If the boy could really develop a seal like that it could become invaluable to Kunoichi the world over. It would also likely make the boy a hero in the eyes of women everywhere. "Alright Naruto-kun, I'll help you. However, if you try any funny business I'll make what you did to Kiba look like a fun night in the red light district, understand?"
Naruto nodded. "Of course, no funny business here." He smiled.
"Good, I'll meet you at your house at six so that we can go over what you have so far."
That evening, Naruto heard a knock at his door and opened it to find Kurenai standing there still dressed in her normal Jonin attire however with the addition of some more comfortable sandals. "Good evening Naruto-kun."
Naruto smiled as he stepped aside to welcome her into his home. "It's good to see you Kurenai-sensei. I hope you don't mind, but I asked Anko-chan about your favorite meal and prepared it myself as an advanced thank you for your help."
Kurenai gave him a small teasing smile as she entered the house and removed her sandals. "Naruto-kun, you already have my assistance, you don't need to butter me up."
Naruto merely smiled as he entered the house and pulled her chair out for her. "Don't think of it as buttering you up, think of it as showing my gratitude for your aid and your willingness to trust me in this unconventional matter." He said pushing her chair in as she sat. He moved to her side and poured her a glass of red wine.
"Well thank you. Most men don't go through this much effort for a woman, even on a first date." She smiled, trying to get his confidence to crack a bit. Perhaps she could use tonight to her advantage to continue receiving his aid with her students, as Kiba had been much more docile the rest of the day, and Hinata had actually rushed home for a change of clothes before throwing herself into her training.
"Oh, so this is a date?" He smiled, placing his chin in his hand teasingly.
Kurenai inwardly blushed, she'd thought that simply referred to this as a date that she could catch him off guard, and possibly fluster him. Then she remembered something he'd said off handedly earlier. ' wait, he referred to Anko as Anko-chan. That means he's got a close relationship with her.' She inwardly groaned as she knew she'd have to take this up a bit. 'Damnit Anko, I'm going to make you pay for teaching him to be resilient to seduction techniques.'
"I suppose if we can keep these things discreet, we could consider this a date." She smiled, placing a hand on his, the action required her lean over slightly, giving a nice view of her modest cleavage. "And considering how well this is going, I wouldn't mind doing it again if you'd like me to continue helping you with your research."
Naruto smiled slight, pulling her hand up to his lips and kissed it lightly. "That would be most enjoyable."
After finishing their meals, the two made their way down to Naruto's study, where he asked Kurenai to remove her panties and sit up on the desk with her legs spread and her dress up under her breasts.

Kurenai transferred a small bit of chakra to the seal. Silently she praised the blonde for being completely professional in the manner. He didn't seem to leer at her body, or even allow his gaze to linger longer than necessary.
Naruto grabbed a small eggplant from the nearby counter and held it up slightly. "What do you need that for?" Kurenai asked.
"Normally I would use shadow clones to test a seal. However, I need to test how a physical object reacts when the seal is activated. A shadow clone would disperse immediately so I won't be able to figure out how the actual penis will be affected by the seal."
Kurenai nodded and spread her legs slightly wider, allowing him to move the phallus towards her opening.
Naruto allowed the very edge of the vegetable to spread her labia before the seal activated and the vegetable was shredded by wind chakra. Naruto took some notes and looked up at Kurenai. "Well that was a good first test." He said as he handed her a pack of wipes. "You can go ahead and clean yourself up and put your underwear back on." "I think it's perfect." Kurenai said in an impressed tone.
Naruto shook his head. "No, the test proves that the seal can't control the blood splatter. The result presents a danger of infection or blood borne diseases."
Kurenai's eyes widened in realization. He was completely right about it. She hadn't even thought about the fact that diseases would likely be transferred considering the blood splatter was basically directly on an open wound. "Do you have any ideas as far as remedying that situation?"
Naruto thought for a moment as he glanced down to where she was cleaning herself off. "Hmm, that might work." He pondered out loud. "I might adjust it to lightning chakra. That would still cause the invading object to be cut. However, the lightning chakra would have the added effect of possibly cauterizing the wound almost instantly to prevent any form of pathogen transfer."
Kurenai was stunned to see how quickly he had managed to rework his hypothesis to create a possible alternative. "How long do you think it'll take to alter the seal?"
