Edited 6/25/23: Minor Grammar/Spelling.

Hi… Yes hello. I'm back. I was in Europe for 3 weeks and it was amazing, but now I have A LOT of catchup to do. I had to reread the whole story and man oh man are there tons of errors, but that isn't the point of this story, it's mostly to flex and stretch my writing muscles. I'll be doing a couple of chapters a day to get caught up, but hopefully won't take too long to catch back up. I'll be posting 3 chapters today, so make sure you read them in order! :)

As a side note, would you rather have once a week updates (7 chapters and probably more edited/cohesive) or continue daily chapters?

When Hermione woke up that morning, she found herself full of energy. She grinned as she flung herself out of bed and sauntered over to the bathroom. Today was the day that she would really start her campaign as a "neutral agent." She knew that she needed to have some examples under her belt to prove to Tom that they were worth the effort.

When she appeared in the dining room, Ginny gulped. "Good morning, Gin," Hermione trilled. "We have work to do. We need to get ourselves into the Tea Circut. I only have three more months before I won't be able to leave the house, so we'll need to integrate you into Society."

Theo looked over the top of the paper, but wisely didn't say anything. "Mi, I don't think-"

"I won't hear any complaints, Gin. We must do this in order to do our job for the Order. Narcissa told me that the wives are often the most knowledgeable about what is going on with their husbands and the War. No one expects us to know, but that's the secret!"

Ginny rested her head on the table dejectedly. "Alright, where do we start?"

Hermione clapped and dragged Ginny with her to the Lady's Study. "Here is the schedule for the next two weeks," Hermione said, gesturing to the chalkboard she'd installed on the wall. "We can obviously attend the one at the Parkinson Estate, Pansy can bring you and Millie can bring me to these ones," she continued pointing to the ones that the other girls had been invited to. "Daphne is working on her mother and an invite to their tea."

Ginny collapsed onto the couch, "There is something almost every day!" she groaned.

"Correct," Hermione said primly. "We will be planning a tea and inviting some important contacts and you will be hosting a dinner party one evening as well. I'd recommend practising your intel collection abilities."

"I hope you know that I bloody hate this. I'm not like you. I just want to play bloody Quidditch," she moaned.

Hermione rolled her eyes and continued her presentation. Each Tea had a goal noted next to it. Their first one was on Monday, and Hermione reminded herself that she'd need to ask Narcissa for some last minute pointers on the attendees. "I've compiled a binder of different families. I'd like us to start compiling information on each. Anything from likes and dislikes, to thoughts on Blood Purity, to Family Secrets." Ginny nodded and inspected her own Twinned binder. "As we work through our events I expect both of us to keep apprised on new information. When I'm indisposed," she sneered, "I'll take over all communication with the Order in order to keep you as neutral as possible."

By the time lunch had rolled around, Ginny was begging to be set free to fly before it got dark. Hermione begrudgingly obliged. Not long after, Hermione heard a knock at the door. She looked up from her notes and saw Theo smirking at her from the doorway.

"Only you would create multiple notated lists and charts on your spying duties," he came in and hovered behind her. "What else are you working on, love?"

"I was doing some more research on Rituals. It looks like none of them should affect Scorp. We'll have to wait on the Soulmate one, as his magical signature will affect my own too greatly, but other than that we should be alright."

He nodded at her thoughtfully and then dragged her out to spend some time in the sun.
