Edited 6/9/23: Minor Grammar/Spelling.

She's short... but I'm in a mood today. I'm almost done with a chapter on one of my other WIPs. I might be more in the mood for that one? We'll see.

Enjoy!

When Hermione woke up on Tuesday, she felt even more exhausted than she had in days. She and Theo spent the vast majority of the day reading and napping in bed and only roused themselves when Draco came home and demanded that they get up to eat a family dinner with Ginny.

Nothing seemed all that appealing to Hermione and she found that she was a bit put off from the beautiful meal that the elves had prepared. She tried to swallow down her portion, but spent most of dinner pushing it around her plate.

When they finally went to the lounge to smoke and have some wine, Hermione found that she was content with her head in Draco's lap as he stroked up and down her arm. She was quite content listening to the three of them laughing together as they discussed their plans for the future.

"Hermione," Ginny said after quite a while, "Pansy asked if I could set up tea for the three of us. She'd really like to apologise to you."

"You've been talking to Pans?" Theo asked, eyebrow raised.

Ginny flushed lightly, "Here and there, she's been giving me some pointers on proper Pureblood behaviours. We were talking about you, Mi, and she mentioned that she was really gutted about it all. She wanted to say something at Draco's party, but didn't want to ruin his day."

Hermione looked at her friend thoughtfully and said "If you think she's serious, I'm willing to talk to her."