"It'll take me a day or two to rework the elemental matrix of the seal. However, if we're looking at using lightening chakra, I might work on making the seal push the lightening directly through the urethra and fry the tubing and possibly fry the testis or due to the fact that the male urethra is multifunctional unlike the female urethra it is also possible to force it through to the bladder and fry the internal organs."
"That's quite impressive Naruto-kun, you're quite the ingenious Fuinjutsu artist." She smiled invitingly as she placed the wipe in the nearby waste bin but didn't move to raise her panties or close her legs. Though she was surprised that he wasn't blushing.
"Thank you Kurenai-chan, hopefully I can get this working in the next few days."
"Well I will hopefully get it working by the end of the week."
Kurenai smiled down at him, and leaned back on the desk and placed her hands behind her in order to make her chest slightly more pronounced. "I wouldn't mind coming over next week to allow you to test it on me again. If you don't mind coming to test how my team is improving on the shortcomings I saw during the sparring sessions today. Shino has actually expressed interest in learning some long range jutsu to make up for his bugs susceptibility to long range ninjutsu. Hinata is even throwing herself into her training, and said she was going to ask her father to increase her training at the Hyuuga compound. Seems you really lit a fire under her."
Naruto instantly knew what Kurenai was attempting to do. He wasn't so dense as to not notice Hinata's crush on him. It was clear to him that she wanted to use his consistent presence to increase the girl's confidence. Deciding to play along with her game, he took a seat in front of her and began massaging her foot as he looked up at her. "I don't mind getting to see your beautiful face more often by stopping in to test your team's progress once every week or two. We can do our date nights the evening after training to work on any projects we have together after work."
Kurenai smiled, as the daughter of a civilian born shinobi her family didn't have access to the massive jutsu libraries that the clans of the village had. None of her students actually had any interest in Genjutsu which was her area of expertise. She knew a few basic Earth jutsu but that was it. When it came to civilian born shinobi you typically had three options for learning new jutsu. Which were to beg barter or steal. "I know clans are very tight lipped about their jutsu. However, would it be possible for me to get a few jutsu from you to teach them to increase their skill list?"
Naruto thought for a moment. He did have all of the jutsu his father had gathered during his time as a Shinobi, a lot of them weren't clan jutsu, just one's he'd witnessed and picked apart before re-engineering as well as scrolls he'd picked up during the third shinobi war as many Shinobi were forced to train in the field during boarder patrols or between missions. His mother had also possessed a copy of the Uzumaki library that was stored in Konoha for safe keeping. Not to mention he could purchase them Jutsu scrolls from the system in order to teach them. Having stronger allies when the three years past would also be a bonus.
"I suppose I can find a few non clan techniques lying around to get your team started." He smiled slyly. "Though I think it would be best if you tested their elemental affinities first so that I can find the best fits for them." He said as he moved between her spread legs and planted a small kiss on her neck. "We'll have to discuss the needs of your students closely though."
Kurenai smiled and bit his earlobe teasingly. "That sounds perfect, I look forward to working extremely closely with you Naruto-kun." Kurenai knew what she was doing was wrong. She was toying with the emotions of an isolated orphan, and the libido of a young man. However, she would do what was needed to advance her students. She wouldn't simply use him though, she would give the boy in front of her a legitimate chance and if it didn't work out, she hoped that he would at least still be friendly with her and willing to help her out.
Naruto smiled as he planted light kisses along Kurenai's neck, his hand moving to the desk interlocking his fingers with her. "I enjoyed our date tonight Nai-chan." He whispered in her ear as he leaned into her.
"I did too Naru-kun. I'm not ready to go all the way yet. However, if you're willing, I'd like to spend the night in the same bed at least."
Naruto nodded and smiled. "That would be wonderful, as long as you don't mind wearing one of my shirts to bed. I doubt you'd wanna wear one of my mom's dusty nightgowns that haven't been washed in fifteen years."
Kurenai smiled as she licked his ear. "I don't mind as long as you don't mind the view."
"I think I'll quite enjoy the view."
Naruto opened his eyes as he looked over at the beautiful mess of raven hair that was splayed out next to him on the pillow of the king sized bed. He turned himself to face her and ran his finger over her cheek and down to her chin, tracing the outline of his jaw with the back of his index finger.
Kurenai moaned lightly as her eyes fluttered open. "Morning Naru-kun."
"Morning Nai-chan. You wanna use the shower first while I get us some breakfast?"
