Hermione woke up to her stomach rolling again, and darted to the bathroom. When she'd finally stopped vomiting, she collapsed onto the carpet behind her. Draco and Theo were standing in the doorway, looking guilty. "What can we do?" Draco asked softly.
"Nothing," she groaned, "unless you can tell your son that I don't appreciate his antics."
He grinned sheepishly at her and helped her up and guided her to breakfast. Theo trailed behind them, whistling. When she was situated in her seat she looked down at her plate and felt her stomach protest when she saw the bacon and eggs. With a sigh, she pushed it away from her.
"Gertie," she called, when the elf appeared, Hermione swallowed back some bile and continued, "Can I have a plate of grapefruit? There is no way I can eat that," she said gesturing to her breakfast. Gertie nodded and disappeared, reappearing with a plate stacked high with sliced grapefruit.
Theo chuckled, "Are you sure, love?" he asked after a moment, "You hate grapefruit."
"If you want to keep your balls long enough to impregnate me with your Heir you will kindly shut up, Theodore."
His mouth snapped closed, but his eyes didn't lose their teasing twinkle. "I love when you're bossy, darling," Draco cooed.
"I wouldn't recommend finishing whatever sentence you've started," Hermione said primly, "You caused this and my mood is just as, if not more, likely to flip on you."
He groaned and shifted in his chair digging into his own breakfast. Ginny came traipsing in a few moments later, covered in sweat. "NO!" Hermione cried. "Turn around and shower right now or all of this grapefruit will end up all over your Quidditch kit." Ginny grimaced and turned on her heel to follow Hermione's orders without saying anything.
When she'd finished her breakfast, Hermione made her way to the library, closing the doors firmly behind herself. "Lulu," she called. When the elf appeared she continued, "I don't want to be bothered in this library until lunch time. Please let everyone know that I'd like my space."
Lulu nodded sharply and apparated away, Hermione could only assume to spread the news of her self-imposed solitude. She spent the rest of the morning reading about the latest Transfiguration advances and Ancient Runes texts. By the time she left for lunch, she found that her mood was significantly lighter and she was feeling more prepared to talk to the rest of the inhabitants of Mitternacht.