"Sounds wonderful." She said as she leaned up and kissed his cheek before he climbed out of the bed and stretched her arms over her head. The action caused the white T-shirt to raise up over her shapely backside.
Naruto let out a small groan as he drank in her figure, silently cursing himself for not having the Sharingan to burn the sight of the barefoot ravenette into his mind.
Kurenai turned her head and gave him a small smirk. "Close your mouth Naru-kun, you'll catch flies."
Naruto closed his mouth and gave a playful smirk. "It's not my fault I'm in such awe. It's not every day you wake up to a beautiful angel in your bed."
Kurenai blushed and huffed as she walked towards the bathroom. "Teasing jerk." She whispered as she closed the door.
Naruto chuckled as he climbed out of the bed and made his way downstairs to the kitchen to begin cooking breakfast.
When Kurenai arrived down stairs, her nose was immediately assaulted by the sweet scent of bacon and maple syrup. "Mmm something smells amazing." She said as she took a the same seat as the previous evening at the table.
"I made brown sugar bacon and blueberry pancakes with maple syrup." He said as he served her a plate.
"Wow, and here I thought you ordered dinner in last night. I wasn't expecting a young man your age to know how to cook. "
Naruto chuckled as he took a seat across from her. "I'm an orphan Nai-chan, I've been taking care of myself since I was five years old. So I've got ten years of spousal training already."
"Who taught you how to cook?" She asked curiously.
"The Ichiraku family. I would have just eaten ramen at their stand every day. However, the owner's daughter Ayame hit me over the head with a ladle when I suggested that. You have to understand that I wasn't well liked as a child. I was either out right denied service or double charged for food that was close to expiring so I had to make constant trips to those stores to avoid eating spoiled food. Ayame and old man Teuchi found a work around by ordering food directly from their suppliers and selling it to me at a markup that was still less than the actual market price. It's why even though I'll likely get preferential treatment from merchants by being a clan head I'll still be doing the majority of my business with the old man as I'd rather give him my money than some two faced merchant."
Kurenai was stunned, she'd always thought that the negative feelings of the village towards the blonde were mainly due to his prankster ways. It seemed she'd need to rethink her perception of him, though that was already changing rapidly due to his actions over the past couple of days.
"Don't give me that look Nai-chan. I despise pity."
Kurenai smiled and rubbed his cheek. "Now I know why you and Anko-chan get along so well. She told me the same thing when I learned about her history."
Naruto smiled, rubbing his hand against her own. "I'm surprised she didn't throw something sharp or pointy at you."
She giggled, placing her hand to her lips. "She did, but I didn't want to ruin the moment by telling you that."
"It makes it more special to know that Anko-chan is always Anko-chan no matter the situation." He laughed as he cleared the plates and began washing them. "Now, I believe you have training, and I have a meeting with Jiji."
Kurenai raised an eyebrow as she took over drying the dishes. "I've been curious about something Naru-kun. Why do you call the Hokage Jiji?"
Naruto tilted his head in slight confusion. "Cause, Jiji is just Jiji. I met him when I was five and living in the forest outside Konoha. He's always acted like my grandfather, so I've always called him Jiji."
"He doesn't get upset when you call him that in his office?"
Naruto thought for a moment, putting his finger to his chin. "No, not really. I mean Asuma-niisan calls him pops whenever he's in the office for anything."
"How do you know what Asuma-san calls him when he's on duty?"
"I always hung out in Jiji's office whenever I was bored or lonely. He'd let me nap on the couch or give me a book to read. I must have read the Second Hokage's biography and battle tactics book a thousand times. He's actually one of the main inspirations for me wanting to get into Kenjutsu and Fuinjutsu because I eventually want to learn the Hirashin he and my father were known for."
Kurenai's eyebrow raised in surprise. "That's a pretty high goal to set for yourself as a Genin Naruto-kun."
Naruto shrugged as he put the dishes back into the cabinets. "The Genin part of a Shinobi's career is the time for them to figure out what kind of specialty they want to work in. For clans like the Inuzuka they typically whined up specializing in tracking or Yamanaka typically specialize in interrogation due to their families' techniques. The Uzumaki specialized in Kenjutsu and Fuinjutsu as well as our bloodline chakra chains. That particular bloodline however mostly manifests in the women of our clan."
Kurenai looked at him curiously. "Is there any particular reason for that?"
"From what my clones have read so far, our men typically have larger reserves with more potent chaotic chakra. This is one of the reasons why I can't do the regular clone jutsu, because my Chakra pools are extremely large and potent. Jiji suspects I actually have more chakra than him. He compared the feeling of my chakra to that of the first and second. The women in our clan typically have smaller reserves than the men, though they're still much larger than the average shinobi. Their chakra however was much more refined and dense than the men's chakra. Which made it easier for them to manifest something thick and complicated like chakra chains."
"Wow that's amazing. Is there a skill that manifests more in the men?"
"No not really, we're just more geared towards ninjutsu. From what I've read men on my mom's side of the family were known for throwing around B-rank and A-rank jutsu the same way a regular Jonin could spam D-ranks."
"That's quite impressive."
"Yeah, I plan to work on my chakra control so that I can use ninjutsu more effectively."
"What kind of chakra control exercises do you do right now?"
"Well thanks to my shadow clones I can learn things like chakra control, ninjutsu, kenjutsu katas, and fuinjutsu rather quickly. They transfer information back to me when they pop, so if I make about fifty of them I can cram two full days of training into a single hour. I've finished tree climbing and water walking, right now I'm practicing doing water walking in the hot springs out back while sticking rocks to my hands with chakra to simulate being able to use jutsu while battling on water."
Kurenai was extremely surprised at that information, both with how useful the shadow clones were for training, though she knew only Naruto and maybe the Hokage had the chakra to use them in such a manner constantly, but also with the fact that a rookie Genin was already started on such advanced chakra control exercises. Most Genin learned tree climbing in their first month, and water walking closer to the six month mark once they started on more advanced jutsu that required finer chakra control.
"That's extremely impressive Naruto-kun. I'm eager to see how much you progress over the next few months."
"I'm eager to see how strong your Genin will become as well. I look forward to seeing how well they do in the Chunin Exams."
"Do you think you rookies will be recommended for the exams this year?"
"Our graduating class is full of clan heirs save for Sakura. It'll be likely that we'll be used to show the village's strength. As you know our village's performance has been lacking in the past few years, so having a total of eight clan heirs as rookie Genin we'll be expected to demonstrate the village's strength."
Kurenai nodded, that'd been the sentiment had been floated around between the three Jonin instructors of the rookie Genin. "That's what we've been thinking as well. Though your teams current circumstances put that idea into jeopardy."
"I will be bringing that up with Jiji today during our meeting. It's been long enough for Sakura to have a full evaluation, both psychological and physical. If she doesn't pass we'll have to look for a third teammate."
"Do you think you'll find one in time?"
Naruto nodded. "I'm sure I can find someone in the Genin reserves list who fits the criteria." He said before hearing a knock at the door.
Opening the door, Naruto was surprised to see Anko standing before him. "Hey Anko-chan, what's up?"
Anko looked over his shoulder and noted Kurenai in the kitchen. "Am I interrupting something?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Kurenai-sensei agreed to help me with a special seal I'm working on in exchange for some joint training sessions to test her team's progress." Kurenai internally sighed in relief at Naruto's quick thinking.
Anko looked at them suspiciously. "Ok we'll go with that for now." She grinned. "Though we'll have to save it for later as the Hokage has called for the two of us to meet us in his office along with Kakashi and the rest of your team."
Naruto nodded and grabbed his jacket. "Don't worry about locking up when you leave Kurenai-sensei, the security seals will activate automatically when you close the gate."
"Alright Naruto, I look forward to our meeting next week, hopefully the improvements to the seal work out." She said waving to the two shinobi as they left the house.
"So what kind of seal is Nai-chan helping you with?" Anko asked curiously as the two hopped from roof to roof.
"I'm working on an anti rape seal for the Kunoichi population. I though I had it down last night, so Kurenia-sensei came over to help me test it, since the testing is too invasive for me to ask Ino for help with it, however it seems that it still leaves the user open to infection from blood born pathogens so I'm going to be reworking a few different parts of the matrix to make it more effective and safe to use."
Anko let out a low whistle. "You get something like that working and you'll have every kunoichi in the elemental nations practically throwing their panties at you. No pun intended."
Naruto merely chuckled as the two of them arrived at the tower. "I'll meet you inside."
Anko tilted her head and shrugged before making her way inside the tower and up to the Hokage's office. "Anko-chan I thought I told you to retrieve Naruto-kun before coming here." Hiruzen spoke, raising an eyebrow.
"You did Jiji I'm right here." Naruto's voice came from behind him causing the elderly man to jump and grab his chest comically.
'Damnit now there's two of them doing that.' He sighed thinking of his only student who was still associated with the village. "Naruto-kun, my door works just fine you know?"
"Windows are more fun." He grinned as he jumped in and walked towards the other four shinobi. Sakura looked like she was resisting the urge to strike him but he chose to ignore her.
Hiruzen cleared his throat and simply nodded, deciding that the argument wasn't worth the headache at this time. "Very well, the reason why I've called you here is to tell you that I will hereby be removing Naruto Uzumaki from team seven."
The five shinobi in the room looked stunned, however Sakura had a smug smirk on her lips, thinking the blonde idiot was finally being punished for his treatment of Sasuke. "Care to elaborate Jiji? There aren't any Yamanaka in the room so no one can read your mind here."
Hiruzen chuckled lightly at the slight jab before taking a puff of his tabacco pipe. "Yes, as most of you are aware, I've ordered mandatory counseling for both Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha. We've managed to schedule their sessions on the same days as to not interfere too much with their shinobi training. Although they will be relegated to D-rank missions for the next three months in order to be able to attend their regular sessions until they show some significant improvement. As to not punish Genin Uzumaki by forcing him to skip out on training and possible C-rank missions given his effectiveness in the one he took with Anko-chan, I've decided to place him under Anko-chan as the first member of team eleven. I'll leave it up to the two of you to find your other two members if you wish, or you can keep to an apprentice role until the Chunin Exams if you'd like."
"B-but Hokage-sama, I'm only a Tokubetsu Jonin, I don't have the appropriate rank to be teaching Genin."
Hiruzen smiled and unsealed a Jonin vest from a scroll. "This has been a long time coming Anko-chan. Though certain members of the village hierarchy have attempted to stunt the growth of your career, I have finally decided to put my foot down and officially promote you to Jonin Anko Miterashi."
Anko's eyes welled with tears as she took the vest in her hands and looked at it before looking back at Hiruzen. "I won't let you down sir."
"I know that you won't. For now team seven is dismissed. Team eleven I have a mission for you."
Team Seven turned and left the room, while Anko and Naruto stayed back and looked at the aged Hokage. "What's the mission Jiji?" Naruto asked.
"We've been getting some disturbing reports out of the land of hot water, tourists have been disappearing from one of the local resort towns. We'd like the two of you to go in and investigate the situation." The two shinobi nodded and left to go prepare for the mission.
"I'll grab my gear and meet you at your place so we can plan out our approach." Anko smiled as she fingered the scroll pouches on her new Jonin jacket.
Naruto smiled and nodded. "I'll get started on making dinner so we can eat while we talk."
Anko nodded. "Sounds like a plan."
"Oh and Anko-chan."
Anko tilted her head. "Yeah?"
"That vest looks good on you." He smiled at her.
Anko smiled and hugged him. "Thanks Naru-kun."
Later that evening after letting Kurenai know that he would be out on a mission for the next few days, Naruto made his way down to the doorway when he heard Anko knocking. "Hey Anko-chan, hope you're hungry."
"Sure am, forgot to eat lunch today so I hope you made enough."
Naruto chuckled as he showed her to the dining room where he'd laid out baked chicken quarters mashed potatoes and corn. "Wow, this looks delicious, I was actually half expecting a batch of instant ramen." Anko laughed.
"Keep up that teasing and you're not getting any dessert Dango."
Anko laughed nervously as she rubbed the back of her head. "Now Naru-kun, lets not do anything drastic."
Naruto merely smirked pulled out her chair for her before taking his own seat. "So, do you have a plan for tomorrow?"
"I was thinking we could go in undercover as a young couple on vacation to blend in with the tourists while hopefully acting as bait for whatever is causing these disappearances."
Naruto nodded. "The plan sounds pretty decent to me. Should I bring some gambling money to show off incase they're after the more wealthy clientele of the town?"
"That sounds like a good idea. I say we meet up at the main gate tomorrow morning at sunrise to head out. If we move at low chunin speeds, we should be reach the village by noon."
Naruto and Anko arrived in the small town with no issue. Naruto checked them into one of the nicer hotels the tourist trap had to offer. Anko had suggested a cheaper hotel room, however Naruto had insisted on paying for them to stay at the luxury resort as it would add to their cover, and he felt that Anko deserved a nice vacation to celebrate her promotion to Jonin.
"So, do you want me to take the couch this time?" Naruto asked.
"No way, you're paying for me to basically go on a luxury vacation, you're getting the full Anko-chan cuddle treatment." She smiled pulling him into her cleavage.
Naruto chuckled and pulled out his wallet handing her a few of the larger bills from it. "I saw a clothing store in the hotel lobby, why don't you go down and get yourself a nice dress for dinner tonight, while I start my shower and send out a few clones to perform some recon on the area and gather some information for us.
Anko smiled and nodded before dashing off to find a dress for that evening, while she did, Naruto decided to take advantage of the moment of peace to meditate and send Kaguya up an especially large dose of chakra so that she'd be able to consult him in his dreams tonight without affecting the amount of chakra she was storing for her avatar.
Upon exiting the shower, Naruto was greeted to a sight he could only describe as breathtaking. Anko was dressed with her hair down and ironed, she'd bough a low cut black dress with a knee length hem that had a slit up the left side that reached her hip and showed off her toned thighs. She'd topped off the outfit with a pair of black strapped sandals with a small heel to them.
"Wow Anko-chan, you look amazing."
Anko chuckled flipping her hair. "Thanks Naru-kun, you clean up nice as well." She said, noting his black slacks, blue button down and black jacket.

While Naruto and Anko were heading out for their night on the town, deep under Konoha, Danzo was fuming at the fact that the blonde had been named the heir to the Uzumaki clan. With Naruto being the heir of the Uzumaki he'd be under even more security than when he only had his Jinjuriki. There was also the fact that due to the Fuinjutsu that was ingrained into every inch of the Uzumaki compound made it almost impossible to infiltrate. Not to mention the boy's recent friendships with both Anko Miterashi, and Kurenai Yuhi.
A knock on his door brought Danzo out of his brooding as he answered. "Enter."
The door opened revealing one of his agents in the normal Root attire. The agent was obviously a female with the way their figure filled out the uniform. "Mockingbird. Remove your mask."
The agent lifted her mask to revealing a head of silk like blonde hair and a pair of green eyes. "Good morning Danzo-samma."
"Hello Ino, I take it you have a report on the Uzumaki."
"Your plan worked out perfectly Danzo-samma. After throwing the match during the blood feud Naruto took the bait and turned me into his direct servant. I've been allowed inside of the Uzumaki compound, however the boy is paranoid. I have only been allowed into the common areas and the bedroom to clean at this point. I have yet to be given access to the study, library, or the armory."
"That does not surprise me. He has Hiruzen's council and likely has been advised to keep you at arm's length for the time being. Your mission will continue as planned for the time being, Continue to do everything necessary to gain his trust until we can get access to the Uzumaki Fuinjutsu scrolls."
Ino bowed and placed her mask back on her face. "By your leave Danzo-samma." She said before leaving.
Ino began thinking to herself as she walked out of the building. 'I hope you'll come to forgive me for my deception Naruto-kun. What I'm doing I do for the good of the village.'
At the beginning of her time at the academy, her uncle Torune had introduced her to Danzo, originally he used her infatuation with Sasuke Uchiha to convince her to train under the Elder.
Danzo had quickly broken her of her fangirl habits, though he had instructed her to keep up the act to avoid suspicion. He'd have like to place the seal on her tongue that was placed on all other Root agents, however he knew it was too risky given her status as a clan heir. This was also why she was allowed an exemption from the emotion erasing training.
Up in her moon prison, Kaguya scowled as she looked down at the world bellow her. She'd been keeping a keen eye on Konoha since choosing her champion in order to ensure his safety and prosperity. She'd taken notice of the Yamanaka girl once she'd become part of her champions life, much like she did with the Miterashi, and Yuhi girls. She'd watched and had seen her dawn the Root agent mask, and move to the secret base bellow the foundation of the village. Kaguya thought to herself that the base would make a good first bunker for her champion and the drones would do for the beginnings of his army after the event that was forecasted to happen.
Kaguya stared down at the planet as if watching a film on a screen. Her focus on Danzo and Ino as her gaze hardened. "Tread carefully you two. Your game is being played with the one who has my heart, and should you cross the line you will find that I am a jealous and vengeful God."
